McDonald's in Darlington

Standard maccies, food came out fairly quick, the chips were actually hot. Friendly staff and seating area was clean

This MD has some of the worst staff of any MD. Their slovenly and the customers are an inconvenience to their conversations and personal chit chat. Avoid it if you can. And if you have an issue with your order, don't expect a manager to help. One manager told me I hadn't paid for my order and yet the money went out of my bank. But instead of trying to resolve the issue, he chose to have a bad attitude which resulted in an argument. The only thing I buy is coffee so it's no great loss to never use this MD again.

Slow service and waiting bay 1 is dangerously close to the corner, a van nearly took out the front side of my car going around had I not reversed back more, but then I was across the zebra crossing part for pedestrians, what tool put bay 1 there? Won't go again.

since they re-opened, fired all the workers and replaced them it is unbelievably slow. new design is awful, its so bright and ugly. nobody ever at the tills.

Ordered from McDelivery, to be handed to me on 2nd floor. I gave a tip via the App. It is getting a joke that people aren’t doing the job expected of them.

Half my order was missing. This isn’t just bad service, it’s unacceptable. If this keeps happening, people will stop trusting this location. I won’t be ordering from here again unless something changes.

Big Mac and mchicken was cold and stale the chips inedible and I ordered 10 BBQ sauce which they now charge 10p for only received 3. I know it's late but the food shouldn't be hanging around. Cook fresh. Freezing cold.

Order didn't turn up. The tracking showed the driver in the back lane (literally nowhere where you can deliver an order) behind my house for five minutes then it was marked as delivered. Did not receive a call or any communication from the driver.

Once again a delivery that has been sent with the wrong items. The staff at this McDonald's clearly can't read the labels they put on their baggs because they consistently send deliveries out with the incorrect items. utrerly abysmal.

Always love the McDonald’s breakfast, however they always seem to forget the spoons and golden syrup, to go with the porridges.

Unable to add correct food into a bag, not too sure how they can not read an order serious issues with North Road store staff are totally useless.

I am getting feed up of them the food was really cold. When you order food from some where it should be hot 🔥 and not cold 🥶 so I have asked for a refund on the food

Disappointed with the poor level of service from this McDonalds branch. Ordered online through their website and one of the meals was missing the burger. Contacted Uber support who refused to issue a refund and spoke to a member of staff at the restaurant over the phone and was told there was nothing they could do & that we had to chase this up with Uber for a refund which we had already attempted to be told a refund isn’t part of their policy in this case. Paid £6.83 for a large McCrispy meal too, only received the chips and drink. Very poor.

Ordered a Burger meal and forgot to put the burger in! No straws for the drinks and forgot the sauces. Absolutely useless! Called up and they were not bothered the slightest.
