Great food that is not expensive

price to value discrepency very good, cheapest thing around for a decent amount for food

A place without a toilet?! who agreed to open a place where you eat and there is no toilet for customers!!!!!! I do not recommend.

Was charged for double meat in a normal sandwich and was told that a footlong ham only gets 4 slices of ham

Terrible service and false advertising, store claims to be participating in the current £4.99 any footlong deal but they want to charge more instead unless you order Tuna. Very rude member of staff (male).

These guys are cheapskates. Ordered a footlong veggie patty which should come with 2 patties. It had half of one patty broken into little pieces and spread around. Ordered Chipotle sauce, a tiny bit was there but the rest was drowned in mayo. This has happened twice now so subway Westbourne can do one. Tbf they're lucky I didn't make my way down there and make my own sandwich properly. My experience is unfortunately in tune with the current state of English society.

missing items and qeong fillin the sub

Ordered footlong plant patty with chipotle sauce. Received footlong with nothing in it and mayo. My fault for ordering from here as this is the second time this has happened. Terrible 0/10

The delivery time kept changing every 10 minutes, after a hour of waiting I then get notified that my food is being prepared, I then get confirmation that the food is out for delivery then I have the delivery driver at the door without notification of that and the food was cold to top all off, might as well of gone and got the food myself if it was of convenience.

driver cant handle any directions. literally got lost. decided to call after like an hour. updated the app early. AWFUL DRIVER.

Turned up at 17:56 on a Sunday when they close at 18:00 and got rudely turned away as it was "closed". Horrendous attitude from the person on duty - I'm sure the owner of that franchise won't be best pleased when he reads this 🙃

9.9/10, asked for toasted but it wasn't, no big deal, I love Subway Westbourne and little things like this are insignificant in the grand scheme of things. Delivery bro was clearly a great guy too

Subway continue to put less and less filling in their subs. I give it a year and they'll be charging £16 for bread.

Driver couldn’t find my house rang me and kept driving pasy on motor bike . Food arrived cold and bag is ripped

Food was great BUT delivery was poor. Food just left in the lobby - no attempt was made to deliver to my door even though I did open the door for this to happen

Went to get sides of meatball and slice of pepperoni bread pizza thing they offer same as I did which was served great by little young boy who works there. (I’m also a regular there and do occasionally spend alot there for lunch) Today I went in on my lunch break in a happy mood (which did not last long thanks to this store )and asked for same things I ate as last time (just a pizza pepperoni slice and bowl of meal balls) and the girl with dark hair gave me the most weirdest look and was made uncomfortable since. I said yes with cheese and jalapeños which she didn’t even do for the meatballs and then she tossed the bowl to her colleague at till. And I said I ordered pepperoni slice too which she cooked and almost burnt and made comments 4 times about do I want more or want it as foot long when I repeatedly said no. I felt like I made a crime just because I wanted a few bites for lunch and nothing too big. She didn’t even serve any cutlery or smile or said bye like the boy from last week did at the store. I could also hear her say stuff in Spanish to a colleague which is completely rude as I can sense when being spoken about. Safe to say my lunch break and whole day has been ruined by this awful customer service and I am put off ever going there again until she leaves. Management need to look into this as I’m not the only one who says this about the girl that works there with dark hair.

Worst subway I've been too, couldn't cut the rolls properly, 3 bits of sweetcorn, 2 strands of onion, 2 peppers, roll looked awful didn't enjoy it, rude girl served us! Should of eat at home

Coke food, missing items, and when I called the restaurant to tell them about this I was laughed at with the phone just left on the side while the staff laughed, I was then hung up on, this happened twice! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Food is good but wrong size sub received. Ordered a 12 inch and only received 6 inch

Served by an arrogant, rude member of staff today. Food was OK but was never asked if I wanted any salads after the food came out of toaster, I wouldn't have given a 1 star had it not been for the obnoxious girl who served me today. Won't be returning.

Awful service, sent the wrong item and then when I called for a replacement was told they couldn't do it!

My sandwich tasted like bleach 👍 sandwiches are always low on filling and if you order via an app then it doesn't turn up for a hour which makes no sense when it literally take less then 3 minutes for them to make a sandwich 🙄 even shorter considering how little they put in. Worst part is this is a franchise store so the owner only cares about profit. They seriously need to sack this store off at this point. Go to one of the other subways in the local area and avoid eating bleach 👍

Wasn't happy with my delivery as was cold and not enjoyed it

The food was fine. It’s the timing I have an issue with. I was on my lunch break at 1.30 and booked my lunch at 11ish to arrive on my lunch break. I only had 10 mins to eat as it was really really late.

Ordered a meatless meatball sub but apparently they don't do it anymore and ended up with one person not having a sandwich.. it should have been taken off the website! Hopefully i will get a refund. Rest of the food was good 😊

watched the girl count the tiny steak bits in my Steak and Cheese .... should have said Cheese, dash of steak and please burn whilst you toast it ...in fact throw it, spit on it and wrap with some attitude. Horrible staff --- NOT all though lad on till was pleasant

Unfortunately the order was incorrect with missing items and my daughters meal had the cheese on that hadn’t been put on the other orders so she was unable to eat it as she cannot eat cheese . Very disappointed and requested a refund for missing items and incorrect meal .

I mean what arrived tasted good but when you ordered a foot long and a 6-inch turns up, there’s only so much positive feedback you can give - currently awaiting refund from Justeat ✌️

My subs did not have the sauces I selected making them bland. They gave me chicken bites instead of the crinkled wedges that I ordered.

Didn’t revive the correct order

All of my food was stone cold - even the crinkle cut potatoes and the meatballs. My sub was dry, not cut properly down the middle and overall disappointing. The cookie is rock hard, I've had cookies from you before and it's never been like this - it's inedible. Unfortunately the majority of the food has been left uneaten, not close to worth the almost £20 I paid for the order in total.

I appreciate the restaurant may have been busy but it took an hour and 20 minutes for our food to arrive. We only ordered 3 sandwiches. We also got no updates, and the when you click on “call the restaurant” in the Just Eat app, it doesn’t call the restaurant at all! It calls Just Eat who tell you to look at the website or in the app and then hang up on you. No use whatsoever.

Whatever dude put my Veggie delight sandwich together forgot the veggie delight. Literally just got salad in a bun. Utterly useless

We asked for toasted and I doubt it'd even seen a spec of heat which is a shame. Way too much sauce that it had spilt out and all outside the bread was covered. Has browns soggy but hot.

Imagine paying for extra cheese and putting in the note for cheese and no cheese at all turns up I’m the sub

Awful. I ordered the meatless meat ball foot long sub and it was practically empty! And there was no sauce on the meatless balls so incredibly dry. I paid over £11 for this (includes all the fees). Just eat only refunded me some of this.

The wedge order for 2.19 was tiny, just 7 wedges. The tuna ciabatta bite was missing and each roll was toasted but not requested as toasted! In addition they charged, delivery charge, service charge and bag charge totalling almost £3. Won't be using just eat for subway again.

Food was cold when it arrived. Drink had spilt everywhere so bag and contents were soaking wet and lost half of the drink. Unimpressed.

Why can I not get hold of anyone???

I asked for pickles and had jalapenos which I would never order, there is hardly any cheese and it was late arriving. The time was updated but after it had already gone in to the second delivery window. Extremely unhappy as ordered this for my work break and can't eat it easily as I work on the phone.

I ordered a plant based ‘meatball’ sub, only to receive a normal meatball sub with cheese, didn’t realise until I took a bite. Luckily I don’t have a dairy allergy!! The salad in the sub was also completely wrong. The potato crispers were cold and dry, had about 5 soggy chips. Not impressed at all. Called the shop but she couldn’t do anything about it and didn’t care much.

Sandwich part of order was great. I also ordered a large portion of crispy potatoes....... no way was a large portion sent, they wouldn't even have fed a small child. The amount given may not even have passed as a small portion...... so disappointing, wasted money. (They weren't crispy either).

Lack of communication from restaurant when food was late was very, very disappointing......

Ordered at 17:00 it arrived at 18:50, items were either missing or not correct, e.g wrong cookie and no sauce for hash browns.

My order was not fulfilled. I spoke with someone at the store and he said he would get back to me. I have contacted head office and just eat. Heard nothing. I was on a 12 hour shift and was very hungry, as were my work colleagues. Customer service is disgusting

ordered 2 veggie delights and was sent 2 veggie patties which both me and my son cannot stand. this is the 2nd time this has happened and after complaining after the first I really thought it wouldn't happen again. staff need to learn the menu they are selling. other than that, no issues.

My cookies were wrong however the sandwiches were perfect!!!

Unfortunately, they didn't have what I ordered online. That's ok. But they accepted my order and refuse to cancel it. So I had to ask delivery service where they told they can give me 50% as restaurant accepted order and "preparing" it. So I spent 30 min, without money, without food and advice that I should return to the restaurant where they didn't help at first place. Great, happy customer.

Service a bit slow but taste is perfect

My subway turned up with no pickles in it although I ordered extra. There was very little sauce inside and poorly labelled. Not great service from subway

Half of what I wanted was not I my sub or salad and the sauce for the salad was I the sub and the sauce for the sub was on the salad which completely ruined the salad as I don't like the sauce that was on it

Sandwich was great, but sides not so good. Meatballs had no sauce or cheese. Hash Browns soggy and lacking in number.

An item was missed from my order

ordered a large meal from subway order delivered on time but was missing the cookie and crisp the meat balls were very cold no cheese or jalapenos

Picked up a 6” sub today as I often have. Got to work and it was just about 5” and dry and hard as if stale along the bottom. Called them and my call was answered by a very rude guy who said he was the owner, he just talked over me constantly called me a liar. I just politely tried to explain but he wouldn’t have it. I was not given a receipt and to top it all, a member of staff came from behind the counter not wearing a mask and left! So much for customer safety and hygiene 😡 I Said I didn’t want an argument and would pop in tomorrow for a replacement and the ‘owner’ said I might not get one or a refund as another manager would there and she won’t do it. I really wouldn’t have bothered, but the lack of consideration for customers hygiene (no mask wearing in the shop and behind the counter where preparing food ) really annoyed me. Avoid!

Food arrived and was ok, however the restaurant missed off an item. I called them and they told me if I wanted the item I had to go in and get it as they wouldn’t send another delivery driver. Poor customer service.

The 'hot' food was cold, there was absolutely no sauce on the meatballs or the meatball sub and the bread was a bit stale

Was over an hour waiting for a delivery and ended up getting my partner to pick it up on his way home, food was cold and got told it was remade fresh... generally disappointed

Missing some of my items and gave me wrong bread!

Best Subway experience at this particular store. They cater for gluten free, all sandwiches I order are nice and tidy even very early in the morning. A member of staff also leaves great notes like "Have a lovely day" - great job. Thank you!!

Shocking that u pay that much for a salad and got a box of spinach lettuce and cucumber with a tiny bit of meat. No tomatoes, no gherkins no peppers and covered in pepper which i cannot eat. Called and the phone line is not working. Will not use again!!!
