Best burger place around. Absolutely delicious and quick delievery 💜

We ordered a take away and they were very good at making any adjustments we needed and got it spot on in a good time. Food was very tasty, would definitely go there again. Would be even better if they could offer gluten free buns.

Over cooked onion rings, under cooked bbq ribs, hot dog was soggy and tiny. And them 3 items cost £25 will not be ordering again.

My boyfriend and I ordered from Baia Baia through Uber Eats. It took an hour and a half to arrive (delivery isn’t through Uber, it’s direct from the restaurant), they got part of the order wrong and the food overall was not good especially for the price.

Brilliant brunch! We ordered the Shashuka and the mediterranean breakfast and both were excellent. Good amount of heat in the Shashuka and the breakfast had some of the best falafel we've had in the UK! Really welcoming service, we would definitely recommend!

Have been wanting to try this place for ages, we walked in amd had the whole restaurant to ourselves, the service was impeccable but the burgers were even better. We had a thanos, krakatoa and the el zorro, a portion of the loaded chips and jalapeño poppers, every bite was perfect, the burgers definitely loved upto their names and the sides were on point. Will 💯 be back.

Highly NOT recommended. Ordered food and waited over an hour to then be called and say that the restaurant is closing and they will therefore not be waiting for a rider or delivering our food no apology just a refund after waiting an hour for food.

The staff are friendly, they make great burgers and the potato wedges are the best I've ever had! They stopped doing the burger with nachos which was possibly the best burger I've ever eaten, not sure why they took it off the menu. The only real downside to this place is I've found it to be a little pricey!

The burgers are always great with lots of choice, and the delivery was 5 minutes early! Only issue is that the halloumi burger was stone cold. Had to reheat it as halloumi just goes rubbery when cold. Perhaps Baia Baia need to cook the veggie options last so the stay hot.

Operate through Uber Eats as "Howl at the Moon". Normally very happy with this place but I've been charged twice for my meal and nobody at Uber seems to want to sort it. This place doesn't seem to care either. I expected better customer service. You're choosing to work with Uber and they've literally stolen from me, so yes it's your problem now.

Ordered having fancied a burger, fairly good menu. Burger was great, good flavor heald together well and the bun was nice too. Chips were crisp and wings were fresh. I had ordered recently from Nathan's and 7bone and I would happily order from baia baia again over the others.

My partner and I were massive fans of Baia Baia and have ordered many many times before and were completely in love with their food, could never have a bad word to say and always recommended them to friends and family. They were our go to takeaway. However our order today arrived and we were sent a mouldy burger bun and there was a small fly in the cheesy chips. Was absolutely appalled considering we were very loyal customers. Unfortunately because of this we will not be using them again!

How this place has good reviews I don't know or I was just unlucky on this occasion. My burger was all completely soaked through the bun and looked like a complete mess! I was going to call and complain but saw they were closing just after I recieved my food. I then just attempted to try the burger and really was awful and the cheesy chips I had with it was disgusting. Warm dry chips and dry cheap cheese. I really regret buying from these ppl

Looking for something to brighten our lockdown, we searched around online for a really good burger place and were not disappointed by this one! Collection was ready in good time and the staff were very friendly. The food was even better. Our whole family loved it - we can particularly recommend the Blue Moon and the Champion Chips. There was so much variety in the menu that we'll have to come back to try everything we didn't manage to this time. Highly recommended!

This is the best burger I have had in Bournemouth. Blue moon is my favorite and champion chips!! The bread is great the burger is perfectly cooked, not raw inside and not overcooked as I have had in several other places. Definitely recommend it!

Have ordered from here 3 or 4 times now, wouldn't go anywhere else for burgers now, they're incredible. Always arrive warm and juicy, bun not soggy, chips hot and crisp. Cannot recommend enough

The street pepito it's 17 cms of pure flavor and tender beef. The Baia Baia hot dog, is original from this place. I'm a fan of their food and soft beverages. It's a takeaway hide gem and they have an original menu! I'm a fan of this place!

I was visiting some relatives at bournemouth, and a friend told me about this place...my wife make a firts order on Just Eat, we receive the order on time and It was DELICIOUS!! couple of nights after i couldnt resist, went to Baia-baia and ate one of the best Burger ever!!! Dissapointed. I order a pepito and it was very small. Very expensive. I paid 11£ for a tiny sandwich. For that money I can go to any other restaurant and eat good better food. I don't recommend this place.

This is a family business. The hamburgers are tasty, a lot of combinations of toppings are in the menu and you can make your own. Bear in mind it is a takeaway place; however, toilets for customers were recently added.

A friend and I were going to the Marvo mysteries escape rooms. We arrived early and were hungry after work. So we wondered up Holdenhurst road and stumbled across Baia Baia. The burgers were to die for. Highly recommended 😊

For such a highly reviewed restaurant, I have to say that I am absolutely DISGUSTED with the quality of my food. £12 for a burger, the bottom bun was like an old sponge and the actual burger meat, could well have been dog meat based on the taste. Save your time and go to Five Guys.

Worst burger ever threw it away

Amazing place, for me the best in Bournemouth, the food it's really delicious and also the attention it's amazing.

Ordered through Deliveroo and they sent the wrong order. When we called they shouted at us saying we had ordered the wrong thing when I had the order sat in front of me! Terrible customer service. Plus they don't take telephone orders they tell you to use the website.
