Very good breakfast, hot hash browns, lovely jubbly. Coffee brill. Friendly staff.

I went to go in then the security started threatening me then they called me thick in the head then they told me to f()ckoff said I was Baned but didn’t give a reason even tho I have never been there in my life then he tried to hit me then he tried to grab my phone and said he was gona smash my phone and refused my friend to go to the toilets even tho he had a medical condition would not recommend this place they are horrible

I was out side and the security wouldn’t let me in because I was apparently being naughty even though I just got there and I went because I needed the toilet and I have bladder problems and he was recording me and he refused to let me in I was balling my eyes out and staff came out and said let him in and he sat and refused when I should have been let in since I have medical problems

Good hot food higher prices great customer service every time I have been front of house covid standards very high food perfect new items on menu plenty to try prices gone up on many items but its life on everything I feel 1.99 for a ice cream is far two much

All food barely warm, all warmed in microwave, missing item and one prepared wrong with big tasty with bacon with no bacon.

The worst McDonalds I have ever been too, which is sad as its my local and my son loves going there but it's always disappointing, there's never anyone serving on the front counter, even if you stand there for ages and finally get served the staff always act like it's an inconvenience to them, the ordering area is always full of rude Uber/just eat drivers who just stand in the way, the food is ALWAYS cold by the time it gets to the table, on our most recent visit there were no cold drinks available at all so i ordered a latte, it arrived stone cold so i had to take it back, finally got it replaced after a 10 minute wait at the aforementioned none staffed ordering counter! AVOID and go somewhere else

Ordered food as I’d been to wrk for the bairn and my self I mainly ordered for my son as he wanted a happy meal then they came and delivered and no happy meal!!!! How hard is it to put 2 meals in a bag so I then had to go cook when the whole purpose of ordering a McDonald’s was so it would be quick and no cooking! Waste money !

i’m absolutely disgusted i bought a cheese bites share box and when i opened it there was a bite taken out of one there is even teeth marks in it never had a problem with mcdonald’s ever this has shocked me to think someone has taken a bite and put it back in they could have atleast ate the rest!!!!

1 hour 30 minutes. Cold food. The delivery drivers clearly don't care as the restaurant cook the food and put it in a bag waiting. Everyone can see it when they go to the restaurant itself. The food sits there for ages

Delivery was early (which is rare due to it being a Friday night) food was nice, though i wasn't keen on the Terry's Chocolate Orange Pie. The food was tasty

We ordered 16 dips and they never came and food was cold. We spent £50 basically and have been offered £12.35 refund which is ridiculous the food was late and cold because of this and then didn’t have any of our dips at all

the Order took forever to get here, when the delivery driver showed up, the bag had broke and the two large drinks spilt all other the front door and drive, the food was stone cold and we no longer have the drinks with our meals which I paid for.

Family Deal with Toffie Apple Pie, they forgot the Toffie Apple Pie, meal was ruined, couldn't even manage to read two items on the ticket, very disappointed. Would've even welcomed it cold like the rest of the meal rather than forgotten!!

Completely wrong order arrived, sent multiple emails to just eat to confirm, but nothing done about it. Very very poor service

there was one of the burgers missing completely and the rest were cold. The drinks had leaked all over the bag and the bottom of the bag collapsed as we carried it into the kitchen, soaking the floor and leaving us thirsty
