Nice bossman chicken place. Cheap meal deals. I got a filet chicken deal, and it comes with a drink and chips £5. The place was clean, no busy a tall, probably the location.

Absolute shambles of a shop. I’ve ordered here once before and was dreadful. I checked on just eat after my late shift and it was the only place open. I’ve sat up awake for last hour and half. They’ve still not turned up. They are an embarrassment. They should be shut down immediately. No matter how hungry you are make sure you avoid here at all costs

was regular here but recently they increased (yet again) the prices, a 3-piece chicken meal from £6.75 all the way to £8.10. Unbelievable!

Beware that the regular chicken tenders are very spicy hot. This was not disclosed on the menu and I had to order food from another restaurant as my palate can't tolerate spicy food. Other than that the chicken tasted good and the fries were good.

ordered the food as pick up - chips were luke warm, chicken burger wasn’t hot enough, beans were cold - not cooked and they were meant to be normal beans not bbq beans which were given, chicken strips were tiny and not tasty. stomach pains the next day after eating here, wouldn’t recommend.

I thought there were a lot of negative reviews on here about this restaurant, so i thought I'd write mine, I ordered tonight. Food comes in less than 30 minutes, is very hot, very tasty, and has a good portion size. Our delivery driver was lovely, polite. I have nothing bad to say about this place. we will be ordering again! Very good food. 👍 thank you. Don't let this put you off, better than KFC by miles. Only criticism is napkins next time, please 🙏 We ordered chicken, chips, and chicken burgers. All food cooked well and very hot! Very nice.

Tiny chicken strips for the price. Paid £1.50 extra for gravy, honestly the tiniest pot of gravy ever, doesn’t even cover 1 chicken strip! Absolute rip off and not even good food.

Hell in a bag! Ordered Whole Garlic Chicken. Received EXTRA HOT SPICY chicken. It had been cremated and was inedible for 2 reasons. The spice and the over cooked. Mozzarella Sticks over cooked and empty. Uber Eats refused refund, despite me receiving the wrong order

You'll get large chunks of chicken. Prices are fair They have added some items to the menu and are now far better than KFC.

No return to this place, i always struggle to find parking close to them, today i when inside to order and when i gave him the money he said he doesn't have change because he just opend the shop, HOW COME a shop doesn'thave change !!! Awful I ordered off of Deliveroo, spent extra money to build my own burger to avoid having Mayo and other sauces due to allergies and specified this in multiple ways and they still put it in. As well as missing items I payed extra for in the burger . The food came cold and was overall just meh

Food was well cooked!🤌🏾👌🏾 Portion size was perfect! And I eat a lot!!! I enjoyed my meal. My child was a bit sad because the food made him feel sick...... He ate too much and didn't want to stop because it was too nice lol. Would recommend and there again!

Wasn't great. Was misled about a meal deal. 1/2 grilled chicken, 3 sides and a drink. Take a look at what I was served. What's the 3 sides? I only got 1 side: rice.

Ordered off Uber eats and the chicken tasted off/old. Took a bite and couldn’t continue so just ate the chips. As it got colder I could smell it was indeed off. That is UNACCEPTABLE from any food establishment. Luckily Uber eats gave a refund immediately which made me think this happens often with them? I will definitely be checking reviews before ordering in the future. I could have gotten sick :(

I've ordered delivery from them 3 times and each time I had at least one item missing. When the food actually comes, it tastes very nice and arrives quickly but the missing items are a great inconvenience.

Ordered online and when my order came it was wasn’t what I ordered, I phoned the restaurant and politely asked them to correct the order or issue a refund and the guy on the phone was shouting down at me and told me I was wrong, so I was stuck with food that I had paid for but I didn’t order . Appalling behaviour.

Just Avoid, with this many bad reviews, if you still order and get cold, undercooked, stale food. serves you right, you we're warned.

They got some really nice fried chicken and grilled ones. Delivery was a super quick and good service. Definitely a go to place for late nights.

Had delivery yesterday. The chips arrived soggy. The chicken was ok. The corn on the cob was overcooked and wet. Probably wouldn't revisit.

Foods pretty good if you go in for it but twice now they've tried overcharging me. The first time it was a pound over which I let slide. This time it was almost double. Foods alright but read the other comments first.

The chicken is really good at chicken cottage and is what I keep reordering for. Unfortunately, nearly every order we have placed has been really late with no explanation, cold or had something missing. It's frustrating when you pay for something that doesn't arrive and I am fed up of trying to ask them to correct it and have no faith it won't happen again so I'm afraid it has to be a 3 star and no more reordering which is a real shame.

Do not ever get a delivery from this place. Several times its taken an hour plus, its cold and items missing. When you phone they don't care. Avoid. Get KFC instead or LA chicken.

To eat there or take the food to take away is good. But to order at home lately there are too many problems, they take too long, the food arrives cold, or some wings have arrived burnt... Other times you pay for the extra sauce,And they don't bring it to you. You try to call but many times they are so busy that they don't answer, and the last time they took the call, I told them that I had been waiting for my food for more than 1 hour and 20 minutes, and they answered bad. It would be an amazing place if they took care of the little details, because the food is generally good.

Almost an hour past when the restaurant was supposedly delivering my order, and I haven't heard anything. Called 3 times to no avail, Deliveroo sill says they're delivering my order. Don't order from this place at least late at night, they won't follow through. EDIT: 4th call was successful but all I got was a repeat of what Deliveroo told me "on the way". Found out my food was left outside in the cold dead of night with no update on Deliveroo saying it was delivered. Happy I wasn't COMPLETELY scammed but still terrible service, only marginally better than just not delivering my food at all.

Chips must be fries2go microwaved fries, eating the mozzarella sticks is like chewing 40 grit sandpaper and the wrap looked more like naan bread

Ordered 2 meal deals from them , which was delivered speedy initially, we then discovered half the order missing , we phoned to complain & said rest off order would be sent out, which took 40 minutes to arrive Overall the food was mediocre & the corn was very bad & chips rubbery 👎🏻& jalapeño cheese bites were off cheap quality

It's disappointing for me having to do this but I went in to this place ,have always liked the food me, my wife, kids had food that wasn't cooked. So I called up to explain ,the nice kid that works there Answered who the people works with treat him like rubbish yet he's not rubbish he's kind and friendly helpful. I was speaking to him then this nasty rude man took over the phone call ,spoke to me like he didn't Care.That we had had chicken that wasn't cooked. The chips where like rubber and the sweet corn was hard. All I can say is what a waste of money. sad realy.this is the food has been nice.but I can't take that chance in my Opinion I'm never going to eat there or recommend my friends no more. Very disappointed. Food arrived extremely late. We had been unable to even speak to them on the phone to see if it was still coming. When it did come it was inedible as their garlic is so hot it sets your mouth on fire. No where does it state it’s hot or that it’s peri peri garlic. The options as you can see, says garlic. When I finally was able to complain on the phone they didn’t care, said there’s nothing they can do about my wasted £36 and that they have no head office details. Stay clear

Ordered a selection of different boneless and boned chicken pieces and a portion of fries, coming to a total of around £19 (through Uber Eats). Felt I was paying a lot but hoped it meant I would get good quality food, quickly. no Instead it turns up late, and is completely the wrong order. Instead came a chicken burger and a portion of fries. I immediately rang up and spoke to a guy on the phone, he seemed confused and needed to talk to a colleague and asked me to ring back in a few minutes. When I rang back his first offer was to give me a refund of "the difference in food" between the order I got and the order I was supposed to have. The difference being £6! I paid £19 and out of what I ordered only received a portion of cold fries and I'm still being charged £13?!?! I protested and asked for a full refund and he said he can't because it "costs them money to make the food" .........OBVIOUSLY it costs them money, but it also costs ME way more to order it and receive virtually nothing I ordered. His second offer in order for me to get a full refund was for him to have someone come pick up the uneaten food (bear in mind they had now closed). Annoyingly I'd nibbled on a couple fries and picked apart the burger which I told him, but regardless what are they going to do after closing time with a meal someone else has received?!? Bit worrying they wanted their touched food back really as it's completely unhygienic to do anything other than throw it away. Seems like more effort than just fully refunding me when the food has no value now. His final offer was for me to call back tomorrow and he'll send the correct order tomorrow evening for free!!! Surely that will just cost them more money than just refunding me now!!!!! Also I don't really fancy the food after all of this I just want my money back from this awful business. He should have just accepted THEY made a mistake on their end and that on this occasion they were going to have to lose £19. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT ORDER. SO DISAPPOINTED.

This place is fabulous. It’s pocket friendly, halal and tastes great. I would definitely recommend their spicy wings. The chips were just perfect, soft and crunchy at the same time. Good quantity and quality for a great price. Clean area to sit and has few parking spots on the street (max 30 mins stay).

The usual chicken cottage menu as expected, however the fries where really dry and hard at this branch, the decor inside looks good but it's on a corner with no parking in a very busy junction.

Ordered via ubereats at 12 with an estimated wait time of 25 mins. After placing the order I was told it would arrive at 12:45. 1:00 arrived and still no food. I rang the restaurant and no answer. I then proceeded to ask for help though Uber eats who's automated replies told me it was on the way. I rang the restaurant again and they said it was on its way. It arrived at almost 2:00, 2 hours after I ordered it. The chips were stone cold and the chicken felt like plastic, it also had a fishy aroma to the point I couldn't even eat it so ended up just throwing the entire meal away. Avoid at all costs.

Bun this restaurant felt like I was gonna jump the counter and strangle him couldn’t understand a word staff or I said it was long waiting time chicken fell of batter was gloopy and frozen this made me realise u should always have a good relationship with your boss man cause these bourmouth dossers don’t know how to run a chicken shop
