Taco Bell in Swindon

Food was fine but service and cleanliness was terrible. The two workers were sat around not doing anything when we arrived and took ages to get our food and we were the ONLY ones in there. Table was dirty, toilets were a real mess!

Order a drink but it was water in the drink dispense.Took forever and was short staffed they weren’t wearing gloves. 3 of order machine were broken and cash only on tills. Overall rubbish wouldn’t recommend at all with others complaining about their food orders as well.Terrible ! Never again will I go

Walked in with son ...no cue at all wasn't even a knowledged and staff knew we were there.waited for over 5 minutes without do much as a 'I'll be with you in a minute' and so we left. It's the second time staff have had a lack of customer skills hence my review.

It took 45 minutes for them to get my food ready and I only ordered 2 things, it is appalling and they call themselves fast food so angry

We go to Taco Bell at least once a month and have been satisfied with Milton Keynes and Northampton branches. This was our first experience with Swindon. On entrance it was clear the place was dirty with food residue on all tables and the three staff members behind the counter chatting to each other. I believe the store to be new as it hasn’t been around when I was living in Swindon before so I gave it the benefit of the doubt. I ordered my usual two chicken taco supreme meal. It has to be chicken as I have a serious beef allergy. My partner also decided to get us some nachos to share so we clicked remove beef on these as well. The food came quickly enough but I was very surprised by the quality. My partners food was as ordered but the shared nachos had beef as apparently when we clicked to remove the beef it said no extra beef instead of no beef. The staff did correct this. My tacos were another story. They were completely missing tomatoes and sour cream even though I had not requested any changes except chicken instead of beef. The chicken when spread out didn’t even reach from one side of the taco to the other and this was at half a piece height at most. When my partner took the worst of the two back which was also short on lettuce it was replaced with another taco with identical chicken quantities and just stuffed with lettuce. The staff attitude was very blunt and even though we did get some corrections I was overall disappointed with the experience and despite ordering more food than I would normally get from Taco Bell I left hungry. I will not be back to the Swindon branch in a hurry and I think some serious training needs to take place. This branch is not a good reflection of the franchise as a whole and I think that can only be a bad thing for business.

Ordered takeaway a few times now and they have never delivered the full order. Tried one last time and again, half the order missing, 1/2 meals delivered. The phone number does not connect and there is no way to get in touch with them to get the issue rectified.

Had a delivery, 2 burritos and a portion of fries. Whilst it all tasted ok, it was the smallest burrito I’d ever seen, just a smear of filling, and the tiniest portion of fries you could imagine. Very disappointing for £18 (inc delivery). Had to make some toast for afters …..!

Came in on Sunday 19th, were only 2 other customers who had already been served so was not busy, and we couldn't find a place to sit down for all the rubbish and food debris left all over the floor and chairs. Was absolutely disgusting. More than enough staff members for one of them to be sweeping every so often. Staff were rude and there were items missing from our order.

Okay today, sometimes better sometimes worse. The pluses, we love a Taco Bell it’s our favourite take away and we used to travel out the county to Dorset and Somerset to find one. Like most fast food places the food is usually pretty much spot on to what you expect and it’s the speed of service, facilities and how the meal is put together that make the difference. The Swindon restaurant is in a great location and the usual Tacos, quesadillas, Churros and a bottomless drink are lovely (we do the Quesadilla Cravings Box which at £7.50 is pretty good value and very filling). However, the speed of service is not great, often due to hardly any staff at peek times (today was just after lunch on a busy Saturday), the self service order points are usually not working properly and once again with too few staff the customer seating and toilets aren’t that clean and tidy. Today was okay but not amazing however, watching a girl called Tash work the kitchen pretty much on her own and flat out to turn round loads of orders whilst her two male colleagues pretty much fannied about deserves a mention and a pat on the back, the food was hot, Tasty and as you would want it, so well done her!!

I have never been so excited to see a fast food restaurant, having never eaten at Taco Bell, but heard amazing things from American family. Asides from the kiosk being quite difficult to use compared to other restaurants, the process was smooth. Food in approximately 10 minutes is reasonable, I feel. Some kiosk options just didn't work at all, and the 'Regular' and 'Large' options were the same price, but you couldn't customise the Large options. Bizarre technical mishaps. Onto the food... when the best part was a wrap filled with cheese I think it's quite disappointing. My 'crunch wrap' was flaccid, and quite sad, though flavour wise quite good. The crunchy cinnamon twists were delicious, and I'm told the fries were quite nice, except they were missing from my combo. We also ordered 2 additional cheese sauces (I mean... obviously!), but I'd recommend a rethink of your packaging. Firstly, the one pot was barely half filled, and the other had poured all over the bottom of the bag, with no cheese left in the pot. Didn't expect to be scraping cheese off of a paper bag with a tortilla but it's not the best method of cheese sauce to mouth delivery. The receipt attached is also cheese covered, along side my jeans (thankfully we got food at the end of our shopping trip). If all that wasn't bad enough, the lady behind the counter looked like she'd rather be anywhere else. I'm not necessarily someone that believes people should always be happy, but silence after shouting "322", without so much as an 'enjoy' or 'thanks' is quite poor on the customer service front. I took extra Fire sauce to make up for that, though (bravo... Good stuff)! The restaurant was very clean, and I like that you can refill drinks (despite takeout). Great menu with cheaper options and good selection of combo meals.

Ordered a takeaway over £35 was rather excited as I love taco bell got home half the order was missing tried to call up the store got no answer a complete was of money. Never again
