For a fast food place, you might frequently have to park and wait, even if you just ordered straight from the menu without modifications. One of the burgers we had was broken and the broken bit stuffed under the other part of the burger. My burger was complete though. So much for them all being made the same.

Worst McDonald’s there is. They always forget something in your order. And since you always have to park up you then have to go inside to get your forgotten items. When you order and pull up the window to pay they don’t read back your order and if they left something off they make you go all the way through the drive thru again.

Both deliveries and collecting are awful experiences, missing items all the time on delivery and wrong items given in the restaurant, run by half asleep staff

Absolute garbage. I do not recommend to anyone. Every time something in the order is missing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

“Can you pull in and wait”. No spaces to pull on. Because it was that busy. 10 minutes for a wrap. This new franchise must have cost north of I guess £5M. And is a total omnishambles. Franchise owner currently losing his shirt!

This has to be the worst McDonalds in all of swindon. Staff are rude, they have PEIRCINGS in which is unhygienic in itself and they are constantly messing up orders. Every single time i order from here (including delivery orders) they find a way to mess it up. Even if im only ordering 3 things, at least one item is missing. How on earth can these people claim to be the “best in swindon” but cant even do the basic necessities such as package ALL of the order. I once ordered a bacon and egg meal and a mighty muffin and they gave me a sausage and egg meal and a cheese and egg McMuffin. When i called them up they said that there was nothing they could do and didnt even offer a refund (and they certainly didnt just hand out the wrong order because it had my correct order on the receipt attached) Let’s not even mention the fact that the drinks i ordered are always spilled because they fail to double lid them (delivery). You are one of the biggest McDonalds stores and have nearly double the amount of staff than others in the area but somehow you guys are the only ones who fail. Definitely stay away from this one especially if your getting a delivery because apparently the staff either aren't trained enough to handle food or they just dont care enough about THEIR JOB Do better

Very rude young staff that love to chat in the payment part of the drive through. The response of ‘ it’s cold’ that’s why the window was shut is comical. More interested in chatting than actually working which doesn’t surprise me from the attitude at the second window. The only good thing to come out of this was showing my son this isn’t the way to act of you want to go far in life. Can’t comment on the food as the 5 staff members shouting ruined the experience so we left. The management really need to look at these young children…. Yes children not adults working in this establishment.

Always ALWAYS forgetting dips and never looking at the receipt. Multiple times I have asked for the toy from the happy meal for my daughter and they never provide it, always a book and the amount of times this has happened and disappointed her is beyond shocking. It’s just purely carelessness.

Missing items on deliveries constantly, today they missed a double quarter pounder burger, last time a cheese sharebox etc.

To all my fellow nugget cravers, I write to let you know that this franchise offers the absolute best of the best. Crispy on the outside, succulent on the inside (it would be rude not to devour a 20 share box alone) MCDONALDS, PLEASE SPONSOR ME !!

The old saying, headless chickens comes to mind. Waited ages, messed up order, then waited longer. Loads of uneducated idiots running around with no clue.

How can they get things so wrong... i ordered a Qtr Pound meal, and got a cheeseburger, the fries were undercooked and cold, and the drink was as flat as a pancake. I appreciate i am not buying gourmet food, but it should at least be correct and not so disgustingly undercooked. You call the restaurant and they say speak with Just Eat... Just Eat dont pack the food you morons.. if you contest this, you just get abused and they put the phone down on you. I have to say, as a company that operates 2 mins from this establishment, we never order food from anywhere else that provides such terrible service and aftercare. If i could leave 0 stars i would.

Been there for takeaway drive through, stay on queue for about 10min, ordered the food but counter did not get my all orders and found out one of the food missing, when questioned about reply was nothing they could do !!!! Asked to go back on the queue!!! Will not comeback again.

Beware car park is not owned by McDonalds but a money grabbing private company. McDonalds is the only thing at that location but have chosen to outsource their car park.

This place is lovely and we had the greatest time ever the food gorgeous, chips were crispy. But I will have to say the Burger was very liquidised and chewy. Also the staff did not greet me but I just had to ignore that.

The McDonald's workers were teenage boys who served me. They couldn't stop laughing and asked me to park and wait for our food. When received i was suspicious with their behaviour. Which turned out i was right to be. A long hair was in the quarter pounder we ordered. I requested a refund and won't be rushing back.

Came here for my daughters birthday and we ordered food on the screens and for it to be delivered to our table and they made several mistakes with our order they forgot half of our drinks and forgot our wraps then they gave my daughter a plain burger instead of a cheese burger which upset her.I think that McDonalds has gone down hill recently I do like the new lay out however just think that standards have slipped a little.

Our ice cream McFlurries with Maltesers were not full and contained less maltesers than Normal so we’re were disappointed !

As McDonald's go this one is very average. The service wasn't overly friendly but the food was ok. Lots of parking outside.

Just went to drive through .... no system served 3 other cars on the other lane and no one talking to me queues for 15 minutes had to move on when I got to pay point and explained no customer service just argued and said to me not my fault I was busy.Left after 20 minutes in total queuing with no food, recommend don’t bother, no system and no customer service!!!!

Wasn't impressed with the new look Mc D's at Greenbridge. Firstly, I had a bad fall, hurtling off one of their new style, oddly-shaped stools, which wasn't pleasant.

Thought I'd give the newly opened McDonalds ago as a breakfast treat. Some treat it turned out to be - not! The first attempt at my double sausage and egg McMuffin came out swimming in grease. The second attempt was no better. The third attempt was better, grease wise, until I found a hair in my food! The manager was slow to respond to my complaint and begrudging refunded my money upon my request. I won't be going back in a hurry and advise you to give it a miss until they get themselves properly sorted out.

Prefer the new larger interior, wish they made the drive thru larger aswell. Used to struggle getting the van round the end bend in the previous design, and this doesn’t fare much better. Hoped they would put more tablets upstairs aswell.

Massive drive thru queues. Food stone cold when received - realised after leaving the drive thru and binned it rather than face the huge queue to complain.

The happy meals are great with toys inside. And it's like fast food but a restaurant. Also there are screens where you can play games.

We visited the drive through McDonald’s Greenbridge and had the worst experience. Yes they were very busy but that is no excuse for poor service. We ordered a chicken sandwich and asked for it to be plain but with just ketchup, what we genuinely received was a seeded bun with ketchup.....no chicken! The lady who handed us our food could not understand why I was unhappy with this and said I must have asked for that! She was actually arguing the point with me! Why would I order a chicken sandwich and ask for it to have no chicken! Next despite order my 2 large meals one of the drinks was a small, the women said again it must be what I asked for, why would I order a large meal and pay extra then ask for the drink to be smaller. Lastly another burger we asked for no onion and no tomato.....I swear it had extra tomato! Then the server seemed annoyed that we were fully checking the order having already found 3 errors. No apology either, sloppy and inexcusable service from an exceptionally rude server on window 3. Never gonna get your 5 stars that way love!

Dropped in after the cinema for a Mac. Had three new items, a burger made of a bagel and a chicken sandwich with bacon. Both nice and Monterey Jack cheese dippers. Quite good we thought.

chairs worn out the tablets don't work also I don't like egg in my sausage muffin so I normally ask for extra cheese but they refused. I'm saving them money on a egg I'm sure they can spare a cheese slice .

It was busy and we went through the drive through. Service was reasonably quick even though it was very busy. Our food was piping hot and the coffee was good.

Went here for a quick drink and queued for ages as there was only one till open despite their being loads of staff looking busy behind the counter. We ordered a cup of tea and were given a latte instead. Easy mistake to make, but we were charged for the latte (which was more expensive) and only given a refund when we requested it. Apologetic manager but a poor show all round.

Be aware that this restaurant now has CCTV cameras "trying" to detect long stay parking.

Just wanted a few McFlurries to have as a desert after eating elsewhere. Queue was slow, not enough servers but behind counter it was really busy with employees on top of each other. Food seemed to be backing up and ours took a while to sort out. The actual Rolo McFlurries were quite good but too slow overall. Was a busy Sunday but didn't seem to be running that well.

We have visited McDonald's restaurant at Greenbridge in Swindon on a number of occasions. It is a typical McDonalds restaurant at Greenbridge Retail Park which is quite a good place for shopping.

We stopped here to pick up some McFlurrys and take home. The drive-through queue was huge do we parked and went in. It seemed like chaos with the staff bumping into each other and getting in each other's way. The service we had was excellent but it took some time as they were running out of things as well so had to refill stuff as we went along.

Not all bad was served by someone called nathen great service and happy to ansa questions on where things were out and about in swindon if only all staff were this polite and helpful !! Take note manager

We stopped off at McDonald's on Great Western Way to get a quick takeaway after a long day out. I ordered a Spicy Veggie Deli Meal. There was a bit of a wait and then we received the food in the dark. We drove home to eat it. The Veggie Deli was totally uncooked and not a hint of spice in it. The chips were cold and very stale and even the Milk Shake tasted full of chemicals. Very disappointed with the food and even the cats turned away in disgust! I ended up cooking myself some food and put the takeaway where it deserved to go - Straight in the bin! Suffice to say, I will never go to this place again. I thought the food in Mcdonalds was supposed to be more health conscious. This was just awful.

Chips have been cold on many visits and some of the staff are very rude. Found a long hair in my burger staff were not wearing hair nets!!

Visited today with my family and it was quite busy but tables were available. Found a spot but the table and chairs were dirty and covered in sauce, there were two members of staff nearby standing having a chat and I asked for the table to be cleaned and I was passed a cloth! In disbelief I went back to the table and cleaned the table and seat myself and walked back to the employees to return the cloth and they were still just standing chatting. I find this level of customer service unacceptable in a brand such as this and is not consistent with other branches.I had quarter pounder with cheese meal that was cold and tasted like it had been sat there for a while.All in all not a great experience and I won't use this one again.

Visited this Mcdonalds at 6am on the way to the Air Tattoo at Fairford.The place wasn't at all busy. A big part of the eating area was closed off due to a big spillage of liquid, possibly juice of some sort.There was plenth of staff around but no one was making any effort to clean this up and it looked revolting.Our food ordered was not nice at all and tasted vert stale.Would not recommend a stop here.

Used the drive through at bridge mead tonight to treat the family bought 3 big mac meals & 2 happy meals got home to find out we had a big mac meal missing which had been paid for my partner drove back to resolve the problem to come back home to 2 upset boys finding out there happy meals toys were not in the box either.Not satisfied with there service at all the staff was immature messing around maybe if they wasn't they might have got the order correct absolutely disgusted with this service & the food it was microwaved dryed out crap never again.

Check your orders carefully! The server at the drive through seemed more interested in chatting to a colleague and made a total balls up of our order, diet cokes came as full fat, a totally plain chicken burger came smothered in mayo and lettuce, they totally forgot to put the fries in with the order, unfortunately i got all the way home before the errors came to light so had to go back. I was told staff had all had a long and busy day, thats not my problem, i did get a refund and an apology but i cant understand how there were so many mistakes with one order, so the the moral of the story is check the order because the mcd's gang dont listen or take orders well all of the time, sometimes they are just too tired to function

Not really much you can say about McDonalds. The whole point is that the experience is consistent so what you get in one should be the same as any other.Went for breakfast whilst wasting a few hours. Only ordered the basic bacon roll, hash brown and coffee but it was really good. Lovely soft roll with a generous amount of properly cooked bacon accompanied by a really hot has brown. All washed down with coffee. Thats all I can say about it.

we were at the retail park one sunday morning and decided to have breakfast out,i thought we would get it on a plate as we were eating in, but no it was in one of their takeaway boxes, it was awful as well ,i dont think there was any thing in it i liked, so its breakfast at home for me now. although i am happy to have one of their take away ,chicken macburgers and fries and milk shakes every now and then

coming into Swindon from Oxfordshire and enter the Greenbridge roundabout you and see the restaurants straight away

Surly staff.took bagel back,as it was cold.wouldn't mind but it was cooked to order.No apology.No manners at all.I'm avoiding all McDonald's rather go hungry.

Went to McDonalds greenbridge, asked for the sausage and bacon sandwich, with brown sauce, sat down and bit into it, and a load of sauce just dripped from the sandwich straight down my front, wasn't best amused.

When I arrived, I turned into the drive-thru where a member of staff told me that the card machine wasn't working. They told me straight away and advised that those inside were working and gave good service as I parked up and went in.There were no queues inside and were clearly apologetic that I'd had to go in.Nothing special about the food but it as good quality and freshly cooked.

This possibly the worse staffed and poorest service resturant i have been too i have visited twice both times order was wrong by the time they sorted it food was cold rude staff shambolic drive through was parked up for 10 mins waiting for food only ordered small burger and drink and they got that wrong AVOID at all costs go to one on great western way they are much better

What else can I say. It is just McDonald's. It is very baby friendly though. Not too sure if it is only this branch or all branches in UK (we just came over to UK). But the staff are super friendly to my baby, giving her balloons and stuff.

Went through the drive-thru at about 6pm on a Wednesday evening. Very quick service and we didn't have to park up and wait for our order even though it wasn't 'standard' burger and fries. The different burgers they do are quite tasty now and make a change from the normal menu.
