Fat Boys in Braintree

Couldn't be more stupid if they tried!!! Ordered and selected pay by cash. Driver brings food and says its already been paid for. So were honest and tell him bill needs to be paid. Driver doesn’t have change and apparently cant bring change back either as thats clearly a challenging difficult request!!! So takes food away. WTAF!!!!

We ordered a meal for 4 people £46 delivery driver arrived took food discovered half order missing tried calling no answer driver then turned up after we had eaten with the rest of the order cold by now and what we had was not good first time ordering from fat boys and the last

The staff are disgusting food is never hot when it turns up get told will be an hour when i live 10 minutes away from the shop itself. Person on phone always calls people BRUV when im a women an certainly not a brother of his. They have no respect for there customers at all an id say the place is rather expensive for what you actually get.

Absolutely foul customer service. 15 mins late delivering.then I opened the bag and the chips bag was half full. For 2.20. So as someone who often buys from them I called for them to fix it and he told me I was talking sh!t. And swore at me! Told me how many chips does mcdonalds give u? Well I'm not buying from mcdonalds am buying from you! And for a quid they give a lot more than these!!! Do not recommend. Choose somewhere else. Told them ill leave a bad review he said he doesnt care. Well then dont care.

Just had a shish kebab and chips. Absolutely delicious, salad was so fresh, chicken was cooked perfect, and chips were so tasty. Would not order a kebab from anywhere else

Waited over two hours, called to make sure we wasnt forgotten and they hung up on us, food arrived eventually cold and lamb inedible, dont bother! Rank 😤

Best kebab takeaway in witham!! And staff are so friendly. Love this place! Whenever I've collected myself i have been given a free can of Pepsi on arrival... bonus!

Not the sort of quality you would expect lamb was cheap and nasty, salad was fresh burgers cheapo frozen rubbish

I wouldn't even rate this as a 1 star but had to in order to write this review!!! Awful awful awful place! Awful rude staff!! Ordered food at 8pm and the food didn't turn up till 9.40! Had a phone call after 45 minutes of ordering saying they needed a deposit for them to then cook the food they hadn't even started! Had to wait for the driver to then come over to get the deposit! I mean have you ever heard anything like this in ur life when ordering a DELIVERY!! When the food eventually arrive it was all cold and my poor 4 year olds dinner wasn't even there! Whaaaaaat a disgrace! I will Never order from this place again!

Extremely disappointed with our delivery: Large chips - reasonable portion but only luke warm Chicken nuggets - luke warm Pizza - luke warm, lots of cheese, but scarce on other toppings, so little barbecue sauce I wouldn't have known it was barbecue, the whole pizza tasted like it had been cooked from frozen (the cheese was gooey rather than stretchy and the onion tasted old or previously frozen) and the chicken looked more like meatballs Apple pie with cream - apple pie extremely cold - cream was liquid with bubbles - either melted icecream or squirty cream which had been left for a really long time. Once separated and heated, it was delicious (very sweet) and a reasonable size. The chocolate cake portion was miniscule. The saving grace was the Ben & Jerry's - which given that's made by someone else is hardly a compliment. Perhaps it's different if you order at the counter, but I certainly wouldn't recommend this place - I expected better for £30!

I have had several deliveries from Fat Boys over the last couple of years and I have never been disappointed. The delivery is normally quick and the food always arrives hot. My only complaint is that they charge so much for delivery on Just Eat, but they also take card over the phone so I just order by phone instead.

had a very good delivery from here the other Saturday night, came in good time the food was good tasted very fresh.

Was pleased with the selection available on just eat . Com and could order a jacket potato and specify no butter extra salad and no bread with kebab etc was pleasantly surprised
