Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Staff and food were horrendous.

The reason milkshakes are not available at any McDonald’s is the machine need cleaning which can take a few hours so they refuse to clean it for ages hence the milkshakes not being available, this McDonald’s is the worst for it the milkshakes are never available, foods always cold shocking

The child was waiting for a toy and not a book!! Because of this, everyone took dinner there, but the book arrived ( It's a shame for the lies When ordering, it was stated that the toy was in stock, which is actually a lie!!!

Never any milkshakes or they forget the sauce or something else

Usual mcdonalds issues, staff are not polite or attentive enough, service is slow Edit: 8 months later, still the same and tight with the fries, large means large amount of fries, not just a large container! Edit 2: Why do I keep going back here, I am as useless as they are! Edit 3: 3rd December 2024 food was so cold it's like the left it outside, never known a hot latte be colder than an iced latte hut they managed that too, and when you go in there is no proper counted to get people's attention, it's a better collection setup at argos, what a joke McDonald's as a brand is

Literally the worst McDonald's in the north east waited 20 minutes for order in the drive thru nobody else there so they weren't busy,food stone cold and never give you sauces, go to Morton park or Aycliffe instead.

burgers were all stone cold, had to warm them in the microwave which ruined them, feel like the burgers had been stood for a long time in the restaurant causing the burgers to be below the safe 65 degrees, the meal was absolute rubbish waste of ££

Ordered via the McDonald's app on Saturday. The order arrived within the time limit but when it arrived the food was freezing. Not just cold, inedible.

The order was wrong. I got 2 burgers I didn't order.

Had a table service and staff delivered it promptly. However, even though freshly cooked, the meal was still only just warm enough. Staff were attentive and polite. It's a standard mcdonalds at the end of the day.

I ordered extra eggs in my double egg muffin, not only was the extra egg not there, but the initial egg was taken out

no syrup with 2 sets of pancakes, so pretty rubbish for the kids as that's their favourite part

the wrong coffer was delivered...it tasted of sugar...very sickly..I could not drink it...I ordered a large latte..also no straw for milkshake and no napkins...very poor

Appalling service. How can it take so long to be served in an empty restaurant? Orders are always wrong too. I shouldn’t have to check my order every time either. It’s not rocket science. I’d accept failings during busy periods but this is all the time.

Didn’t yet 1 thing I wanted which was large ice frappe they gave me ice coffee insted. (Not the same)

The atmosphere is much better since the new renovation, however, the food doesn't seem to be at the quality that I would like it to be. I know it's McDonald's but still can't there be a decent burger? The fries are pretty good. One thing I have noticed is in all McDonald's they have staff walking around asking you if you're okay and it's okay if they ask you once but if they keep coming back to the table you feel like, can you give me a break please? Overall not a bad one but not really keen on the quality of the basic burgers. Update: The last 4 times I have been in the burgers are dry and the fries don't taste good. I'm spoiled I suppose because I know what a good McDs tastes like and it is engrained in my memory, so it falls short every time.

Been craving a McDonald’s for a while now…..won’t be having one again any time soon. The ‘quality’ has really gone down hill. Fries dry and tasteless, chicken burger like cardboard and just looked bleak. Delivery was super quick and delivery person was nice though.

Asked if it was possible to grab me some ketchup as I forgot to order some he did just that went above and beyond what to be expected absolutely fab!

Meal arrived on time. But as usual fries were half empty and cold. At this point I don’t think the quality from this branch will ever change. The wrap was nice at least.

Going throught the drive through is an absolute nightmare. Service is always slow and half the time you have to get parked. I have been a mcdonalds worker before and I feel like I can say this but those in the 1st window who take the payments should be able to do 2 things at once as it's not very difficult

Freezing cold, late and missing items

Unfortunately I got the late food cold. I would much have preferred a few pounds towards my electric bill. Used to heat the food back up.

I am not happy, this is the last time I will be ordering from just eat due to the fact that this is more than once where I have ordered 2 double sausage egg muffins and both show up without extra sausage. Plus I have not had a response from the last time this happened.

I should stop buying at a corporation that does not hire enough staff to perform basic functions.

No hash brown no straw no syrup for pancakes (never get syrup don’t know why it say pancakes and syrup when never get any)
