I have been going here since I was a teenager and now I take my 4 kids here! Really glad it’s been in Bournemouth for so long! Best Milkshake in the world!

Great staff, was very chatty and gave us recommendations as we were unsure what to choose out of all the options they deliver. I went for a dirty Dave it was amazing!

Was always a big fan of this place. The staff have always been great. They have never had a problem with my British Bulldog and have always made a fuss of him . Sadly whoever is now behind the jump isn’t so friendly isn’t so great. Looks like I won’t be having a “Dave” for a long time

Awful service - milkshakes ordered were large, they weren't even full they were 3/4 down the cup - may aswel have had a regular! Wouldn't go back.

Awful place, food is over priced and horrible. Staff rude and took ages to hand food over. Terrible smell and owner was clearly more interested in making money than customer service. Would avoid at all costs. My daughter loves milkshakes and literally through 90% of it away.

Great shakes, good size and the price is not over the moon (unless you have them everyday!). My favourite is Nutella + Biscoff

The waiter is unpolite to foreign friends. And the drink is not recommended, too sweet and expensive compared with others

Clean and tidy, brightly lit, really good seating and the guy behind the counter was nice and friendly.

So my go to milkshake is definitely a double daim, an absolute beauty of a shake! My best friend likes a kitkat and aero, odd choice but she loves it. Also love that they do hot drinks too

I love shakeaway. Even though we live on the other side of the world, we always try to go to shakeaway in Bomo or Southampton when visiting my husband's family!

This is the place for shakes! Visited with my family and bizarre tastes! Personally, black jack, kinder Bueno, squishes and Jaffa cake sounds vile, but they made it for my wife and didn’t even question it! Great chatting to them whilst they made it, and were great in suggesting alternatives for a missing item she wanted. Can’t fault the place, and well worth a visit! Superb COVID support and expertly done. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

This place is great, So many flavors, the choice is massive! The staff are really friendly and helpful too. We both wanted a nutty and chocolate milkshake which the man behind the till gave us a few helpful suggestions, we both went for a large Dave, it was amazing and definitely will be back.

Really friend man served me. He is great at helping you decide if youre unsure what flavour to choose from and it was made quickly whilst I paid.

Fast service, a delicious product, and very flexible with any choices made or dietary restrictions/requirements.

Been here several times in the hope of a Frozen Yoghurt as one of the very few places which sell it in Bournemouth, but every time they don't seem to have it. I now always use a competitor up the road.

I went in at 12.20 and including mine, the young chap only had 4 shakes to make. I didn't leave until 12.45. this is a silly amount of time for 1 person to make 4 shakes. Aside from bad customer service, how would the shop ever make money if this is the speed they go.

Always busy. Lots of choice. Service slow when busy. I had milkybar shake, which was ok, not a particularly strong flavour to it. My husband had Fry's mint and that tasted good.

I hadn't been here in a long time and decided to visit with some friends. Staff very friendly and facilities good. Prices also for drinks and snacks fairly reasonable. Also pool tables are good quality and smooth to play on. Decent size and you can get a good game going on them. Only giving 4 stars rather than 5 though as I felt they have tried to squeeze 1 too many tables in, meaning if it's busy you end up bumping elbows and shoulders with the people playing next you you often... I'd therefore only go back and play if it was quiet.

Died and gone to heaven. First time here and I'm blown away. Every possible milkshake you could ever dream of. I went for 'Dave' what a random name 🤣 extra thick (ferrero rocher, kinder beueno and a sprinkle of flake on top). Omg 😍. Delicious. Will be back for sure.

Went in to Shakeaway Bournemouth and was going to order a simple milkshake from the store, quick and easy but then the staff starting chatting to me and helpfully suggested options that I loved, such great service, to give me the best choice I could be went for. Even after I paid they continued to converse with me after, not brushing me aside for others, even when busy. Would highly recommend going here as it was a great expirience that made my day better, not only with the product but exceptional service from Russell and Summer

If you like Milkshakes and you like to have a choice of flavours, then Shakeaway is the place for you. Making your choice for the milkshake is the hardest part, there are a lot of choices, always had a different one on every visit and always very much enjoyed the milkshake that was created by the Shakeaway team.

Lovely shakes , served quickly , friendly staff. We had ‘Mo’ shake spinach, coconut and melon as well as ‘Alan’ banana and Nutella- both extremely tasty. Would recommend! Expect to pay about £4-5 per shake. Sat outside on clean tables.

Horrid tired looking building to start, the place stinks of damp coming up from the basement. The freezers have rust on them ,the floors are filthy, along with the work surfaces . The half metre price of cheap white worktop just above the stairway from where the smell comes from. The blender jugs are not washed but just swilled under a tap . The whole place needs re fitting as is a health hazard, The add to this the staff are miserable , but then so would I be working in those conditions.

BEST MILKSHAKES IN THE WORLD! (That I have tried)

There’s not a shakeaway near me so I had to make the most of having one when visiting Bournemouth and it was so good. Jaffa cake and creme egg milkshake is incredible

One guy serving, two downstairs stock taking, really long queue over and hour wait. Lots of people leaving. It’s a shame as its usually good. Putting process (stock taking) before customer service seems counter intuitive to companies that want to stay in business.

Regular milkshake was on 3/4 full of cup.

The shakes as always was great but very slow service only one person serving when we arrived

Waiting time is always quite long. On a hygiene note, it would definitely be worth changing the blue gloves after removing and putting out the rubbish bags before serving the next milkshake.😱 On a positive note, the staff were friendly and happy.👍

The milkshakes themselves are fabulous, and the staff always friendly and approachable. However, waiting times are ridiculous. Last time I visited I was stood waiting over 20 minutes to pick up the one drink. This is very common. If you're not in a rush it's fine, but either way it's pretty annoying waiting that long for a drink.

Drinks were great as always. Less convinced by them being closed for half an hour at 4pm because both members of staff were on lunch...

Damn they have the nicest milkshakes around, i usually get the curly wurly flavour, its so good! Shame its fairly expensive so i cant go too often.

Getting very dirty, too inconsistent with quality of shakes. I sat down and could see all the dirty under shelves, disgusting really. Need a food safety visit

Love this place, I'm always spoilt for choice and you can't go wrong flavour wise with whatever you choose. My only nit picking is that I wish there was a way they could remove lumps better as they often get stuck in the straw. I recommend cadburys cream egg ..

I totally blanked on their names but the two ladies working were amazing Gave me good recommendations based on my preference and whether or not i liked the shake sweet or not and went from there. Would absolutely go again

I enjoy the sheer variety of milkshakes Shakeaway offer but the experience of going to their Bournemouth store leaves something to be desired. The shop is small, cramped and stuffy. I wouldn't ca'l the wait times particularly speedy and customers mostly have to stand around awkwardly. Loud music books out in a poor attempt to cover over the loud mixing machines so its difficult to comfortably have a conversation while you wait. The combination of these factors really leaves everyone feeling very irritable by the time their order is done.

I have visited this shakeaway multiple times and never have been that impressed. The wait time is always too long and after a while I don’t even feel like having a drink anymore. Took five minutes until they realised they didn’t have either of the ingredients need to make my smoothie. So i tried to reorder again just to be told they didn’t have those ingredients either, so resulted to another one. In the end the smoothie wasn’t a crazy amazing so won’t be visiting again soon.

Amazing choice of flavours and so delicious. I thought the prices were ok, not any more than other places I've been too. You can sit inside or outside, although there's not a huge amount of seating. Staff are friendly, however it took a long time after placing my order to actually get my shake. The queue was out the door and only 1 of the 4 staff seemed to be making shakes, the others were cleaning or stocking the nearly full shelves.

I highly recommend Shakeaway due to their excellent treatment of customers with allergies. On every occasion that I visit my drink is made in a special allergy jug which doesn’t have nut traces in it. Also the barista changes his gloves before making my drink and uses the allergy utensils. I think that this professional customer care of allergy sufferers is admirable and other companies should take a leaf from their book.

Standard shakeaway, lots of options and a little pricey. Was boiling in there though - poor staff member must have melted. They have outdoor seating though 👍

Massive selections of shakes that you can customise. Only downside is normally a queue however this is only due to the popularity. Recommend the Protein Paul.

Was the first one I ever went too and still the best, I have been here many times and this one is great, aways quick and very happy staff!

I normally don't write reviews, but thought I should just say today the staff dealt with some difficult customers very well. If you as a customer can't appreciate the amount of effort and time it will take to make 5 different shakes before yours and have to wait a whole ten minutes then you really don't deserve to enjoy a shakeaway shake!! Well done team and keep up the good work!! Had a Jessica which as great thanks

Nos poped en para conseguir algunos batidos de yogur congelado el lunes 26 de junio alrededor de las 4pm. Había un miembro del personal de limpieza señora de la zona de trabajo frente a su vuelta hacia nosotros, que esperamos con paciencia. Al final dimos la vuelta y nos sonrió a ella. . . simplemente permaneció en limpieza completamente nosotros ignorar aunque ella nos miraba blankly. Luego procedió a hacer otras cosas en vez de servir. Parecía como si ella no quiere tener nosotros como clientes! Simplemente dejamos desorientados.

The shakes actually taste of the flavours your order. The hot shakes (yes!) are good too and so are the yogurts

So many choices of milkshake it's hard to decide!! Fast service! Fantastic! Will definitely be back very soon. Very friendly fun staff too. First time we have visited as my friend recommended.
