Order was all wrong stupidly didn’t check on pick up order via app !!! Alisha was incredibly rude and cut me off before giving me the code as unable to refund ?!? She was laughing at me previously and when I laughed, as I said “I doubt you can get the order right”she challenged me about laughing at her and then cut me off. On call back cut off again now ringing out !!!

my time here has been absolutely atrocious I am from wales I came over to visit family and this girl was so rude to me on the drive thru ginger girl she said can you hurry up ordering I hope she gets sacked but other than that the food was nice

I am completely shocked, called the Oakenshaw branch to explain my entire order was cold, spoke to Jamie, who apparently was an area manager, was met with complete attitude, no apology! Almost called me a liar!!! How is this lady a manager, disgusted, even I addressed this with her, she was not concerned at all Shocking

Food missing - no chips with the medium meal order. Took ages to answer the phone and then was told had to collect it and they would not send someone out. £32 for 3 burgers a drink and 6 nuggets a rip off!

Went through drive through and was told to wait for the food in one of the bays. Waited 20 mins while 5 other cars were served their food at the Drive through window. I Thought maybe mine would be freshly cooked. 🤣 I live 5mins from this restaurant and when we got home meal was very cold. I think it had been sat there for 20 mins. Please don’t bother using this restaurant.

Monday lunchtime in the school hols. Used the ap (triple point promotion) and ordered to table service. Delivered quickly and with a smile 😊

I have lived in oakenshaw my whole life and alway hated this McDonald’s always cold and a problem with the food but today 10/05/23 - 9:30pm the young guy on the window was an absolute pleasure food was warm and he was so nice I’ve never been greeted so nicely at a McDonald’s he is a credit to your team! I normally leave your window thinking - rude or imagine looking happy and today I didn’t i have drove home feeling really happy he served me

Literally the best McDonald's I have ever visited. Such friendly and helpful staff, Food was hot and very fresh and everything you need in a fast food restaurant

Went Monday asked for Monday bigmac deal fillet of fish mealgot a grand big mac £5.00 dearer been trying to sort out online 3 times ,customer service won't even contact me back .. Don't mind paying but the meal was stone cold and I only live 500metres away and it was a burger that just mushed up into a blob of roll.sloppy and hard to eat messy

Absolutely spotlessly clean 🧼 by Robert, I think he’s new when I got chatting to him. Lovely chicken wrap delivered to table with a smile from another lady staff member. Really toasty and warm inside on a cold 🥶 day outside. Stop here occasionally during my working day

I know it is only McDonalds and nobody really cares, least of all you because your reach and margins are beyond reproach, but come on guys! Tonight, a delivery was... Cold - beyond edible and acceptable, was without key and crucial elements (ALL drinks and condiments) leading to much family disquiet. If you are giving priority to delivery drivers which YOU ARE, then at least give them a fighting chance! You are currently well down my list of delivery choices (which I hate because Maccys is my household take-away of choice), goodness only knows why. You used to be a reliable outlet but now you are just a joke and enough is enough! RUBBISH!

Absolutely piss poor. You couldn't make it up. Amongst a small order for me and my kids off just eat I ordered a double bacon mcmuffin meal, I received a double sausage mcmuffin! Didn't even come with a straw for the drink! Tried to ring the number listed online for half an hour to complain and it just rang out every time. Have had trouble in the past, ordered happy meals for the kids, they turned up with no fries in the boxes! Just ridiculous

Stopped to eat in for lunch. Ordered on the app. Love the app now. Nice Big Mac, fries and ice cream. Only criticism was no napkins available at the stations. Lucky I had wipes in bag. Everything clean and tidy inside.

Absolutely shocking. The girl who was taking our order …didn’t know what she was doing and could tell she hasn’t been trained at all.. and then we received the wrong meal. It’s disappointing.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY GOING HERE! Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Cold food, 1st replacement cold and after very strong feedback to the manager finally received a warm meal on 3rd time of asking for my wife and I. Manager's attitude was as if serving a warm meal was some proud achievement. 'Restaurant' and Drive Thru not busy at the time of visit (near midday), plenty of staff on duty at the time.

Thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt and order a takeaway again from McDonald's after the last one we has was fair to say crap , It came and the food was near enough cold and the chips were soggy limp and no dips ! We live less than 2 miles away so there is or no excuse for the food to be cold and the state of the fries is rubbish . Avoid using them with just eat etc cause is can be a waste of your money

Used drive thru this evening at 8pm as we had just done our weekly grocery shop. Ordered a Big Mac meal and a Filet of fish meal. Had to wait, got our order which we found to be completely wrong when we got home. No filet of fish meal which meant my wife had no meal as she doesn’t eat meat. We received two cheeseburgers and one fries which were cold! Filled in the survey as directed by the website. The answer back from customer service was sorry, take your receipt back to the restaurant who might offer a refund! Given we are in lockdown this is a stupid suggestion! Really poor service and even worse customer service. Not good McDonald’s!!

I would love to go to this branch and get exactly what I order. I cannot believe how many times you go and they don’t have vanilla milkshakes or the times they’re out of fries at lunchtime and you have to wait in a bay. For goodness sake it’s supposed to be a fast food place - lunchtime is busy so cater for it! Numerous times you get home and the order is incorrect it’s not rocket science to get an order right. It’s about time they got a decent manager in who can get this place organised once and for all!!

i can never understand how this maccies gets such bad reviews. Every couple of months i use this one and never had a problem. Even had a staff lady come to us to check all ok after we had our table service.

For quickness went to McDonald's drivethur, ordered paid for home, found food underIncorrect. Good missing. Rang manager told me bring food back with receipt. But myKids starting eating food. So I just left it. Missing 2 burgers. One drink. One chips.Left myself feeling angry.!!!

Easy to park. Used the order point. Quick delivery to table and hot food. What's not to love? Full stars from us.

Never been so disgusted with the service. Ordered a few meals. They got it wrong. got home went back then got home again and it was wrong again. Absolutely fuming. Feeling like going in there and giving them what for.

This has terrible reviews, don't know why. We had table service with a few mins.Toilets very clean.Emma the lady clearing tables even asked if I was ok as having a bad day and must have been obvious to her. Big Mac and fries was delicious.So it's full marks from me on a Friday lunchtime

This mcdonalds is the closest to my house everytime I go their through the drive through my order is wrong I ordered 2 mcflurry and I ended up getting 2 and paying for 4 of them then we got our food after waiting in the bay for 10 minutes while this ice cream was melting to get up home and open my big mac that had 1 burger in it and all the buns that's when I looked for the recipt to find out about the mcflurrys. Then to be told when I go back that they needed all the food back to refund me.....i mean clearly you can see how the burger was made then to be told it can be refunded. This is not the first time having problems I'm sick and tired of the service at this mcdonalds the staff their need a lot more training and to have more manners!!!

How can you burn a Big Mac, serve it with limp lettuce, soggy undercooked chips ? Incredible to believe with so many people working there at 10pm the standard could be so shamefully low, I never thought they could get it wrong, when you holiday anywhere in the world occasionally you need a down to earth Mcdonalds, wherever you are itt's the same.....not at Oakenshaw South Redditch, this bunch would be better off staying at home playing on their play stations as they really do not give a hoot for the food they serve.

Called in here for lunch after a visit to the nearby hospital. First impressions was that it looked ok. All very clean & tidy with all empty tables cleaned and ready for use. I ordered a chicken meal and a grilled chicken salad. Paid my money and waited, and waited and waited. Despite the fact that my order was number one on the screen when I commenced my wait. In all I waited 20 minutes for my order. Why? No idea, the place was almost empty and they made up 3 orders while I was waiting for mine. Plenty of staff in the kitchen area, but not much moving out of there. Food was ok, but why I had to wait 20 minutes for my meal is a mystery. When I enquired as to why, I was given a shoulder shrug in response. Sorry McDonalds, Clews Road, this is one outlet I will not be returning to. And, yes I have got the correct outlet. I double checked on Google Maps.

This is our local McDonald’s and I’m ashamed to say that! Not once have they ever got a order right, ordered 1 chicken nugget happy meal, 1 fish finger happy meal and treated kids to a doughnut each, 2 chicken wrap meals arrived and one doughnut .... you would think a simple order that is written in front of your face would be quite simple, but not here!!

Drive thru was busy, that is fine....we waited 24 minutes from ordering our food to getting our food, The pace of food coming out is awful, half the food was missing and fries were half empty. Just awful, avoid if you can and drive further afield, it may work out quicker and you’ll probably get more for your money!!!

I'm not quite sure why this McDonald's has such bad reviews.... I find it convenient and fine every time I visit. Parking outside and loads of space inside. Clean and tidy. Tried the new bacon big Mac. Niceeeee

On a monday afternoon at 3.30pm it was so slow. I only wanted a cappuccino for my mum but it was over 15 mins. Should have gone inside I guess to the counter.

I’m not a fan of McDonald’s but this takes the biscuit. Fries were not only soggy they were unsalted and half missing, ordered 3 large fries and all the large boxes were half filled. Now I know the burgers never look like the picture but my 4 burgers, yes all 4 burgers looked as if they had been dropped on the floor and stamped on. Half the cheese was hanging out one side and half the burgers out of the other and the bread was smashed to pieces. Never- ever will I stop at this place again. Avoid at all cost.

Visited on Sunday morning for breakfast with family. Ordered via self service point and requested table service. Food came promptly , was hot and tasted ok. Server was friendly and efficient. Ordered ice creams to follow and again, no issues. I am not a fan of the regular daytime McDonald's food but breakfast options are ok. A pleasant visit and despite some of the previous reviews on here, I cannot complain!

Half portion of fries on both my ordered meals. Complete rip off. Will stick to other locations as this one can't get it right.

Table service is a godsend! Hot and speedily delivered meals. Friendly staff. I wish they had bigger parking spaces, hard to extricate child from car seat. But recommended if you like fast food.

Some pretty terrible reviews on here but I've never had a problem. Table delivery service and food was fine.

I went through the drive through (joke) which took forever ,the girl took the order and despite not asking put everything through as large .overcharged me for other things I ordered and when you try and phone (4times)them you get cut off .The food I received was cool and unappetising .I wont be going again I wish I could give it zero

Every time we go items are missed from order wben eating in. We have changed to another McDonalds because my grandchildren got so fed up with the computérs not working.

Easy location in clews road up the road from the big Tesco. Plenty of parking and of course, a drive through. Table service was ok. Speciality chicken burger quite nice. Friendly staff. Clean toilets

Always busy and could do with more staff. But always fresh fries and good burgers. Good service from the staff.

Visited and had a purse full of change so did not want to use my card I had to wait at an empty till and then ask if anyone was serving and felt i was almost apologising to the staff for wishing to pay with cash.The fries are frequently lukewarm it is overall a miserable experience!!

The new system of self service ordering doesn't work. Previously if you ordered a standard meal or drink you were served at the counter in less than a couple of minutes. The new system which allocates you a number in queue, a la Argos, means that every order, no how big or small takes the same lengthy time. Tonight one guy ordered two Mcflurries and waited the same fifteen minutes as the other twenty people who were having a frustrating wait. Needless to say the drive through queue lapped the building. I won't be back anytime soon.

Food always wrong, or cold, or both. Naivety gets the better of me and thinks"maybe its better now". Alas, i find myself writing this review.

Llevé a mi hijo autista a tratar. Usó un vale que era de dos días. Gerente llegó a nosotros e intentamos ser intimidante y estuvimos con él exigiendo el bono 'adecuada'. Le dije que era la que utilizamos. Dijo que estaba fuera de fecha y que debería haber el descuento en su comida. Por esta vez mi hijo estaba inclinada al otro lado del asiento tratando de distanciarse de la persona muy enojado. Mi hijo estaba visiblemente molesto. Él todavía no iría lejos, así que llevé la comida a la barra para un reembolso. Se quejó a la gerente de servicios de atención al cliente por correo electrónico, pero no hubo respuesta.

La comida solía ser tan bueno. Hoy en día el personal es grosero, la comida es para estar allí para rancio tanto o es un completo desastre. La cantidad de veces que ver gente subiendo diciendo que faltan elementos o su comida estaba mal es simplemente vergonzoso. Es hora de que este lugar para colgar sus delantales!

I have gone to this McDonald's in Redditch for years and the service never seems to get any better, ladies toilets are constantly filthy there was a BLOODY sanitary towel stuck on the walls inside the ladies cubicle on my last visit. Items are constantly being missed off orders, however my last visit will stay being my last, I ordered a double sausage bagel (which i have been ordering for years) and was then told that the store have never sold double bagels and I could not upgrade my meal so I could have an extra sausage in my bagel. So I chose pancakes & a has brown instead and asked for maple syrup, sweet & sour sauce to be included.... Well they were not included! my pancakes were soggy and the sausage was served cold. Also knife and fork was not included or napkins like they should be. I understand this is a busy store but keeping it tidy for guests and remembering simple essentials is not too much to expect. This was before refurb at Moons Moat McDonald's.

If you happen to get something freshly cooked, then this is a good place. However, more often the food is dry and tasteless, and sometimes even incorrect. You need to make sure they've included all the bits you've ordered as they are pretty unapologetic when you bring their mistake to their attention!

Honestly the best McDonald's I've ever been to. would go as far as saying that the food and service is better than Gordon Ramsay's Savoy Grill.Recommended this restaurant to pretty much everyone I know.Once you go to this place, you won't want to go anywhere else to eat.

This place is obviously maccies!! you get what you pay for and we know that. I do not go that much but I have been a few times and have had the incorrect order. Things missing etc and had to drive back! Check your bag before you leave!!

It now resembles an argos store with your ticket number and collection point... Staff continue to get orders wrong and forget and miss things off..... It's really not that hard i dont think. Moons Moat is better

This Maccy's has just being refurbed and trust me what were they thinkin ?It's now like some sort of self service joint !!!Meals just about cooked ( warm ), fries worst I've tried or seen !!!!Not happy and won't be using again..

Awful service only one on tills on a lunch time service ,we visited at.11.50. Not interested in me just wanted the next order. Large queue of people waiting for food in a so-called fast food restaurant

I've used the drive through many times and always stressful. Do not use anymore as the girl on the intercom was very rude to me. I have seen some good staff here so it would be shame to say all of them are bad. If you must go, order inside!! The young men who served me last week were very polite and efficient! (reason I gave two stars!)

Come on guys, if you do it like you are trained, us paying customers would get a meal just as it is supposed to be served. The managers need to get a bit more enthusiastic too. Motivate your staff and they will work properly and happily. And mop your floor by the fry station before you injure yourselves!

I know its only fast food but I would expect burger and fries to be warm but on this occasion none of my order was warm am used to the fries being hit and miss but the burgers are usally ok will not be using this outlet again.

Too many kids working their went for breakfast not cheap food not very good was not hot hash browns under cooked egg like rubber staff don't give a dam can we have staff that speak English and understand u !!!!!!

I know its only a mcdonalds but you should still get what you pay for.I haven't had breakfast here in ages and i can see why. The food was average & over priced. It doesn't help when all the kids working behind the counter are shouting and arguing at each other. Ronald wouldn't have been impressed!

Only used drive-through so can't comment on the restaurant part. Have been through twice recently and on both occasions have been annoyed by the schoolgirl on the mike taking the orders not listening and then when asked to repeat back, not having it correct After correcting her, going onto the pay kiosk and being asked for the wrong amount because the order was still passed incorrectly. Then the manager was needed to make the payment adjustment.

Another McDonald's, same menu, same quality, cheap and convenient , fairly clean and tidy, no quibbles

They say a restaurant or bar is made or destroyed by the staff, if this place was not part of such a big chain you would already see tumbleweed in the car park. i ordered a Big Mac at 10.45AM at the drive through as i had to be ready to pick someone up from the hospital, i did not actually get my burger before i had to leave at 11.00 when i returned to complain to a manager the people in front of me were returning a cold burger (at least they got one) I was offered and given a refund and the offer of a free Big Mac which i declined. so they cant cook the food and the drive through staff are incompetent.

Use this place on my way home from work sometimes if the kids fancy a mackies. The food is very average and to me far to expensive now since the burgers have gone a lot smaller in size and you don't seem to get as many fries has before. If it wasn't for the kids I wouldn't use it.

used the drive thru, order was incomplete and wrong items, it was not even hot. no idea what they are doing in there, but not working as you would expect, just gossiping behind the window frame.

Very pleasant staff, no problems at all. If the order is wrong they are very quick to apologise and will replace the food ASAP. Always warm fresh food and smiling staff!

Just returned from McDonald's drive thru oakenshaw We ordered two items with no relish and were asked to wait in a bay whilst they were cooked. The items were duly brought out and off we went home only to find that we had sat there for nothing as the items in question had the relish all over both of them. Pointless going back as the rest of the food would have been cold. Waste of money and time as usual !

If the drive thru is busy they take your order and have you park and wait, bringing your meal to your car. But you then have to reverse out in the face of incoming customers cars........I'd take a seat and watch the fun while you wait for your food....it's better than the telly.Whoever drew up the plans for this place needs a Big Mac ( with special sauce) pushing into his face..... :-)Not the cleanest Maccie D's around. Sesame seeds all over the floor at 8am?? They simply have to be left over from the night before. Buy some mops guys!!

Nothing special. They don't even have the kethnp pumps. Unless you need the drive through, the one in the kingfisher is better - Marginally.

I ordered a burger which was so unique. Bread layered with beef patties lettuce and a sauce to die for. I highly recommend this restaurant to every one. They even serve you in your car. How great.
