The quarter pounder with cheese had zero salad, only a couple of slivers of onion and burnt bits on the burgers. The chips were cold, and the floor was filthy

Absolutely disappointed customer service. Ask for extra sauce and ready to pay, I travel 3 miles just to had an ice cream Al the way from Mossley, due to my pregnancy I was craving but so mean they said it’s run out. How cheap

The cleaning lady TRACY tutted and rolled her eyes at us. We asked her very politely for a cloth as my baby spilled a little milk on the table. She was very clearly annoyed with us. It was a really sad experience she was so nasty to us

Waiting in the drive though for 25 mins - not because of traffic ! Because staff chats were more important than customer service !!! Causing a dangerous backlog !! Worst attitudes and waited for a very below standard burger !!

Items on the menu not in stock.- after waiting in a busy drive through to be told no milkshakes and no McFlurrys . Then sat in the drive through for 15 minutes just to exit the shambles . No signage or anything on the drive through exit and once your in it your simply stuck

Abysmal. I'd suggest checking your bag before leaving or driving off. All the fries was replaced by random stuff. Just go else where, It's awful, How can you not deliver 3 sets of large fires is beyond me, forgotten & in replacement is a fish burger? it's just beyond me, Fortunately for them I had already driven off. Avoid or check your order.

Wouldn’t recommend to all of you who enjoy a mcdonalds receive the pleasure somewhere else. For example kfc which will probs be better. After asking if the projector would turn on one staff member replied “it’s not on” which we had already gathered. Maybe this is because of minimum wage but I do strongly believe we can do better. In addition to this many children were disheartened due to the closure of the play house and strong draft coming through the door that was left open. Finally my chicken nuggets weren’t the best

Drive Thru tonight and got given luke warm chips at the window, i noticed they were missing a burger so waited for that, as I drove out I realised I was missing a chips too, so had to wait to go back round. By the time I got to the first window the ones I had were stone cold. They replaced my old ones and gave me the missing ones, thank you very much. I never normally complain I'm glad I did this time, went down a treat with my poorly partner, thank you so much to the guys here x

Visited this McDonald’s for a quick lunchtime snack on the way back to where I live in the East Midlands and I will say that I had no problems with it at all fresh parts and exactly what I asked for. Well done

Last week no McFlurrys (as is often the case. Don’t know why I wasted my breath asking). Today no fizzy drinks. We are starting a new family game now…..let’s guess what they haven’t got today! Onwards to KFC who are friendly and polite snd most importantly have available what you order.

Summary....Visited here and spent over £16 of hard earned money in these difficult times... food was cold and went in the bin in the car park. In Normal times I would have gone back and asked for a refund or replacement but as I couldn’t I contacted customer service with proof of purchase... What a joke I received from James and then Lewis in a standard complaint letter with “insert complaint here” saying we’re sorry and we’ve passed it on with no offer of vouchers or refund and after much back and forth received an email asking me how their customer service was. Do you really want to know? Well put it this way I’ve posted my experience on here and on all social media websites as well as notifying all my family and friends saying how S..H...1...T. McDonald’s and their customer service team have been and from reading other complaints about this restaurant I’d say visit another food on the go retailer like greggs, kfc or Nando’s or if you fancy McDonald’s put your money straight in the bin and cut out the middle man.. I thought I articulated my complaint well as below snip. Heres a #WE.ACCEPT.DIFFICULT.TIMES.BUT.NOT.POOR.CUSTOMER.SERVICE.FROM.HEADOFFICE.WALLERS. Shocking!! James for what seems like a standard template letter with “insert word here” i.e.“cold”; not very personable from such a large organisation. Had I returned this food to the restaurant as in normal times I would have have expected a replacement meal or refund. I can see you have offered neither which is disappointing as in the financial climate I chose to treat my family to a take out and choose McDonald’s over other retailers which would in turn support your teams jobs. Obviously things go wrong from time to time and great customer service is about how those issues are handled. From my view as a customer I have wasted hard earned money on a meal you agree shouldn’t have indeed been served to me, and as such if you believe that is the matter concluded then I am more than dissatisfied and will post this thread via the various social media platforms including trip advisor along with your responses as well as sharing my far from pleasant customer experience in dealing with McDonald’s to those within my network of both family and friends. Rest assured I will not be wasting my money with McDonald’s again in the future and will visit your competitors instead. I will also be informing the local authority environmental health team of my experience which I am sure you can demonstrate and have in place the relevant haccp and control measures in place to prevent cold food from being served should they wish to visit.

Avoid if possible. Slow and rude staff. Items missing from multiple orders. The "I don't give eF" attitude from staff. Shame because its good location next to rather big hotel (50+ rooms)

So firstly my partner queued 25mins for drive thru today. Not a problem. But when we are being polite at the window we expect politeness in return. Nevermind staff have to wear masks, really sorry but as nurses on 12 hr shifts (sometimes no break in PPE) - no excuse . This had been the managers response when my partner complained about the attitude of staff. Not the first time we have been at the receiving end of poor non existent customer service but the first time we have complained. The staff seem happy enough chatting to each other so I don't think the current covid situation is the cause of their less the satisfactory behaviour. As a huge corporation, staff training is very much needed here. Even if you aren't happy in your work at least show some basic manners. Also the usual luke warm burgers, 'large fries' pictured..... shame on you! We no it isnt the Savoy and it is what it is food wise as a quick fix, but look at your portion sizes or charge us for medium if not going to give us what we paid for. Sadly you have the monopoly on providing whatever level of poor service you want due to as I say above, providing a quick meal break, satisfying screaming kids and convenience food, however please take time to consider this doesn't allow you to be rude, ignorant or treat people like they are not worth your acknowledgement. Bad business management. Please look at your staff and their behaviour before letting them loose on the general public.

Absolutely useless!!! Almost every time we have been though the drive through they forget to put something in with our order. Whether it’s burgers chips or sauces we almost always get home and discover something missing. Shouldn’t have to sit in the car going through everything that’s not our job. Last time we will be visiting this incompetent place Only gave it 1 star because we had to put something

McD tends to be the same wherever you go but the food is hot and fresh and the staff much more jolly than the nearby McD's

Always come here.... one the play area out side fab great energy burner for kids and two staff are always friendly not matter what. As you can see I have given this McDonald's a 1* rating however I would have given nothing with the service I received this morning. I went with my friend to McDonald's and ordered a sausage and egg bagel meal and as the menu clearly stated to add an extra sausage onto my meal it would have charged nothing extra; so I went for it. When I got to the first window I was hit in the face with a charge for this extra sausage that was supposed to be free? Hold on how could this be when to add a sausage it would have cost me 0p? I spoke to a young girl about it and she seemed very flustered and didn't really know what to say so to save her blushes I paid the money and moved onto the next window where I was greeted by another young girl, this time more of an attitude about her and a little more confident in arguing the price of this extra sausage. At this point I was extremely irritated and I was then greeted by an absolutely outrageously untidy, unprofessional and quite frankly unimpressive man who goes by the title 'shift manager' but still earns petty pennies. He stated that even thought the advertisement board says it costs 0p for an extra sausage he is obliged to charge an extra price to unknowing customers. As I was getting rather annoyed and didn't want a heated argument in a McDonald's drive-thru I took my food that was over priced from what it should have been and came into work with a heavy heart and an overdrawn bank balance. To summarise, overpriced, disgusting mannered staff and all in all an absolutely terrible McDonald's store. I advise anyone with a brain to understand that my annoyance comes from false advertising to not visit this store and save your money. They will be getting an official complaint from advertising standards about this issue.

We went here at about 1am after a concert. Excellent service, really clean and modern, love the new phone charging pods and ordering your own food on the screen option.
