Kfc in Greenwich

Very disappointed and rude customer service, I order through Uber eats and on the app didn’t give me the option to choose which chicken parts I would prefer so I call and the woman that answered the phone was rude and impatient, she couldn’t find my order asking for my name which I have to tell her a couple times plus expelled for her three times and still she hang the phone on me , call back again and was her again and ask why she hanged the phone on me and she said that was the connection when she could hear me perfectly fine, never I been mistreating like that before, sorry but if you can handle all types of customers this isn’t a job for you, in hospitality you have to learn how to deal with all types of customer and accommodated to give a perfect service as it’s your job, I will like an answer or someone to reply back to me please.

The food, the options, just everything about is so beautiful is so outstanding.I always take a bargain bucket and hold on the way of doing stuff is so convenient

They have no respect and noone takes request & complaints seriously. Magda team member laughed at my partners face and said not my problem. When I went in to see a manager he said he does not care and he said go complain whereever you want!

The worst place in the world. Chips are soggy and cold as well as being a very small portion. Chicken burger was cold and been sitting around and had to be thrown away. The chicken pieces were hard and dried up. The very next morning we both fell ill with food poisoning and all day we were sick and we paid £30.00 as well!!! This place is so awful I didn't want to give 1 star rating but had to put that as the lowest. You can't complain as their telephone number is constantly engaged. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, YOUR LIFE MIGHT DEPEND ON IT.

Mi esposa y yo acabamos de salir del KFC en la calle Eltham High. Y el lugar está sucio. Las papeleras para depositar basura se desbordaban y quedaban 5 o 6 mesas con bandejas y cajas. Se lo mencioné a los chicos detrás del mostrador que no hicieron nada al respecto mientras estábamos allí. El piso también estaba lleno de basura. Muy mala experiencia

Bad food ,never get order right.this branch has gone downhill. Staff very poor and could not care less.more interested in the takeaway motor cycles deliverys

just been redone and i must say this is my local KFC and the food is always good the service is good too, friendly staff - you do have to check your order as it gets busy but i would happily visit for lunch!

Got to be the worst kfc ever Greasy food 20 minute wait albeit being the only customer. Apparently run out of food Poor poor poor I use kfc all over the country Kfc need to disown this branch It’s giving them a bad name.

Tonight was a great experience here as the staff were amazing, all smiling and very friendly. The food was all fresh and hot. The improvements to this restaurant are worth noting, will now go back regularly.
