all my food is cold and my drink was leaking everywhere

we made a second order because you forgot the sausage patties in the first one and the second you forgot the two large fries. What is going on? I'm not using this app to order McDonald's anymore, I'll just go in instead. Total disappointment

I messaged you to say instead of 2 cold coffees can i have one hot coffee, but you did not do this, the cold ones were horrible, you did not use the discount, ice cream had turned to water substance,, it was not a good experience,

Hello everybody. I just noticed i went to the mc donalds around 10:45. I had few light drunk couple with me . They talked loudly a bit. Because of the alcohol. But nobody did unbehaviour behave. They just had fun, and laugh. We are not libary, Friday night. I hope the Mc3 donalds not loose customer with this8 situation.The security guy started to calmed down everybody, and play the recorded voice about the antisocial behavior will be banned etc , etc. Nobody did this. This why i did not understand. 20/09/2024 around 22:40. There was nothing like this. He overused his power. Please speak with him. I think a guy from Pakistan or indian was in the shift. The Mc donalds is great the service and the quality, just the security guard overuse his power litle bit. :) I will delete this comment, when i see the security guard behavior changes. Sorry Mc donalds. I LOVE MCDONALDS

terrible, so many times I've had the wrong delivery.

Never before have I had an uncooked egg with shell in it or a sausage patty that is literally half a patty as obviously it got stuck to the grill!? with a hash brown that has so many black bits of potato it could have been for Halloween! Not great at all, I literally got the worst you could get all wrapped up into one!

Order delivered on time on the early side. Burgers ok,chips very flabby and drinks nowhere near fizzy,they were flat still like sugary water.Overall not happy with the dinner.Two stars given just cause McDonald's added a donut as bonus, otherwise 1.

Why do Macdonalds get order wrong everytime more or less.If I order mozerella bites that's what I wish to eat.Not chicken .It can't be that hard but 90%of time there's stuff missing or the wrong item is given .It can't be that difficult to get it right.Cant fault the delivery though

Delivery driver went to at least two other deliveries in opposite direction after delivery was already 30 mins late then seemed to do one more delivery before ours. Food containers wet and ripped with food spilled out. Food was cold, wet and disassembled. Missing a dip

There were so many items unavailable on the menu when we visited. Only one flavour of milk shakes. The Service without a smile. Little choice but what we eventually chose to eat and drink was okay. We would not return here
