Great food every time, really quick delivery! Love getting the chicken wrap delicious and filling and love the chips!

Ordered kebab meat with chips, asked if I wanted salad, to which I responded what is the salad, I was told the usual, had to wait outside because of covid, fine but then see them load coleslaw into a box which wasn't mentioned when I asked, the guy behind the counter then scooped it out with rolled eyes, even more so when I asked for a new box. Very poor customer service and the food was minimal and cold by the time I got it back... wont be going back pity as in ideal location... instead use parmesan house in Branksome Shops

Ordered a Cheese burger & Hulk burger from The Green takeaway, best I've tasted in the town, excellent service, delivered quickly. I would definitely recommend these especially for the burgers.

Actually zero stars but I have to select at least 1! No, just no, got a chicken donner kebab and basically binned it. The place is filthy, very questionable food hygiene standards, same tongs used to put the chicken on the hotplate then dipped in the fryer to flip parmos and pick up donner meat. Staff just wipe their hands on their clothes rather than wash them. They need a hygiene inspection badly. Hotplate not cleaned so black residue on the chicken. Raw donner carved off then finished on the hotplate next to the chicken. Shocking

Food took neaaly two hours too arrive, wasn't the best pizza either would not order from here again

The delivery time management was fine, the website said it would be here at around 6:30 and it came earlier. However, the pizza was not the most appetising. Once I had opened the box all the cheese had slid to one end off the box which may result in your delivers not handling the pizza boxes properly. Although the pizza itself tasted nice, like a pizza, it was definitely not an appealing sight to look at, I shouldn’t of even eaten it, it looked that unappealing. Maybe just a helpful tip. Lie down your deliveries flat on the chair when delivering. Thank you.

Shocking service. Food finally turned up after a hour and 45 mins and was stone cold and soggy. Food was paid for and still waiting for money back for food that was totally inedible. Stay well clear.

Very greasy pizza with no taste at all. Chilli sauce is too bad and donor kabab is just average. Never going to try again.

Ordered a donner wrap, didn’t offer to put any sauce or salad in it, so came home with a plane, soggy and poorly wrapped wrap, and rock hard, undercooked chips. The young man also handled my money with his bare hands, he then operated the filthy till which had black greasy dirt marks all over the buttons, then proceeded to make my food without washing his hands. Ended up binning the food. Disgusting hygiene and the service was awful.

Had to scrape burnt bits of the bottom of my burger and the chips had been cooked in old dirty oil. Had to bin my food. First it arrived 2 hours early so sent it back and then it was 1 hour late. Terrible food and awful service

Terrible Service and Food!! They did not listen to our order, we wanted a PLAIN beef burger with chips only, a normal one with salad and a chicken one with salad. Two beef burgers came with SAUCE and salad and mayo on and the chicken burger had sauce and no salad on. Not only this, the bun on the chicken burger was ROCK hard. The requested butter was not present and a black hair was found on the chicken burger! DISGUSTING!

Right where to start!!! I'm not one to ever complain but.... tonight I ordered for the first time in 18 months and unhappy is in understatement..... now don't get me wrong the calzone I ordered is out of this world and so is the burger.. my issues are "two long black human hairs in my garlic sauce and rotten "As in brown and dead" lettuce in my burger... will not order again as it's seems to be worse that 18 months ago when I last orderd

Ordered at 7.55 pm its now 11.20 pm no food has arrived brilliant for those who want to diet 0 calorie meals its a super models dream take away

Absolute disgrace. Used to order from here alot. I order from here the other day week as a collection the food was under cooked. Rang them and they replaced the food which was also still under cooked. Ordered again tonight half my order was missing and almost an hour late the replacement for what I had ordered still hasn't arrived. The customer service is an absolute joke the staff are so snotty and there attitude is ridiculous. I will never recommend using this take away shop to anyone and I will certainly never be using them again.

Ordered peporoni pizza with BBQ base for delivery but it was just plain tomato base. Also it takes ages to come and we only live 15 mins away
