I recently placed a large order of pizza and chips for a gathering for an 18th birthday and couldn’t have been happier with both the food and service we received. Preordered a few days before and arranged for delivery on the date required. Everyone commented how nice the food was and it made my life much easier. Will definitely use again. Thank you

Took 2 hours to come and when it came they warmed it back as apparently delivery driver broke down with it the first delivery attempt. I should have learnt from last time I ordered and it came cold and late, by the time I got it last time the kids had fell asleep it took that long no one was awake to eat it

If I could give zero stars I would. This is usually my go to takeaway and I'm really disappointed in the service that's been provided. 3 times I have ordered in the past month or so and every time has been over 1hr 45mins wait time and I've had to ring every time to see where its at. Tried to explain the third time that it's not great having to wait over 1hr 45mins as this has been the 3rd time in a row ( reordered as the food is good and wanted to give another chance) and it was just silence on the phone. No answer back when calling out to the person on the phone. I just think its rude and unfortunately won't be ordering again.

Chicken was awful, thick disgusting, plastic like cheese. Won't be returning.

Lovely food ... First time we have tried food from here. Piping hot. Nice Little note inside apologising as they didn't have peas sent alternative. Fast delivery friendly driver. Definitely order again. Free pizza. Fussy son even enjoyed it. Thanks crispy cod!

Only ever ordered the donner and mixed wraps and they are lovely, nice and fresh and the size and thickness of an arm plus order online ya get a discount, best ones I've had.

Food came hour and half after ordering. Fish and chips looked okay but was too cold to eat. Threw chips away and gave fish to cats. Waste of a tenner.

It's hit and miss with this place. Some days the food is good the next it's not. The pizzas are ok for the price. The bolognase special was great. The normal bolognase pizza was bland as they come. The menu is all over the place with 2x10 pizzas on sale at 2 different places on the menu for 2 different prices. Vinegar is mis-spelled as Vinagar. The kebab meat wasn't very nice. I've ordered chips twice and both times only ate 2 or 3 and binned the rest. They were the worst chips I've ever had on both occasions. The prices are really good which will keep people coming back for more. One last thing, a staff member rested his half eaten wrap onto a customers wrap that was waiting for delivery, the half eaten bit was actually touching the customers wrap. It wasn't the English lad serving at the time he is always spot on. Apart from that, the staff seem enthusiastic and motivated.

Ordered a few weeks ago for delivery(i live 2 mins away), phoned after 2 hours said it was out for delivery but still waited another 30 minutes, food was decent way better than it used to be but most of it was just warm

Don't get the donner kebab it's really greasey and felt rubbery in my mouth

Called in for chips purely as I was in Peterlee on business. They were great and obviously re-heated. Tasted a couple and slung them, yuck. Now I read they got a 1 star Hygiene rating by local council Health Inspector recently. Avoid ! Your stomach will thank you!

My and my partner ordered from here tonight and I must say the staff are lovely when taking order, very polite and the food is absolutely spot on and was on time piping hot too!!! We are very 2 very happy customers and definitely be coming back again 😀

Disgusting chips reheated from previous day

£3.50 for small chips and gravey 50% of chips had black scabs on there was basically no gravey had to double check and move chips around to even see the 4 chips covered in it avoid at all costs I really wish I could of posted a picture to show you all what I've been served if it wasn't raining I'd of been back up there throwing it at them not sure wether to give it my dogs it's that bad

Didn't want to even put 1star it's the most disappointing and disgusting food I've ever tasted never will we order from them again so wrong waste of money

Really disappointed tonight,we've ordered from here quite a few times in the past but tonight's offerings have been fed to the dog, the delivery was quick and that's the only good thing I have to say unfortunately

Always order from here but 2 night we ordered and my daughters kebab meat was green so she put whole lot in bin

bought chips garlic and a kebab chips and garlic i think i’ve seen more dished out in the blitz than what was initially given for £7.70 the chips were greasy and i’ve seen more spit in a homeless mans mouth than the amount of garlic given out overall decent taste but not worth the amount payed for the quantity payed for

Chips are excellent, decent lunchtime deals, good chippy.

Great fish and chips like you get a seaside everything great on the day wr had them go no where else

Waited an hour and a half for a over cooked pizza that was cold.

Tried this Crispy Cod for the first time today, unfortunately was very disappointed. Found fish reasonable but missing tail end just batter left and as for the chips found to be really dry, hard and could not eat. On the app it may be a good idea if there was a choice of ingredients to make salads as I can not eat beetroot. Out of 3 items I ate one at a push(fish). Sorry to say first and last time I will order from these.

Absolutely dreadful waited about 45 minutes for a basic order. No customer care. Would have been quicker to catch the fish than wait for the people who were meant to be cooking waste time. Disappointed I had to give it 1 star

Been here a few times over the past few weeks food is hot and tasty and staff are so friendly.

Absolutely rancid. Arrived at the shop at 1:20, ordered around 1:25 to a rude young lady. Nevertheless, I waited for my food and received my food at 1:45. I started to eat it and I was truly disappointed. Chips were undercooked and hard, pizza was undercooked and sloppy and the garlic was tasteless won’t go there again unless a full refund is given. Extremely poor.

Ordered our food at 1 o’clock on a bank holiday Monday so I was expecting it to be quite a wait as bank holidays are going to be busy. We were told our food would come at 2:20 which is still quite a wait compared to normal deliveries but ours didn’t turn up till 3:02

My second choice for fish & chips after Easington Village Fish Bar.

Was late, Cold and not too nice but my son and everyone was starving so we ate it. Normally the crispy cod is our favorite take away it was a shame.

Pizzas are OK but the fish is just simply awful

Asked for large fish and chips and a large tray of kebab meat.....got half fish with soggy batter and cold chips and its a good job the tray of meat went to the dogs cos i wouldn't serve this to anyone of my family it were rock hard like it were yesterdays left out to dry. Dreadful food however i called to complain and was sent a replacment that was much better hence the three stars

Always fresh food. I always order online for collection and head over after 10/15 minutes. It's never ready on time. But the food is up to scratch, hot and very tasty

Ordered from here yesterday collected from shop staff dont wear hair nets or use gloves shop not very clean food not good at all FULL of grease and really expensive wouldn't go again

Best takeaway around, food is fantastic and always cooked to perfection. Delivery was fast, wouldn't go anywhere else! My first choice always

The quantity and portion size (large) massive very crispy batter best fish shop style chils around. Service could be more friendly one member if staff never acknowledged me even though I was opposite him.

Keep going back here on my dinner and the pizza chips and chilli sauce for £3 is so tasty and fresh and for that price it's unreal 👍

El pescado y las patatas fritas nos sirvieron y se llevaron yo era encantador. Masa muy crujiente y mejores patatas fritas en nuestra zona. Sin embargo, una chica que me parecía el servidor principal y dio borrachos un pobre servicio al cliente. El hombre de la entrega era pearched mitad del mostrador esperando una orden para llevar cuidado de ir detrás del mostrador sin lavar sus manos.

Pizzas are terrible. Fish not much better & don't want not to waste my money on the rest of the crap food.
