KFC in County Durham

Takeaway was absolute garbage..disgusting..terrible…if you are from Seaham or visiting Dalton Park…DONT GO..this is what you get.. absolutely terrible

The worst KFC in the UK!!!! Fact Food cold Asked for food to be warmed- got the wrong food back Total disaster What a total shame - get your act together- not busy - no queues - no excuses !!!

Stuck in the drive through for 40 minutes. Speaker out of order so people ordering and waiting for their food at the window, people should be made aware before been trapped in a line of cars.

Went 2 days in a row, first day they didn’t take card and was cash only but only told you at order point which meant you had to wait in the queue before getting out! Second day, call it fast food! More like slow food made my order and was told to wait behind 5 other cars that must have also been told to wait in the waiting bay. If there was a kfc near by different to this one I would definitely recommend using it over this

Only person waiting to be served. 5 staff chatting behind where the food is served a couple of them made eye contact and knew I was there. Stood there 5 minutes didn’t acknowledge me or speak just kept chatting didn’t sample any food. Went next door to McDonald’s where I was served straight away. Never again!!!!!

Cold chips Dry Chicken was the worst meal We have had in a long time really hard to find anything positive to say it was clean

In general I'm not a fan of using drive thru as you will order a chicken sandwich, then drive 30 miles to find out it's tuna. However on this occasion KFC did a phenomenal job not only was all my food there and bang average as usual. They remembered to put a plastic fork in my bag for the first time this millennium. I feel like digging up the colonel and giving him a hug. 5 stars

Thought I was hungry and this deal looked just the job as I pulled into the drive-thru, however by the time I'd ordered/paid/collected the rather unsavoury pong (stale cooking oil?) pervading the area had stunted my appetite. Undeterred I drove the short distance home and eagerly unwrapped my takeaway - what a disappointment! The chicken was bland to say the least and was accompanied by cold chips, won't be going again!

This is, in my opinion, one of the best fast food outlets in the region. The food is freshly cooked, and served by friendly, helpful and efficient staff. The seating area is always clean and tidy. A good restaurant.

having been totally bamboozled by the touch screen menu in mcdonalds KFC means a normal queue and easy to understand menu.The staff answer question without making you feel old and hopeless.

Grandaughters likes a feast from here when we are looking after them on a Saturday. Only beans and gravy as sides Only Fanta as a drink choice No sauces We chose the beans as sides,one tub was full of beans,other tub had a few beans on bottom and the rest was juice Felt cheated,unfortunately you take a chance at these outlets and having travelled back 6 mls to home you just accept it. Maccy ds next time

Fast food outlet in Dalton Park quick friendly service reasonably priced good fast food. This outlet also has a drive through and can get very busy. While we were there the public area could have done with a clean.
