Accepted order and changed delivery time multiple times after

fried chicken from here is nice, But the chicken fillet burger was inedible, really horribly dry, chewy and nasty, was really awful, and the coleslaw was also substandard horrible, both went straight in the bin.

The chicken was a little over cooked but still very tasty

The food arrived very hot and freshly cooked but the wings were bland,and just cooked enough not to see blood. The chips were soggy and very small portion, also my note on the order was ignored. I'm sorry for the poor review but your standards are way higher than that. Still my favourite takeaway 😋

I don’t know what’s happening but chicken stinks … and pizza is not same how was before . I’m disappointed… I know I had huge discount but anyway because of that smell I can’t eat this .

We normally order online via Just Eat and the food always arrives quickly and piping hot from Charmister to Branksome. Today, we happened to be in the area so we went to eat in and the quality of the food was identical to home delivery - a testament to the speed at which it is always delivered! Friendly service and extra brownie points for giving us hot wings to try after we asked about the level of heat. We ordered hot wings and rice box (pics), have previously also tried the six fillet meal and I'll confess, I'd eat here over KFC any day. The heat of the wings was good for me (as someone who enjoys spicy food but who has a fairly low tolerance for heat) and the batter was well-seasoned. Everything is cooked well - crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. I was also offered extra sauce without asking. Nice, clean seating area. The only downsides were the lack of toilets and parking - we had to park on a side street around the block. Well worth the visit nonetheless!

Food never arrived , couldn’t do anything about it ; even maybe like send me my food till I get it . Useless place useless staff

Second time I ordered, first time was great and generous portion, second time awful. Practically no chips whatsoever, very odd. Not happy

Food good, fast delivery, but missing a portion of fries - buy we qualified for free garlic bread so wasn't the end of the world

Come on guy’s fill the sauce pots up only quarter full, also the Pepsi bottles please go back to the 1.5 bottles, as you have put the price up to nearly £4, also the chips need improving, too many tiny chips, I will only come back when you have offers on, as you have got to expensive for what I want to order.

The Driver did not have the Street number on his phone. He only had the Street Name. This is not the first time. We will have a meeting regarding this with your Head Office soon.

Items missing from order, stone cold chips, wrong drink sent and was really warm. when I rang to try and rectify this they couldn't give a toss and told me to get a refund off just eat!! terrible customer service and not great food, won't be using again, there are much better out there. AVOID!!!

Ordered via Uber eats this evening, first time ordering pizza from here as I do actually rate the chicken, but jesus christ £11 for a "pizza" that is so small we'd class it as a kids meal. Not only that but also got sent a blue slush instead of the strawberry one ordered and it leaked everywhere, all over the box etc. Absolute nightmare and Uber won't help 😑 again, we rate the chicken here hence the 2 stars but this has put us right off ordering again.

A real alternative to KFC. Arrived super hot and had been cooked fresh. The chips are fantastic and they don’t beleive in small portions. I will ask to see if they do drumsticks in their bucket meals.

my food was drenched in sauce and had stale buns and the cans were warm as well as the fries being soggy. it's a shame i had to make this review as the food is normally good but unfortunately not this time around.

Absolutely disgusted with the attitude of the restaurant. They never delivered my food then told me it's not their drive it's just eats so it's not their problem take it up with just eat. This is absolutely disgraceful behavior and outright robbery.

Food was great (excellent fried chicken), but unfortunately our extras/sides weren’t delivered - gravy, garlic dip and coleslaw. Despite that will definitely order again!

the 1st delivery driver was very obnoxious as the food order was completely wrong, called the shop all resolved and delivered within 20 minutes I think by the owner as I've seen his face before. food was great will defo order again

After a bad delivery driver not turning up the restaurant called me and assured that the food would be ready cooked and sent asap! Within 10 minutes I had my food and whole order and it was lovely and fresh! Thank you for the updates and excellent service from the manager and new driver who apologised

Best fried chicken in the area ordered mulitiple times, even the chips have improved since the last time I ordered. 100% recommend this place much better than KFC. I normally go for the chicken pieces and wings, it's so tasty 😋

Chips need to improve, not large and fluffy, just hard little bits, apart from that good.

The food was alright but had been tilted so all the topping had slide of the one side.I will not be ordering from them again.

The chicken burger is actually real great. The wings aren't, I could barely taste the seasoning. I think for the price, you would 100% be more satisfied with KFC. They do give a great portion of chips and everything feels to be cooked per order which is quite refreshing. Better than chicken cottage, not better than kfc

This place thinks it’s Harrods of chicken with its extortionate pricing! £10 for a burger and chips ? Seriously expensive and nothing justifies this! Hope people stop going here so that they learn a lesson

The quality has deteriorated, the price has increased again, the delivery fee and service charge is ridiculously expensive and there is no longer a stamp card, this restaurant has become a huge disappointment, I am very sorry because I have loved it your food.

We ordered yesterday 12/05/2024. There’s 2 chickens left this morning when I tried to eat left over from yesterday this is I found. Not recommended. Be careful. still feeling sick .

we didn't receive the ice cream that we ordered, nor the cold drink that was part of a meal deal, so not a great experience overall. the food we did receive was fine though.

was left at front door. no contact. very poor service and disappointing and we didn't know our food had arrived until went downstairs.

One of the best if not the best, food amazing arrived early probably. Recommend for everyone we have been ordering form the place for a more then a year how and then never disappoint.

Spent a lot of money on a lot of food for our family who were visiting. Everybody said it was the best chicken they’d ever had. Absolutely superb meal. Will use again and again.

We are very upset as our order was 1 and half hours late. This was our iftar meal as we are fasting for Ramadan. The restaurant was kind enough to send us our order as our other order was stone cold. We would like a full refund please.

Order from this firm all the time for their chicken and it is great. Their pizza however was really bad. Dips backed and placed on top of the pizza and all of the cheese just slid and slopped off till it was a cool mush at the eye of the box.

Usually this restaurant is top notch and the majority of the food was spot on this time however the quarter pounder burger that I paid £6 for wasn't very nice and went in the bin. It was kind of soggy and the salad was poor. I only asked for no tomato and all I got was a tiny piece of lettuce. No onion, pickles or anything. Its a shame because everything else was spot on as usual.

On Saturday night, the sauces came open and were all over the drinks, I asked for freshly cooked chicken and chips and they were not, chips were hard and stale, chicken was soggy with grease, if you’re not going to do what I ask, what’s the point getting from you, generally you are very good, but Saturday night was very poor from you.

Food was good but not the one I ordered.

One of my favourite takeaways in the country. The chicken wrap was perfect as usual and the hot wings and chips were the crispiest I’ve had from a take away in a long, long time. Cooked to perfection. They listened to the instructions I put in the comments, which is always a pleasant surprise when ordering on Just Eat. The delivery driver is a legend and is always very polite - if he’s not the owner of the store (which I suspect he might be), I hope you treat him very well. Such a lovely man.

Sfc charminster is simply outstanding the shop is spotless the staff professional and take their job seriously and then the food the chicken is superb the wraps are amazing and addictive they put kfc to shame and then the pizzas perfectly cooked nice char on the crust cant be beaten... So if you are hungry try sfc and you will not be disappointed
