coudnt be bothered to make a meal right

So my last review is below, been again today, and what a shambles, ordered and waited, saw my order shown as ready and then disappeared. Had to go to an speak to them to get it made so no idea what happened to my food initially but they either didn't make it but said they did, or did make it and gave it to someone else. Really poorly organised to the point where I'm waiting excessively long for my order and its been messed up on my last 2 visits.

ordered user eat when delivered half order was missing I rang macdonalds to which the reply was we weigh the bags .this is not acceptable staff should make sure orders are checked.i have wasted my money on a very poor service

Went inside nighttime was full of teenagers who were being teenagers. Drive through or avoid for a more peasant experience. Daytime was better

How can you get a order so wrong 2 happy meals with just chips and nothing else absolute joke

Hit and miss. Sometimes very slow drive through, often have to park at the 2nd window and wait, sometimes items missing when get home so always check now. Fries are never crispy here, always a bit soggy, but other than that usual McDonald's 😀

Drive thru. Had to wait around 5 mins for meals

Some of the food was nice and hot and some members of the group's food was cold. They had to wait a while too.

They always forget the food and they won't answer the phone they left my mcflurry and my Drink

Asked for 2 double sausage mcfuffen meals with water and a flat bread only one was put through said at payment window it was wrong order put in again and guess what was given 2 single muffins tryed 7 times to call store no answer

Nice, although sometimes slightly pushy service. Still, very helpful. Typical chain dishes.

Gone be the days of fast food. Waited 20 mins for some Mclurrys whilst all the staff sit outside vaping or walk round oblivious to what day it is.

Your usual, average McDonalds experience. Quick service, order was correct and happy enough

It's McDonalds you get what you expect. Hungry again 2 hours later, food is hit n miss , sometimes it's exactly what you need, other times it's cold, or old stock that's been sitting awhile. For God's sake buy some decent milkshake/frappe machines that work!

If you go after 12 pm like I do on my way back from work don't expect to get served I've lost count of the amount of times they say the systems down seems like a lie to me it happens that often seems more likely they just have a night manager that thinks there cool by letting all the staff get away with doing no work! No ordering means no cleaning less work for them ! There not hard done by on the way of cigarette breaks ever the full zombie staff are up the side flat out on the rollies! That little old woman with glasses who floats around the restaurant is ridiculously rude as well the way she's spoken to me personally as well as other customers for no reason is ridiculous! It's not often I visit McDonalds but when I do it It is this one as it is the nearest to me. It is therefore disappointing when I do attend. More often than not they don't always have what I want for whatever reason, excuses are somethings broke down or the item is not available but most annoying is when you finally get your order and take it home it's not what you ordered or something is missing. Today has been no different, ordered a salad box to find no sauce. The box hadnt been closed properly nearly wnded up with the salad all over. Load of dried lettuce leaves, two big chunks of onion, two slices of tomato and two slices of cucumber and a piece of chicken. It is only sauce at the end of the day but I have still paid for it. It's standard with the salad box, I haven't asked for it extra. You are asked to check the order befor paying so why is this not being followed by the staff when preparing. These meals aren't cheap and I would have gone back but it would cost me more in petrol. Not good enough

Exceptional customer service on this visit for brekkie. No complaints about the food or speed of service.

Never really had any problems, you get what you pay for it's McDonald's after all.

The atmosphere is much better since the new renovation, however, the food doesn't seem to be at the quality that I would like it to be. I know it's McDonald's but still can't there be a decent burger? The fries are pretty good. One thing I have noticed is in all McDonald's they have staff walking around asking you if you're okay and it's okay if they ask you once but if they keep coming back to the table you feel like, can you give me a break please? Overall not a bad one but not really keen on the quality of the basic burgers.

Always missing items on my orders . Whether it’s the cheapest or expensive item still not good when something that is missing it half the price of the total cost

I've only been through the drive thru, have not been inside. My Sons love having food from here. Quick moving que whenever I have visited. Staff have always been nice and polite. Any problems dealt with immediately. Recently changed my stars from 5 to 3 as I have ordered through the app on several occasions for delivery from this restaurant and there are always items missing. Restaurant refused to send items out and advised me to contact Uber, Uber are not the ones responsible for packing the items though. Items need to be double checked before going out for delivery.

Always forget something not even small things could be half your meal

It is taking more than 30 minutes to get through drive thru and once you are in the queue you can't get out.

Ordered on Uber eats at 20:05 and had 7 different drivers in the space of an hour. Physically had to drive to the restaurant myself to be told the order had just left after over an hour. We got home before the order did surprisingly and the order is wrong. Not what I ordered. Although when I went to McDonalds I was assured by a manager she had packed the order herself, so obviously your managers are liars and incompetent of fulfilling an order you read off a piece of paper and terrible at customer service as she lied to our face.

Every time I have been there I never managed to get a milkshake. They are always every time out of it. Absolutely pathetic. The order taking at the drive thru is appalling, rude, slow and just terrible. Management should really consider what they are doing in this place.

Just eat order totally wrong. No way to contact restaurant. They just don't answer the phone. Driver want to leave and run away. Told him to take the fecker back. Communication with driver problematic because of obvious language issue. Never using them again..

Ordered off the McDonald's app my burger wasn't in it so had to drive down and get it. I was stood for 10 minutes waiting to be seen to and when they gave me the burger that was missing it was stone cold by the time I got back to my house. DON'T order the Deluxe quarter pounder it's literally the same as the original with a single slice of tomato and extra lettuce 👎☹️

I stopped into the drive-through for a quick lunch, I ordered a hamburger with extra pickles and extra onions, a medium fries and a small oasis. when I received my burger, the paper was only half wrapped around it, no extra pickles or extra onions in the burger. The fries were mangled and torn up and shoved into the carton. I wasn’t provided with a receipt so wasn’t even able to review the quality of the meal via the McDonald’s website. I appreciate it’s a busy time but you would think a large company would have better quality control/standards and prioritise customers orders rather than rushing through people in the hope that they wouldn’t complain when they order was inevitably wrong.

They are playing with customers, no proper delivery, too many item missing, I spend 24£ for 2drink and 2 fries, they don't pick call, ridiculous, very poor service, big shame for brand

This MD has some of the worst staff of any MD. Their slovenly and the customers are an inconvenience to their conversations and personal chit chat. Avoid it if you can.

Just been and got so called food chips were cold and the burger I got was Stine cold been sat out for long enough the cheese was turning up and changing colour be a very long time before I go back not been the same since the changes need to look at customers in not just delivery if that's what they are aiming for close it down for sit inside

Really enjoyed our takeaway today. Service was good and quick.

Spent £1m for nothing. So many more un happy customers at all times. Feel sorry for all the drivers as they have no choice.

Ordered a delivery arrived cold and no straws for my drinks.

Ordered from just eat, ordered 2 20 nuggets 2 large fries and 2 large milkshakes. Got the milkshakes got the fries no chicken rang them no answer checked mcdonalds again and chicken was unavailable after we ordered. Ended up ordering KFC and asking for a full refund. Not happy

Been going for over 2 weeks trying to get a milkshake for my daughter as she is in hospital as she can't eat as her throat and mouth are sore keep getting told not available,,, please tell me why both McDonald's say the same thing,,

Absolute car crash ! Waited 25 minutes for our food ! Customer after us asked for refund and his order magically appeared before ours ! No communication at all ! I have worked in fast food and catering before and never seen such poor customer service ! Very disappointed ! Not the staff fault as they looked really stressed but something definatley happened with the organisation and management of this situation ! Uber eats in and out constant If you cannot cope with both dont do it ! If I could give 0 I would ! Very poor service !

Spanking new refurb, ordering electronic boards clunky to respond, would not accept payment so had to pay at counter with indifferent member of staff. Waited 14 minutes, no food, had to chase. Eventually food and wrong coffee labelled for next number customer, too frustrated by then to complain. As an eating and service experience very poor!

Whenever I go to drive through early in the morning it's says its shut ,but if you walk in its not its open, but no staff to be seen I just order on the screen and then the only time you see someone is when they bring the so called order out .Also its usually empty but the place is a mess uncleaned tables etc and long wait for order .I ordered chicken salad and got a box full of soggy lettuce with one piece of chicken on top , Ive never had such a poorly prepared meal from mcdonald's ever this place is a joke I ate the chicken and binned the rest,you have to wonder if the staff are up to the job of cooking and serving food and worst bit is you can no longer see the the kitchen part so for all we know it could be as untidy as the rest of it.

Drive through here Terrible ordered 2 chicken nugget happy meals and was sat in a bay for about 25mins waiting seen them come out and give the drinks to someone else and then not give me any drinks so went back and said I don't have drinks then had to wait in a bay again for 15 mins for them to bring my drinks out, then ordered the same again and waiting in a bay again for around 20 mins so much for fast food!! Complained but was just told I don't know why you were waiting I counted 14 cars to order get their food and leave in the drive through while I'm still sat there terrible service!!

Keep getting orders wrong and missing items too frequently. Could do better.

They've renovated this McDonald's recently and the changes have both proa and cons. The biggest change is the layout with more space being used for the kitchen so there is less seating which is a bit of an annoyance when it gets busy. More so that several staff are taking up tables for admin work when you would think a specific staff area could have been considered in the renovations if they were taking out space from the customer area. The toilets are certainly cleaner and more space efficient which is a plus. They have spaces in the middle for pads but there aren't actually ipads in the holders which defeats the purpose a little bit. The food was made fast enough and was tasty enough for the price. The paper straws make it a nightmare with the drinks. The service was fine. There wasn't any staff wandering about doing jobs outside of the kitchen so I can't really judge them on that.

Ordered a double cheeseburger with no onions due to an intolerance and received a dollop of onions in the corner. Received a new one but they looked so uninterested.

Waited 30 mins for 1 burger, 1 mcflurry and 1 drink, staff attitude was 'oh we have to do deliveries and drive thru first'.

Sadly i decided to visit since the new upgrade improvements ladt month..But i wasnt impressed.It is smaller as now it has a seperate area for take away online orders.It felt like being in a box very cramped .The poor staff were too busy but trying to help as much as possible.The system for drive thru is very poor with vehicles that are waiting for their orders having to drive against the traffic coming in.Sadly i dont plan on returning but hope they improve for their regulars.

You need to order and pay on the automatic menu boards as there are no counter staff. There is only a collection point although your meal can be delivered to your table by a staff member.

Liked the revamp that had been carried out. Ordered for table service, but took ages for food to be brought out. When it arrived, it wasn't even hot, so I sent it back. Had to wait again for the food 😩

The refit has made this an impersonal place to visit. The counter where you wait for your order looks like the entrance to a public toilet. The refit has removed the opportunity of watching the mcdonald's team work. I will not be using this mcdonald's again

It is a good place to eat and looks better after refurbishment. Service could still be improved

So slow 'service' now two weeks in a row for standard breakfast eat-in items in empty restaurant Sunday morning. Won't be going back.

Been refurbished but decor, atmosphere and seating area is way inferior than it used to be. Food and service good but poor eating area.

When you get home to find 1 of your 2 burgers doesn't have a burger in, you have to ask the question ' what sort of moron could do this. But then to go back on another occasion and find out when you get home there's only 2 burgers instead of the 3 you ordered, it begs the question what sort of moron would order from them again. In this case it was me. You shouldn't have to check your order incase someone can't count or is unable to put the main element of a burger sandwich in it, but this appears to be what the trend is now. 👏🏼

Lovely staff. Very clean restaurant and staff actively cleaning. Better than many a macdonalds I've been in over the years. Well done to the team.

Waste of time don’t even bother, service is poor and slow

Just been refurbished and it looks awful. The seats are rock hard. It was so much better before. Had to wait a few minutes at the till before anyone served me. Food was ok but that was the only good thing about my visit.

Horrible place now the tills have been taken out. Disgraceful system, process & experience.

Doesn’t do delivery anymore sadly. Closest one is the services, and because of the distance the delivery charge makes it not worth it.

Don’t try and order any food from this place. Orders are getting delayed by an hour, then brought cold or not even your order. I gave them second chance couple of times, but they disappointed us even more. Not going to order from this place ever again.

Usually full of teenagers hanging out. Food order is usually wrong or they haven't got machines working.

As an employee there I would expect the food to come to me like I was a customer buying something from there but I had something missing off my delivery and this isn't the first time this has happend this time they missed a promo item the chicken Mac and I ain't happy

Very clean, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The toilet was very clean and hygiene was first class. Service was very good and it was delivered to our table.

The restaurant is great for getting a quick bite, especially if using drive thru or collection, but a bit crowded and noisy for a meal, with a number of rowdy kids coming in - this has improved, as well as lots of delivery drivers who take up a quarter of the restaurant just to the right of the entrance.
