Dear Ambala Sweets Customer Service Team, I am writing this email to express my deep disappointment and shock regarding a recent incident that occurred at the Ambala Sweets outlet in Whitechapel. As a loyal customer since 2010, I have always held Ambala Sweets in high regard, but the behavior of your manager on the evening of May 13th has left me extremely upset. On that particular day, I visited the Whitechapel outlet with two of my friends for a small meeting. While enjoying some singara and coffee, one of my friends kindly gave me two packs of yogurt as a gift. As my friends and I are fond of Ambala Sweets' various delicacies, such as laddu and kaju katri, I sought permission from my friend to approach the manager and exchange one of the yogurt packs for some laddu, as per your shop's policy of exchanging items with a receipt. To my surprise and disappointment, the customer service representative, who happened to be the manager on duty, rudely refused my request for an exchange. This incident occurred within minutes of the purchase, while we were still seated inside the shop. I was taken aback by this response, especially since I had invited my friends to enjoy your sweets and felt embarrassed in front of them. As a loyal customer and host of that meeting, I expected fair treatment and respect. I am writing this email to bring this matter to your attention and request appropriate action be taken regarding this incident. The behavior displayed by the manager on duty not only violated the principles of good customer service but also failed to uphold the standards of professionalism and respect that Ambala Sweets has built its reputation upon. As a valued customer, I would appreciate a response to this complaint, informing me of the actions you will be taking to address this issue and prevent such behavior from occurring in the future. I believe it is crucial to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and respectfully, irrespective of the circumstances. Delicious food with professional customer services. Highly recommended

Food is good appart from pizzas - they put oven on too high heat - it isnt burnt but the toppings like matt together so you can't really taste the toppings its hard to describe. Atmosphere is rough at times mainly on weekends as its on the main street where all pubs are and all dickeads accumulate.. service is spot on. Overall its the dickeads that come in that let it down for me personally.

If I could of given it 0 stars, I would. Food turned up over an hour late. My husband phoned them twice, only to be told it’ll be 10 minutes, both times! Bloke on the phone was rude & even put the phone down on us when we tried ringing a 3rd time, then proceeded to cut us off every time after!! Food wasn’t worth the wait either.

Just ordered and picked up 2x Large Big Mac® Minecraft Movie Meal, ok meal but WHERE IS THE Collectible toy/item???? FFS I should have checked the bag before leaving :(

Mcdonalds is Mcdonalds you know what you get, but that being said, all food was to a poor standard that is set my Mcdonalds. Chicken selects overdone, and all burgers looked a sorry state

Terrible service not recommended

How can you ruin chips? Well be prepared because this place can! Unbelievably disappointing chips! They were clearly frozen, not fresh-cut as expected. Even worse, the vinegar came in pots instead of being poured on properly. Definitely not worth it!

Great Kebabs good customer service

The chips and curry sauce were great but the fish was dreadful, I ordered a medium partly as there were only small ready cooked, and I wanted something cooked fresh (I guess i should have said). I was given 2 smalls that had definitely sat around for a while. One was edible minus the very chewy batter, but the other was very dry, chewy and inedible- really disappointing on a Friday night when I thought they would have high turnover
