I had a cheeseburger and a coke the food was fine but some of the chips were cold but the rest was nice will go back

burger king is such a good restrant, great to grab and go and also to meet a friend for lunch, such good food would recommend

If you like a very tasty burger then make your way to this outlet. The staff there are very friendly & their burgers are very tasty as are their french fries. Very good value for money.

Stopped for a break as the Grandchildren wanted to use the toilet and were hungry very busy Burger King at lunch time staff not very friendly but under a lot of pressure burgers very tasty as usual but the chips were nothing special

This has to be the worst Burger king in the uk. The place is always filthy with yobs hanging about selling dope. you always have a long wait for your order even if the place is empty and the order is always wrong as speaking English does not seem to be a job requirement . They only ever seem to have two staff this might be because they never seem to have any customers. Grays is a hellhole and the BK seems to reflect that.

Waited for a while to be served. Man serving asked us twice if we wanted fries (as if he couldn't quite believe it the first time). Ordered two bacon double cheeseburgers and two teas. Bacon double cheeseburgers miniscule and not worth the money (we haven't used BK for years, but had previous good experience, so were very unimpressed). I went to query cup of hot water in place of tea to be told that the tea bags were on our tray because "we can't put tea bags in because of hygiene....!! If I order a cup of tea at their prices I don't expect it to be self service.

Food wasn't good ! Nuggets were dry and didn't look like chicken breast ! Wouldn't return ! Wished had gone anywhere else !

only one section open but service was still fairly quick. Food was hot could have done with a few more chips plenty of seating around.

I have now visited 5 times, everytime i have ordered the simplest plain cheeseburger. Plain please as i am alergic to mustard. Do they care? No. Do they understand? No. 3 times i got mustard. Threw burger away. 4th time no mustard, but freezing cold food. Today i tried again. "Plain burger please as i am alergic and you keep getting it wrong" no worries the boy said. Got back to my car, and youve guessed it bog standard cold burger with mustard. Have i got to go into anaphylactic shock before they take alergies serious in this god forsaken place. No training,no customer service, certainly no management.

Visited this restaurant on a week day and found it not busy, burgers were thin and small, chips were hot and onion rings were awful hard dry and tasted cheap, there were a group of youngsters eating kfc, the staff saw them, but took no action, so the moral is, you don't have to eat burger king to sit at the tables, inside, as the staff don't care

Food was awful & only matched by the building itself. Staff wanted to charge me for Bbq sauce ?! Expected more. !!! Won't be going back

This place is so hopeless if they get three customers in a row the wait for the third order will be about 20 minutes they had two staff serving and making food when we went the place was filthy as well.

lack of english speaking staff. ask for a frappe and get given a black coffee. asked to have a burger with no ketchup and the person preparing them got the hump

Where to start not having the people taking the order being able to understand english terrible slow service, cold food, kids using the place as a youthclub, blown speakers hurt the ears the place is new for gods sake. The worst

Slow service, and every time I have been they always have run out of something. Needs to change quick, or this Burger King will not last.

Visitamos hoy. Tuvimos que esperar 10 minutos para ser atendidos, aunque sólo había una persona delante de mí. El servicio es muy lento. Luego, cuando me dan al frente, me dijeron que no tenían baps izquierda ( a menos que quieras un pollo Royal hash brown".). Así que básicamente un Burger king sin Woopers! !!! La palabra "ridículo" viene a la mente.

Estuvimos aquí en el camino de vuelta a casa, el servicio era un poco lento con 10 minutos de espera para la comida, que era un poco extraño porque sólo tres personas en la cola. Pero hamburguesa era agradable una vez que llegamos.

So fast food has a time wait of three mins. That's how Long the lady was staring out looking at the wall. No one was even in the queue hardly - 3 people, three serving. How did it still take 15 mins just to order then another 5 mins for the food! Don't call it fast food. Just call it food!

Family had various meal deals. All were as we ordered and fresh and hot. It is nice to have a mainstream fast food outlet in Grays

Called at this branch for a quick bite and was served by a young lady called Esmerelda.She could hardly crack a smile a kept yawning.No please or thank you.Food was dire and the service was worse.Will not be back!

Burgers were dripping with oil and poor for the price as paying a lot more than normal bk meals. Understand it's a service station but expect same standards as everywhere else

Often go there specially when out for the day shopping, find the meals fill you up more and they do nice milk shakes I always have the whopper meal and the chips are nice and I do like Mayo with my food which they surply with your meal

Was shopping at lakeside went to Burger King ( opposite Robert Dyas) the tables was sticky and filthy ( place was empty) mirrors was so dirty!! Food was stale buns cold chips!!Next day me and my 2 daughters had very bad tummy's I will NEVER eat in a Burger King again this place serious needs a. Food inspection on site ASAP

Visited with my family... Uses the toilets which I was applaud as the smell was disgusting! Tissue all over floor, urine all over toilets.. No soap and taps didn't work correctly. Thick dirt on floor, dried ketchup on walls.. Underneath of tables thick with dirt.. General manager was extremely rude to his employees... This place is a food hygiene risk! Do not eat there Burger King.. You should be ashamed of yourself!
