I never eat worse kebab in my Life everything went to bin.

Absolutely lush food, we discovered this take away recently and it's definitely somewhere I can recommend to friends. The service is on point and the staff were both friendly and helpful, we are so impressed with this place and we intend to make it our regular treat. Exceptional all round value for money, amazing service and food is cooked to perfection.

Waited nearly 2 hours for our food that we ordered. After an hour and a half of waiting, my partner phoned up and the gentleman who answered was abrupt and slightly rude. All we wanted to know was how long the food was going to take. The food wasn't exactly top notch, surprising really considering I have ordered from Best Kebab 1 alot in the past and it was a go too. The food was stone cold within 5 minutes of opening the delivery. On the plus side, the delivery driver was very kind and apologised for how late the food was.

Not worth the money and the taste, very delicious and tasty smell, I also recommend garlic the best food

Next time I order food I actually want it delivered to my actual door and not left downstairs, one delivery driver has only ever came to my door but the rest are refusing to come to my doorstep and hand me my food, Covid isn’t going around anymore so why aren’t they delivering the food that I ordered to my door

No word of a lie this is the best pizza shop in darlington I got a parmeaan chips garlic salad and can of coke for £8 and it was a full parmo the chicken was cooked buetifuly and the cheese was awesome. The staff were very polite and kind .had to wait 8 minutes I think for the food .I will definitely be going back .

Ordered online and Waited 2 and a half hours and didn't even turn up , rang twice and fobbed off both times telling us that the food was with the driver and no apology, waste of time , cancelled the order and was refunded via foodhub,

Was good food wedges were amazing so were garlic mushrooms however forgot our 2 pots breads :(

Just had the worst Parmo I have ever had, it was overcooked dry as a bone with a little bit of cheese added to the middle of it, no bechamel sauce that I could see or taste, most of it went in the bin absolute joke

Ordered from here as it said max delivery time was 75 minutes. As soon as the order was accepted that went to 100 minutes. I’m now on 126 minutes wait. The guy on the phone only knows one phrase ‘order is with driver now’ Only order from here if you want sometime to eat tomorrow night EDIT: food arrived after over 2 & half hours, freezing cold and the delivery driver told me he had came directly from the restaurant 5 minutes ago, so I presume my food has been sat about for the past however long, whilst the guy on the phone lied through his teeth about it. Also look at the state of the pizza which is the only thing I can actually eat cold

Came hour and a half late, delivery man didnt have enough change to give me? Didnt get the sauce, ordered margarita but got bolognese instead? kebab meat wasnt 100% definitely wont be ordering again...

Chicken kebab 🥙 with red cabbage and chilli sauce, was absolutely delicious. Been years since I had one and boy was the wait worth it. 🔟 out of 🔟 Called in again tonight, oh man the kebab was beautiful. Had the same again, was recognised and thanked for my review. Once again 🔟 out of 🔟

Food's ok. Arrived quickly enough. But CONSTANTLY having to call them because my order is never complete. 3 times in a row now. Taking the piss. Shan't be ordering here again.

Normally ok kebabs but on friday we ordered a couple and they were horrid they had been cut into little squares and heated on a plancha (not nice) and there was hairs in the salad, so wont get another

Food arrived hot and perfectly cooked. Staff even went off menu to create my own burger and satisfy a pregnant ladies cravings. Definitely happy and the baby thanks you 😊

Shwarma chicken is top notch, not full of colouring like some takeaways, and also not over spicy. Friendly staff too, I always collect, and it's always on time.

Under cooked chicken and I'm bad as a dog today!! The order came within 20 mins of being placed. Won't be going back

Disgusting service! ordered food on the app and asked them to deliver @ 7pm. Went on live chat to confirm this was OK and 'James' told me 7pm was fine. Great! 6.40 they turned up when i wasn't home, luckily my wife was in but only to be told we had to pay £4 deliver charge that was not ever mentioned on the app in any shape or form... she told the deliver lad this was not included and was never mentioned and we would not pay, he was rude and abrupt and said he would ring the shop. He went to his car and was on the phone, then just drove off! She called me so i rang the shop only to be fobbed off .. if you are going to use an APP - have it working correctly!! include deliver charges AND turn up on time not 20 minutes early! so when i get home it would have been stone cold! I pity anyone who ordered two kebabs that night after me as they will have been warmed back up! bork!! RUBBISH SERVICE RUDE STAFF - it was a good job i wasn't home when this lad turned up, rude and obnoxious or he would have been wearing the kebabs!

Although the food is very nice, delivery took over an hour and when the food arrived the dips that I had paid for were not there. When I rang the shop they said they would get some dips sent up to the house. After ringing 2 times, and waiting an hour the dips did not arrive and the food was cold. Not impressed with the service I received. I understand they may be busy but if you pay for something, you would expect everything to be there.

Ordered food. Only half of the order arrived after a 2 hour wait. I then contacted the company to advise the order wasn't there they said that they don't care and they will not send the additional food money was taken and food not received.

I was in the process of writing a very good review for this takeaway restaurant based upon earlier good experiences, but this was completely derailed after taking delivery of the most foul dish I have ever attempted to consume. The meat was dry, cold and obviously well past its use-by date and the pitta breads were completely burnt, stale and impossible to eat. I find such a terrible mistake to be completely unacceptable, as even the most novice of cooks should have known that the meal was unfit for human consumption. SHAME ON YOU, BEST? KEBAB...

parmo is always burnt around the edges. also they have the thinnest parmos for some reason. One more than 1 occasion they have forgot garlic sauce and only screamed down the phone when they were notified.

Food was nice the bits that showed up at least, rang up and explained that we have already paid but food is missing. 1 hr 15 mins later, still no food or cash returned. Really disappointed, will not be ordering again!

Use this take out every week and usually very good. Tonight 2 items missing from my order so I called the take out and basically was called a liar and was told it was all sent out! Maybe the driver got hungry!! Because of previous orders being wrong I always write my order in the comments box then surely they can't get it wrong can they??? Oh wait yes they can. Man on phone was extremely rude when I queried it and told me to use another take out. Oh don't worry I'll never use this place again, I know of far superior places with better tasting food. Absolutely shocking customer service, will never ever order from there again.

Very disappointed with the service, the gentlemen had an attitude on the phone.. mixed up my order the told me I must have got it wrong. Will never return.. If I could be deduct stars I would but I have to give a star to submit.

After leaving a comment stating that I didn't want mushrooms or peppers on my chicken and donner calazone Due to being allergic to mushrooms I was deeply disappointed that it came full of mushrooms and peppers, not a single piece of donner meat or chicken to be seen! always use best kebab 1 and never been a problem but tonight was awful. ordered food for a delivery time of 8.05. went onto just eat at 8:15 in which it said completed. we rang the takeaway around 8:25 to which firstly they couldnt find our order, to then they said it was on its way. when it arrived the delivery driver knocked, then because i wasnt at the door within 5 seconds and it was raining he banged on the door again. eventually sitting down with the food, the parmo was burnt, had about 10 chips and the salad was red hot. poor poor service and wont be using again.

Ordered 2 wraps with 2 chips, cheesy Garlic bread, diet coke and Fanta. After 1 hr 30 mins we got Garlic bread with no cheese, full fat coke instead of diet and soggy chips. Not great this time, usually good.

They Dont listen to any comments u request, ordered 2 meals with salad only received 1 salad! Also only 1 pitta bread! Also asked for a cold garlic dip as always served warm, and still delivered warm! Last time i use this takeaway

Bit disappointed wrong donner sent and Parmo was over cooked phoned to tell then dont think they were too happy with my call on the plus side they did replace the full order which was a lot better and correct this time
