Got the Variety Meal for 1 not cheap these days at £9.99, on returning home ( 1 road away) stone cold so required neucing in the microwave and missing the dip despite being questioned on what I wished to have but not wanting to return as already had to reheat once.. Sure you used to get 3 pieces of chicken for that deal at a muck lower price. Packaging said beware may be hot…ha ha ha!

Poor service, half my order in the bag when I got home and it’s not the first time, wouldn’t waste your time with this branch.

Thieves!!! Someone made a fraudulent order from my justeat account and your delivery driver knew it was fraud because he phoned me when he was outside the fraudsters address and I told him I did not order anything and I didn’t even live in Bristol and to take it back to the shop and refund me. And he delivered it anyway! Knowing it was stolen! Thieves!!!!

Am a regular to this local chicken place. The standard of the food varies, but on the whole it is ok ( what one can expect from a fried chicken shop). I had ordered food the previous day on Too Good To Go App for collection at 4pm. I arrived just before 4 to be told rudely 'no food today'. I didn't understand and showed my collection receipt that showed I had placed the order and paid. I was told 'no food today, we cancelled, go away and take it up with the app people'. He was so rude and dismissive for no reason. So, much so, that I waited until he had served 2 more customers and the shop was empty, to offer him some courteous feedback on how his rudeness was unnecessary and upsetting. I was very polite. While I accepted he said he had no food for me, there was no reason to be so rude and dismissive. He clearly wasn't in the least bit interested! No need to speak to people the way he did. I am an NHS hospital worker, who has worked all through the pandemic. I just wanted some hot food on the way home from work and what I got was rudeness & hostility . I checked with the app and in fact Miss Millie's had cancelled my order while I was stood in the shop. The whole experience left me quite upset and of course also hungry. 😟 Manners cost nothing and people should try and be kinder to one another, particularly in these trying times.

Good service. Good food. Staff very friendly. Food was hot and tasty. Will definitely visit again the Miss Millies.

Not a place I'll return too unfortunately I was late to work so needed something to keep me going, chips soft not that hot chicken greasy and didn't look that clean in there

The food was good and service quick. Quite expensive but tasted good. If you want a quick meal it's not a bad place to visit.

Food was delivered an hour late and cold. They made a complete mess of packing the gravy as one of the two pots was spilled everywhere in the bag, poor effort in packaging the food there. Absolutely disgusting how late and the condition the food was in there. The portions of the food was laughable, After eating a megabite burger and "large" chips, I'm not even full, the burger was the same size as the chicken burger my father ordered and the chips were only just over a handful... I'd hate to see what a regular portion is. I could eat another meal! They certainly need to give people a REAL value for their money. I could easily order from other places that give more for less! As said in the title, this place may as well close down. Such a waste.

Called into miss milles at redfield Bristol on way home had chicken strips and chips because there was no chicken thighs left late at night cost me £11.25.the strips were tough and dry intact unedable would not recommend this Miss Millie’s never go there again

Have found that not all Miss Millie's are the same, but have never had an issue at this one - friendly helpful staff, quick, hot and tasty food at reasonable prices. Can get very busy at certain times however.

I would say this is your average fried chicken shop. They have a couple of tables for you to sit down at if you wish to eat in but I personally wouldn't sit in as the shop is small and queuing customers would have their backs in your face whilst eating. I also think that they probably have the tables so they can charge the extra 20% VAT for hot catering. If you are expecting the colonel's chicken you may be disappointed but overall it is not as greasy. Service is standard. Some attendants are friendly, some not but like I said it's a fried chicken shop and is good if you are hungry and want something quick after shopping or a night out.
