McDonald's in City of London, Westminster

Visited on 21.08.24 poor place to be honest, customer service is non existent you just get a grunt. Downstairs is limited seating literally two tables and a bench. Upstairs further seating and toilets with disabled access toilets / changing area downstairs Took an age for them to make two happy meals and it wasn’t that busy so be prepared for a long wait

Why would you close the upstairs seating area when there is no room to sit in downstairs. We walked out as I don’t want to eat standing up. I can’t believe people are so stupid. Don’t deserve any customers

Everything worked as a normal fast food restaurant, although the staffs behavior was absolutely horrendous. They clearly do not have customer service in mind when working. The manager was the one yelling at us and etc for absolutely no reason other than she’s stressed.

Very very disorganised, long wait. Ate in, upstairs, had to negotiate stairs through half shut doors while carrying laden trays. Found table (not many) realised no fries. Staff stressed and unhelpful.

The fries were soggy the I asked for crispy fries and the burger was a mess it was all over the place. the cola was spilled in the bag.

They are not just uninterested in customer service but it is filthy too. More importantly, they will double charge you. The automated machines do not work most of the time. They take your payment and don't print out order receipt. When you ask their staff who are standing nearby they are totally uninterested in and will ask you to go and tell the counter that you paid. When you reach the counter, they will tell you, you did not pay and will charge you again! When you go away and check your bani statements you will see two transactions! I have seen them do this before but did not quite connect the dots as it was other customers. I experienced it myself. It is poor all round.

Where do i start always knew people work in mcdonald’s for being dumb in school,never knew that they are so retareded,they should all go on state benefits due to lack of brain function,they don’t have the slightest clue how to speak,serve and treat customers,in fact they even work via Uber and don’t give straw for milkshake?? no sauce in burgers cheese missing fries missing,so i rang up person didn’t even give their name wouldn’t even talk back to me didn reply to my questions,refused to. give me mangers name or speak to them just ignored me it happens exactly at 7.47pm today the 17th april,called back so far 19 times after them putting the phone down on me know one wants to answer the phone anymore the food is for my kids by the way hence the reason y i’m F*****g go mad!! Straight down the middle for me, been to better been to far worse, it was convenient for the wax works without the London over inflated prices

We are deeply disappointed with your services. We’ve ordered a simple meal and your staff have forgotten to add the main part of the meal. They have forgotten to add the burger and ALL of the sauces that we have paid for. What a waste of money. Please lecture your staff about it next time.

The bald Asian manager gave me “no sorry well we don’t do this here”. Not even listened to me for a second attitude when I asked for a “sausage instead of hash brown”. Why the inconsistency. One store does this, the next your treated like an invalid for even asking. I DO NOT EAT HASHBROWNS, SO IF YOU CAN GIVE ME A FRUITBAG I SHOULD BE ALLOWED AN EXTRA SAUSAGE IN MY BUN. END OF. CUSTOMER RIGHT BUDDIE, NOT YOU OKAY!

I ordered tea and sugar donut and the member just asked from nowhere what u waiting for even though she had an order through system. Once she said is ready she didnt give both items at the same time. She gave me doughnut and made me wait till she gave out to more order which were after me. Other members didnt seem to be happy with that girls management either. She needs to learn some general custom services as she was rood to everyone unorganised.

A bit of a nasty McDonald’s full of all sorts of strange people. There was a tramp asleep next to us for the whole time who smelt of socks.

Standard McDonald's,staff not as friendly as the other stores in the area. They seem to spend a lot of time for Uber orders which can mean a long wait even for a coffee . But I tend not to eat here as the whole passing traffic come to use the toilets but they never buy anything which is rude and not good when you are trying to eat. They have increased prices a lot in last 12 months so all 99p items are a lot more and items are smaller,hash browns are smaller and so are the egg mcmuffins which are smaller.

Very crowded but accommodating staff,young people very pleasant and helpful.The ice-cream with chocolate flake delicious.My grandchildren enjoyed.

For any travelervthe mane means a satisfying meal for traveler in a new city . The choice of veg / non veg and the healthy breakfast / lunch dinner offer you a great hot meal of burgers , salads , finger chips and chilled drinks of slurry . The eating is great and service is slow but worth the wait . Prices are good for anyone on budget . Great location .

We visited on a Sunday for breakfast. It was quiet. The restaurant is small, I think there are more seating upstairs/downstairs. Despite it being quiet, our food still took a few minutes to arrive and we just ordered the standard McMuffin. Not sure what it will be like weekdays when it is busier.

we had to wait quite a long time just for the small amount that we ordered. the cheese was stone cold. not very happy. my friend tried some too, and it was not enjoyable and definitely not to me standards. i was very disappointment
