Food was great with delivery till mog found the bag then is was a cat astrophe.....mainly because I couldn't get my straw and was attacked by the fur babies.

Undercooked fries. Dry burger and everything stone cold! I hadn’t used this McDonald’s for a long time because of previous disappointments but thought I’d try it again. Big mistake, never again!

Food always missing when ordering via just eat, what does arrive is stone cold. Also missing dips. I doubt it’s just eat as whenever food ordered from other places always arrives. Children were looking forward to the Halloween squash mellows but as usual they send a book which is nice but not what they wanted. Called the restaurant and they said if I could go there they would complete the order. I ordered in just eat as too busy to drive there. This is not the first time McDonald’s queens road have utterly failed. Don’t order from there!

Just want to say what a good job silva and her team did tonight. We had 12 9 year olds for a birthday party having been at an activity first but hadn’t booked a party at McDonald’s but went in just before it and told them and they had all the food ready for us and a table ready and couldn’t have been more helpful. Very pleased

Waited a long time for our food and when we got it it was stone cold......never again very very poor

I ordered McDonald’s and got a Mc plant as I am vegetarian and opened it to take the gherkins out and found a piece of bacon in it and no gherkins

The restaurant and staff are all just as you expect from Mc Donalds. The issue is with the door security. A female security guard regularly refuses people . Based on appearance. Its just not expected in 2021. To be refused service. Over just how you look.

I am fooking fuming. You pack my chicken legend with lettuce BUT NO FACKING MAYO . Absollllutely not luv. I am rrrrrraging. Mcflurry was banging though.

Sometimes this McDonald’s can we very slow, one time i had to wait about 25 minutes just to get my food, most of the time the queue isn’t that big, depending on what time you go, but when it is busy I wouldn’t recommend going

Ordered a Veggie deluxe meal from Uber Eats from Nuneaton Queens Road Restaurant. The burger had no veggie burger in it just salad and a bun. Won't be ordering from them again. Better off ordering Just Eat local takeaways.x

Just got home and realised they forgot 2 boxes of nuggets... Lost £9 or so, not impressed at all, my fault for not checking whilst in the store I guess.

Ordered two egg & cheese McMuffins with FRESH eggs. Waited an age with other customers getting peeved off with Uber Delivery getting priority over others! My meal eventually came, I got two sausage and egg McMuffins. I'm a vegetarian and this is simply unacceptable! I complained politely and respectfully, and the mistake was rectified, but in the meantime, my hash Brown's had gone luke-warm. I contacted McDonald's via my till receipt and got a copy-and-paste type apology and a £10 voucher to use at any McDonalds, but quite frankly, it was a bang average response. I "get" mistakes happen, but with the lack of concern shown by the inept manager on the day, and the bog-standard apology with a voucher to appease me, I will not be using this store again!

The only McDonalds I’ve been to where a member of staff was wearing a body camera and there was a security guard on the door !?!

I have received a delivery and although it was from Uber eats it’s packed by the staff at McDonald’s. All I ordered were 3 items, which they did not get right missing items also. I understand that you get busy but it’s not the first time it has happened and not the first time I’ve called and been told nothing they can do because it’s left the store. What you could do is make sure Your staff check orders and double check if needed. An apology would have been nice but this was not the case. I’m disgusted with how many times I’ve had to call for the same reasons! I think this should be looked into either the staff are incompetent or the manager needs to look at further training on packing food following a receipt.

This McDs is normally very busy, and it's bedlam, with no real organisation. A favourite haunt of gangs of kids, and homeless. There are better alternatives in my view.

Ordered food to eat in and she offered to bring the food to the table, she was very polite and helped me out when I couldn’t find a high chair. It’s the small things like this that make a visit really pleasurable!

Went to McDonald's Nuneaton for some food uber drivers kept getting in the way and was very loud I think McDonald's need a separate area for them to the public

Put 5 stars so you can all read it. Ordered chips with no salt, as last time i was there more salt than chips. Heard the staff from the condiment area say for God sake really with no salt. Then the cleaning staff had a go at me for walking over damp floor when trying to return my tray. Disgraceful.

Everyone knows what to expect from a McDonald’s. You should be able to go to any branch in the country (if not the world) and receive the same quality of food and level of service. Not here. Easily the worst example of a McDonald’s I’ve been too. Cold food, incomplete orders, poor standards and shocking customer service is the norm. What should be “a treat for the kids” ends up as a disappointing, frustrating, miserable experience for the adult bill payer.

Visited at 11.30 am as restaurant did not have usual long lines.Placed order for new classic burger only. My partner ordered same thing on separate order right after me.Plenty of staff but all lacked any sense of urgency and moved like they were all in a hypnotic state.My order came in a few minutes but second order followed almost 10 minutes later.As we had a train to catch, we asked servers what was happening and they kept saying they were just waiting for the meat to cook. Meanwhile around a dozen other customers, most with big orders kept getting food before us.Box states burger cooked to order. In that case, how did my order come so quickly?Staff need some serious motivation and burger really not worth the wait or £5.05.

Came here with my partner at night to take away. We waited for ages for our food and when we got home which wasnt far,so the food should be still hot.

Although staff recite the words from their customer training when joining the company, general service is less than basic. No-where to sit or eat. Tables are not cleared so always negotiating other peoples left over food. I guess it reflects the local community

Friendly fast food restaurant, very busy at lunch time, service is really good and quick which is helpful if you are in a short break, seating is Always available and tables are clean.

Staff appear to be UTTERLY INCAPABLE of putting a full order together in the drive through! I should not have to empty the food bags to make sure everything I've paid for is there! Shocking service, come on people, get a grip!!

this is not the first time that this auspicious restaurant has no shakes or ice cream, personally I think the manager should explain to my 3 year old why this is instead of me having to do it..!!!

Lots of space in this McDonalds. Tables were clean and easy to find an empty one. Food was decent and delivered with a smile. Price decent too.

La primera vez que tienen desde la reforma, bien la decoración espléndidas y lleno de artilugios/aparatito de poco. Pero la introducción de pezuñas pantallas a las masas de biungulados Folk nuneaton es un gran error. En lugar de la cola al método puerta, que han puesto en 6 pantallas (todavía un carril para la vieja escuela technophobe ordenar) y luego se espera su orden para venir en la pantalla. como una especie de comida rápida/Argos Bingo. Pero estás esperando justo afuera de los baños y que no hay suficiente espacio. Es un caos. La bandeja de condimento nunca está rellenados mucho debido a este, junto a los aseos entre las masas de folk admirando que sus entradas diciendo "Estoy seguro mi número y me he perdido" o "lo que puede tomar cualquier número de salir de esta gente". Es un paraíso de los carteristas. . .

I recently came in on a Saturday morning with my mum who is in a wheelchair. The restaurant was quite busy so we had trouble trying to find a table. Which was almost impossible there is a long table in the middle of the restaurant but the stools were screwed to the floor so this was not any good the tables and booths around the restaurant were not easy to get to as in a wheelchair you could not get to them ax there was not enough room. So we had to leave I did ask a member of staff who agreed it was difficult. I have emailed the head office who passed On my comments to the lady in charge but obviously she cannot be bothered to answer the query. Disappointed and unable to return.

A lot better now. More space. Smiling staff. Still very busy which is good for business. Loads of room now. The ordering is modern and quicker. Im really pleased of the upgrade.

we went in over the weekend and the staff were very helpful the renovation is a lot better with lots of room upstairs and down and the new ordering system reminds me of being In argos but a lot quicker.

Definitely quicker and the staff were very helpful. Clean with a good atmosphere. Only thing that definitely needs improving is wheelchair and pushchair access. We really struggled to get our way around with our pushchairs. A lot of other people were saying the same.

Wanted to grab a quick meal on way home from work queued for 15 minutes 2 at counter being served 1 in front of me waiting finally got served was asked to take a seat as waiting on chips waited another 7 mi Utes for food to be ready definitely not fast food.

Went to the drive-through only 3 cars there 1 Took my order easy 2 paid easy 3 had to wait 10 minutes as they had ran out Here is a idea instead of cooking 3 at a time cook 15- 20 then when you run low cook some more the last 3 visits I've had a 10-15 min wait the idea of fast food is you order pay and eat not order pay and wait

Food is standard maccy d's, but the place is always over run by loads of little thugs, throwing chips, shouting, swearing and are quite intimidating. Not nice when you take children in for a treat. Management never seem to do anything to get them out.

Went to mcdonalds for chicken nugget meal and asked for 6 extra as I was sharing with my little boy. She then tried to charge me for an extra meal until I told the girl I just wanted the nuggets. Once getting to the screen to pay the second girl had to ask what we ordered again before we paid. Once getting home I have realised that not only is there not an extra 6 nuggets but the nuggets that came with my meal only contained 5! Pathetic service and can't even complete simple tasks.

So we went to this McDonald's before a night out for a snack, understandably it was near closing, however it was NOT closed and they were still serving!! We all ordered food for which we had to wait for and be served by rude staff, one of which terry/terri and then the manager, she was the rudest! We were not told that it was closing and our food was not served to take away as we were not asked and not told we needed to eat out! We sat eating, not being rowdy or anything, my friends and myself work in hospitality so we know how we feel when we have rude and rowdy customers and therefore we are not like this. Only having had time to take a bite and empty our fries into our burger lids we were informed by the manager we had to leave immediately as it was closing! We were all shocked by the rude manner in which she approached us. After hearing this we carried on eating as quick as we could however she came straight back less than a minute later and Abruptly told us we had to leave right now as she was locking the door! We were absolutely horrified having been spoken to like this, working in hospitality ourselves we know there is nothing better than good customer service. I feel this establishment 100% lacks this especially at 11pm. We will definitely avoid this place in future until staff are sent on customer service training courses!!!!!!!

This is notorious for the hangout for the ferrel and chavs of Nuneaton - management do nothing about it. Food is the usual Mcdonalds quality!

I don't know what it is with this restaurant!!! The queues are either ridiculously long (almost out of he door) or no queue at all! The tables are always dirty and there's always a staff member harassing you in the queue to go to the express lane which confuses many people! The staff seem to be fed up with the running of the restaurant and after being in the Bermuda and Hinckley restaurants this store seems so out dated! The whole place is unsanitary and I try to avoid it! Such a shame, this restaurant used to be one of the best McDonalds. Please sort it out!!

By far, the worst McDonalds restaurant there is. When I went in on a Friday night, roughly 19:00, I experienced the disastrously managed restaurant. Floor and tables were dirty, staff didn't know what was going on and how to place your order. 'Fast food' took 15 minutes to prepare and on top, it tasted badly and had bits of hair in it.My experience got me absolutely disgusted and put me off eating McDonalds since.

Recently had an evening meal here, just a quick bite to eat. Place was filthy, service extremely slow and kids kicking cones around. The food was tasteless, one of the worst McDonalds I have had in the world. Couldn't wait to leave. It seems to be the in place in town for idiot kids to hang around, intimidating diners and passers by. And full of drop outs sat there staring into space. Ghastly! Avoid!

Very covienient and accessable venue. Service was prompt and the quality of food good. The general atmosphere was good.

I have been in many McDs all over the world and this is by far the worst.Horrible atmosphere. Not enough staff serving.Full marks to floor staff who constantly battle to clear the rubbish left behind by a clientele that have no intention of clearing their tables.

we have ate in the resturant , although there is always a massive q , this does go down quite quickly :-) only on one occasion have i send food back bacause it was just about luke warm , but i was cooked a fresh one and it was tasty

Though the place was busy by reason of the school holidays, service was friendly and efficient, tables were quickly cleared by the hard-working staff. The meal was, as ever, up to standard and very enjoyable. Disabled parking was available and all in all a pleasant visit.

The MCDONALDS in nuneaton town centre must be a joke. The service is shocking, the average queue wait is easily 15/20 minutes and that's before you even order your food! At most there are only 3 staff members on the tills which is ridiculous, especially in peak times like saturday 2pm where they are sometimes queuing out the door! Once your order your food you are in fairness met with friendly staff who seem as fed up with the running of the restaurant as the customers! Also, a lot of the time there are large groups of teenagers sitting at tables which is very intimidating and they sometimes cause minor trouble and the staff should crack down on that. At the end of the day the food is your average McDonalds if slightly cold. The only reason this review isn't worse is because once my wait for 20 chicken nuggets was so long they gave me and my friend a free mcflurry, so the staff are generally quite helpful. If i was anyone, make the journey to the Bermuda park McDonald's, much much better service, food and atmosphere.

I visit this restaurant a lot and have spent a lot of money here, for which I expect to receive not only good food but good service also. The food is always nice, as nice as it can be for McDonald's, and the service is always slow, even when you go at night time and there's no one there, they still manage to take their time, and their customer service is a whole other story. I recently bought 20 chicken nuggets from here for me and some others at work and when I got back I realised there were only 19 in the box. Not a big issue, but the attention to detail was missing, so I called up the store to complain. I was greeted by what sounded like an adolescent boy who had no experience in handling customers, as despite my complains all he could say was "okay" and couldn't even manage a "sorry". I felt like I got no where with him so decided to call customer service direct where they filed my complaint and a couple of weeks later I received a letter from the business manager Teresa Payne. She said that I gave no chance for the manager to rectify the situation, so I sent her an email back which was pretty lengthy and going into more detail about the situation. Days later, I still hadn't heard back so I called the store and was met with the wrath of Teresa. She repeatedly said "Well that's your opinion" regarding the situation - isn't the customer always meant to be right? and left me feeling even angrier than before at the real lack of quality customer service here. I would love to get in touch with Sarah McLean herself to see if anyone is actually capable of sorting out a situation and have had to resort to writing on here to get this noticed. They probably think that they'll always get business no matter what, but not if they continue to make these mistakes.

I went to McDonalds near the Odeon cinema the seats were filthy plenty of empty tables which had not been cleaned the burger is nothing like you see on TV it looked like a steam roller had ran over mine when I told the staff they said there all like that! Not impressed at all

I am a fan of mc Donald's and would recommend it to most people as long as they know when enough's enough ;). I was there trying to get to know a friend over chicken nuggets and burgers the chicken nuggets were fine but my burgers #BigMac #DoubleCheeseBurger were BURNT I was not impressed with this but I went the next day and it was back to my normal expectations I do love mc Donald's and will enjoy eating there lots more maybe they should just get rid of the chef.P.s. If you are a shy person I don't recommend you go on your own or if your group of friends are shy because there was a group of teenagers being loud and trying to have a staring competition with other customers. The usual you'd expect from McDonalds, nothing great but nothing that bad. Just a pity that some locals put you off your food...see Scenic View option, especially if you like people watching. Just don't watch too close!
