my order has not been delivered and it was ordered at 12.52pm can you let me no where it is please

Kept changing delivery time, then it was stone cold! Maybe if drivers weren’t delivering for other companies along side customers would get their orders in line with what’s promised when placing the order.

Delivery was great. Order was incorrect. Food was just half thrown into bag.

Our order arrived 2.5hours after it was ordered. The time on the receipt was over 2 hours before it was delivered. It was stone cold, ice cream completely melted and the bag was open when it arrived.

DO NOT ORDER Pre ordered for 1.30pm at 12.40. According to the tracker, my food started being prepared at 1.30. So pre-ordering was pointless. The courier claimed to be waiting for my food at the restaurant from 1.40pm until 2.20pm. Somehow, I doubt this. When they finally arrived just after 2.30pm, a full hour late, my food was so cold it was inedible. Total waste of money

The driver called to say he couldnt find the address and asked for the code. Told him not giving the code until we got the delivery. He then hung up no delivery received clearly he was hungry. Will never order again

All the fries were cold and tasted stale. The cheese dipper things were also cold and rubbery. Everything else was nice and warm so can only assume that the fries and cheese dippers were done first. Not the worst thing to happen but little disappointed

Ordered for home delivery. Delivered 2 bags, one had our drinks, the other had a random drink. NO FOOD! How can somewhere be this incompetent!!

My food got dropped on delivery due to a packaging error the bag been too hot and it split, the delivery driver went back to the restaurant and got me a whole replacement could not fault, as promised he come back with my whole order again. Wish I could give more stars for the lovely customer service.

Please McDonald's check all items are in the order before you send it out for delivery! 2 items missing this time. It occurrs too much. It's not like you can just call up and get them sent out. That was a child's meal missing!!

McDonald's Peterlee, last visit will be my last... Dirty floors, dirty windows, dirty doors, dirty counter, ordered a cup of coffee took ages for 1 drink.. Staff walking around like zombies, staff not interested. Won't be going to this branch anymore.

a 14 year old that i know was verbally abused by staff, i have personally been harassed by staff, service is terrible overall dont go here.

This order was ok but ordered again and they keep putting back the time. It said 35 mins for delivery, we waited 30 mins and time was put back to 55 mins, so 1hr 30 up to now. Terrible
