One item missing on order but request and received refund straight away. Reay of the food was lovely and was hot when delivered

I ordered a meal deal and some of my order was missing upon delivery. I rang the shop to enquiry about this, to the answer being, come and get it, request a refund or order one again with my next order, I was looking forward to eating my full order. Safe to say I have requested a refund and will not be ordering again.

Ordered a foot long and only got 6 inchs not happy

Unbevievably rude staff. Can tell this is ran by someone different from when i was last in. I wont be visiting this subway again. AVOID!! I ended up leaving wothout my food

I ordered a very simple sub and they filled it with the wrong food

Delivery was faultless but the meatballs in the sub were far from fresh. Half of them were dry and crusty. Will not order from this place again

You managed to put the wrong ingredients in the sub which meant due to allergies it couldn’t be eaten - luckily I noticed before eating or it would be a different story! Then you threw the drinks on top of the food so it was all cold and very flat and the dip had burst open in the bag. Just disappointing and very messy!

My Oder was delivered to the wrong house I lucky seen the gentleman on the bike and tried to call him over to find out where my order had been delivered but completely ignored me and drove off, I found the house my order was at which was no where near the same number as the house number stated, also few orders missing out my order will definitely go back to using feethams

This is the worst Subway I've ever been in. Customer Service was non-existent. My chicken nacho bites weren't even warm, so I asked a member of staff (the older woman with glasses and messy hair) if she could make them hot. No apology, not even a smile. Had to sit at a table that hadn't even been wiped.

Would have been better if they had delivered to the correct address!

Requested half onion in one of the sandwiches and half pickle in the other still got it in the full of the sandwiches even tho got an onion allergy very soggy sandwhiches not satisfied at all

Rock hard bread, if you threw it at someone it would knock them out, no cheese as requested, un toasted as requested and then added extra ontop of what I was told was £7 upon ordering to £9.57!

This order was never delivered yet said it was. It took over two hours for it to update and yet I checked and never went anywhere to miss it.

Ordered two sandwiches, my partner hates mayo and they have put mayo on both sandwiches, we ordered one with and one with southwest chipotle.

I clearly stated to take out the ketchup from my sandwich and replace with mayo but you didn’t do this so it went in the bin.

Hardly any chicken or cheese mostly just a Luke warm onion subway n for the price of nearly £9 you would think you would get a decent portion

Everything was cold, meatballs never come cold from feethams in town and that's further, it was like the staff turned the heaters off an hour early. Not happy with this and will be ordering from town next time

Food was delivered, but no one knocked to let us know. Items left on the doorstep, freezing cold and required heating up, which defeats the object of ordering a quick service takeout. Quality of food was subsequently reduced. No criticism aimed the counter staff, but the delivery operative was appalling with no thought to customers and should have at least seen the person receiving the food. Customer service nil, and a review of the procedure should be carried out, I won't be using this service any time soon. Extremely dissatisfied.

Usually never have a problem but my Veggie Delite footlong only had cheese sauce and onions, no Lettuce, Cucumber or Sweetcorn and now they aren't answering the phone

Ordered 2 sandwiches, one was what we ordered and was lovely the other wasn’t what we ordered and when trying to call several times to request the one we ordered and paid for no one answered the phone - left with a sandwich that was paid for and unable to eat

I am not able to understand why delivery person take opposite direction route before delivering my food. It’s happening from last 2 times and coz of that food is either delivered cold or soggy.

Missing items from salad and poor portion size..paid for diuble meat but received single

I ordered a chicken and bacon sub with double cheese there was no cheese in it there was 1 slice of bacon and 4 little chunks of chicken it’s basically bread barley nothing was put in the sub so I paid £5 for a piece of bread.

Driver got to end of street app updated with delivered then left the exact subway store has no way of contacting the drivers not a phone number to ring just hand the food to whoever it seems

Subway salad is the best anytime, any day. My only advice is that the packaging should be changed from paper box to plastic bowl as they used to before. Paper is not edible and definitely not hygienic.

The food was good ,on time just missing the spinach from both salads which it stated on the receipt that it was inside , quite let down as my wife is anemic,so needs leafy greens,so for this reason I won't be ordering again as last time the plant based cheese was missing ,would like to request a refund

Got one of the sandwiches wrong, we're unwilling to rectify situation and referred me to Just Eat, who also are unwilling to remedy the situation in any way. Use another service.

There was vegan cheese missing from my sandwich which I was not informed about when placing the order, and the receipt clearly stated it should have been on, not happy with their lack of communication, they could of contacted me if they didn't have any and I could of ordered something else

Wrong drink, sandwich not cooked, wrong dressing on salad and paid for extra cheese and there was hardly any at all.

Salad didn't have much cheese on and sandwich wasn't cut properly and cheese bites had no sauce.
