Utilizó el drive through y pidió 4 veces, 3 veces en el altavoz drive through y una vez en la ventana de pago para no cebollas frescas. Llegué a mi turno de noche y hay cebolla fresca en mi Royal así que tuve que tirarla y trabajar un turno completo sin comida y esta no es la primera vez, tuve suficiente ahora, McDonald's lo es.

Después de pasar un día divertido en Elland Road Stadium y patinaje sobre hielo, pensé en llevar a mi hijo a uno de mis viejos refugios. Cuando era adolescente solía frecuentar este Burger King en particular y tenía una cálida sensación difusa de nostalgia por el lugar. Bueno con todo eso en 30 segundos se arruinó y pude ver por qué estaba vacío (aparte de algunos repartidores desagradables). Las mesas estaban llenas de basura, el personal estaba más preocupado con Drive Through y pedidos en línea que en servir a las personas que visitan, la comida estaba fría y mal ensamblada, las papas fritas estaban empapadas, no pudimos terminarla, pedí hablar con un gerente que nunca apareció, llevé mi queja a su servicio al cliente. ¡No puedo creer que una empresa como Burger King esté dispuesta a contratar y promover personal con un nivel tan alto de incompetencia y falta total de modales! Aún no he recibido respuesta del Servicio al Cliente de Burger King, pero los buenos recuerdos han sido reemplazados por esta experiencia, y si el lugar se cierra por la salud ambiental, ¡no me sorprendería! ¡EVITA ESTA RAMA COMO LA PLAGA!

Acabo de pasar por el camino en Burger King Junction 1 Beeston Leeds. Pedí 2 comidas de tocino y mermelada de chile y una comida de tocino normal. Pagó más de £ 30. Llegaron a casa y no habían incluido la tercera hamburguesa. Ahora tengo hambre y de mi bolsillo. Llamé al lugar 8 veces pero no respondieron. La línea de quejas viene con un cargo extra por minuto, así que me he rendido. Por favor, emplee a personas que puedan contar hasta 3. Tengo hambre.

I was at B&Q and fancied lunch so crossed the carpark to BK. Couldn't get the self-service screen to take my card, tried another srceen with same result tried a different card .... People on the next screen were having the same problem so I just gave up and went up the road to the competition where everything worked just fine. Pity really as BK burgers are better but if their tec won't work they could always go back to the old system with a real person taking orders with a 100% success rate.

Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger meal, took it back because it wasn’t plain. I was asked if I had ordered it plain, I replied and said I’d never had to before. It must have been a recent change but they were making out as though I was in the wrong. Annoyed about this and also overhearing a staff member saying for f****s sake when they were asked to make it they way I’d always known. This was on Merrion Way in Leeds.

After having ordered for takeaway a couple of times and being happy we visited on a Sunday morning... there was a problem with a till and stuff was not managing the issue well. There were 5 people, 1 taking orders and helping with packing, 1 managing the drive thru, 1 at the phone I suppose managing some online issue with a customer and 2 in the kitchen. The service was so slow and appalling. In the baby change/disabled toilet there was something that I couldn't figure it out, don't know if it was poop or rust... this restaurant is so bad... it was not like this few years back, you should do something about it!

Called in today at 10am as they opened, very impressed with the friendly and polite staff Good choice of breakfast items, and excellent value The restaurant is a little “tired”, but was clean where it matters and plenty of hand sanitizer etc. Would certainly use again

So as a regular customer I am very disappointed I bought a double whopper as per I paid for extra cheese but it didn't get cheese in fact the burger was dry with no salad and barley any sauce

My wife and I visited this pigsty of a burger King. Firstly our luke warm whoppers were on long baps, drinks machine had a mind of its own and heavily tattooed staff member disgruntled because I asked for our table to be cleaned. Food was lacklustre. Cold chips, luke warm burgers and generally poor hygiene. Shut up shop and sort the issues out !

We have called in here a few times over the years for breakfast ,early lunch or a quick snack. I personally prefer their breakfast to 'The Golden Arches' due to the hash browns but the bread roll can be a little 'doughy'. The burgers however are always good and tasty. Although clean and presentable I feel it would benefit from a 'make-over'.( Ramsey are you listening ? !) However the staff try hard and I sometimes feel they deserve a little more custom as they never seem to have the footfall of their rivals.As two new outlets have opened on this retail park maybe that will change. In the meantime we will revisit as it is - 'QUICK & SIMPLE'

Service is so bad in this place it’s like organised chaos. Thankfully we got the best assistant there he seemed to be in control. However I still waited 20 mins for 3 double cheese burgers all customers were complaining. People behind me were getting my cheeseburgers 😡I’ve said this before but really mean it not ever going back. I used to think it was better food than McDs however the service is atrocious

Dirty tables, incompetent & unmanaged staff, dry burgers, lukewarm fries, long wait times to be served and for food to arrive. Our visit there was a "spur of the moment hunger" event - BIG mistake and last ever visit! Ugh!

Person in charge was absolutely lost and has no idea how to deal with customers. All servers avoided eye contact with customers as they seemed like they didn’t even wanted to work there. Tables were messy toilets were messy , burger buns were cold ....

Waited for food even though asked for table service had to go to the counter food sat on the counter staff told us they were just coming with it if I hadn't got a hungry 4 yr old I would have asked for money back the resturaunt was empty and no need to be waiting the food was cold and not very pleasant left my fries as they weren't nice cold

I always have a good experience at this Burger King! The restaurant is very well maintained the food is fresh, tasty and the service is quick. The staff are friendly and work very hard to make sure every order is right. A special shout-out to the shift manager, Binny Abid. You can tell they care about customers and staff. Thank you
