Taco Bell in Hammersmith and Fulham

This spot is amazing the food is amazing they have the food 1 minute this is the best food ever but one day when I went to taco bell my order had worms in it and they did not refund so I had to throw it in the trash waste of money

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, please don’t think this is will be a good experience even after reading all the reviews. Had a taco bell and thought would try the new bacon and cheese quesadilla. Got as a takeaway and opened up it looked nothing like the picture at all. The picture online looks like lovely grilled cheese all bubbly like cheese on toast with cooked bacon, and you can see by the picture what I got! It wasn’t even warm let alone hot. The chips were stone cold, and the beef in the Crispy taco was stone cold too! Despite being a 2 minute walk from the shop to my house. I obviously didn’t want to pay that amount for a stone cold dinner! So I went back to get a refund and the guy was very reluctant to give me one and starts arguing with me instead. I would appreciate a response from Taco Bell about this issue as they’re serving cold food which could make people ill! Didn’t get a single apologie just dirty looks. Will never return.

I ordered a 7 layer butrito and was told that i will receive a complimentary taco after completing a survey which i did. Though i told them that. Am vegitarian, the taco they gave me was beef taco. Never eating in taco bell ever

my friend has lactose intolerance and cannot eat her food that she spent £20 on because they got the order wrong and they are refusing to give her a new meal - she is crying and they are giving us disgusting looks- this is not okay and as 14 year old girls we should not be having to put up with this misogyny as now she does not have a meal and has now gone hungry. They also did not help at all!! Poor girl.

Unbelievably slow. Terrible service. Three people working, no customers and after 30 minutes of having ordered they hadn't even started to prepare it. And don't dare tell them a word,because, on top of that, they are rude. This was the Shepherd's Bush restaurant, but all of them are the same. No worth it.

Tacos need to come with a magnifying glass to find the beef. The churros are older than a Peter Kay sketch. Second time I’ve talked my nearest and dearest into giving this a try, there won’t be a third time lucky. Slimy, cold, tiny portions that make Old El Paso look like a Michelin Star night in. Rancid. Lesson learnt.

Relatively new so though we would pop in instead of going further down the road to Tortilla. Big mistake, the food on offer is not fast food its just gross. If you think this is any derivative of Tex-Mex food go somewhere else - anywhere else. It's beyond basic, I wouldn't serve it in a soup kitchen!

I am a massive Taco Bell fan, Love it. I literally get excited about going as I view it as a kind of a treat (in the US anyway). But Dear Moses whatever this was ain't it. Please don't come here...seriously, don't. You'll be disappointed and a more satisfying meal would be found through a series of London dumpster dives. I'll give you an example. Taco Bell, what you pullin' with this hot sauce? Both mild and hot were akin to a BBQ sauce that tasted like runny, rubbery packeted piss. You're insulting us, you know you're doing it and you need to stop. Please, stop. Or perform a do-over. Prontissimo. But if not then you just need to go. Seriously. You gave it the ole college try but leave and don't come back. To show I'm intellectually honest, the one thing I'll compliment is the staff, they were nice and helpful and seemingly working hard. But stop with the scam, you're nothing resembling Taco Bell. That's imposter syndrome...the jury finds you guilty.

Very disappointed with Taco Bell. It is meant to be a big fast food chain but the food was subpar. The taco shells were broken, and the only contained a little bit of chicken and plain lettuce. It looked like something I can make at home. In Mexico we make a lot better tacos. This branch of Taco Bell was once a pub called the White Bear. Then it became a chain pizza restaurant. Now it appears to be a Taco Bell which I understand is gangsta for 'place where they serve very cold small tacos and beans which cascade out all over you when you open the packet.' In Mexico tacos are a staple of the national diet. I cannot imagine these things being used to staple anything.

As soon as we ordered In less than 1 min we got our food and it was SCRUMPTIOUS and we left happily.

Had to wait 25 minutes for my single item lunch, even though the restaurant wasn't that busy. the five members of staff were only managing about one order every five minutes between them! When I did finally get it, it was lukewarm. I only get an hour for lunch, so standing around for almost half of it waiting for a wrap is very disappointing.

The place was clean, and the lunch deal (two crispy tacos, lightly spiced fries and unlimited Diet Pepsi) astonishingly cheap. Recommend the tacos with black beans, as the meat versions are low end (but what do you expect for a fiver?). Personally, I didn’t need the fries. Ask for hot sauce, as everything is a bit bland. The kitchen looked disorganised, with six or eight people banging into each other in a small space trying to put takeaway orders together. Friendly staff, though some language challenges.
