Went in to use the women's bathroom, it was very dirty, there was used sanitary products on the floor, very unhygienic, puts you off eating there.

this man called ben was really rude, he farted on my big mac, would not recommend. i am extremely frustrated by this and currently have pink eye

Awful place. Popped in on way to get bus home after a show at the arena. Ordered at the screens as no tills. No where to stand while waiting for order. No idea on wait times as no screen and staff shouting numbers in random order. Waited so long I showed staff member my ticket and asked how much longer. She said she would check. She didn't. Turns out (after son asked yet again) our number had apparently already been called and I had missed it! I was stood right at the front so that was not possible. Missed bus. Food very cold. Fried not cooked properly. Very stressful end to a good night. What on earth was wrong with orderly queues at tills? At least you know where you are.

I just dropped by for some ice cream. It is located within a shopping centre complex and security is rather on the high side. I went to order in the machines but there was a fault. So I had to order at the counter. I was served fast, unusually the ice cream dessert was filled to the brim. These days you pay more for ice cream and get half a pot.

I went in this morning around 05:40, with my hood up like I have done 20+ times before as I prefer is when got headphones in. I was stopped a member of the Security from hell, saying to put my hood down, which i replied to say that my face was uncovered and I would prefer not to, and I would be on his body cam, to which he thought it was right to grab me and try to force me out without saying a word. To defend myself I tried to get his hands off me and with this I had two other people trying to take me down and pin me to the ground, and chose to knee on my bad knee which I ask one of them to take his knee off mine, so it does not get damaged more. They had no idea how to do C&R and badly trained staff that cause damage to people, and I had to go to A&E to get my shoulder and knee looked at. The staff at the store just stood and watched as I was assaulted and refused to call the police and acted like I was not there. When the police got there, they gave me respect and told me that they should not have done that. This visit was crap and I will not be using this store again and telling everyone I know about this, to stop them using the store too.

Shocking service. Talk about being herded around like cattle. The female security guard is a disgrace. Talks to you like dirt. You literally cannot stand anywhere when waiting for food and when you get your food she wants you out. Even though there was seating and other people sitting down she practically pushed us out of the door and into the rain to ear out food in the street. Disgraceful. The food itself was tasteless. The fries were like cardboard. Never again.

When I wanted to use the toilet after eating I was greeted with a "guard" asking me if I had bought food! Shocked at this accusation I replied "Yes, are you telling me I have to now show my receipt to use the toilet?" She was so passive aggressive and patronising that she automatically got my back up, Since when has this opening accusation been good customer service? I was told that I had to wait my turn as someone was in the mens and she had to wait for him to finish to lock them then unlock the ladies, in which she would stand outside no doubt and do the same. I am a 50 yr old woman, who is hardly going to vandalise the toilet and there was another lady mid 30s also sat waiting her turn, 10 mins passed and still the man was in the toilet and checked on, no doubt he was feeling pressured to do his business and exit. It seems that this branch has such disdain for its customers that we are automatically treated like school kids made to queue up outside wait for the teacher with the key. This woman with the key I think felt she had the power and certainly was condescending. I complained to the manager as my need was getting quite urgent and her attitude was the same, it was from the bosses and that I had to wait. I left and will not be back here - Seems McD treat their customers with contempt now. It was only Friday 7.30pm so hardly "chucking out" time of 11pm which I could understand the clientele would be a little more rowdy. PS the salad was rank too - Hard lettuce, lots of onions (not great on a night out so left them) and 1 tomato slice....shocking service all round

I was slapped by the female bouncer. I was terrified. She is awful and frightening and should be sacked.

McDonald’s was a great stop to end a great night with quick service and great food (except the new cheese bites which weren’t nice). The woman who was working was absolutely hilarious and brightened up everybody’s night and was an absolute joy.

AVOID! Was refused service at the counter, the manager Charlotte insisted that no order be taken at the counter, but that I must place it at the kiosk. As my eye-sight is impaired, I was unable to to so. The time wasted by Charlotte to explain the unhospitable 'no service at the counter rule' could have been used for placing my order & paying for it and I would have walked away a happy customer. As it was, I left without purchase.

Shocking!!!! There is a guy who works there who is so rude it’s unbelievable!!! He has shouted at 2 delivery drivers that I have witnessed and embarrassed them in front of a packed out store. Hairs in fries, mould on bread buns etc. Just don’t go here as it’s disgusting. I mean the job role isn’t hard so can’t understand how they get it so wrong and why the staff there have such attitudes. Maybe due to being furloughed and doing absolutely nothing but sit on their lazy backsides for a year at home has now made them peeved they actually have to work for their wages

Visited this McDonald's along Merrion Street, its a typical city centre Mcdonalds. Your typical McDonald's decor and furnishings, nice wall art and plenty of seating options spread throughout this quite large burger joint. We were here on a Thursday evening, we ordered a double cheeseburger, fries and cola, service was quick but impersonal, doesn't bother me,liked the speed we received our order. Meal was your usual burger meal,tasty burger ,delicious fries and iced cold cola and as always great value for money 💰. We really enjoyed our visit here ,its easy to locate along Merrion Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, Open 24 hours . Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

It's a McD with great food - cheap and time efficient. Gets very busy at night so be prepared for a wait and a loud environment. Otherwise excellent.

I literally didn't get a recite from my order and instead of the staff to be friendly and make sure that I get the food that I paid for he is rude acts like I was stealing and I'm lying I'm sorry to say this but I guarantee if I was not black that situation could have been handled in a civilised manner imagine he doesn't even apologise after publicly making me feel embarrassed like a thief I'm extremely disappointed and recommend that no one should go here.

I recently tried to use a Mc Donalds voucher in Leeds. This was the first time I have been given one of these and is has completely changed my experience. Why do they give out multiple vouchers if they confiscate them all at the first opportunity. It left me feeling robbed and I will not be returning there again.

I order from here all the time on ubereats usually without issue. However, this time the lid was half off the drink so most of the coke had simply soaked the paper bag. I figured this wasn't a big deal but when I was eating there was a hair in my poorly assembled burger and the food was cold (as this was delivered on a bike I could understand lukewarm but it was just straight up cold). Once I got my food I checked again and saw they were accepting no more orders so I don't know if the sloppiness had anything to do with rushing to go home but either way it's very disappointing. I get that you shouldn't expect amazing quality from fast food places but hair in food and the drink's lid not being on properly has no excuse. Very disappointing.

Disgusting food but great service, made new friends, new memories which I will keep with me forever. The urinal wasn't big enough to sit in so had to squat to take a number 2 and there wasn't even a lever to flush.

Pedimos 3 comidas con una joven hasta increíblemente amable llamada Shannon después de haber visto una variedad de actos musicales en la plaza Millennium a la vuelta de la esquina un viernes por la noche.El restaurante estaba abarrotado, muy ocupado y, sin embargo, Shannon se mantuvo nerviosa y servicial en todo momento. Especialmente útil cuando dejé caer una de las bebidas cuando se deslizó del estante de cartón, rellenaron la bebida derramada de forma gratuita y se mantuvieron serviciales y profesionales en todo momento. El restaurante estaba abarrotado, no había suficiente personal en el restaurante para hacer frente a la gran afluencia de clientes en el restaurante, sin asientos, sin organización, nadie sabía dónde los servían, las bebidas calientes pasaban por alto a los jefes de los niños, los alimentos se repartían fríos, los clientes no podían escuchar cómo llamaban a su número, por lo que faltaba la recolección de su pedido. Otro cliente me abusó verbalmente, lo que causó una escena para que todo el personal y los clientes lo vieran y escucharan. Cuando salió mi pedido de comida, pedí que se embolsara ya que íbamos a llegar tarde a nuestro espectáculo, recibí media porción de papas fritas, media envoltura que parecía pisoteada y mi botella de agua tenía un agujero, así que Me mojé, mi hijo en su silla de ruedas se mojó y no tomé nada. No pude volver y cambiarlo, de lo contrario habríamos perdido el espectáculo y eran casi las 9 cuando terminó el espectáculo, así que era necesario llevar a los niños al hotel para dormir. Aparentemente, ningún gerente trabaja durante el fin de semana, ¡así que no puede presentar una queja formal hasta el lunes! !

Ordered food and had veggie happy meal and new veggie burger - ended up with chicken in a veggie wrapper !! Haven’t had meat in years either and knew something was off when I bite into it. Awful.

Thank you to all the staff for a great quick lunch on our recent visit. I would like to personally mention the cleaning lady who was very efficient, friendly & a credit to the company.

Macdonalds are the same throughout. Im from the Midlands and theyre all quite clean and tidy there. The staff here were not keeping up with the clearing of the tables. I ended up doing it myself! Sort it out!

Me gusta MacDonald y también mis hijos. Creo que es muy bueno cuando eres perezoso cocinar, ya que es una opción barata y los niños lo aman, aunque recientemente me he dado cuenta de que el personal tarda en pedir comida. Tengo 3 hijos y aman a Mcflurrys, pero se han estado quejando por el cambio de tamaño que aman los helados y no estoy seguro de si es cierto, pero si han reducido los Mcflurrys, entonces creo que mucha gente preferiría el tamaño original.

I went to McDonald's hoping to have a nice, decent meal but firstly, it took a long time [15 mins] and we had our food which was not exactly fresh. It was packed as well. But overall the food was OK.

We took our grandchildren for a quick meal. They were delighted. The service was fast and pleasant. Shame that all the toys for the kids meal were identical. Toilets were clean. Convenient location.

No he tenido una mala visita aún a esta sucursal del centro de la ciudad de McDonald's. Llamado de nuevo para el desayuno durante su estancia en la zona, y no me decepcionó. Rápido, ordenar con pantalla táctil, deliciosos muffins de huevo y queso, personal amable a precios razonables, restaurante limpio, ¿qué más da? Buena vista desde los asientos de la ventana, ideal para observar a la gente. Dada su ubicación, sospeche que puede ser un poco más animada durante la noche, pero solo he visitado una mañana, lo cual ha estado bien.

El servicio era muy lento, sin embargo nos dieron 2 gratis de helados nuestra elección para esperar tanto tiempo. Cuando la comida estaba cocinada estaba muy caliente incluso las patatas fritas eran plomos. Este McDonald's también es más barato en comparación con las ramas de cornwall que la espera vale la pena.

My friend's apple pie took AGES to arrive and he was FUMING. Queues were very long. Not impressed to say the LEAST.

Respect to these McDonald's workers because the have to deal with the drunken mobs of people like clockwork and do so efficiently! It can't be easy!

Were to even begin. I paid for a meal on your machines and waited for my ticket to print, which never did, I complaint to 3 off your staff who said they would find it, after an hour waiting I realised you employ people with dementia, as they just ignored me, after being pushed and shoved by people who you'd would never get fed, I spoke to another member off your terrible establishment, who also couldn't find my meal and told me to re order, so I really appreciate paying 8 pound for the wrap off the day meal ( peri peri) it really wasn't worth it, I could off gone to red hot buffet for cheaper, tell your staff to wear a mask and a striped jumper! Robbing bastards!

Me encanta el McDonald's. Pero las dos veces que he sido recientemente ha sido un caos, la gente haciendo cola para las edades. La primera vez que pedía el nuevo club doble y mi pareja ordenados 20 nuggets de pollo. Las salsas no vienen con los nuggets y estaban empapados como lo había estado sentado allí durante horas. Abro mi hamburguesa fuerte y solo hay una carne patty no suponía dos (una doble) hay aproximadamente medio tocino rasher y no lechuga. Como escogí la hamburguesa hasta allí era una huella de mostaza en el fondo de la pelea y en la caja! Bastante indignado. Por alguna razón fuimos de nuevo la próxima semana antes de empezar la sesión de compras. Pedí un barrio pounder que estaba fría, las patatas frías y empapadas. Mi compañero se 400 pounder que también estaba fría. Creo que alguien debe venir y conseguir el lugar solucionados, nunca hay un gerente por ser visto y quejas son despedidos. Bastante pobre.

I really do love McDonald's. The food the restaurant offers is exquisite. They offer chicken with a side portion of chips, dipped in tomato or HP sauce; a chicken fillet burger with a choice of lettuce, tomatoes, onions and salad cream; a range of beef...

Absolute chaos, disorganised ordering and queuing. 2 staff taking orders other staff fulfilling them. Queues and groups standing all over main area, some around large ordering screens most at side of till where they had placed their order others waiting to order queuing behind them...

Too busy. which you would think would mean that food would be cooked constantly, so it would be hot. Luke warm burgers though. Tables were sticky. I used the toilet and they were also dirty with a stale urine smell.

I visited here for a Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal on a Saturdar afternoon, and I was served quickly. Standard McDonalds food and the food was served quickly. Can;'t fault it.

We came in from being on a night out with some friends. When i asked the bouncer if there was any loos so my friend could use the loo i was told they are locked you'll have to walk to the train station for some or use the alleyways beside the clubs or steps up the rear and was handed some tissues when i said it was a woman who needed the loo and told to stand gaurd.

I visit here often as every McDonalds is pretty much the same, however with the service I received last time I will not be returning. I asked about student cards and what they offered and was moodily told and I asked for one of the options before ordering the rest of what I wanted. She then told me I wasn't allowed that which made no sense as she just said I could. No smile came at all between ordering and she failed to ask if I wanted anything else or sauces. The food was McDonalds food which I personally enjoy but I guess that's opinion but don't expect much from the service.

Visiting Leeds for the first time in years we called into McDonald's to have something to eat, however my wife needed to spend a penny first, and as I waited I was surprised to see how dirty the place was, food and litter was all over the floor some of the tables had not been cleaned, when my wife joined me I said that I didn't fancy eating here as it was such a mess, my wife then said that the toilet facilities were a disgrace and that she had no intention of eating in such a dirty establishment.We have never been in a McDonald's that was as bad as this and we have been in several all over the world.

Despite being run by a clown this restaurant does very well. A man in a stripey jumper attempted to steal my burgers but the staff immediately escorted him off the premises. Apparently he is well known in the McDonalds community. I do however feel someone should have offered the extremely obese purple man some medical assistance. As for the food, the only word that comes to mind is simply "exquisite". The restaurant claims to source all its produce from local sources which i don't doubt for a second. my burger was cooked to perfection, medium rare as specified. My fries were crunchy but kept there fluffy consistency in the middle i have come to know and love.Their take on the traditional Apple Pie is well worth a shout, however don't make the same mistake I did of scoffing it whole straight away, the bramley apple inners are molten hot on arrival and I would advise leaving it for a good 4-5 minutes after the point of purchase before eating. In the famous words of Steven Partridge "It's warmer than the sun Lynne!"

Haven't visited a McDonalds for quite some time, but was close to this branch on a Sunday morning, & in need of some breakfast at a reasonable price.Was impressed on how much the decor seems to have improved, stylish seating & lighting, touch screen ordering, friendly staff, cleaners always close by.Really loved the egg & cheese muffins, pity they're so small, so a double order was needed. Still, reasonably priced, and delicious. Would love the breakfast menu to be extended beyond 10.30, as I seldom have chance to visit a McDonalds before this time. If it was extended, I think that I would become a regular during the week.

Came here after a night out. There's no sense of order in this place. There were 2 lines to order and "apparently" 2 lines to pick up.. YET NOT SPECIFIED. The 2 lines were merged into one stupid mob. Waited 15 minutes for chips AND THEN told that we were in the "wrong" line. Horrendous

Great service. Lots of seating. Gets very busy. Love the chicken nuggets here. Nowhere does chicken nuggets like mcdonalds. Always bring my niece and nephew here when in centre of leeds for a treat.

My pregnant friend wanted to use to the toilet after having purchased our meals an hour before and leaving the restaurant then returning to use the toilet but the staff wouldn't let her use the toilet even though she was pregnant.Quite shocking, terrible service and I will tell everyone I know about the rudeness of the staff and to use KFC toilets instead.KFC staff are more obliging and wouldn't discriminate.

I vited this branch of McDonald s with a friend for lunch- the restaurant hs been modernised and looked professional and efficient- but no-not the case, Ordering food can now be done either at automated points-which I saw no one using or at the counter-the only difference being the staff now seem to operate a system of laying all the order slips on the counter and customers stand about waiting for their order whilst letting new customers order whilst the staff run about seemingly playing some sort of raffle game matching customers to food- all very chaotic-this cannot surely be the best system a major corporation like McDonalds can come up with. As for the meal, the burger-a quarterpound cheeseburger was cold- the fries were consisting mainly of bits not chips- a disappointing meal- is this really what McDonalds are now-poor

You know what you're getting at McDonalds and the train station outlet is no different.They were doing some kind of "special" limited edition burger- a pizza one apparently, which (being a connoisseur) I ordered.Veggie kid (daughter) had the standard wrap with fries. No milk-shake for her, however, as the machine had broken down.Back to pizza-burger. No pizza to be seen, but a standard burger with chorizo.McDonalds- it's easy to slate the place but where else do you feed 2 for £9 at rush hour as you wait for a train to take you to the delights of a Gerard Way gig in Manchester?

You know what you're going to get if you go into one of these places. I just wish they'd keep on top of keeping the place a bit tidier. It felt quite messy. However, most of the younger clientelle didn't seem to care and just added to it.

I dislike so called fast food it is often warm at best. I never now use any so called fast food outlet it is a waste of money. There is better food including good old British Fish and Chips far better than over priced burgers.

The same junk food as everywhere which is a constant line for MacDonalds. The same oily smell, the same oily stuff. Not recommendable.

Mcdonalds is somewhere, that knows how to cook a goood burger. Some people may turn their noses up, but maccy dees provides for so many of us, and has always been there. Whether its a mcflurry in the sun, or something moist and cheesy in the winter time, you can't beat a McChicken Sandwhich now, can you?

Working shifts its hard finding places to eat. Well this place never let's you down. You always get what you pay for. Tasty burgers and fries for budget prices.
