Quite happy with order this evening. Nothing missing all correct and drink still in tact. Some orders do come. Awesome stuff

Fries were undercooked and the deal id chosen wasn’t fulfilled but it’s McDonald’s I don’t expect everything I got sauce this time which is a first so I am happy with that

Although we are a few minutes away our food was stone cold and instead of receiving a Coke Zero I received 5 x small bottles of water!!

Lovely delivery driver named Visika, so friendly and polite and a very genuine person. Food was hot on arrival and on time! Brilliant. Will definitely order again.

They are always forgetting parts of the order. You can only ever get a refund which is really annoying!

Didn't receive the correct order, no way to communicate with anyone and refund got declined because code given to driver before they hand over food. disgraceful customer support on JE's end and no help from McD's. left out of pocket and with no food. Buyer beware, the drivers don't care when they get it wrong and JE hides behind the code as a way to shirk responsibility.

The burger and chips were stone cold and had to be microwaved. The donut was dry and stale and went in the bin. Won't order from there again!!!

The delivery tjme kept moving and the driver drove within 200 yards of us to drive on to other deliveries first. Our food was almost cold. The chips were cold and soggy and the burgers were only just warm. Considering we are only a mile away from McDonald’s and food was 40 mins from order to delivery I have to wonder if the £2.99 service charge was actually worth it.

Bad enough you add on a cost increase just because we order online yet alone miss out items we pay for and under size portions since when the is this now the new normal from a major company!! Don’t care about customers anymore just pure profit no wonder this is a rare so called treat these days

Drinks spilled all out in the bag and items missing

Fries were cold & chewy didn’t taste fresh, big mac & milkshake were yummy

both burgers were barely warm and milkshakes were extremely watery and barely cold

Truly appalling. When I had reason to voice a complaint, the gentleman who identified himself as the duty manager declined to give me his name because he “doesn’t work for the government, man.” I noticed that no one was wearing a name badge. I suppose that’s one way to avoid any accountability. Best avoided.

delivery was great except, for the fact that I was delivered a coffee as opposed to a vanilla milkshake. typical macdonalds so not impressed at all with the service...

Came here early in the morning. The service was swift, but access to the toilets is limited, as its Maglocked. So you have to ask staff to use the bathroom..

the delivery driver was really good, I accidentally ordered to my home address instead of work and I spoke to him through my ring doorbell and he waited until I got there, it was only a couple of minutes but I really appreciate it as most would of just left it. So 5 star review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The scores are low purely due to the driver. firs the phoned me and asked me to come outside to collect my order, which I had to tell him he comes to my door. Then I find my drink was only half, as he could not have taken care of it very well.

Delivery was very good. I ordered as soon as possible and he came just on time so I am very pleased and glad it went through well thank you very much as again. Very pleased.

I meant to make a complaint about this the night of order but slipped my mind, one of the wraps ordered didn’t have any bacon or BBQ sauce in. The concept of only having 24 hours to make a complaint is ridiculous as well. I have a photo of this and proof. If anything can be done about this now, it would be appreciated.

drinks and mcflurrys had been spilt all over each other in the bag from the moped delivery. Driver stood on the doorbstep with liquid pouring from the bag. Refused the bag as everything was contaminated. Bag went straight into bin and refund requested

My food never arrived yet said delivered?? I watched the driver going back and forth past my house on the map for 10 minutes and never called me. I have submitted a refund request but the amount being refunded is £3 less than what I was charged! So not only have I waited and not received my food I have also been charged £3 for the experience, absolutely shocking and not the first time this has happened.

This McDonald's is always busy in Boscombe, with loads od delivery driver's to. Fast service, great piping hot food, made to order. Food still at not bad prices. It is very easy for the kids to eat. MCFLUFFY is still the best ice cream, and I love it. Can't beat the chips and big Mac meal. Wrap of the day. Kids love chicken Nuggets.Always use the APP. Restaurant best as it always it. Great food and service and very fast.

Order two 40 pounds worth most didn't arrive all drinks spilled ordered more drinks out of three drinks half a coke was ok so another 15 down the drain upset nephew and parents as they spilled all over there floor.. No refund 55 wasted on 4 correct items.. Nice delivery driver.

driver arrived at door and then went away whilst I was trying to confirm number at door. he didn't even wait 1 minute. he had rang which I called him on and then he came back over 10.mins later. Food cold and not eatable. appalling service and appalling food. Will never use this service again and I would like refund off as food ruined.

McDonald's have created a very good service where people can order onbthir mobile phone. It saves queuing and speeds up the service, as now the majority of their staff are engaged in the kitchen and serving. Thanks to Covid McDonald's have come out with a working system advantage. Standard McDonald's, but they are missing a trick of not having outside seating on the precinct, as dog owners and the like would be able to have a McDonald's more easily Perhaps a small roped off area, as the other food businesses close by. *They now have outside seating, but a table number would be good, as dog owners could then buy and eat. *

I ordered two cheesburgers for a child but got two doubles with a hot spicy filling which is not suitable for a kid

Easy to order and tasty food. Only problem I had was with the way McDonald’s packages the drink. Lost half my drink as packaging as not secure so given my drink sideways!

The 2 large fries i ordered with my meals were only half full and undercooked.

The delivery driver smashed the drink into his bag, thrust it at me and ran off.

Rider spilt the drink leaving it less than half full. Then threw the rubbish in my garden and walked off.

Dirty hole! Leave ya food sat on the side for 20 mins then expect the driver to pick up the pieces it’s glorified theft.

As i said. The customer service changed,and the attitude to the people much better. For example : In Bournemouth Boscombe, Christchurch road the security guard search me with my order. After 15 mi closing time . After his work. Huge respect to him. I think his indian, but not sure. He is good. Please let him know. But a thing. The Google. why they did not change the opening hours? Says today 1:45 am. And around eleven, closed. Google, please, do not be lazy :( security guard 5 star at the mc donalds. Google 1 star

Ive ordered 2 times the same thing, both of them when I went down to reception the driver was gone, and both of them was saying delivered in the app!!!! I would like my money back for both of them asap

My order took 1 hour and 25 minutes to arrive. The food was cold, the milkshakes were like water fully defrosted. The burger boxes are damaged and the food is everywhere. The driver also went everywhere before delivering i hve screen shots and photos

DRIVER DID NOT RETURN..I complained to Mc Donalds Boscombe and they said they had nothing to do with JUST EAT.. Really good work and great service. Delivered in time as expected and ready to eat . Still nice warm food and good size . The delivery was polite and respectful very professional.Keep going on this way .
