I gave this a 5 star rating cause this is one of the best kfc I have had. I been going to this one a while and the staff are always friendly. Also every time I have this kfc it always hot which is rare and the chicken is always fresh and crispy and juicy and also you always get a mixture when you order a bucket which is nice.

Discusting shift manager swearing out loud showing off to other staff my 9 year old son was fuming and very embarrassed by this , I challenged the manager who swore and still had an attitude she needs sacking this is meant to be the face to kfc

Rubbish place with little manger with attitude, can't even get order right, every time we get delivery it's wrong, then you have to deal with that snotty little manger when you complain

Picked up a wicked bucket 10 pieces to find 8 legs when I got it home. Nobody answers the phone and I suspect nobody cares but clearly somebody is being served breast pieces (perhaps the companions of the servers who seemed to have their attention while we were waiting). I would avoid that location if you want what you see in the advert.

Service was so slow. Ordered online thinking it would be easy to grab om the way home. Waited for over 20 minutes when I'd already waited 20 mins from ordering online. 40 minutes for a pretty basic meal. Not coming back in a hurry.

Parking limited to 90 minutes for no apparent reason - where else are people going to toddle off to round there? Service wasn’t exactly speedy and my daughter has Asperger’s syndrome so rushing isn’t her thing, didn’t notice any notices so be careful . Also got conned on puddings, be careful x

right listen here KFC , i’ve had enough of these burger moments, i’d just been to smoke a PHAT zoot with my boy GILL n it turns IM BLUDDY STARVING , so imma take a shaggy walk down to KFC and what am i treated with 30 MINUTE LATE KAYEFSEE and then i had to sit out in COLD aching for some juicy chicken: IM DONE

So went to this restaurant on 11/08/2020. I ordered chicken nuggets and fries and a bucket meal i was disgusted in the bucket i found white hair when i spoke to the manager at 21:30pm asian guy with glasses he was being very rude an not listening to me he mentioned none of his staff have white hair clearly he lied ! I would deffo not recommend this place as their customer service is outrageous!!! Dont come here i will be reporting this to trading standards and the food hygiene department !!!

Went through the drive through to be met by a very friendly and helpful chap who specified the other side options you can get with the terrific Tuesday bucket deal, gave us the option of type of chicken (I didn’t even know you could select your chicken type) drove the car around the building for our food to be there when we arrived. Very happy with the service today.

Bit of a queue at 7pm but two car park guys organised the drive through. Order at the back and pay/collect order at the front. Very efficient and good quality chicken, very happy will use again.

I usually use the drive-through in Sheldon B26, but that's still closed, so I was delighted to see the drive-through in Shirley B90 had reopened. The queue on the first visit was rather daunting, but better on the second, so it's a case of timing it right. Menu remains a little limited (no coffees) and parking likewise (luckily, there's ample parking just up the road), but things should get better as the restrictions are relaxed. On a personal note, great to see they've stuck with keeping the skins on the fries -- really adds to them!

To be honest I was stupid to go back there as they screwed up the last time. Received shocking service from who was "The Manager", Noticed one of the people serving, scratching his back under his shirt and not washing his hands afterward, with the scares around covid-19 at the moment I would have expected more, Needless to say, they screwed up the order again. I would advise you to go anywhere but this branch, So simply, poor service, uncaring staff not following basic cleaning requirements, and a manager who doesn't care about customers even when they are overcharging them for the food they didn't receive.

Thank you KFC for giving my wife and daughter food poisoning. Just spent the half the night watching them be sick. My 8 year old daughter wanted KFC as a treat. Absolutely disgusted that your hygiene is this poor!!! Will be reporting you to the department of health.

Visited after a business meeting and wanted something quick before heading back to Liverpool. Tried to order meal with three chicken strips and chips twice, the lady that served us just wasn't getting what I was trying to order, I didn't want to press it as she was retirement age and I felt a bit bad that she wasnt at home with her feet up! so I just went with it and a £4.00 meal turned into £7.00 and I came away with strips, popcorn chicken, corn and diet coke! A very good sales woman! Food was actually good and the restaurant clean, I would and probably will visit here again. Just need to remember how to get into the carpark as was a bit tricky to find the entrance.

Missed an item off my order. They should have got the hang of giving a customer what they ordered and paid for by now.

Our chicken fillets were hard and airy Tasted really bad I ate the chips that weren’t black and some of the bread

Woman on drive thru service was disgusting. Touched her face and nose on numerous occasions then packaging up food with the same hands whilst I was waiting for my food so I could see this. Absolutely disgusting. Will not be returning.

Not a lover of takeaways but after long day stuck on a motorway on a hot day dropped in here.

Does what it says. although haven't tried their fries yet. Had our own because I new they'd be crispy.

Really poor. Chicken soggy and couldn’t eat it. Half the chips were eatable the rest were thrown Very disappointed

Nothing stood out as out of the ordinary, usually sullen greeting, no warmth in tone - waited 10 minutes for food & it was very nice.

Drive through efficient. Food absolutely horrible ordered 3 pieces boneless chicken and fries. Got home food cold no dips included.

Came through drive thru gave order and the three meals were totally wrong so when we go home we had to make do with what we got, staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing ,

I used the drive through to buy a family bucket. Christ knows how long the chicken had been out but to say it was dry doesn’t even come close.

I stopped at the KFC, Stratford Rd, Shirley, Solihull, on 16th December 2018 for lunch, I had my 3 month old baby Granddaughter with me, I purchased my lunch, and sat down, the baby then wanted a bottle, so I sat for half an hour feeding her, then ate my lunch. My other grandchildren stopped by, and they wanted food so I went and bought them ice creams and drinks, anyone that has a family knows toddlers and children aren’t the quickest of eaters, and always want something else, never during all this time in the restaurant did I ever expect there to be a time limit on eating at the restaurant, all in I was inside for 109 mins, but apparently there is a 90 mins limit after that they fine you £100 for the privilege of spending money in their restaurant. I have spoken to the Manager, and also head office as this place isn’t a franchise, and they all wash their hands of responsibility for the car parking company that polices the restaurant car park, so for spending extra money on their food, and staying 19 mins too long my grandchildren’s pre Christmas treat has turned out to be mega expensive. I will never set foot in their restaurant again. BEWARE ALL !!!

Use the drive thru when we go for food, quick and efficient and food still hot when we get home Recommend

The fries were almost cold, the small piece of chicken was too hot to touch and the sandwich was luke warm. The sandwich had way to much relish on it, the lettuce was a very large piece taken from somewhere near the plants root. It was a little hard and was much bigger than the sandwich.

Ordered some sharing boxes for a family takeout. Food was still hot when we got home and was really tasty and enjoyable. Service when I ordered was excellent also

Firstly I don't think I've ever been in and had her take down my order correctly. This I wouldn't mind and could understand the mistake however she is always so aggressive in insisting its the customers fault everytime. Generally the food is ok but somethimes even once getting the correct order down on the reciept and their machine I have had all the fries or certain items missing. The service has always been great other than this one lady however although missing items can be a constant hassle.

Went to this drive thru this evening, i was only car there so not ecactly busy! Gave my order to chap who just mumbled & hard to understand then drove straight round to next window where another chap had bag all ready & handed sttaight to me. I'be had occasions of wrong orders so i double checked my whole with him, especially the gravy & the chap read everything oit INCLUDING the 2 large gravy which were included in family feast meal. Drove home..boit 5 min drive only to discover, no gravy!!!! All the fries were soggy & cold as well. They need to get staff in who can understand english & give them some training on customer service & getting orders right! Its so infuriating to get back home only to find your order messed up by totally incompetent staff!! Wont be back to this restaurant again.

Felt the need to post this review even though I’d never usually post a review about a fast food joint because it mattered to me and was noticed that the staff here actually seem to care a bit more. The burger wasn’t just thrown together in the usual haphazard way. There was plenty of lettuce and sauce too. Friendly staff as well.

We have been coming to this KFC for a while but this last time was horrible. We ordered 6 hotwingz but they have us 3 drumsticks instead which were dry and cold. The gravy was like it had been watered down. The fries were like they had been there a while. We have not had issues before but there seemed to be new staff who didn't seem interested. Also the queue was getting longer and longer but they only had 1 till opened. This has put us off KFC for a while.

Ordered boneless banquet... food was ok but was offered extra fries instead of 2 sides. I'm sure this is my entitlement rather than a favour... so disappointed the actual bag of chicken was served with 2 pots of useless coleslaw.... It's all in the detail

Just this afternoon been through drive through .. I specifically said to lady taking order “ can we have hot fresh fries, too often we come here and leave with cold soggy fries “

Took away a takeaway from KFC which was either lukewarm in parts and stone cold in others. We arrived home to find most of the order wrong. Having not been to a KFC for a while and not having my daughter on hand to steer us through the ordering may have had some effect on this takeaway order. On the other hand when we clearly said we wanted things like sweetcorn and chips/fries then the order taker should have had a clue. Very disappointing meal which spoilt our evening as it was supposed to be a treat for one of my daughters.

Visited off early evening on the 23rd June the service was fantastic went above and beyond for their customers could well done all keep up the good work. Esther boyle

Staff no idea on how to speak to customers. Ordered a drive thru having just landed from holiday and the staff struggled to give a smile. Food typical of KFC it is what it is. Won’t rush back here.

Went through drive thru however the women working on drive thru barely spoke English and order was wrong so we told the man who actually spoke English and he accused us of lying and wanted to check the car for the missing items!?! Not a good customer service experience at all! Other than that, average food.

Very clean, very quick and very tasty. my only issue is I always want more and its not good for the waistline

We went with our children and won't be returning, it takes an age to be served and then when your order is finally served its cold. definatley not fast food.

Sat at window of drive through watching a fascinating showdown between the supervisor and his staff. He shouted at his staff whilst they laughed at him behind his back. one of them picked up a paper bag, inserted his hand into it and used it as an oven glove only to then take his sweaty hand out of it and put my chicken into it. Gross. Got home onlyto find my order was down by 2 fries. Incompetence and total disregard for hygiene.will get a video next time.

This particular branch is great as you have the option to eat or a quick drive through service. Seating is decent and service has always been okay. Chicken is generally fresh too.

messed up my order then when i complained and asked for my original order got told by a staff member that the employees in the back spit on the food. I will never go there again the management and staff don't know what there doing.

As I am a bit fussy with my eating habits I ordinarily will avoid fast food but if I have to choose one it is usually KFC simply because I can see that which I am eating - chicken!

This place has got no better. Junk food of an average quality. Never hot. Why people keep eating there is beyond me. We have been 3 times since it opened in May 2015. Never again.

Always have takeaways and the food is hot and of good quality. Plenty of good seating inside and a drive through as well.

Ordered a 'double down' which consisted of two sweaty, tough bits chicken stuck together with a tiny amount of cheese and the odd crumb of bacon. It had obviously been sat on a hot plate/warmer or whatever they use for some time - gross! Our order also included 4 mini fillets plus dip. Got home to find we only had 3 fillets and no dip. These were better quality chicken but all in all it was a total let down! We won't be visiting this KFC again

The food is always good here - have no complaints yet - the chicken is always hot and tender - have one complaint the chips could be alittle thicker by the time you take them home and if any left over are dry

Should be a sure thing ,tried and trusted fair but i guess quality is down to the staff?when under pressure it is chaotic.orders wrong indifferent levels of cooking surprising as its been around for years .this time it was just ok .tried a new disg described as fiery .well the flames had gone out .would go again but not at peak times .nandos here i come

Most people do not know that KFC is halal, it is not made clear, people are becoming more aware now of halal and should be informed before they dine there.

I visited this evening and after small queue we arrived at the till the lady called Lisa then just said "what?" Not the typical polite welcome from KFC once ordered she said "that it " when we said how rude she was she said she was not , the man who gave our food was lovely and friendly , when we mentioned the not so lovely Lisa we got the impression it's not the first time he had heard it , I know it's a bank holiday but if she is going to be that rude perhaps she should work behind the scenes .

A very convenient KFC with an affinity for fast service and accurate orders. Unlike most KFCs, they do not ruin your order and have competent staff who seem to possess what is usually alien to fast food staff. A personality

went here for a pre Christmas takeaway. Had the bargain bucket and crush 'ems. Chicken ok but the crush 'ems weren't as nice as they make out. Struggled to suck through the straw and the white chocolate bites were almost impossible to eat through the straw.

Had 2 takeouts in the 19 months since it opened. First time chicken not too bad but fries not cooked too well. Second time chicken not hot and fries lukewarm and anaemic looking. Will not go again. As we live right by this place, can I please ask customers eating in their cars to put their rubbish in the bins provided and not dump it in the carpark on the floor. It isn't pleasant and looks dreadful. Don't be lazy and thoughtless.

This KFC has been open 19months. Been twice in all that time. First time was just ok. Fries not cooked very well but we thought a few months later we would try again. Even worse this time. All we can say is Yuk? yuk? yuk? Got this place on our doorstep which is awful but the food is not good. Stick to the chip shops and give this a wide berth. Would not go again. One last point, please (people eating in their cars) put your rubbish in the bins provided not on the floor of the car park. Not the KFC staff at fault but lazy slobby customers.

We use the drive through quite regularly (being near the top of our road it's hard not to!) the staff are lovely and food always fresh but the last three visits they have missed out an item, the last one was popcorn chicken out of the new festive triple box!

Used the drive through. The chicken as normal was very good the fries were a little soggy. The order point at the back of the unit tends at night to be very dark which makes it difficult to sort out the money for payment. The staff were fine. Therefore if your happy to pay in the dark and have soggy chips the rest is fine.

Visited 4 times and every time have got home have had food missing. Last 2 times asked them to check and yet still food was missing. Absolute joke. Do not go if you want to get food you actually pay for. Shame really as looks good and in great location. Shame you don't get what you actually pay for!!!!

We don't often have a KFC, still less do we eat in, but I do love Col Sanders original recipe! and it tasted as good as expected. But the place was filthy. Litter outside the entrance and chicken bones on the outside tables. No excuse for people eating like this, but no excuse for the restaurant leaving it like this. Inside the floor was dirty and littered with tissues and plastic spoons and one complete row of tables were not cleaned. We enjoyed our meal on a clean table, spending about an hour in there - and not once did anyone wipe a table. One employee cleared one of the tables and emptied the bin, some of it on the floor which he left. The gents' toilet was equally unpleasant. The restaurant was certainly busy but should not have been overwhelmed to the extent that cleanliness and hygiene were ignored. Clearly and ineffective manager and lazy staff.

Drive through and stacks of space to park. Eat on the patio, or in this great diner; very clean and tidy.
