Mcdonald's Restaurants in East Riding of Yorkshire

Qué ha pasado con Maccy’s en Willerby Retail Park. No he estado aquí por un tiempo. El servicio es como un caracol, mi McMuffin, especialmente el muffin estaba literalmente exprimiendo aceite con cada bocado! La otra cosa, Jesús, ¿qué le ha pasado a la salchicha? ¡Ahora son delgados como una oblea! No es de extrañar que las ventas de McDonalds hayan caído. Necesita mejorar su juego para que coincida con otros puntos de comida rápida, que en esta experiencia son mucho mejores.

¡Sorprendente! Ordenado en la unidad a través Ambas papas fritas grandes tenían alrededor de 10 papas fritas en cada caja y la hamburguesa pedida estaba mal y parecía como si se hubiera tirado alrededor antes de ser realmente dado. Pedí la hamburguesa sin tocino y la conseguí con tocino... podría ser innumerables razones por las que no elijo comer tocino... ¡Tampoco se da recibo! Para hacer una queja formal. No voy con frecuencia a Mcdonalds, así que esto fue un shock en la calidad.

Comida lenta, sin servilletas, el personal se negó a despejar la mesa. No volveré aquí nunca más. Nada de servilletas en un lugar donde comas tu comida con las manos. Contraste total con el McDonald’s en Andrews Quay.

We visited this restaurant with our two grandchildren, aged 6 years, and 9 months following its recent refurbishment. After ordering table service we put our 9 mth old in a highchair and took our seats. As the server approached the table she lifted the tray of food directly above my 9 mth old grandson in the highchair and then upended the tray above him covering him in Fanta (thankfully we hadn't ordered hot drinks or he would have been hospitalized). The response from the member of staff was 'Sorry I'll get you a new drink' with no reference to the baby. As we were seeing to the baby and his concerned older brother, she brought the replacement drink and said 'There you are' and began to walk away (there was spoilt food all over the table and the floor was extremely wet - I had to ask to see the manager. By this point my Wife had moved to another table to calm the grandchildren. When the manager came to see me I his attitude was 'I'm sorry but it's done now'. I had to ask him to get someone to clean the table and floor, to replace our food (which they managed to get this wrong) and to record the incident in the restaurant's accident book (which he did but then proceeded to sign off the investigation and action to be taken without talking to anyone). What concerns me most is that the staff at this restaurant appear to have no concept of customer safety, or customer service. To put a tray of food directly above a baby in a high chair should simply not happen, to not bother about it when it goes wrong is appalling.

Worst Macdonals on a constant basis, if there was one closer there's no doubt this would close. No matter how many times you visit the drive through you are told to wait with 6/7 other cars while they make two happy meals. Shocking. Waited 25 mins this time, 25 mins last time and half an hour the time before. Terrible, drive somewhere else instead.

Absolutely disgusting!! Food cold ran out of philly cheese stack !!!! Only told me at end of order on arrival to table. Waited over 20 minutes to be served cold food ! No condiments available wasn't even busy staff rude lazy couldn't care less ! Few customers that were in were complaining about wrong order waiting time etc etc !!! Won't be going again will stick to Bridlington branch prompt service hot food friendly staff no comparison to this hell hole at Willerby!!!!

Awful customer service! We visited today and decided to go inside as the queue was pretty big for the drive through. Headed to the till and we was behind another women, who had been waiting for a substantial amount of time. The lady in front of us asked if anyone was serving to a lady called “Ann” who responded with “WHAT”… !! Me and the queue was all in shock at the poor attitude of this server, who looks like she has been forced to work against her will dragging her feet and ignoring the full queue of people. This was then addressed to the manager - Jon. Who said “we only have 4 people” which to be honest is a disgraceful response! If someone/ multiple people are complaining the first thing to say would be “I’m sorry / I apologise we are understaffed but I will address this as a training issue” The service was slow the food was freezing, and half empty and I saw 2 other complaints/ refunds whilst sat in eating. I would seriously re consider the staff who are employed all of them looked like they could be bothered to acknowledge you let alone serve you. Regardless if you are understaffed or not you should always use BASIC manners and gratitude to people spending money in the establishment. Very poor, and I have used this McDonald’s for over 20 years living local.

A good selection of food and drink at reasonable prices and only a few hundred metres from the hotel. However, walking access isn't the best as you have to cross a busy dual carriageway, and there are no traffic control measures in place.

Often orders are delayed as you go through the drive through and when you get home items are missing or incorrect. I think because it’s busy staff just function on auto pilot. Disappointing when it’s a treat for the kids and something is missing.

I use the drive through and for fast food it can be very slow. I won't ask for a milkshake here as you can never guarantee the food will arrive before its gone soggy. It's not consistent unlike other maccyd's but it'll do.

the food is so tasty and the menu is great. The restaurants are very modern and tidy. its a very very child friendly place with its happy meals, balloons and colouring area. You get your meal almost straight away. The restaurants are open 24 hrs which is great after a night out! They are very clean and the tables/chairs are washed frequently. The toilets are also cleaned often and are also very clean.
