Burger King in Kingston upon Hull, City of

Unfortunately it seems that standards have slipped since my last visit. what little staff they had seemed to be running around like headless chickens and I had to wait to be served. Unfortunately my food order was cold. They did replace the order however with no apologies. In whole not a great experience.

Terrible slowest service ever wasnt even busy compared to other places . Never again will I be able . In my order coke and fries

Both my wife and I was on our way to watch a comedy act in Hull, so we parked in St Stephens. We decided to pop in to Burger King for something to eat before the theatre.... Well, we queued behind 6 customers (2 groups) and after waiting 10mins in a fast food operation and looking at all the dirty tables.... We decided to go the Café Nero for a coffee and a bun. The staff were not receptive at all, the place was filthy and the staff chatting to each other. We will not be going there again...... 😢😢

20 minutes between order and receiving food. In those 20 minutes only 2 other orders were served. One was returned for a refund. Only 2 kids in trying to run the place - they didn't have a clue. Burger was room temperature. Bun was stale. Place was covered in rubbish - tables, floor, everywhere. Easily the worst fast food 'restaurant' I've ever had the misfortune to be in. Never again.

Slowest, filthiest, most badly staffed burger king ever. Every time is worse then the previous. They haven't a clue

Only ordered a triple stacker, very concerning that it took 3 People to make it without any gloves, also it was not hot almost cold so decided to Chuck it away. Let’s hope they up their game very quickly

Went to burger king on stoneferry with my daughter. After waiting in a queue for 30 and totally been ignored for 30 minutes I walked out. Same as the people in front of me all walked out. Burger King lost 14 customers in that 30 minutes. Staff was to busy wondering what was going on and walking about.One member of staff was more interested in there hair style. No apologies for waiting time and no interaction what's so ever. I will never be visiting again.

Relatively nice atmosphere, food served relatively quick, seems to use the full menu unlike some other locations. Eat-in facilities mainly used by teens for lunch and tea, though they're never disruptive when you do sit with your family to eat.

Was ok but have the burgers shrunk ? Got cheese bacon and beef burger meal. Was a bit shocked when I saw the price and size. Was like a kids meal. Infact the burger was the same size as my 4 year old grandsons meal.Nice coffee but not worth the money

Ordered a double whopper flame grill burger each ,one with lettuce one without,,one fries one onion rings...well it arrived on time, stone cold both with lettuce and inedible onion rings, only one burger per bun (not double ordered) paid £20 for a bag of crap !, contacted just eat and was refunded approx £18, Never ever again, Stay away from this place if you want decent food, ours all tasted like it had been cooked hours prior to delivery (not good or safe in this heat) It was ordered for 8pm not late.It all went in the dustbin.

I visited mid-week, late morning at half term with my 4 year old granddaughter after a birthday visit to build-a-bear. It was the first time I had been to a BK since my own children were small and I did not know what to expect! I wanted to see the children’s menu but there was nothing on display (everything is pictured up in lights above your head except the children’s menu) so the young lady on the till had to verbally list and describe all the options. It was just before 11 o’clock and all the breakfast menu’s were on the display. The assistant was helpful and friendly. We chose a kid’s meal deal (chicken burger, fries, apple juice). I chose a bacon muffin with hash browns and tea. The total was less than £8. We did not wait too long for our order number to be called out. My granddaughter enjoyed her meal (she loved the free superhero toy though it said ‘boy toy’ on the receipt!). My muffin was fine, nothing exciting but good value for the money. I was still hungry though which must be why I noticed other diners had two burgers/muffins apiece. By the time we left it was busy and there were diners of all ages so it obviously has a wide appeal. The ‘restaurant’ (and I use the term loosely) was freezing as it is completely open to the first floor of the shopping centre. I would only return if I had grandchildren with me.

My wife and I visited this Burger King today. We were seen quickly and the server was polite and friendly. We could see our burger being made by someone wearing appropriate hygiene wear. When we got the food the burgers were fresh and well put together and the fries were hot and crispy. Very tasty. Only minor issue was the heating didn’t seem to be on so it was quite cold.

It took 3 hours to even get served and only one person on till! This is not recommended so bad just to eat

Although busy staff coped well and very clean . Usual Burger King standards were met and close to shopping and rail station .

This restaurant is one floor below the cinema housed within the Shopping Centre, so perfect for a quick bite before a film. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The food was usual, high quality, Burger King fayre. I had a Whopper Meal for £6.29: a large burger, chips and a drink.
