The driver took my food so no food and payed for hope he enjoys it and took over a hour to even accept my food

Half my food didn’t even come and no sauces I paid for I’ve had enough ! Not happy this always happens

We order every week but today the courier was at the restaurant longer than normal resulting in cold chips and burgers were only just warm.

I am missing 2 apple pies from the order. ordered 3 got 1

Food was really late and all cold the chips were soggy I expect a full refund!

When my order come it was all wet as the hot chocolate leaked everywhere so I was going to order new one I could not order it again as they stopped serving breakfast

Absolutely abysmal, waited 2 hours just to get delivered absolutely horrible food, everything was extremely cold and it all tasted old, to the point I couldn’t even eat any of it, and when I try to refund it goes straight to me taking a picture? How can I take a photo of cold and cardboardy food.

Received food over an hour late, was stone cold and not even OUR ORDER!

Cold burgers two of which the buns were wet. 1 hour and 20 minutes delivery and only offered £3.64 refund on £16 of burgers which were no good to eat. Terrible service from just eat and from McDonald's

I ordered a coke and apparently they said that I don’t have one when they delivered it, my food was cold and I got 20 chicken nuggets and they didn’t put any of the source I asked for with it.

You missed the burger when you put the cheese on it

Ordered 9 chicken selects and when i got home , i had 9 chicken nuggets. Pretty disappointed by this.

I came in at 10:50 and asked what time milkshake would start. I was told at 11:00 so I went into the shopping store and came back 10mins later. I order a milkshake and the lady said that it was not available. She then said it was being cleaned and would be later in the evening when it would be ready. I asked to speak to the manager the lady said it was her first shift. The lady with an accent and a yellow scarf around her neck neck came over and she said it was being cleaned all day. She raised her hand and shouted at me saying EVERY THURSDAY IT GETS CLEANED. she waved her hand in the air aggressively pointing at me and walked off. I feel humiliated and embarrassed of her behaviour. I suffer with anxiety and coming in to have a milkshake and fries whilst the store is quiet was absolutely devastating for me. I heard the staff laughing in the background. I ended up ordering a coffee and I saw the manager in a white but she just ignored me whilst she emptied bins behind the counter. It looked like the white shirt lady was busy working whilst the aggressive lady with the yellow scarf just stood chatting to a colleague. I have never been so humiliated and belittled in a McDonalds before.

the food was all squashed in even though it was in a big bag and it basically looked a dog chewed through the burgers.

Half portion of chips, missing items, dry burger and burnt buns. All in all disappointing. Delivery on time if you consider the time being moved back continuously.

Food was exactly what you would expect from McDonalds but they missed items and since this isn't the first time the have missed things from my order I'm giving them this review.

After the delivery time being changed multiple times my food turned up cold and stale like they had just kept reheating it till the courier turned up! I all ended up in the bin after taking a bit out of the burger finding that the bun was burnt. I’m growing less fond of using just eat the more I use it after the last order I placed over £20 worth of shopping was missing and now this!

1 hr 45mins from ordering , couldn’t cancel , called restaurant food prepped and ready over an hour before eventually delivered.. treat dinner for my girls ended up having to go and buy dinner again !! Disgusting

The Philli Cheese burger is a bit of a rip off for the price. It's the same size as saver Double cheeseburger but marginally thicker. You are paying most of the 2.20 more for the cheese sauce.

Delivery was good but we got a happy meal and three drinks also with a chicken select which we didn’t order

How can they mess up my order TWICE IN A ROW? I ordered mozzarella dippers, they didn’t come, I ordered them again and they sent me 3 instead of the share box which I ordered, which is meant to have 9!! This is ridiculous and has happened to me so many times now with other orders!!

I called the food provider various times and they said that the food was out being delivered. I then called Just eat and they said that they need to assign my order to a driver! My order was meant to arrive 6:15pm and it arrived at 8:00pm. It kept saying food being prepared and changing the time 4 times. I called the food provider and the person said that at 7:46pm the driver should arrive. My order ticket says delivery 18:28pm proof. Dips ordered are missing & the food wasn't very warm.1h45m.

This will be the 3rd time the order was either wrong or most items missing. The delivery staff are very defensive when you ask for help as the items delivered are wrong. Very unhappy with this McDonald’s.

Ice cream came as a small but paid 1.99 for two big ones received small one didn’t receive my child’s chicken nuggets I didn’t receive spicy medium chicken burger meal the driver was rude said it wasn’t his problem reversed out quickly and told me to contact McDonald’s which I did and there phones was to busy to deal with my issue I want a full refund

Completely unacceptable You can refund the ice cream, the delivery and service charge and all of the warm food. And I want a refund rather than credit, if you ever want me or my partner to use jut eat again. Food took well over an hour, but was unable to cancel it for 30 minutes because your contractors obviously gamed the app to suggest rider was in restaurant for 20 to 30 mins (obviously not true) whilst they prepared order. What actually happened was my order sat in a bag for ages, waiting for another order to come in to make it worth your rider do a double stop. By time your rider had gone wherever else he went, my food had been sat in bags for ages, was freezing cold, ice cream melted, bag absolutely soaking wet. Inedible and went straight in bin Absolutely garbage service. Appreciate you have busy times, but if your staff fiddle the system to stop me cancelling when it's obvious what is happening, you force me to take delivery of unacceptable product.
