Burger King in Doncaster

I feel so sorry for the three people on staff when I visited yesterday (well I feel sorry for two of them). One was trying to serve food and take orders at the same time leaving a queue of people waiting for several minutes to even place an order and even longer to then receive the food. Another was in the kitchen and was clearly pretty flustered trying to keep up. The man I presume was the manager seemed to be wandering around doing absolutely nothing before he finally started taking order to take some pressure of the poor man at the counter. When I finally got my food it was very nice so I can't fault them on that, but every time I've been it's been a similar result. The staff seem miserable and honestly I don't blame them one bit. Guys, please hire more staff and work on your organisation. Not only will the ratings go up but your own staff will be happier.

Slow service miserable staff sort out your customer service absolutely horrendous 😡At least smile and say hello to people and be attentive.

Never more than two staff serving mostly one..food passable. but my god slow service !!. And surley too The other burger king in Doncaster is much faster.

Visited here 12th April, absolutely shocking service. Took ages to be served and ages to receive food. To add to the annoyance I asked for a receipt and I was told I would get it along with my food, which I didn’t. After requesting a receipt the woman who served me disappeared for 10 minutes, came back to apologise for the delay, and then disappeared again. Leaving me waiting for 20 minutes in total, before I had to leave to catch my train. What kind of a reputable company can’t provide a receipt for purchased food?

Been to a few burger kings in my time, but this is the worst I've been treated in all of them. The staff here are terrible. 6pm Thurs 5th May 2018.

Had a lovely meal here today. The staff though busy were very efficient and helpful. The cheeseburger was delicious

This was a break from Christmas shopping. We thought the queues would be large but the team worked really quickly so no problems there. The seating area was clean and tidy which was a pleasant surprise. Food was fine, no sauces offered and unlike McDonald's none available for self service. You get what you pay for at BK and the meat in the burgers was good quality.

Had to wait an age for our food. Even took long enough just to place the order in first place. Drinks came in cups that leaked from the bottom, and my chicken strips were like rubber. Not the best at all !

Been here a few times for lunch and despite having to wait for the meals to be cooked fresh every time the burgers are never hot but jus warm. We went there today to find out that they didn't have any burgers, jus chicken, what's that all about?

I was going to write "it does what it says on the tin" but it didn't! Unbelievably this burger bar ran out of burgers (beef ones, anyway) and they could only serve chicken. That said, the new California Chicken Tendercrisp proved pretty tasty and filled the hole. Staff were pleasant and reasonably quick for a busy Saturday lunchtime. There was enough room to find an unoccupied table and the place was clean and tidy. The chips were nice too. Yes, we'd go again

Not visited for a while but the last time I went was able to get a burger, chips and a coffee for 99p each so good value compared to other places. Burgers are never like how they look on the TV, airbrushing burgers is not cool BK!! Seating area kept clean and tidy and staff were pretty quick to serve.

Visited this branch of Burger King today and was not happy with the time it took to be served. Got in the queue, of about 5 people, and waited for 15 minutes to get to the front of the queue then a further 10 for the food. This was on a Wednesday at 2pm. I wouldn't mind if it was super busy but it wasn't, the service was just too slow. Great food once received and was clearly fresh however just not worth the wait.

Very clean environment, fast service. Lots of choice and plenty of seating for families with children which is very helpful in a busy town centre.

While out shopping with my family ( 2 adults & 4 kids) the majority wanted lunch at Burger King. Kids found seats while we queued.......and queued.........and queued some more! Finally upon our order being placed I was informed they were waiting for my sweet chillies chicken wrap! Then they tee an out of fries!!, The queue waiting for food was as long as those waiting to give their order!! It was farce!!! I have never experienced a fast food outlet ever running out of fries, especially when these are the main items serviced with their burgers. I ordered a coffee, which had to be changed as it had been stood waiting for the fries to cook! I wouldn't go there again even if they offered a free meal!! The only positive......staff were courteous and apologetic!!! Get your finger out Burger King, McDonald's is leaving you standing!!!!!!!

It's just the same as every other Burger King the food is much better than McDonald's but the coffee isn't as good.
