all the drinks were spilt everywhere

The delivery time changes. McDonald’s made food late

Quality is marked down as an item was missing from the order, it is not the first time this has happened.

freezing cold food, milkshakes like water. . every single time. not good enough.

Disappointing completely wrong order was delivered at the time and we weren’t aware until driver was leaving.

Took 1 hour to start preparing my food then delivery driver took so many wrong turns and food came cold and rubbery

The food and packaging was covered in grease and sauce which transferred on to my hands and furniture. The packers have obviously chucked them together with no care and could not enjoy the food because of the overload of grease and sauce. It wasn’t even assembled correctly. I also received a black coffee instead of a hot chocolate. How hard can it be?

Delivery time was really good, driver was polite - no complaints with him. The food however, stone cold chips, and I really don’t know why we bother ordering large - you get half a portion. Cheeseburger, again cold. Saved by warm chicken nuggets. 2nd time in a row we’ve made this mistake, we wont be ordering again.

When order came juices had leaked and there was spillages all over the bags - not enjoyable

Delivery was early by 6 minutes. Unfortunately a straw wasn't included with my milkshake however I can't fault the delivery driver for that. Apart from that everything was perfect!

This MD has some of the worst staff of any MD. Their slovenly and the customers are an inconvenience to their conversations and personal chit chat. Avoid it if you can. And if you have an issue with your order, don't expect a manager to help. One manager told me I hadn't paid for my order and yet the money went out of my bank. But instead of trying to resolve the issue, he chose to have a bad attitude which resulted in an argument. The only thing I buy is coffee so it's no great loss to never use this MD again.

The Bacon roll was barely cooked and cold. The sausage and egg muffin was constructed badly, with the cheese on top of the egg. Additionally, the delivery time was put back twice. All quite poor.

Slow service and waiting bay 1 is dangerously close to the corner, a van nearly took out the front side of my car going around had I not reversed back more, but then I was across the zebra crossing part for pedestrians, what tool put bay 1 there? Won't go again.
