Mcdonald's Restaurants in Darlington

El pedido estaba mal, ordenado en la aplicación, estaba esperando 15 minutos como se olvidó de mí, tuvo que salir del coche para pedir de nuevo el pedido y luego esperar otros 10 minutos El personal discutía sobre sí mismos en la parte trasera. Cuando llegué a casa, todo lo que dijo fue que lo sentía porque estaban cortos de personal y tenían nuevos miembros del personal. El personal era muy grosero allí y tan miserable

We got two double deluxe burger meals and a happy meal waited ten minutes at drive thru window when we got it home we had to use a knife and fork (yes I know rediculous) the topping and the cheese was all over the box was absolutely nothing like the picture you advertise Customer service is rubbish I know the staff are kids but some training wouldn’t go amiss

Really poor, slow in correct order, now dive 15 mins extra to avoid and visit one at Morton park. Staff clueless, management non existent.

Wouldn’t recommend. Been scammed out of £9 by ordering food that I had been given the cheaper option

Just called in for 2 ketchup breakfast buns and a cheesy flatbread. The guy who was operating the drive thru had a definite edge when I ordered and when I went to pay 2 cheesy flat breads and 1 ketchup breakfast roll flashed up on the screen. I told him it should have read 2 rolls and 1 flat bread. He corrected it & I paid only to be asked to confirm what I ordered at the next window which I did. I was then handed what I thought was my order and drove the 5/6 miles home. Imagine my surprise (not) when I found 2 cheesy flatbreads, 1 breakfast roll and a hash brown inside. I'm not a moaner or a whinger, but this isn't the 1st time they have got the orders wrong in recent months and I would advise people to check the contents of the bag before driving away.

We visited this branch during half term, with friends and their children, travelling back from a break. It was extremely busy. The car park was full, drive thru was tailed back and the restaurant was heaving. Service took ages due to the volume of customers and we waited so long that I thought they’d mislaid our order. Our friends waited even longer for theirs. Today I got a notification of a parking fine as we apparently were there for over 2 hours. Considering how busy the car park was and the number of cars, none of us noticed any signs-how silly of us to keep our eyes on the traffic rather than looking for signage!! We were legitimate customers and between us bought 7 meals. And waited a long time for them. Definitely don’t recommend unless you’re happy to throw the food down your throat or happy to get a parking fine. Sheer robbery and deception.

Issued me with £100 parking fine, whilst I was being a genuine customer inside their restaurant. Customer service team refused to look into this. I have been a frequent visitor to this restaurant over recent years but I will never visit again. I was in the restaurant for a particularly long time, waiting for my son to finish his driving test, but I was a genuine customer and I made several orders whilst I was there. My downfall was returning to the restaurant to buy my son a meal once he had passed his test. Restaurant was pretty much empty, so service for first order was quick. Second order didn't get brought to table, so after a while i went looking for it. ?My coffee was sat on the counter and had clearly been there some time, so was not in great condition. However, a coffee for <£2 is no big deal compared to £100 fine.

Once again, got back from drive through and coke it two or more mixed drinks!! Sick of this happening! Disgusting!! Complain? Having a laugh!!

Es justo en la carretera de mí, pero esta noche será la última vez que visita. Cada vez que visita es o falta algo o mal con el orden. Me dicen que lo trae de vuelta, pero es apenas conveniente o el punto. Su máquina batido nunca es. He probado 3 días esta semana y siempre hay un problema. Una vez que consiguieron un batido de banana me dieron. Confían en el hecho de que ya están allí. Para rematar mi pescado hamburguesa no estaba lista, así que me pidieron que buscase a la ventana siguiente. Llegué a una de las bahías de espera en su lugar y estaba "dije de "a pesar de no tener productos listos o batidos. Servicio despreciable

On a drive to Blackpool we went through the drive through and ordered breakfast, I asked for no cheese on my fiancées sausage & egg bagel. After driving away she discovered that they had put cheese on and after working for McDonald's years ago she knew that the bagel had been out for a while so it wasn't a mistake, just pure laziness!!! Queue a hormonal pregnancy outburst of tears at 70mph on the A1. Won't be back.

Just called in for coffee, typical fast food place O.K. for a break on the journey but not what you would call fine dining.

Was treated terrible rude woman over disabled parking all I said was excuse me do you have badge which appears you don't need one but she continues to intimidate me and my kids inside I spoke manager but she and her family are good customer to mcds she then continues to bad mouth me to cleaning staff I am severely disabled I felt intimated she was giving looks at my kids we had enough staff staring so we left feel I can no longer go back be careful if you're disabled some horrible people if don't fit with staff stay away sad day

IT does hamburgers and the usual pants Makky D rubbish - its the same as everywhere else - that said I use it regularily for brekky and coffee

Yes, I know it's a McDonald's. ..and justly deserves 5 stars!Arrived late for breakfast. The friendly staff made the effort to provide the two breakfasts that involved going into store to get the hash browns and then to cook them fresh.Friendly, polite and efficient. Food served at table...hot and tasty.The colleague who was cleaning the eating areas was super diligent. ..window ledges...awkward slatted displays and screen came under her careful cleaning.I don't give '5' lightly...see other reviews, this venue deserves it!

Went there twice recently. Does what it says on the tin. Staff OK but that's all. Layout quite pleasant and there is some outside seating if weather is nice.

this is by far the worst macdonalds I've ever been too....the burgers where burnt, cold and squashed not sure whats going on but the manger needs to get a grip of his staff!! my meal came to £25 and it was awful, the nuggets where cold and greasy, the coke was flat, the cheese bits where still frozen.....when i complained it was blatantly ignored by the staff!! all in all i would avoid this place as there are much better fast food outlets in the area

On 2 occasions Me and my beautiful girlfriend went for a breakfast they missed items off. Food very much poor and as for this monopoly thing they have got going, what a waste of time! Cash prize won every minute what a load of rubbish! I gave that a go with 7 today, 7 last week and 10 (yes TEN!) the week before and not even a £10 win. Complete rip off and staff look as happy as a corpse. Never again will I waste my money in ANY McDonald's restaurant ever! I'd rather starve myself.

Very slow despite not being busy, and that wasn't just the service! The lad behind the counter looked at me blankly when I repeated the same question x3, then asked his mate to take over.Food took 15 minutes to arrive then it was only after a reminder. Did get complementary hash browns which we didn't ask for or like tbh which is why we didn't order them. Egg not cooked to expected standard.Need to sort staff out.

service is not very good at this branch at all. firstly, when we walked in, we were greeted by an unpleasant lady who had cornered off the majority of the restaurant for cleaning, so we could either sit cold next to the door or smelly next to the toilets. probably wouldn't return

Had a family festive meal today with 6 adults and 7 children. We had to find someone to ask them to clean the tables as the restaurant was filthy. We had to refuse 2 trays of foods as it was standing for more than 5 minutes. They had no cheese melt dips or Galaxy mcflurry which were on the festive menus. Chicken burgers x 3 were made to order but we're obviously standing for too long as they were cold when brought to the table. Ordered a festive chocolaty banoffe pie and was served it cold. I then had to join a queue to get it heated and after 10 minutes of waiting I had to get up to ask where it was as my family were leaving. I was then asked "were u not told it takes 7 min to heat" I replied obviously not as I was given it cold. I then informed them that our food was cold with all of the meal and I am disgusted by the poor attitude of the people serving us . My nephew (who works at another franchise) was disgusted with the attitude of the staff, at how many new members of staff were left without help and that there was only one shift manager on duty. We will never return to this franchise of McDonald's again. It's the worst experiences I've ever had and I wish I hadn't wasted my time and money

We've stopped here a number of times on our way home from a sporting competition as it is just before the A1. It's a handy place to stop right by the A1 and a service station and just the place for a stop off before you drive back down from the North East.It's always a busy place but service is good and it's the usual Mac Donald's fare - you know what you're getting and when you're hungry, it hits the spot.

Awful place and only went for the ease! The food is terrible and the effect on the environment is clear to see. all you can taste is salt! Never Again!
