Staff talking about mold in fridges I said have I just heard that right staff said yes you have showed me loads of photos of all the mold so I asked can I take photo off your phone yes said yes course you can

Called this morning for breakfast and cappuccino. To be told no cappucino only tea/coffee. So ordered 2 teas, then was told no cups. Absolutely disgraceful. Especially as travelling to edinburgh. Would not reccomend and wont be calling again. Will use greggs. Talk about badly organised 😡

I rarely write reviews, but I just revieved such exceptional service from the 2 men working at Doncaster subway that I wanted to acknowledge it. I regret I didn't take the employees names but they served me at 14.15 today. Both employees were warm, friendly effeciant. One in particular was especially funny and conversational with great knowledge of menu. Food was put together with care and I was given a warm farewell. Clean, tidy organised station. A great stop in the middle of a long journey

Normally have no problems with the Doncaster train station Subway..but the girl with the buzz cut was so rude. When arriving she was on her phone. Then complained to her colleague that she had to serve me. My sandwich looked like a toddler made it. She needs an attitude check or just fire her. She clearly doesn't enjoy her job.

I was wanting a hot drink to tide me over a train delay on a cold and windy evening. First the assistant made no acknowledgement of me at the counter, instead getting something off the drinks bar and taking it into the back without a word. Then when I asked for a coffee she very abruptly said she'd just turned off the machine. I thought it was early for this to be done but if they were soon shutting, fair enough. It would just have been nice to have had a proper, polite explanation. Then the woman almost threw the (I have to say delicious) macadamia nut cookie I ordered at me. I have to say next time I will bring along a macadamia nut cookie from my local Subway and buy a coffee from the Costa next to it. Might be more money but will be much better service!

What in Earth can I say about this Place . Utter Utter Joke , In fact if I had the franchise on this place I'd be worried. We had like a 17 minutes wait to catch our Kings Cross Connection all we wanted was 2 bottles of water . After 13 minutes of 2 customers ordering subs, with this topping and that topping only 1 member of staff on and to be honest stuck in slow gear. We decided to get on the train and leave this place as a lost cause. I wouldn't mind if it was like a mad Weekend Busy Busy Day . But this was like Monday 12th July around 11.30, Fast Food chain LOL , Not a Chance. Do yourselves a favour Avoid at all costs and buy before you get here .

That woman shouted at me when asking for my order. It was loud and upset me and hurt my ears. I asked for a spicy Italian and she asked me if I wanted Italian BMT like I'd not just told her what I want. She didnt cut it in half and my sandwich dropped on the floor when I tried ripping it. Not very impressed

I visited subway in doncaster trainstation and the girl with blonde hair Kim I think it said on her name badge was really rude shouted at me and other customers slamming the till shut throwing the food back in the camroes and was also talking to her colleague like crap I spoke to my friend who comes here often and he said she is always like this

The sandwich was actually nice I have no complaints but the blonde girl really needs a refresher course on Customer service as I can wholeheartedly say it was the worst customer service I had ever received. Rude, snappy, unpleasant and miserable to be quite honest. Shall not return as the subway in frenchgate is much more polite and they have a lot more customers. No excuse when there are hardly any customers in the train station branch and there are two members of staff!

Just called for a coffee on my way past to get the train to London Asked for a latte to take away - then walked away to find coffee was Luke warm - if that! I immediately returned it and the staff offered to put it into the microwave to warm it up! Was bought less than 30s ago!! Staff aware of coffee machine saving Luke warm coffee!! Very disappointing paying £1:80 for a warmed up milk !! Avoid

Ordered a subway from the one near the exit. Young girl served me and did a excellent job. Unfortunately the male member of staff decided to send her to another member of staff for a 'long stand', then persisted to laugh and joke about her and how clever he thought he was. This is a form of bullying, and in front of customers. I just wish she hadn't gone so quick so I could have saved her the embarrassment. I will no longer visit subway if this is how employees are treated.

Terrible service, poor girl on her own, went very slow, clearly unhappy in her job didn't smile and wasn't polite and didn't apologise for the wait!! Other staff member hovered about but considering queue was 4 deep she didn't help her colleague out at all and just moved some trays around!! Only go if u have lots of time until ur next train!!!!!

Was on my way home and fancied a subway, unfortunately the on on platform 3 is cash only, so went out on to the concourse. The subway there had only one member of staff on which is unfortunate as I would guess most people are in a hurry to catch their train. Never the less, the young man who served me at 18:00 was very friendly and helpful and the sandwich was delicious. Definitely different to the review done in august.

Great selection of sandwiches available with plenty of choice of fillings so you can choose as many or as few as you want! Never had a bad sandwich from there, will always be a customer! Thanks Subway!

Nunca he tenido una buena experiencia de servicio en una tienda de metro para ser sincero, no sé cómo aún consiguen al comercio en el Reino Unido. Esta experiencia no fue una excepción. 3 miembros del personal permanente detrás del mostrador hablando sobre si se les gustaría mellizos o trillizos. Uno decidía a mí para servir en 1745. El servicio era lento y esporádico. El caballero me dijeron que la tienda fue cerrado por un miembro del personal. Se acercó otro que nos dirigimos a tomar su orden. inglés no era su primer idioma y creo que la razón por la cual el miembro original le informaron que la tienda estaba cerrado porque no podían ser molestado con la confusión de la barrera del idioma. Los miembros del personal era condescendiente con él. Finalmente me dieron mi pedido y recibía instrucciones para recoger mi bebida de la nevera "mientras yo esperaba" (el sándwich era listo, pero querían terminar su conversación antes de escenario). Pobre espectáculo, de nuevo. NUNCA MÁS se vuelva a un centro comercial subterráneo. No me gusta ir de Tesco después de cerrar y ver si puedo elegir un sandwich de sus residuos bin.

Yo estaba listo para salir en la estación de tren de Doncaster con antelación a mi ciudad natal y 2 horas y también hace que con mi hijo pequeño y pesado am 8 meses embarazada. Nos gusta tomar metro para comer en el tren, pero esperamos y esperamos por más de 5 minutos para pedir lo que nos gustaría a la orden. Supongo que tienen dos varas charlando y limpiar los piensos tiempo así que lentamente!!! Pésimo servicio. Consejos sobre todo no vale la pena tomar este alimentos!!!!

I often stop for a sub on my travels, always tuna mayo. I've noticed that they are getting sloppier and sloppier so when I unwrap it to eat, the filling has poured out the sides and I end up messy and smelling of fish!On this occasion, I'd just been on a bike ride and was about to get the train home. Unfortunately I left my bag there, only realising once on the train. I called their number (yes, they have a number you can call!) and spoke to Matt who said he'd keep it safe for me.I called the next morning and spoke to Vanessa. I said it would be difficult for me to get there for the next few days and, to my surprise, she offered to post it for me! I was bowled over by this, I mean - they must have loads of bags and things that get left there.Two days later it arrived in a box and everything was there. I called to thank her but she had gone on holiday. I think that, for a large chain, this is fantastic. I assume the management are OK for shop managers to do this, at an obvious cost to the company. If so, this is most impressive.the sandwich was fine by the way, and not very sloppy at all!

Getting served with different amounts of fillings on different days Do not accept £50 notes Slow service ended me getting asked by another customer to hurry so that ended up in a slanging match between me and the customer with no verbal abuse what so ever aimed at the staff as my wife is also in the fast food food industry and I know some of the stories she tells me about So the following day I was told I am barred from the store because I threatened the customer because she was a female which never happened so then when I started to question the manager (Vanessa) she said please don't threaten me in front of other people to make it look as though I was (which I never) so asked for her name and the franchise managers name which she would not give I made a formal complaint to the franchise head office and made an official complaint which was sent to Bob mood liar via emailThe complaint stated clearly my actions had nothing to do with subway just the other rude customer and bob mood liar replied stating she had the powers to do this and her decision stands I pleaded with him to not be so biased and try to understand my point of view false accusation is not acceptable and she basically lied I counter replied with no response Utter utter disgraceful customer service totally biased manager with no correct resolution no professional engagement Poor food servings, rude staff I did notify I will not let this matter drop I am a fond customer of subway and until now I have never encountered a problem VANESSA you are not fit to be a manger !!!!!!!!!!!

ABSOLUTELY USELESS THIS DOMINOS STORE. glitch in the system meant they charged me wrong, I ordered, paid, and then the app said it had been baked and was out for delivery. To be then called and told the order was being cancelled after over 30 mins of waiting for my food. I paid for my food and the order was taken so why has this happened. I’ve emailed many times and spoke to someone called Phoebe who’s as much use as a chocolate fireguard. This was over a week ago and I’ve still not even been refunded. My order should be fulfilled as it was taken and considering you haven’t even refunded me. SCUM BAGS THE LOT OF YOU

Awful food , scabby bits of fries not full length chips, once again no milkshake , had to have a container full of ice with flat unfizzy so called Coca-Cola, absolutely disgusting, straight down the sink!! Don’t get me started on the quarter pounder with cheese, a fraction of the size they used to be , wafer thin burger,looks like it had been flattened by a steam roller, embarrassing to look at when you open the box, I’d like one that looks like the ones made for the tv commercial, total waste of money, my first McDonald’s for some years, definitely my last!!

Absolutely ridiculous can't change sauce on a big tasty to big Mac sauce, despite not having an issue doing this at other branches. Staff unhelpful, never again went to KFC instead
