Delivery through the App is incorrect more than 90% of the time. So much that when you complain through Uber Eats they won't offer you a refund, as you have contacted them too much. Almost always items are missed, food is cold. You are literally just giving Monday to McDonald's if you order through the App at this store. Uber Eats just cut you off when you call for a refund, saying the system says you are not entitled to a refund. Total disgrace.

Has to be the worst McDonalds in the U.K. every time they get the order wrong! Doesn’t matter if you check they still get it wrong. Staff are either morons or just don’t care. It’s like the cast of idiocracy.. walking around banging into each other, with the vocabulary of a two year old.

Bay Park even with no queue the mangers approach is wrong clearly the instructions is to clear queue and bay park everyone instead of just being on top of the orders … no other Macdonald’s does this only for large orders …. The drive through doesn’t exist

Drive through staff send you to a bay to wait. All the bays and even the disabled spots are taken up by the plague of McDelivery drivers and their parked/abandoned cars. Inside is similar, unable to get anywhere near the counter for delivery bags laid on the floor. Thats if you manage to get past the crowd of rude drivers who are constantly barking orders at the staff. I regularly witness the McDelivery drivers attempting to break the land speed record. McRacetrack. I hope that McDonald's is able to deal with these on going issues.

Absolutely ridiculous, Staff can't even make sure all your order is all there,unfortunately I made the mistake of not checking, so wasn't worth going all the way back,for missing items, waited while for the order,which can't be helped ,however to get home.with part order missing is just ridiculous.Never will.use this restaurant again, been couple times now,with issues each time so not just one off.so won't be back.

Came through the drive-thru at 8:45 today (21/07/2023) and I was served by a small girl at the end window. Her attitude was absolutely disgusting and it needs to be addressed. When I got the the window and she handed over my order, I checked the bag and noticed that the Big Mac was missing. When I told her it was missing she abruptly replied “it is in the bag”. Why would I lie about that? After I showed her it was not in there, she took the bag off me and requested a Big Mac. She then handed me the bag and said ‘here’s another Big Mac for you’ - implying that I had somehow removed the Big Mac previously so I could get an extra for free. I then said excuse me and she just muttered ‘for god sake’. I then parked up after she turned away from me and realised a portion of fries was missing as well! That girl is obviously not happy in her role and I would advise that she should not be customer facing if she can’t at least act polite and friendly to customers.

I really don’t know what the problem is when ordering a plain Big Mac meal. We asked when we got there for a plain Big Mac meal ,but it came up on screen as a normal meal When we paid we asked the boy to change it to a plain meal , which he did . Then we were asked to park in a bay . 5 minutes later a girl came out with our order at which we asked was it plain meal and she said yes. We looked on the box and it said plain . Got it home and opened it and it had all the toppings on it . I just don’t know why it is so hard to get a plain Big Mac.

This is around the third time that I have had an item missing from my order even though they have made us park up which you expect them to get your order correct. You are also meant to get stickers at the moment with your meal. With the Big Mac meal you are meant to get 4 stickers it said on the board as we ordered. The cups where you are meant to get your other stickers did not have anything on it. I am very dissatisfied with the service from here and I am now feeling very reluctant to come back!

Uber eats are absolutely useless and did not deliver our McDonald’s order. I had to go in the restaurant and speak to the manager. I didn’t get her name but she was absolutely brilliant. What a credit to McDonald’s. She replaced the order personally and even asked if I wanted any food for the inconvenience. Thank You So Much Chris

Over the past 6months this branch consistently gives out half cooked chips that are white in colour. Even when they are fresh out of the fryer they are not golden and they taste uncooked. Initially I thought it was a one off... Nope. So if you want decent chips go to McDonald's in portrack.

Yesterday I took kids out for dinner. Long story short.. An asd meltdown began to unexpectedly happen... 2 members of staff acted so professionally and discreetly by changing the order to take out and helped us leave without drawing attention... All our food was boxed and piping hot when brought out in less than 2mins to my car. Many people are quick to post negative comments so I thought I'd share my gratitude publicly to the 2 amazing staff members who helped us yesterday 🤩

Im a longstanding mcdonalds customer, unusually went to wolviston which i rarely use for a business meeting. Getting there in the early hours i failed to notice what are apparently parking limit signs for one hour. Given queues it was over twenty minutes before i got my order, then more waits for subsequent coffees. Its a busy drive throhgh branch, and.srive thru aeems to get priority. Theres a single toilet cubical, again had to que behind two blokes which further ate into time. Genuinely shocked that ive been slapped with a hundred quid bill dropped to fifty if i pay now, because i took longer than twenty minutes to wolf down breakfast... Which is about all id have taking into account toilet and food service waits. Whatever the reasons for the policy, which i now see is explained on the website, it represents a contempt for loyal customers... I often have meetings at mcdonalds, at least twice a week, but im taking my custom where its more vauled.
