Kick Ass Burrito in County Durham

Order 2 burritos and they were terrible! Specifically said no beans and add sour cream Got beans absolutely loaded with them and no sour cream!!! Won't be ordering from there again

Ordered two with chips and dips no taste very dull! Came well packaged and we thought this looks amazing until we tried it! Very disappointed

Ordered a vegan burrito and chips , the labels vegan burrito was actually CHICKEN!!!! So bad they can serve this and then not answer the phone to correct the order. I have been issued 7£ Refund but not a refund for the missing chips. Do not order from here especially if you are veggie or vegan!!!! I don’t have a photo

So judging from the other reviews after ordering this i was slightly worried, however i dont understand what any of these reviews experienced to give it such a bad score, i had a chilli beef burrito and the nachos as well as a side of churros, the nachos were ok, nothing to shout about but they were still pleasing, the burrito was packed full of rice beans, chilli everything you want, as well as the churros were lovely to have as a finisher, everything was warm and well packaged and honestly what was expected from a takeaway mexican. I personally wouldnt look at these reviews as a indicator of this place because my experience was good and i would recommend giving it a try before anything else

Tried to order for collection as was having a evening out in Stevenage was told by one person I was able to order and collect then another person came and told me I can't because they pay delivery drivers even though I had parked outside stupid way to turn down customers I was willing to pay the delivery charge

Order not received, although tagged as delivered. Spoke with customer service who's process does not allow her to call the restaurant to ask the issue. I have to wait at least 48 hours. Terrible procedure. No proof of deliver, but I could re order again and re pay, as I have a money tree. Dissatisfied.

Ordered for 4 and was very tasty, everyone was happy. Only slight negative was the chip portion was a little stingy.

Do not order from here! My order was over an hour late and barely warm when it finally arrived. The driver rang me more than 5 times while trying to deliver and even asked me to meet him on a different street to where I live. They are definitely not based in Eldon Square too!

Ordered through Just Eat, order was 2 hours late, and they got the order wrong. Delivery guy explained that because it was raining, the rate of delivery is higher, therefore Kickass Burrito didnt seem to bother with the order until Just Eat chased them. No way to contact the company themselves. Would never use again.

Ordered online because it had about 4 stars on Uber eats and it came missing half an order, what had been brought looked awful, soggy with little taste. Burrito was okay but “loaded” nachos looked terrible and had hardly anything on it. Gutted about not getting any churros. Complete lack of care and customer service. Over priced and extremely poor. CHECK ONLINE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU ORDER!!

Burrito not bad flavour but I've made bigger, deep fried burrito brownie and cheesecake???? I don't think so burrito with Nutella spread deep fried crisp yukkk

All I had in my wrap was rice. No beans,meat,spice etc. We also got loaded nachos as seen in the picture not much loaded on them. Don't waste your time eating here.

We ordered 4x spicy chicken burritos which didn’t have an ounce of spice in it. We also ordered 4 sides of the loaded chicken and chorizo nachos which where supposed to come with cheese sauce, jalapeños chicken and chorizo. The nachos didn’t have any cheese sauce or jalapeños and about 4 tiny pieces of chicken and chorizo ! Horrific and not worth the money
