honestly never had an issue with this mcdonald’s but we got told to wait in bay 1 and it has taken then 35 minutes to give us our food whilst also giving other people there food

And they've ruined it! The pork used to be dipped in the barbecue sauce and now it's just squirted on. Now I don't know if I remember it with rose tinted glasses, but the pork patty is thinner than I thought too. I had mine without pickles as I don't like them. In all honesty if you bought a Rustlers Rib Burger and cooked it properly (not in a microwave) by grilling the meat and lightly toasting the bun, add some fried onions and it would be better than the McDonalds version. It was such an anti-climax....

Don’t bother this place has no standards they get orders wrong all the time missing food I spoke to the manager he didn’t apologise he just walked off got another burger and got a young kid to give it to me and apologised on his behalf . How on earth would someone serve this to a paying customer and expect no come backs . I would have let this go usually but I’ve had enough of letting them get away with this especially when it cost so much . This is about the 10th time in 2 years I’ve had a problem. Honestly I don’t usually complain but enough is enough . Stop wasting your money on no nutritional value vile food.

Is it hard to make a wrap with no egg and ketchup waiting 25 minutes just for the wrap to be done incorrectly with egg and no ketchup so had to go back a wait 5 minutes for a wrap finally to be done correctly

The worst McDonalds ever…. Arrived at 10.50 on Sunday 28th to what can be described as pure chaos. I have never seen a McDonald so badly organised and poorly run. They staff didn’t have a clue what was going on. Poorly trained staff, some woman wearing a white shirt who I assume was the manager. but she was clueless and completely out of her depth. Took 15 mins for breakfast to arrive - ended up going to ask where my food was. The guy said it’s busy - but they were serving food to people who came in later than me. Lots of people in the same boat. Person serving barely spoke English - why he was on the till I have no idea . He didn’t understand what a McMuffin was, or orange juice. Surely you must be able to understand the menu to work on the till? Behind the counter was pure sh*t show!! Some 12 year old bloke walking around holding loads of receipts: clearly didn’t have a clue as to what was going on. Out of his depth and not in control. He was grabbing food and shoving it in bags. Him and the woman in white were calling asking for more food to be cooked but clearly they had lost control as there was food everywhere on the sides. All sat there getting cold. I watch the receipt man and the woman just placing any old food into bags for the deliveries. The woman was saying ‘oh just shove that in there that will do’. ‘We don’t have that cooked just give them that’. They were both then laughing. Wow! If you order McDonalds for delivery - I can guarantee that you won’t have received the correct food. Honestly worst place - McDonalds head office need to visit and kick this franchise business up the backside .

Since moving to Bracknell in 1998 I have used the Mill Pond McDonalds dozens of times (mainly the drive thru). I don't know why people are saying their orders are wrong (unless it's via Deliveroo/Just Eats etc), they have always got my order spot on. The food is (almost) always hot and fresh. At peak times it DOES get busy, and traffic is sometimes snaking back almost to the roundabout, but this is because people keep coming back here, and they wouldn't if it was lousy, would they?!? When the traffic queues I normally pass and eat something else but I did sit in line once and it took me 25 minutes to get to the front and get my food.

I've given enough chances for this review not to be posted. This restaurant is absolute abysmal at getting orders correct and has gone downhill so much. The last few times I've ordered from here, they've got my order wrong, packed or missed something from my order AND advertised items that aren't for sale. So instead of putting it's unavailable, I've now been charged and have been refused a refund. Go to any other mcdonalds around the area, unless you are physically eating in the restaurant.

Got to be the worst McDonalds in the UK. 2 weeks running I've had to wait 30 minutes for my drive thru order. The 1st time I had to go to the window to find that they had lost my order, so had to re-order again. The 2nd time I had to go to the window again to hurry them up. Constant queues out onto the road. KFC from now on.

I had a double cheese burger save meal but i was trying to order through the app but they didnt have the app at this specific place. they also didnt have any touchscreen service which was not convinient but i didnt care. I only waited 10 minutes which is good since some people are saying that 10 minutes is way to long. Why dont you try to cook a double cheeseburger meal in 10 minutes?? Anyway, food was nice but i think they need to introduce the app to this place.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s since 2006. It’s badly positioned, with one hell of a Drive Thru queue but us always been able to give good service..until now. Food seems to be getting colder and colder. They must cook so much so far in advance…and then fail to keep it warm. On the last order I did it was only when I got home I found they’d forgotten to add my chicken nuggets. Unacceptable. Back in December they had a complete ordering meltdown and lost my order and many others. What has happened to the management of this place?

McDonald's can usually be relied upon for consistency. Ok food, same facilities and service. Not this one, The Keep, Wildridings, Bracknell. Lousy service (ok the restaurant was busy - so forgive staff their ratty demeanour), no receipt given, no order number advised (I did ask), and no computerised order panels. Order contents called out, barely audible over general background noise - please do not visit this restaurant if you're hearing impaired, no idea how you'd get your oder. Suicide drivers coming down the winding access road complete the conclusion - NEVER AGAIN.

Take away order missing items again and requested plain quarter pounder no cheese and it looked like cheese had been added then taken off as melted cheese in the box and on one side of the patty. Only use if you have no other choice cause the attention to detail is mediocre at best.

McDonalds, The Keep, Wild ridings Road, Bracknell RG12 7WT Time - 7-Oct-2023 8PM Complaint: Staff has failed to listen to their customers and turned them away by cancelling the order. Protecting staff from aggressive customers is something I do not deny on. But what would McDonalds do to protect its customers who entered McDonalds premise from the verbal bullying of their staff ? Simply post a # for complaints or will our complaints have any value add for it in taking the right actions to improve their customer service ? Incident: The staff (A rude lady who seem to be managing the staff and an order taking (tall) guy with immature behaviour) both seem to be treating the customers as their subjects. If any customer does not know their policies, they could politely say so and manage the situation rather deciding to teach them a lesson and then send them home cancelling their order. The order taking guy has gone a step ahead and laughed at the customer with silly remarks while they leave the premise without food (you may punish the parents/customers for not knowing your policies but there would be children as well - so a little patience before being judgemental & mindfulness of the staff would help McDonalds in the long run). What we did to get our order cancelled? After entering the premise, we parked our car in the parking lot for few mins to go to wash room. Following that, we moved our car towards the Q as it appeared fairly small, and started waiting in the parking lot itself to join at the tail end of the Q rather going around. One car guy has observed this and given us way voluntarily. Until that point, we were only meaning to join the Q at the end, as there are very few cars left in the back and simply it is a miscalculation from our end to save ourselves an extra round trip around McDonalds. We politely told this the first time the order taking guy pointed this out and also mentioned to him to check with the car behind. But, he continued to be rude and the situation quickly escalated. As he spoke with my husband with out respect, I questioned why he was being rude but he walked away and called the lady and the rest of the situation, I mentioned already. She doesn't even listen to us but straight away started blurting out the Q-policy very rudely and cancelled the order (which was taken already). Poor customer Experience : Totally unfriendly & unprofessional staff who seem to be taking the decisions at their will just to satisfy their impulsive ego and causing inconvenience to families and spoiling their evenings showing their impatience and frustration with customers. We've decided to not to go to 'The Keep' any time soon as we don't want to spoil another evening like this again. Message to 'The Keep' staff (especially the lady with frowning demeanor) who simply don't give a damn to their customers: Being heroic in front of your colleagues, cancelling orders citing petty reasons and laughing at your customers with silly remarks whilst sending them off with out fulfilling their order may be satisfying and may actually be fun for you as a group at that instant but, what kind of experience/message are you giving to your customers despite them genuinely trying to explain the situation ? "We don't care - That is it ??". We're going to log a complaint (whether it be addressed or not) to McDonalds and leave the rest to their management to decide as to where their priorities lie - protecting the staff as they simply do their job whether good or bad. Or, train them well to create a friendly environment for customers.

Attended Wildridings Macdonald's drive through. Made my order and was asked to wait in bay 1. After about 5 mins the fella came out. I asked all there he said yes. Thanked him and left. Drove home about 5 miles away and there was a Happy meal and a burger missing. I thought should of checked myself but went back. I explained what had happened and the first lady was so polite and even offered to give me a complete new order because i said it was going cold. I just wanted what was missing. Up steps miss employee of the month. Rude said I would have to wait I pointed out there where two burgers available in the shoot they weren't mind and I would have to wait. After waiting she then gave me a happy meal no burger. Now I said this is rediculous how can you forget it again. She snapped I wasn't the only one she was dealing with. Got my burger and left to her day have a nice day. I won't be returning and I hope this review warns others.

My partner went to do a drive through for two Big Mac meals and an extra chicken burger. After returning home and opening the bag we were appalled to see half a Big Mac at the bottom of the bag and the other half still in the box, which was still closed shut. It was obvious someone had closed the box and just threw the meal in like that. Further to this was the 99p chicken burger wasn't even wrapped, that too had just been thrown in. I have complained to customer services and done the survey but have heard nothing back.

Visit this McDonalds regularly. Every time they get my order wrong. This week ordered one regular fries - got two, ordered chocolate milk shake - got strawberry. Two weeks ago ordered one bacon roll with brown sauce and a bacon and egg mcmuffin. Got a sausage and egg mcmuffin with tomato sauce and a bacon roll with so much tomato sauce it was dripping all over. So please check your order at the collection window before you drive off.

I was impressed with the smooth running of this well oiled Machine, by employees running the car park, they need traffic lights to let delivery drivers collect orfers, but macdonalds workers stand in the road to allow the next shift and delivery drivers through the down the hill two track road, All day every day, the queue for the place gets longer, but the workers are there all hours, inside and outside, and the wait seems small compared to their efforts, i salute them ALL.

50% of the time you drive to this hell hole and drive away before even joining the queue. Crazy layout and traffic backs up to the main road and this was before CV19. Now the car park is full of chain smoking delivery drivers hanging out for the next order, so forget about anywhere to park up.Average wait time in the queue 20 minutes, you then order and the next lot of fun begins. Zero communication, so you might get lucky and be told the item you want to order is out of stock but mostly you wait until the pay window where a rude server grunts at you, "We don't have apples pies mate". Well why did you take my order then "Dun Know Mate". APPLE PIES are never in stock here, never.So you pay and wait another ten minutes, then the fun begins as of course the food isn't ready and some panicked white shirt tells you to park up. More blank looks where you point out the two official waiting spaces are already filled with families and screaming children. I would park in the main section but again that is full with aforementioned chain smoking delivery drivers. Eventually with desperate people hooting the horns behind you, amazingly your and food will be sent thrown through the window at you.Now please, please, please before driving off check your order as 50% of the time you will have items missing. When you point this out, once again you will be asked to park up and once again you will point out there are no spaces to park.Now, I should give credit here, they are very efficient, I would say well practiced at doing one thing, which is giving refunds. Apparently they have a Senior Refund Manager on hand at all times.So after dealing with Sam, yep we are on first name terms with the Senior Refund Manager, in fact we speak so much I'm considering asking him to be the best man at my wedding. We drive away 45 minutes later with half the food we wanted and of course it is cold, looks thrown together by a half blind sloth, who is recovering from a particularly heavy night on the booze.I am assuming that is is a franchise unit due to the general state of the place and it has none of the modern efficient workflows that most Mcdonalds have in the 21st century. This place looks at best early 2000s and is massively under invested. This is backed up but a total don't care attitude when speaking to customer service. They simply aren't interested in dealing with this site.Why do I go back, well to be honest, I go less and less but surprisingly the only local drive through competition is a KFC which is actually worse. Massive sales potential in the area but I guess the franchise is happy with the golden goose and the brand simple don't care.Give it a go and if I am wrong fair enough, I will be glad you enjoyed the experience, good luck, you will need it.

we use this Mcdonalds on a Saturday evening the drive through, the only reason because my daughter likes it, otherwise they would not get any money fro me. On numerous times you get home and items are missing or completely wrong. I have on 3 occasions raised this with the Mcdonalds customer service team at their head office, and have been reassured that they will put something into place and provide further training, this was over a year ago and still they are appalling at this branch, I have even raised it with the Manager at this restaurant and on once occasion the staff member who I spoke to was extremely rude, which results in 2 Managers coming out to see me. They need some serious training on how to double check a order that is going through the drive through.I now sit their and double check my own order, and hold the queue up and then say to them you have forgotten such and such, the last three occasions we have visited they have forgotten something from the order.Absolutely useless and their Customer services are not interested either.

Me and my partner had a mcdonalds delivery everything was delivered and it tasted ok. But an hour later after eating my partner had stomach pains and she kept going to the toilet she had a chicken legend meal or some sort of chicken meal and coildnt stop going to the toilet I think that the chicken wasnt cooked properly. We both have agreed that we will not be ordering from mcdonalds anymore which is a big shame as they can be good at times

The road to this McDonald's also leads to the parking area for Mill Park, Mill Pond and the children's playground. On the weekend and early evenings, the road is often unusable because of the cars waiting to enter McDonald's. A radical redesign of this road is required if McDonald's stays there.All around the restaurant is McDonald's rubbish, making it a most unsightly area.I like to visit Mill Park, but this area is sadly a blot on the landscape

Well the restaurant seems more geared towards deliveroo & Uber eats and not really interested in those entering on foot, a lot of staff talking whilst bins were full ad tables were dirty and wrappers left on table.Food was hot and average at best, there was a large amount of flys everywhere, surely fly traps are still allowed to be used.Easy and at times quick food but they need to address the delivery drivers parking outside and causing a hazard to those crossing the road from the park or from the restaurant to the park

This McDonalds is most likely in the nicest location you could realistically hope for. There are often long queues at peak times which could mean over 10 minutes if not more just to get out of the drive thru system. Speaking of which, the last couple of times I have been I have just ordered standard menu items, no special requests, yet then been asked to park up and they will bring my food to me - which has meant an additional 5 minute wait sat in the car park waiting for my order to be brought to me - kind of defeats the object of a drive thru, no!?

No time left so had to leave and asked for a refund. Manager refunded without an apology and a sarcastic comment of 'Have a nice day'. This is consistently the worst Mcdonalds I visit. The level of disorganization inside is incredible. Drive thru is what they seem to concentrate on as there is a danger of queues backing out to the road. Staggered by the managers couldn't care less attitude.

This restaurant is now far more interested in serving takeaway service riders, there were 10 of them waiting taking up seats and talking very loudly, it took 15 minutes for 2 people who were in the queue to get served, I went be coming here again

The food itself was as expected, but there were a ridiculous 24 people in the queue inside and cars queuing round the corner for drive-thru. this is the only McDonald's I've been to for a long time they didn't have touchscreens, which would have really helped. And at the end of it all they'd run out of receipts so I can't even fill in the survey to let them know it sucks and get a cheap Big Mac!

I often take my children for a happy meal after a long day trip on a Saturday to various different towns and locations, but have never come across a McDonald's that caters for children so well. The staff were VERY helpful with warming, and didnt get the usual dont care response from them. I was also very impressed and pleased to see a little softplay at the back of the restaurant and also a small changeable lighted Sports Pitch that the kids were amazed by. The toilets and baby change facilities were clean and easily accessible. And as I said ALL the staff were very friendly, especially the lady running the floor...didnt get her name sadly. It was VERY busy when we went but the staff still made the time to meet all our requirements. Well done to this particular McDonald's....I will definitely be returning for the facility's on offer.

Went in the drivethru. 2 cheese burgers missing when we got home plus double cheese burger tasted like a tone of salt was on it and my filet-o-fish was cold. All in all a disaster! Tried to call them. They didn’t answer.

This MacDonald's spoils an otherwise lovely oasis amid roads, fumes, and urban over development - what a shame! But, given that there are few places to find food in that area, especially at night, it's very conveniently situated. In fact it's too accessible. there's gridlock and long queues at mealtimes. The staff are lovely but the waits can be very long. Don't go if you're in a hurry.

No matter how many times we go there, they always park you!!! They clearly have a sensor on the drive though. Get a grip and that’s why they call it fast food!!! As you should be able to drive in and drive out. Some of the staff are so rude with there attitude

Surprisingly the queue tonight was not halfway down the road, result I thought. NOT - order and payment done no problem, then told to go wait in the carpark. Waited ages while watching staff wandering around the car park trying to match orders to cars. Missing dip and a drink, which was rectified, got home to find my daughters sweet chilli wrap was in fact the hot sauce so she couldn't eat it and the other meals were cold - and I don't live far. This is not the first time we've had the wrong food - its not rocket science - Macdonalds is designed to be easy to serve so why do they get it so wrong so often. someone should be checking the orders as they go out.

Most of my visits here don't result in buying s meal. The queue is always to the door and only ever 2 counters open (seemingly waiting for food?) need to turn up an hour early for a movie if you plan to fit a McDonald's in first.

Been going on and off to mcdonalds in wildridings for years and the food is always hot and the staff will help if they do mix up the orders for you. Can be unbelievably busy, so I avoid going there weekends, but there is plenty of parking and a convenient drive through, but that also can be incredibly busy so pick your times for going carefully, or you may find yourself waiting, but they do try to get your orders.

This is of course a huge huge chain and there is not much to be said about the food and drink. I once went to a beach in the Crimea - yes Putin's favourite place to visit. I asked for a meal in Russian. The staff replied using the same English names we do. We are talking universal here. So what is different here? It's got a drive in for the busy or the lazy. That's the same as most of the newer ones. It's bright and it's clean and the staff are polite but indifferent. Bright seating and lights aimed to get you out as soon as possible. What is different is the park and lake. If you do takeaway drive to the car park by the lake and relax. It's lovely here.

Staff directing traffic to block the public road instead of using their own drive thru area, staff directing customers inside to non-existent queues and then telling them to rejoin the back after a 20 minute wait, orders consistently wrong and cold food.Then as we left we witnessed staff letting their friends jump a 20 car queue and serve them personally while everyone else waited.Don't visit this place.

Despite having space on their own property they have arranged their queue so that it entirely blocks access to other facilities that the feeder road is designed to serve. Bracknell Forest council should lean on them to sort it out. Currently it is unfair to the small privately run cafe further down the road - which predates the McDonalds.

You know what you're going to get at a McDonalds and this offers the same. It's just that in my experience the staff seem to try a little harder. If the queue for the drive thru is building then there are staff out in hi-vis trying to keep things flowing. Inside always seems busy and the staff on the tills seem to make an effort.This is the standard McDonalds experience but with a little more politeness and customer service than usual.

I been in many Mc Donald's around UK and Bracknell one is pretty fine when it comes to clenliness, staff and orders. I been there over 10 times now and only once they got me medium meal instead of large as I ordered that kid was a bit rude but I don't care that much aspecially after supervisor came and replaced everething for large and said I didn't have to pay (although I payed for medium) and apolagised for inconvinience caused. It's getting really loud in mid day but it has nothing to do with Mc Donald's.Never my food was served cold I tried to ask for extra sauce in a wrap once but they ignored that but no big deal I just osed the one that you can ask at the till or that you can get next to sugar/straw stand.

Drive through so as with all, check before you leave as they can and do make mistakes, including once getting an empty hamburger, no burger just bun. Very disappointing. Very busy restaurant, but usually served quite quickly. Too convenient we visit to often.

I have used this for both drive thru and eat in and its fine .... a standard McD's. BUT >>>> when it gets busy, which is often, the Queue goes back to the main road and takes ages. This queue also means the road leading to the park and café beyond it gets block to one lane which causes problems too. If its got a queue, don't do I!!!

The team at this restaurant work exceedingly hard but I wish Management/Board of Directors would get the coffee right. Every day I go and have to insist on the beans being filled otherwise you get a cappuccino that tastes like stale watery milk. They think I am making it up but none of them have any of the coffee to comment. Other than that I love my porridge and anything else I have there. It is a great place to take the kids as there is a play pen inside and the pond opposite. And if you don't fancy a McDonalds you can just hop across to the Mill Pond Cafe for a full English breakfast - bliss.
