“Manager” Jess is a nasty piece of work with a seniority complex! Customer service does not exist. Getting the actual complete meal you paid for is apparently too much to ask her for. After having to drive back for the rest of our order (luckily a passenger checked so hadn’t driven the whole way home), the chips were cold, dried out and unpleasant. After the off ordeal of trying to collect my families order from Jess at the drive through window (after a long tiring day at work) I wish we hadn’t bothered. Most unpleasant experience. Burgers served with a side of nasty attitude!

We waited 20 minutes today, we were lucky and got served before others who had been waiting 45 minutes 😫, how does that work! This is a fast food restaurant supposedly!! People were returning cold food when they finally got their meals. The milkshake machine was broken yet you could still order them. Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing front of house. This is a new McDonald's, only opened 3 weeks ago yet the two times we have been haven't been good. The first time our order was incorrect. McDonald's, you need to sort this out!

I’ve never known a place with more incompetent staff. Ordered for delivery. Nothing major a Big Mac meal, two chicken sandwiches and some chicken nuggets and they forgot the Big Mac. Pretty much every time we order from here they forget something. How can you not follow a list?

Absolutely disgusting place!! Only ordered 2 happy meals and 2 milkshakes! Waited over 20mins and then when it came it was stone cold and got verbally abused by a staff member called Karen who clearly SHOULD NOT be working with the public!!! Go Macon way not this vile place! The manger was lovely about all tho!

Food was warm and nice, service a bit mixed but ok. We had the steakhouse burger as a meal and garlic cheese bites.

Terrible milkshake strong sweet and runny! Can’t even drink it. Cold food and given us normal Big Macs instead of the chicken ones asked for

Went in to order a happy meal and burger for take away for my daughter last night. Was in there for 15-20mins waiting whilst only one guy behind the counter seemed to be doing in-store customer orders. There must of been at least 10 doing the delivery orders. Customers in-store were clearly agitated and annoyed. I don't think I will be going into a McDonald's again, I will only be going through drive throughs where I have the option to sit and wait rather than stand there crammed in watching mcdonalds prioritise deliveries over customers in store.

Very poor went through drive through asked to park in bay ,20 minutes later went in to see where food was said they would make fresh 2 minutes later food comes out drive home less than 10 minutes, ,all food was cold best waste of 20 quid

The part of our order we were given was OK, the rest was missing. Touch screen printers were out of receipts, so no evidence of purchase was availble to us, S'hambles.

Food was very standard but Alison was so helpful and went above and beyond expectations. I would like to thank her for being so lovely and for keeping the restaurant in tip top form. She went to find us a fork in the kitchen for our salad as non were provided - thanks Alison

Do not park where a lot of us used to park in the old Enterprise frontage - it is just for employees now and you will be fined !

It is not a place I frequesnt often, but I do love a Big Mac every couple of months or so and there are many worse McDonald's restaurants than this one. It is no longer my local so I visit less than I normally do but was passing the other day and just had to drop in. Service has always been satisfactory, sometimes you wait a bit longer than others but this isn't exactly fine dining so a couple of minutes longer doesn't make much difference.

Arrived. Not too busy. Two screens to order from not working. Place was a mess. Nearly didn’t order but we were hungry. Order on screen for table service. Waited over 40 minutes. Food nearly thrown at us. No napkins, sauce or straws. Had to go and ask. Staff member so rude. Lots of staff just seemed to be standing around laughing and joking. Definitely not working. Tables dirty. Food on floor. Used toilets. Wish I hadn’t. Men’s both cubicles filthy. Ladies all toilets blocked, no soap and generally dirty. They seem to be serving delivery people first and chatting with them. Lots of kids In restaurant handing around at tables. Weren’t eating !!! Absolutely shocked. The worst place I’ve ever been. I know the expectation is low as it’s fast food but it was un-storable really. Would be a minus. Will never visit again.

Me and my companion James arrived in the institution in the hopes to enjoy some fast and cheap food. Now we got the cheep food part but FAST!? Don’t humour me, if time is money then I would have filed for bankruptcy by the time my order arrived. We almost missed our train!!! Due to the fact that this FAST meal felt like it took decades to arrive me and my comrade had become rather short tempered and malnourished as it felt like we had not eaten in days. There was no sense of urgency in this slum of a restaurant and no order among the staff. Utterly disappointed will NOT return. Mark my words Ronald McDonald if this inconvenience occurs again then you will lose a customer or TWO!

Very slow service for 2 burgers and fries, about 40 mins at least. Didn't seem to matter whether it was counter service or drive-thru. Staff un-interested, no urgency. People bringing orders back because they were missing stuff / wrong / cold. Expect a long wait for very average food.

I waited 2 hours for food then to call and ask why the app says drivers waiting G…. Then he said the driver will be there soon. Another 30th a later order cancelled what a joke il tell ya… I use this all the time and eat lots of maccies but they can jog on now…. Crave station on middlewich road crewe is the place to go…..

Service here is absolutely awful the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been . Queued for 40 minutes for the drive thru . Whatever there doing here they are getting in wrong presume it’s all the online deliveries that are making the service suffer . Surely customers sat outside your restaurant are more important than people delivering on line . There are 2 McDonald’s in Crewe maybe one should shut for customers and just be for online orders and the other be for customers who want to visit. Terrible don’t bother

Visited at tea time. Very busy but couldn't fault the service. Lady named Julie was coordinating everything and helping everyone. Smiling all the time she is to be commended in these difficult times. Food was excellent.

Quality of service very poor, most times the order is missing something or the fries/burger are not hot. Appreciate that things have changed due to COVID but would have thought it would have been far more organised than it was. Very disappointed.

Visited tonight and ordered a double cheeseburger meal. The food was cold so took the burger back. The guy on the till said they would change it. The second one came and that to was not very hot. My friends’ food was cold too. We had to be somewhere so had to go.

Just been into Crewe for an auction and we decided on a burger for a quick bite. Was recommended to have table service and the order would be brought over!! 20 minutes later no sign with 509 clearly displayed in the table and sat by the entrance to the loo. Over I went only to be told “oh, your order was shouted ages ago!”. The tray it was on was then retrieved, the food was lukewarm, I had to return for milk as the tray wasn’t properly set and when I said to the person who took my order what happened he just looked vacant. What a waste of time!! Almost every McDonalds I’ve ever been to have poor service, whether that’s sit in or drive through. I only went because my friend was fancying a burger. I’ll sit in the car next time rather than go into these awful places. For goodness sake McDonalds, it’s not hard for a bit of simple customer service. Additionally no one was bothering to clean away the rubbish off the tables. Avoid and go somewhere nicer even if it means paying a little more.

I am a vegetarian to produce the order I was advised it would take 10 mins to complete so I was asked to park up in a bay to await my order, which was fine. When I arrived home the Burger I had been given was a 'Chicken Mayo' I called the store and spoke with the Duty Manager who was polite & apologised, she asked if I could return to the store with my order which I explained to her that I was unable to do so as I live 6 miles away, therefore she agreed to send out a voucher to my home address to which I agreed to. I still await the voucher, The manager has completely ignored me, it is unacceptable customer service, the fact that time was taken to produce a vegetarian option I would expect the correct order to be in my bag. I think I have been more than patient in awaiting any vouchers which were clearly forgotten about or she did not believe what I was telling her.I will not be visiting this store again as they cannot be trusted to produce the food they are serving.

Busted here 25/1/20. a member of staff was serving us perfectly fine. He was taking our order and the shift manager named izzy, took it upon himself to come over and pester for no reason, she made him wipe it all and start again, which took double the time. I ordered again, and he added our order, again perfectly fine. She then started arguing with him trying to do it under her breath so she didnt look bad. She told him I never ordered 2 children's meals I ordered a double cheeseburger. When he told her I didnt she then looked at me with gritted teeth and asked me if I ordered a children's meal with a burger, which I replied yes, she wasnt happy as she was trying to bully the young lad and I just looked at him and said, "ur doing a great job dont worry, shes just rude". Macdonalds CEO's should really check on there managers and send them on anger management courses, I've never been to a fast food restaurant where the staff are treated this bad, and I certainly wont b going again. Absolutely shocking that she is getting away with that. The restaurant was packed aswel so god knows how many more staff members she done it to trying to look important, and she really wasnt. Just a bully who needs to be brought down a peg or two (or several hundred)

I have made a note never to visit here again - third attempt and, although it wasn't busy, I waited ages. It seems the staff, having a good laugh about something, were oblivious to the fact we could see them doing very little.

Waited almost 20 minutes for a drive through, absolutely appalling! Service eating in is occasionally slow as well, staff seem to have a lack of care towards the 'fast' food their serving

It seems they run out of a lot here - today they had run out of milk sachets for my tea, I had to have a small pot of milk, far too much for a cup of tea and surely a terrible waste. But even more astonishingly they had run out of salad for my chicken and bacon salad. It seems they still had salad to put on burgers, but not in a salad - and if you can work that out you're a better man than I.Also they didn't seem overly apologetic for a lack of this and that and although not exactly rude were not overly polite either. Perhaps they're simply used to having none of this, that and the other.

i ordered a veggie burger from the drive thru. got home and when i started to eat it i ended up eating chicken. i’ve not eaten meat in 3 years and it caused me to throw up. it happened to my friend a week ago as well and they didn’t even apologise or change her order.

so i go to order a snack wrap and a coca cola zero so i open the wrap has ashes in it and was so dusty it said hi then the coke was so warm it said hello i drink the coke and there was no ice and the staff was very mean about how i complained about the ice

I was rushing for a meeting one morning. Ordered from drive through requesting breakfast wrap not not bacon n sausage. The lady repeated my order. I mention I was a halal Eater so please do let them know. She insured me but when drove off with the wrap as I go to take a bite it was bacon and sausage I mean for sum happy days but I had to go hungry that morning.. anyway I rang and informed the management of what happen. I wasn’t happy as all they done took my name and address down and sent me an expired voucher in post for a medium meal. Even if it wasn’t expired that’s still the refund for what I bought on my original visit. I rang back and let them know I was not happy.. lady on the phone was very nice and I think that’s what mattered more then anything and she sent me out 3 medium meal vouchers out so thank you for listening. I will go back if I go around their again.

Part of my order was missing, only noticed after leaving the drive thru. All I received is an apology, no offer to rectify or refund, despite asking numerous times. I’m sure The Sale of Goods Act applies, but for the sake of a couple of pound, they’ve lost a customer-poor.

Now that a lot of these outlets have had a makeover it seems to take a lot longer to receive your order once you have paid even if you only require liquid refreshment.

Pop by here between trains and it’s always busy, offers the usual McDonalds menu and the food isn’t bad but could do with it being bigger for sitting in and more space to serve customers quicker

Always just ok nothing ever amazing - but it is McDonald’s and not the USA so seems to be acceptable here to have slightly warm food tossed into a bag 😀

i recently visited mcdonalds and ordered two double cheeseburgers, i had to wait a while but when they came the cheeseburgers were just warm, Not hot. The two ice creams that i ordered came and were fine. But unfortunately there were no chocolate milkshakes so i was disappointed with the overall process of collecting my food. Some of the employees weren't that positive but some were. There was a balance between the two. All of the food was fantastic but the service is not the best overall.

When I end to mciese something if I order a fries instead one me getting fresh fries I get a cold fries

Never amazing - always OK! Usual with McD's it's cold and just ok. Breakfasts are the best bet especially if you order something that needs to be made specially.

Visited McDonalds today for lunch and was delighted with the service and the meal I received! Was particularly impressed with a very tall young man, he had a tattoo on his arm, think I read the name Lewis on his badge! The way he smiled at me as I walked through the doors made me feel weak at the knees and honestly I haven’t felt that way since I lost my Martin! He smelt amazing, his musk was just the right hint of sweat, double cheese burger, and lynx all the qualities I expect from an establishment such as mcdonalds!

Been a few times in the last month and two out of 3 times I have had stuff missing when I got home then rang up was asked to come back for it what a joke they have only got to put it in a bag don't forget to charge u for it do they!!!!!??

URMMMM so i went in for a delightful meal with my friend and the monopoly was on and we won a reg hot drink and small fries and when i went up to redeem my monopoly sticker and because i was in my uniform they wouldn’t serve me even though i am 16 so they wouldn’t give my food so i went back to my table. Mad. Then asked the people who were next to our table to go and redeem it for me and turns out one of them worked there and he agreed to redeem it and we ended up getting a free sugar donut SO F YOU MACCIES CANT BEAT ME!

Drive In but location makes it hard to leave if turn right due to traffic! Queues can also be long. Staff not always friendly and hard of hearing at times. I had to shout my order once as staff kept asking me to repeat. Quality of staff is very variable.

Clean facilities, friendly staff, usual Mac Donald's menu, great service. Definitely recommend if in the area.

Usual food for a quick meal as busy day so got a meal ....not very warm as everything sat on warmers waiting to be picked. I should have known don't eat McDonald's as it's always cold or tepid at the best !!

Have visited 3 times. Always very busy (down to the location I guess) which makers service extremely slow, and the car park is too small - those queuing to get in block the ones trying to get out!All three visits have been very disappointing:1st - cold food2nd - short changed ( drive-thru - didn't realise until I got home)3rd - half the order missing (drive-thru again - didn't realise until halfway home)Not impressed - have put in a complaint to Macdonalds but received nothing back. I wont use them again.

I have tried this store many times and they always make me wait or they have assembled the order wrong, I don't know what the do but 90% of the time I'm disappointed with the food or service. McDonalds shouldn't be like this as a ex company owned store manager I'm embarrassed to have to write such a poor review of a franchised store.

Stopped here as we were starving and couldn't afford the time to stop in a pub or similar for food.On the whole an average McDonalds, order was correct but the state of the burgers and how they were assembled were just shocking.I don't know why i'm surprised as this is McDonalds, but for the burgers to look like they have been literally thrown together, shaken in the box and placed on the M6 to be run over by a few lorries was just shocking.But hey, we were hungry and this was sort of food so we took it.

Due to a recent family crisis, we have visited several times for breakfast during the past month ~ the breakfast wraps have been enjoyable, and porridge pots when trying to be healthy. Staff friendly. Perhaps due to early morning but the tables / seats tend to look as though they need a good wipe.

Went to store last night and the queue had me waiting over 30 minutes for a happy meal. tried to complain to the manager on site at the time but he wasnt interested, emailed company director and have been threatened with being reported to the police.

Food always hot and nice but have gotten home and order missing, so always check order before leaving.

Generally the food is ok and fresh, although nuggets always seem hit and miss like most McDonald's places - usual quality of food, drink plenty of water to dilute the salt content!! A number of times orders have been wrong, things missing etc / so be a pain like quite a lot of the other customers are and check the food you are given is indeed correct and what you ordered.

Picked up a drive through, the burgers in the big mack were really dry and had obviously been cooked some time earlier. The chips were soggy. I ordered 5 chicken selects with a sweet chilli dip, when I collected the food from the next window there was no dip! I was told by a really rude girl that dips were an extra 80p. I'll never go back, I'll use the one on Dunwoody Way which much better and friendlier.

Food was ok, staff need to improve manners, like saying thank you, enjoy, not just drop on table and walk away. Plus music was played loud and heavy rock at 8.30 in the morning.

I regularly use the McDonald's, along with some others. This is the most inconsistent in terms of food quality and order time.They sometimes get orders wrong and don't seem to put any effort into producing the food. Still, it is McDonald's so we don't expect excellent cuisine. However, the customer service is frequently not cheerful, unless you get lucky and someone in a good mood is on shift for you.I go back, so it isn't terrible, but it would be great to see the team take more pride in their work.

It doesn't matter what time of day we go, eat-in or drive-through, this branch is SLOW, and the staff are more than happy to play around and ignore waiting customers.They need to sort themselves out!

Went in at around half 8ish one evening for a meal with friends, and I was appalled by the slow and pathetic service of staff. Not only were staff ignoring the waiting customers, but also seemed in no hurry to sort out the fast accumulating list of placed orders. It took 22 minutes for my order to be completed - call yourself a fast food restaurant?? A man who placed his order for one coffee waited the same 20 odd minutes as I did!The staff were wandering about and having casual conversations with themselves whilst angry customers stood and waited for their food - very unprofessional!Definitely not impressed and shall not be returning!!

We arrived at 9am it was relatively quiet, there were 2 people in front of me. I was served at 9.03am. By this time lots of people had come In behind me. It was totally unorganised chaos. The girls serving went from one thing to another without actually completing the job in hand. My order was put on a tray half done without drinks and just left there for nearly 4 minutes whilst they went off and did other things. When my meal was finally given to me I asked to swap it as it had been there for some time. At this point my drinks still weren't done!! By now it was 9.20am!! Mmmmmmm this new system is not good. To be fair, there was only 2 young girls with what appeared to be no supervisor helping until there was about 8 orders behind me still waiting. "We're not loving it" this morning.

As always you no what you are to get. Clean tidy and pleasant staff all pleasant and helpful. Coffee great as always

Every time I visit this McDonald's, they always seem to get my order wrong! Regardless of if I go in store, or through the drive-thru, staff always seem uninterested and as if they just don't care.

Called in on our way from the railway station. 9.30pm. More staff that customers. Only one serving the others did not look like they were doing anything. 3 people in front of us, waited 10 mins to be served. God knows how long you would have been in if it was busy! Staff looked miserable. We would not call it fast food.

Only use the drive through which has been extended to two order lines, queues have reduced but can still build up. Some staff are on the ball, others clearly don't want to be there and don't engage in any form of concentration. Tiring asking basic questions such as a something to stir sugar with, small irritations. Staff smoking outside doesn't give an overly positive view.

I've decided to write about the poor performance after the final straw yesterday. Many times I've been on the way to work in a rush just wanting to get something to eat and either having to wait for 15 minutes whilst the food is being prepared or being given the wrong order only to find out when I've reached the office. Having had various combinations of mistakes that must amounting to 30 or 40 different visits over the past three years it's either I get the wrong food wrapped in the wrong label but have not seen it because I've just driven off to work, or unusually in this case having the right label on my food but the wrong food inside having ordered a bacon egg and cheese muffin having a label that says bacon egg and cheese muffin and a receipt that says bacon egg and cheese muffin to be given a sausage and egg McMuffin. Although it is exceptionally convenient and the reason that I keep going back thinking okay maybe this time it'll be different I've just spent far too much on wasted meals on sending emails to the manager and on four occasions phoning up. I cannot stress enough how this is not somewhere to visit if you want to get your food quickly and indeed the food you have asked for. They all seem very nice however I don't know whether they do not feel valued or whether they just don't care about the customerbut I now have got to stick by my decision not to go and not given to convenience to what would be a real help on my way to work in A demanding job
