The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

My experience with burger king was a pleasure,as we talked to a young lad named Ben he was very helpful and polite,you need more like employees like him

Took money and didn't deliver. App said it would be delivered the day after, so I called in to clarify. Guy on the phone reassured me that it would be "30-45 minutes". 1hr 1/2 later, nothing. Phone calls are ignored. Had to seek refund via app vendor. Was then too late to order other food, so absolutely screwed me.

Ordering was easy, getting warm/hot food and what you asked/paid for is well...a lottery! We were told to pull into the grill bay, not an issue. But after ordering at 15.52 and no order at 15.10 I was just about to head in and it arrived. Great...not! Just about to pull away and we decided to check, glad we did before we headed home. A missing item and cold food was the only thing served up. I went into the store to complain, although I'd used the DRIVE THROUGH!! and the girl at the counter took my food. No one from in the kitchen came to apologise or even try to be courteous about it. Dawn a lady working clearing the tables came and asked if I needed anything, I explained the situation, she said well I think you'll get a refund. I said id just like someone to explain what's happening. At 14.17 the girl was back with my order told me it was fresh and left. I was that flustered with the complete lack of service I left. When i got home....guess what the wraps were cold. I believe they just handed them back. Into the bin they went, to never have my hard earned money again

Placed order and delivery time,rider waiting at restaurant I was told, waiting for rider to be assigned I was then told,a new delivery order time I then got,this went on for well over an hour after placing order. Finally my order arrived only to my disgust did I find it wasn't my order and was stone cold so I pity the people who's order it actually was. Going into branch today to get a refund. Never using these again. Absolute shower.

Had a short break so ordered from chunkys, after 15 minutes they refused order. Didn’t have time to order from anyone else

Awful. Ordered doner and cheesy. Chips! Came within 10 minutes it was cold. No cheesy chips salad and no sauces in sight. Wouldn’t be surprised if i get the shits!

Proper good McDonald's. Loved the classical music. Scott was a top dude and sorted us out with a grinch hat. A+++ would certainly McDonald's again.

Fries was like cardboard and who makes the burgers need a new job every burger iv had iv had no sauce on ..food ain't great won't be spending money here better fast-food then this place

Been to this restaurant numerous times late at night and always turned away. ( not accepting orders for unknown reasons ) The worst part is they leave you at the drive through intercom for 5/10 minutes. Then you have to beep at the window to get a response. Absolute joke of a restaurant. Litter and rats everywhere too. Dirty two - but establishment.

One of the best McDonald’s I’ve had in a long time. The food was hot, and the fries were crunchy, just like the old McDonald’s way. Most places I’ve been to lately had soggy fries. The crispy chicken wrap was on point, and the burger was pretty good—not amazing, but still good. I will definitely stop by again.

Waste of money turned up stone cold no salad on it and they forgot the coleslaw Donner Meat must have been carved hours prior as had gone hard you could actually snap it Chicken wasn’t any better cold and dry and with what must be 2 ladles of chilli sauce over it all that’s all you could see and taste and the pita bread was dry as old boots tried 2 fork fulls and then we put both the kebabs in the bin Phoned and complained they offered to send out some salad and coleslaw just felt insulted tbh wait a further 15 minutes to put this on an already cold meal absolute joke of an establishment Also you should ask why you can’t watch them cook your meal anymore they put a screen across the kitchen….
