The food is acceptable considering it actually is fast food in this mcds....... However the staff are moody as and you have security on the door ALL day.... For a mcds lol

Never felt so uncomfortable in a McDonald's, lots of undesirables people walking in and out, felt sorry for the Staff. They had security but he just sat oblivious to everything that was going on. Looked like this is the way it is and what can I do

A literal pube in my burger, everything was stale cold and the mayo chicken tasted like it had been sat on the side all week The worst mcdonald’s you could go to

Very dirty and busy, staff helpful.

The Ice Cream was cold and delicious, but it took them almost an hour to deliver it.

Delivery driver couldn’t be bothered to wait for us to answer door, instead dumping our food on the floor outside! Drinks spilled out and burgers in bits

McDonalds is McDonalds, you know what you're going to get. We wanted a light meal so had the plain burger and cheese burger. Quite cheap so good value.

Why do Macdonalds get order wrong everytime more or less.If I order mozerella bites that's what I wish to eat.Not chicken .It can't be that hard but 90%of time there's stuff missing or the wrong item is given .It can't be that difficult to get it right.Cant fault the delivery though

Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for my order and it never turned up and the driver collected it from from the restaurant. So I hope he is enjoying my food. Unacceptable.

Delivery driver went to at least two other deliveries in opposite direction after delivery was already 30 mins late then seemed to do one more delivery before ours. Food containers wet and ripped with food spilled out. Food was cold, wet and disassembled. Missing a dip

There were so many items unavailable on the menu when we visited. Only one flavour of milk shakes. The Service without a smile. Little choice but what we eventually chose to eat and drink was okay. We would not return here

Drink spilled all over everything. All the food was soggy from it. (Not the drivers fault, mcdonalds have terrible methods for packing their drinks) Fries were super undercooked that they were inedible. Forgot to include a straw and my dips. Big mac tasted wrong, not like a normal big mac at all. This isn't the usual standard I get from here?

did not get my order, went outside to find them and a vehicle drove off. this driver is useless as delivery address is correct but he cannot read numbers. complete waste of space and very disappointed

My partner placed an order through the McDonald's app, for home delivery, sent from this branch. It was delivered by uber eats (see photo). The dips and double cheeseburger were missing. She phoned uber support. They said they were unable to process a partial refund for the missing items. Under the trade descriptions act in the UK, it is unlawful to fob someone off in this manner. Be warned. Do not order from the McDonald's app, as there is no comeback if there is a discrepancy with your order. This has been escalated, as uber and McDonald's are in clear breach of the trade descriptions act
