This spot is great for a night out...a very tasty wrap with fresh chicken and veggie! A wide selection of dressings for your wrap and excellent customer service.

Advertised as open until 2am everyday, arrived at 00:20. Made the effort to drive down to the establishment on the basis they would still be open due to the online advertised opening times. Arrived to find the employees still preparing food, grills and fryers still on, to then be told they were closed… Not sure if the online opening times is wrong or they just couldn’t be bothered and wanted to go home early… Anyways something needs changing. Be wary if you make any sort of effort for this restaurant.

Ordered from Smokin rooster at 12.15AM and nothing arrived, Nothing. they even had the Audacity to mark the order as delivered on just eat at 01.30AM but hadn`t delivered it at all. I tried calling them repeatedly up until 2AM then gave up as no-one would answer. Don`t get a takeaway from here at any cost, They will scam you out of your money by either not delivering at all or delivering so late the food is cold and inedible.. I was lucky enough to pay with PayPal so have just received a full refund. that'd be my advice to all, Pay via PayPal and you stand a good chance of getting a refund if things go (probably) wrong

Their chicken wraps are the best. These guys know what they are doing. Grilling perfect chicken, the best place to eat around whole of Bournemouth. Very speedy delivery within about 30 mins. Food was very tasty so couldn’t fault it. The wraps has plenty of chicken in. We eat here reguarly and love the food, flavours and healthy option for a takeaway. We would highly recommend. We also like the convenient home delivery option. The delivery drivers are always very polite and friendly! If you haven’t already tried, your missing out big time!

We love Smokin Rooster!! The food is always cooked fresh to order, service is always amazing and staff always so helpful. The most tender chicken with so much flavour. This is the only take away food our children will eat. Highly recommend! I can’t stop ordering!

It is mid-lockdown and my cooker is broken so I ordered food from this place on Uber Eats. I work from home, online and am working all night until 8am so order this for lunch. I wait an hour and nothing, the Uber Eats app says that its still waiting for a driver so I call Smokin Rooster and ask for an update. They tell me that Uber Eats looks like it isn’t actually sending a driver as they probably don’t have any this late and that my only option is to collect the order from them personally. I Begrudge driving around at this time of night, specially during a tier 4 but as I am really hungry and don’t want my money or food to go to waste (getting food is an essential journey. When I did TRY to order for delivery and my only other option is to not eat, I consider this essential), I drive across town to their place to collect it. I arrive at around 3am. As soon as I walk in there is a different person (the person in the video) who instantly tells me that I will have to order the food again as, if I just take my Uber Eats order, it will be canceled when uber eventually decide its been to long and that a driver isn’t coming. At first I agree to this. He says that due to covid rules, he cant personally give me the food there but will take my order and then drive around the corner to give it me at a hotel. I agree, let him start to take payment and then question what happens if uber actually turn up to collect my order once I already paid this guy! He said that id still be charged by uber and that id basically be paying twice. I told him that this is not an option and at this point he started to get rude and offensive. He got extremely defensive as soon as I started recording, knowing he shouldn’t be inviting people to collect their order and probably a bunch of other rules that he is breaking (not wearing masks etc) and threatens to call the police on me even though im not the one breaking any rules. He then calls me a “d*ckhead” and walks up right in my face with no mask, before physically assaulting me when kicking me out of the shop.

Order took a long time and was cold when we got it. Halloumi was cold and soggy. My burger was really cold and chips where hard. Also me and my partner have been up all night being sick and have diarrhea. Won't be ordering here again.

Bournemouth is getting better, This restaurant is amazing. I came here along with my friends. I order to online from this restaurant. It is good food.

The food is great and the restaurant is clean. It is nearby the Bournemouth beach. Really cool and available for orders online

Ordered some food with work colleagues in February. Delivery time was shunted back, eventually took over 2 hours. Then we opened it. 5 portions of chips and a wrap. Missing a whole chicken, a burger and wings. Many many phone calls, lied to time and time again. Many many e mails, no response. They are thieves and liars never order from here.

Order never came to me, call To the restaurant to have a reason nobody able to help me. Call again to discuss the problem with the manager, he said he was busy to talk to me which was unprofessional. Requested for a refund, they refused and start being rude on the phone to me. I sent a message to just eat as I done the order from them and they said they cannot do anything about it. It occurred on: 20/05/2020

Took over an hour for this vile food, chicken wings part raw and slimy, FORGOT HALF THE ORDER and chicken strips pulled apart by hand and burnt Pictures says it all And to top it all off, this came to 20£ Disgraceful

This was terrible !!! Waited nearly 2 hours Food was stone cold Halloumi side order was a joke two tiny crispy bits of burnt halloumi The chicken salad - chicken was rancid - it was off, the salad well one slice cucumber one slice tomato and some brown lettuce in a wet sweaty box is enough to give anyone a dodgy stomach. Didn’t eat anything waste of money management didn’t seemed bothered over the phone

Found a hair in my rice, definitely not my own. Vile. Food was average up until that point. Never again

Best chicken wrap I've ever had! Very generous portion sizes. I selected the smokin' hot sauce, all the salad and mayo for my wrap. It was cooked to perfection! The chicken was tender and tasty, salad lovely and fresh and the wrap was soft with a slightly grilled look and texture. I also tried the mango and lime chicken wings and was pleasantly surprised, I've never come across such meaty wings! These little delights are a must try! Looking forward to trying your other flavors and other items from across your menu.
