All food barely warm, all warmed in microwave, missing item and one prepared wrong with big tasty with bacon with no bacon.

order never turned up. driver rang for directions but mustn't of been able to find us then Marked as delivered

1 hr 40 mins late fries weren't cooked and everything was stone cold

Ordered food as I’d been to wrk for the bairn and my self I mainly ordered for my son as he wanted a happy meal then they came and delivered and no happy meal!!!! How hard is it to put 2 meals in a bag so I then had to go cook when the whole purpose of ordering a McDonald’s was so it would be quick and no cooking! Waste money !

1 hour 30 minutes. Cold food. The delivery drivers clearly don't care as the restaurant cook the food and put it in a bag waiting. Everyone can see it when they go to the restaurant itself. The food sits there for ages

the Order took forever to get here, when the delivery driver showed up, the bag had broke and the two large drinks spilt all other the front door and drive, the food was stone cold and we no longer have the drinks with our meals which I paid for.

Family Deal with Toffie Apple Pie, they forgot the Toffie Apple Pie, meal was ruined, couldn't even manage to read two items on the ticket, very disappointed. Would've even welcomed it cold like the rest of the meal rather than forgotten!!

there was one of the burgers missing completely and the rest were cold. The drinks had leaked all over the bag and the bottom of the bag collapsed as we carried it into the kitchen, soaking the floor and leaving us thirsty

To inform the manager of Peterlee McDonalds, there was 3 crew members who were extremely rude. It’s meant to be service with a smile not with a frown. These members of staff are named James, Chloe and Evan as read from the name badges. It made me extremely uncomfortable and that level of unprofessionalism was unacceptable. Hour and 15 mins for a delivery from a fast food restaurant is ridiculous. Arrived 40 minutes after breakfast stopped and was stone cold!
