Subway in Darlington

The foot long nachos were shocking hardly any nachos, barely any topping not what was described not worth the money at all. Hot cross bun bacon was atrocious very minimal filling burnt and tasteless. very disappointed and poor quality

Best subway in the town, every time I order the salads are so fresh.

suppose to be 10 cookies received 6 or miss items such as sandwiches mainly it’s the cookies etc don’t know how they get it so wrong when should be checking before sealing it up 🤦🏼‍♀️ especially when buying x3 but only put 2 in 🤣

Food was cold must have been sat around

I received a portion of waffle fries which came with no sauce and the amount of waffle fries hardly covered to bottom of the box!

Slow and missing 80% of the order

Absolutely shocking. No sauce for the wrap which is hard and cold, no crisps for one meal deal. Double of one thing which was not wanted. Cold drinks just thrown on top of the “warm” food. Cookies mixed together ( good thing no allergy’s )

Driver was very helpful with an issue I had with code. Really nice guy

Never went to subway in 39 years....my gf took me and was the best sandwich I've ever tasted....I love this place and would recommend here to anyone....Great food and great staff....x

The lettuce chips soggy and not cooked. Everything else was fine

Ordered 2 subs and hash browns at 12:30 & was advised 13:00 for delivery. Eventually arrived at 13:45 - shocking really for the small order.

Bread was stale or over cooked. Was not nice at all

One item missing on order but request and received refund straight away. Reay of the food was lovely and was hot when delivered

I ordered a meal deal and some of my order was missing upon delivery. I rang the shop to enquiry about this, to the answer being, come and get it, request a refund or order one again with my next order, I was looking forward to eating my full order. Safe to say I have requested a refund and will not be ordering again.

I ordered a very simple sub and they filled it with the wrong food

You managed to put the wrong ingredients in the sub which meant due to allergies it couldn’t be eaten - luckily I noticed before eating or it would be a different story! Then you threw the drinks on top of the food so it was all cold and very flat and the dip had burst open in the bag. Just disappointing and very messy!

My Oder was delivered to the wrong house I lucky seen the gentleman on the bike and tried to call him over to find out where my order had been delivered but completely ignored me and drove off, I found the house my order was at which was no where near the same number as the house number stated, also few orders missing out my order will definitely go back to using feethams

This is the worst Subway I've ever been in. Customer Service was non-existent. My chicken nacho bites weren't even warm, so I asked a member of staff (the older woman with glasses and messy hair) if she could make them hot. No apology, not even a smile. Had to sit at a table that hadn't even been wiped.

Would have been better if they had delivered to the correct address!

Requested half onion in one of the sandwiches and half pickle in the other still got it in the full of the sandwiches even tho got an onion allergy very soggy sandwhiches not satisfied at all

Rock hard bread, if you threw it at someone it would knock them out, no cheese as requested, un toasted as requested and then added extra ontop of what I was told was £7 upon ordering to £9.57!

I ordered a sandwich without onions and received onions and they sent the wrong cookies

Ordered two sandwiches, my partner hates mayo and they have put mayo on both sandwiches, we ordered one with and one with southwest chipotle.

I clearly stated to take out the ketchup from my sandwich and replace with mayo but you didn’t do this so it went in the bin.

Hardly any chicken or cheese mostly just a Luke warm onion subway n for the price of nearly £9 you would think you would get a decent portion

Everything was cold, meatballs never come cold from feethams in town and that's further, it was like the staff turned the heaters off an hour early. Not happy with this and will be ordering from town next time

Food was delivered, but no one knocked to let us know. Items left on the doorstep, freezing cold and required heating up, which defeats the object of ordering a quick service takeout. Quality of food was subsequently reduced. No criticism aimed the counter staff, but the delivery operative was appalling with no thought to customers and should have at least seen the person receiving the food. Customer service nil, and a review of the procedure should be carried out, I won't be using this service any time soon. Extremely dissatisfied.

Usually never have a problem but my Veggie Delite footlong only had cheese sauce and onions, no Lettuce, Cucumber or Sweetcorn and now they aren't answering the phone

Ordered 2 sandwiches, one was what we ordered and was lovely the other wasn’t what we ordered and when trying to call several times to request the one we ordered and paid for no one answered the phone - left with a sandwich that was paid for and unable to eat
