The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

fancied something different so ordered the piri piri chicken from this place. Never ordered from here before. The chicken was amazing, Full of flavour and juicy. Will definitely use this place again. The kids rate the pizza as well they said it was really good.

The food was cold the cheese wasn’t even melted

My experience with burger king was a pleasure,as we talked to a young lad named Ben he was very helpful and polite,you need more like employees like him

flies in my face blocking my view, i had to swat them away. food was alright i guess but the flys put me off my food competley.

Ordering was easy, getting warm/hot food and what you asked/paid for is well...a lottery! We were told to pull into the grill bay, not an issue. But after ordering at 15.52 and no order at 15.10 I was just about to head in and it arrived. Great...not! Just about to pull away and we decided to check, glad we did before we headed home. A missing item and cold food was the only thing served up. I went into the store to complain, although I'd used the DRIVE THROUGH!! and the girl at the counter took my food. No one from in the kitchen came to apologise or even try to be courteous about it. Dawn a lady working clearing the tables came and asked if I needed anything, I explained the situation, she said well I think you'll get a refund. I said id just like someone to explain what's happening. At 14.17 the girl was back with my order told me it was fresh and left. I was that flustered with the complete lack of service I left. When i got home....guess what the wraps were cold. I believe they just handed them back. Into the bin they went, to never have my hard earned money again

I visited today with my husband, and the food arrived quickly and was lovely, i would like to thank Abi for her excellent customer service, she never stopped cleaning and helping customers while we were there, she is a credit to the company. Well done Abi😊😊😊😊

When ever I order a McDonald’s from Whitfield it always comes missing MULTIPLE parts it’s infuriating won’t be ordering again now . This is my last straw .

Awful. Ordered doner and cheesy. Chips! Came within 10 minutes it was cold. No cheesy chips salad and no sauces in sight. Wouldn’t be surprised if i get the shits!

This is a good spot for a party . But I would say I feel like it is always rushed because of the fine .you might want to go into the play area which brings me to the next thing the play area becomes boring and it is quite dirty also going down the slide hurts !

This evening myself,my partner and my brother visited and had the worst possible experience We came and the place looked closed but we went to the doors and the staff were cleaning. We was welcomed by a friendly chapp who said sorry they was getting 1 part of section closed early but we could sit anywhere on the other side So We ordered and sat down the food was up on screen and ready in under 5 minutes of choosing paying and sitting down. We thought was very quick but didn’t think what we would be given would be as diabolical as it was. First they had no beans which was fine so asked what I’d like instead I said I’ll just have another portion chips please to be given some on the side and when gave squashed the pack and hand given to me I said sorry these are not hot could I get a fresh hot set they took round back threw back in fryer and put extra salt etc on them They then was given back and was awful . I then sat down and my brother was eating his and said was cold but he is that hungry that he would eat it My partner in the other hand has phobia of cold meat and chicken in her meal and it was stone cold. She asked for some hot chips and if they could redo the chicken as was cold they said they couldn’t and if we didn’t like to give food back and they would give a refund on only part of food. I sat and tried eating my burger and I just couldn’t bring myself to even swallow it not only was it cold the chicken was not cooked the hash brown inside was like it was still frozen And I spat it out. We then decided enough was enough and wanted a refire on food this rude girl behind counter called amy shouted at us and said if you want fresh food don’t ask woody come up here (woody being the friendly chape who was very friendly and respectful and was so helpful we didn’t want to make a fuss but this point I wasn’t being spoken to like this I wasnt in wrong for asking simply for hot food. We picked up all the food and brang it back to the counter like was Asked and the manager whose name is fern was so rude and didn’t give a toss that we had spent money in her franchise and had the worst experience we told her we wasn’t trying to make a fuss at first and wanted hot food but that wasn’t good enough the attitude on this women was so bad how is she a manager . I work closely with food myself and know these standards are not safe I will be questioning the company for there food temp sheets for this evening as I know full well the food they sent out was not cooked. I will never step foot back in this franchise and will decide to head to Colchester if I ever want kfc again as I never have an issue with that one. This amy girl was shouting at woody for giving us good customer service and because I shook his hand and thanked him as he was the only one who was genuine and helpful. This gentlemen could do without working under such poor management and if a job comes up I would be employing him tommorow on my team as he is what I look for in my staffing team.

I gave this a 5 star rating cause this is one of the best kfc I have had. I been going to this one a while and the staff are always friendly. Also every time I have this kfc it always hot which is rare and the chicken is always fresh and crispy and juicy and also you always get a mixture when you order a bucket which is nice.

We went through the drive through and part of order was two children's happy meals which we asked for with plain burgers, we double checked at the next window as the display said cheese burgers and were assured that they would be plain. Both had cheese on them which we had to scrape off, all of the fries were cold and the chocolate milkshake was a weird vanilla/chocolate combination. I had low expectations and they failed to meet them all.

La comida llegó a £ 5. 29 y un americano cuesta £ 1. 39 así que, ¿cómo nos reembolsan 1 £? 82 ? Absolutamente asqueroso servicio que necesitan para ordenar sus entregas y realmente hacerlo bien.

Proper good McDonald's. Loved the classical music. Scott was a top dude and sorted us out with a grinch hat. A+++ would certainly McDonald's again.
