Royal Spice in Warrington

I have been in here a few times. Staff are extremely nice, and welcoming and is my favourite takeaway that is closest to me. I always come here when feeling peckish. Especially the cheesy chips and fudge cake❤️❤️❤️✅✅✅🥰🥰🥰

Wot a waist of money the chips felt like they had been left in fat was disappointing the chicken tikka was awful had no taste to it wot so ever was bland had one mouthful and put the rest in bin wont order again

my food arrived 2.5 hrs after ordering,cold,missing items and wrong items,they charged me fiver extra!!! no apology,still cant even get through on phone to complain,i started calling at 7 its now 9pm,never again will order from here,advise all to do the same

We ordered from yourselves before 8pm. Just one curry! Food for one person! We had a lot of patience, it got to 21.45pm and we rang to see where the order was and they said it would be here in 15 minutes. So half an hour later at 22.15 we range back asking where the food was because it should have been here at 9pm then it should have arrived at 10pm. I rang again at 22.30pm and the man I spoken to on the phone shouted at me and put the phone down. It’s now 22.45pm and it’s still not arrived. On just eat it states it was delivered but clearly not because we ain’t sat here eating a curry. For delivery! 10minutes drive down the road! We have paid for delivery and for food we still haven’t received it 3 hours after ordering!!!! The person I spoke to was rude and there was no need to hang up the phone especially seen as though they can’t deliver 1 curry after three hours of waiting! Absolute jokers. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re hungry, it takes less time to get a train to London! When the food finally arrived there was no apology, food was cold and the driver couldn’t care less. I get business can be busy but that’s beyond ridiculous. Mays well have just thrown the food at the door because he couldn’t get away quick enough

first time ordering from royal spice they were fast and and on time food tasted good and reasonably priced ,then 2-3 hours the nightmare began bouts of nausea and constant diarrhoea i will NEVER order from here again and i will advise anyone not too please avoid at all costs

We ordered from here as the food and service is usually spot on, well tonight we’ve had guest for dinner, we ordered 8:20 we were told 10:05 which was fine at the time, now I’ve called 3 times and still no food at 11:40 how embarrassing my guest have gone to bed with no dinner except a piece of toast.. I’m beyond upset as this is ridiculous we had NO notification to say they are busy and going to be late, no offer of a refund even when I asked for a refund... and as I write this still no call no notice and no food.. it’s almost 12:00 there closing, I’m off to bed I’m not waiting anymore. My husband is hungry and fuming as it would be in front of his work colleagues what a joke....

Ordered takeaway at 17.37 yesterday quoted 19.00 that time passed 20.00 passed rang on numerous occasions and just been lied to. Had to cook myself and the delivery arrived at 23.00 abysmal offered it free of charge refused . The driver was rather perplexed. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Ordered food. Turned up 45 mins late. Half of it missing & cold. Not impressed at all. Won't go there again

Says it all shocking don't waste your time go somewhere we're you get it fast not waiting for ages not wort the wait food was OK

Decided to order some food for my birthday and was told at half five that it would be delivered in 60-80 minutes.It eventually came 2 hours later and to be honest had gone off the idea.The only good thing I can say that the popadoms were crispy.The onions had no seasoning,the naan bread was bland and I enjoyed a game of hunt the chicken in my curry.The bhajis were cold and had gone hard although the rice was tasty enough.So guess what will not be ordering again.

Absolutely woeful, took 1 hour 43 minutes tro deliver two meals and some poppadums, when we rang them they said it would be 10 minutes, it came 35 minutes later. Food was bland, worst lamb bhuna i have ever had and wont be using them again thats for sure.

Ordered 1 chicken vindaloo, 1 Lamb Bhuna, 1 chips and 1 rice and 2 bottles of coke for a delivery less than 3 miles away from the shop. After 1 hour of waiting I rang back asking for an update, to be told they are ‘still waiting for the driver’. After a further 30 minutes I rang back asking for an update to be told it would be 5 minutes. When I said ‘you said that half an hour ago’ I was still without a formal update, or a reason for the lateness. When I told them it was late and i was going to bed in half an hour, and asked them for a discount for the inconvenience of waiting, the declined my suggestion stating they had put in ‘complimentary popadoms’ instead. Absolutely just not good enough, not only where they late, my friend said the lamb bhuna wasnt seasoned and had no taste. Will not be ordering from there again, and the menu has now gone in the bin. This could have been avoided, nevermind!

Our usual indian takeaway being closed on Mondays...wouldn't you know it...the call of the curry arrives in force. All the fam wants curry.Ordered from royal spice a set menu for two and other stuff from their tempting and well produced menu.Chicken tikka bites as a starter, Chicken tikka marsala, chicken korahi seekh kebabs...onion bhajis..poppudums..dips..chapatis and naan.After a 45 minute wait which was expected, everything arrived , hot and simply delicious from the first bite to the last.First use of this takeaway was first rate, look forward to ordering from them again.Well done royal spice, you should be proud of yourselves. :-)

this is the worst place perhaps in the UK to order indian food from. i had a food delivery from them which arrived after 1hour 30 minutes. delivery time given to me while ordering was 45 minutes. in addition, the customer service was terrible cause the person took the order could speak English a little or understand. moreover, the food was cold and tasteless . meat was not properly cooked and bread was hard like biscuits!! gravy was salted and spice wasn't mixed up in the sauce!! When i called them about the food they have sent me nobody answered the phone!!! a total waste of money and time . i would not recommend anyone to have a meal from them. it is a shame how they operate the business with a fancy name" royal spice". it shoud be instead "ROYAL SHAME"
