As i sat down I unwrapped my whopper the smell drifted around. I took abite and the tomato tasted like a leaf the rest of the burger was delicious the neat swirl of ketchup added the perfect flavour to my burger the soft bun was easy to bite down. The lettuce made a crunch and it tasted like heaven.the bacon caesar loaded fries added a perfect touch to my meal. The refreshing taste of frozen fanta swished around my mouth. 10/10 I recommend to people who would like a cheap place too eat.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I used the drive-through to order my food, I ordered a big order and was met with the kind, respectful, bubbly staff who provided me with fresh tasty food and welcoming smiles. It was a lovely end to my day, I had fresh food and met lovely, happy staff with a great sense of humour.

To be fair this is about Just Eat as much as it is the restaurant itself. But if the business signs up to that then they should deliver?? I waited over an hour with no contact from the restaurant or website, when I called I got told that if the food was cold I would get a fifty percent refund. Thanks for that. For a business the size of Burger King, and a business the size of Just Eat, you'd think they might be able to cook and deliver a burger??? To be told that I can still pay for cold food that I had ordered over an hour previously I think is pretty shocking given that there are thousands of other ways that I could have gone about the whole business. I guess in regard to spending money with company's the size of Just Eat or Burger King, it's always the same, they just care less about how they take your money. Waste of time and the most shocking customer service that I've ever had to deal with. Best avoid!

Balham Hill Burger King La comida se servía fría y se veía tan vieja que debería haber estado en la papelera, fue tan malo, cuando hablé con el gerente, no le dio una puta mierda. Él casi se arrastró hasta el mostrador y casi se atrevió a hablar, y mucho menos a pedir disculpas. Después de ver cómo se ejecutaba el lugar, pedí un reembolso, ya que no creo que este lugar con esta administración pueda producir algo que sea comestible. Si no pudiera darle estrellas a este lugar, lo haría.

En primer lugar, creo que cualquier problema puede ser resuelto por el gerente. ¡Aqui no! ! ! ! El es terrible No es de extrañar que este lugar se esté ejecutando en el suelo. Pedimos 2 x la caja King que ahora se anuncia en la televisión como una oferta increíble con una gran hamburguesa. ¡No te dejes engañar por lo que realmente tenemos! Menos los nuggets de pollo. Nos sentamos en el aparcamiento comiendo la comida después de esperar 5 minutos para que la señora nos hablara a través del altavoz y luego 5 minutos para salir y decirnos que no puede escucharnos correctamente en su auricular, para luego jalar. Ronda a la ventana, repitiendo nuestro pedido. . . entonces ella pide la cantidad equivocada. La corregimos y corregimos el orden y el orden. . . Todavía nos equivocaremos. La señora de la ventana nunca dio un recibo de nuestra comida. Entonces nos quejamos al gerente, no hay disculpa. . . ¡Nada más que el cliente es siempre una actitud INCORRECTA! Él simplemente se pregunta y comienza a hacer nuestra comida nuevamente, lo cual digo que no queremos ya que terminamos nuestras comidas ¡ya que teníamos prisa! Luego dice que no puede reembolsarnos porque no tenemos un recibo (lo que de nuevo fue su error). Indico que puede ir fácilmente e imprimir esto de la caja. De hecho, queremos el recibo porque no estaba llegando a ningún lado con este hombre. Así que les digo que me den el recibo, su nombre y la señora que nos sirvió y nos iremos. Luego regresa a las pistas, toma 5 de la caja y se lo entrega a mi compañero (aún sin disculpas). Indico que pedimos dos de estas comidas y quiero un reembolso completo. . . Él hace una mueca y toma otros 5 de la caja. Ninguna disculpa nada. La cocina era un estado, papas fritas por todo el piso y una taza al azar debajo del plato caliente. Para resumir Servicio - TERRIBLE Comida - ¡Me ha puesto a mí ya mi compañero completamente fuera de Burger King! Gestión - encontrar uno nuevo Fecha de visita 10/04/2019 6: 10 pm

The staff couldn’t understand an order from their own menu asking to repeat myself a number of times and being left waiting for 10 minutes. This is far from a fast food restaurant!!! When they finally handed over the food it was wrong and horrific! Missing items and completely failing to meet any kind of standard. You don’t expect much from a fast food place but this was extremely poor. I wasn’t even handed a receipt!!! Which proved very annoying when trying to mention my issue to the incompetent manager that had no clue it seems how to run his own Burger King, he barely held a conversation. When I asked for my money back he left without word to re-make my order. I then had to tell him I had no desire to suffer through anymore of their food and again insisted on my money being returned. Only when I asked for his name and a copy of my receipt to take things higher did he return my money ... still clueless of what I had ordered as he apparently couldn’t work the till, he eventually pushed 5 pounds in my face (for a £10 order) Complete shambles of a place. Needs a huge makeover including attitude. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

It all started at the BK in the Tottenham Ct Rd tube station. We were looking for post office and stumbled on this BK. I expected a large crowd since it was lunch time but, I never expected to be treated so poorly. After waiting in line for over 5 minutes, we finally made our way to the counter. The young girl greeted us with a "YEAH". We placed our order and my husband handed her a credit card. We had seen other patrons pay with a credit card so we didn't think it would be a problem. She ran the card through the machine and then asked for ID. When my husband asked why she required it and previous customers weren't asked to produce their ID she said it was their locations policy when you are from another country. My husband didn't have his ID available without digging through his money belt, exposing our cash and other credit cards. She said: "No ID, no food". This RULE and behavior is ridiculous! I complained to BK through their website but they didn't respond.

It’s unbelievable how the incompetent people are everywhere, lack of menu, even if they get the board on top, lack of service ( 25 minutes for 2 whopper burgers) and soooooo slooooowlyyyyy!!!! Come on Burger King pay for more staff and improve that shop!!!! Bewildered!!!!!

It's Burger King. You get what you expect. I tried BK again after not having had it for a year or so, and I was completely let down by the quality of the food, the restaurant, the people in there and the service.. Again. I will surely go back in a few years when the taste-buds have forgotten what is in store for them. Until then, I will avoid.

I love burger king. Their burgers taste like meat and the salad is always fresh and crisp. More importantly I don't end up hungry again an hour later unlike so many other fast food outlets. I mean if your gonna have a burger splurge you may as well do it properly with the King of them all

Certes le serveur était très sympathique, mais attendre 10 minutes pour avoir 2 burgers alors que le restaurant est quasiment vide, c'est un peu agacant pour un fast food. Qui plus est pour avoir des burgers par réellement savoureux, et loin d'être à la hauteur de ce qu'on pourrait attendre d'un burger king...

Supongo que el hecho de estar al lado de una gasolinera en un lugar de paso afecta al servicio. Pero nos quedamos muy sorprendidos. No cumplían ningún horario, en los días que estuvimos en el hotel de enfrente, ni un solo día abrieron a tiempo, siempre había un cartel escrito a mano diciendo que abrían más tarde, o que no habrían. El único día que pudimos entrar a comer nos encontramos con la única persona antipática de todo Londres (español, por cierto). El sitio oscuro, la comida grasienta y faltaba de todo. A partir de ese momento, y a pesar de que nos hubiera venido muy bien por ir con niños, decidimos cenar en cualquier otro sitio de la zona.

Pra quem vai ficar em um hotel da região, é uma boa opção, funciona até bem tarde, e aparentemente é vazio, os preços são excelentes e as opções são quase todas semelhantes ao do Burguer King Brasil. Mesmo pra quem não manda muito bem no inglês é uma opção sem erro, já o nome dos lanches são os mesmos no mundo todo não tem como se enrolar!

I had to wait over 10 minutes to be served as orders from customers driving through (it's a drive by store as well as eat in) got priority. The food was mediocre even for BK- this is a branch I shall avoid in future.I really should have gone to McDonald's at Balham.
