constantly getting orders wrong ordered big mac meal (very easy order ) get all the way home only to have a box of spicy cheese balls. please check your order before driving home this is the third time for me now. wont be returning...

Brought breakfast meal deal coffee cup was so bad it look like they took it out bin reused ...the manager said it bad replaced coffee ,maybe they recycling old cups to reuse again ....

Scam This has happened 50+ times. Ordered a dip & paid money for it and it’s not come. This store had blocked my phone number. This store owes me £50+ times then when I complain they block my phone number. Spoke to other stores and they can’t do anything about it

I have found the staff here, all around the store, to be very friendly towards me. On one occasion, I accidentally ordered the wrong item, I went back to explain that it was my fault and to order another, expecting to have to pay again. The staff took it away and replaced it free of charge. Needless to say I was very happy and thanked them, especially as it was my mistake. I have been here several times and I have always been served by a pleasant member of staff.

We don’t go to this store very often but they always get something wrong. Today it was the wrong drinks and with only one half filled. I think this store must be in the running for the worse McDonalds in the country!

I ordered 2 plant burgers, one with no sauce, I asked for 2 milkshakes only to be told no milk shakes, (again). When you have a limited menu, surely it can’t be that difficult to keep enough ingredients in stock in to be able to fulfil a simple order. I had to wait for the burgers which eventually arrived cold. I was then told we now charge for condiments, no mention of this in the menu. All in all very disappointed.

Can go to market Harborough or Oakham and I have to say it’s been three months now and still no milkshakes what’s going on when other McDonald’s have them in stock is it a question you can’t be bothered to make them or are you having trouble getting the stock maybe you could borrow some from other McDonald’s as it is bringing the service down tremendously my dad loves a McDonald’s milkshake it would’ve been a four or a five as the service normally is very good and polite staff good food for fast food LOL don’t let your standards drop the manager needs to get their act together if not the manager the head office.

My wife wanted to try a McDonald’s and our nearest one is near Market Harborough, the place was littered in rubbish and no sauces. Some of the food was okay, the French fries were cold and the service to the table was completed in complete silence, the young girl chucked the tray down and walked off without a word. Come on McDonald’s if you can’t get your French fries right, you might as well give up. Some customer service would have been nice.

no matter which McDonalds I go to the food and the service is always great. I had a big mac and sprite, lovely meal.

Sometimes you get fresh cooked food and a smile, other times you can get the wrong food and it can be lukewarm, best to go when it is very busy. They do have table service, when it gets busy its withdrawn, so you have to stand in line and wait, not enjoyable.

Yet again got home to find part of the order missing. Didn’t call as wasn’t prepared to drive back. Over £40 the order was. Special family treat unfortunately one person didn’t eat.

Ordered two meals in the drive though, we did wait a while but didn’t mind. The staff were too busy socialising and missed half of our order and didn’t realise until we had got home. I called to get a refund and was suggested to - ‘drive back and collect it’ …….. terrible customer service!

We tried to order online, half was not available so cancelled and called in. No hot drinks available, no wraps no quarter pounds, at 1.30 in the afternoon. What are they playing at, we came away and ordered nothing. They lost a good order when four adults wanted lunch. We won’t go back there in a hurry, it is in a prime position on the A6!

Every visit is a complete Waste of time -tgey always get the orders wrong & staff have a terrible attitude the managers attitude is even worse, empty apologies & shrugging off the fact that so many mistakes are made saying it's'not a problem' - it is! Why ask people to check their order on the screen if you can't get your bit right

Our children were at the bit for a takeaway turned up as the has hust open 30 min wait so we declined. However we have been back since and got a drivethro' in a few minutes and it was great, we even had freshly cooked hot chips which you never got when you ate in before. Kids loved it and I was surprised.

Visited thursday for a take out, chips were cold and soggy, cold burgers . When mcdonalds get it right its a really nice treat when eveything is freshly cooked. This is not always the case, as we found today. Staff not helpful at all.

We use the McDonalds in Market Harborough quite regularly, we mostly just have a coffee and McFlurry sometimes we have a full meal we have table service which is very quick and efficient. The staff are always friendly and helpful and they never stop cleaning, so I would recommend it.

Great burgers, ideal for weight loss too because you'll be on the toilet all night long! Come here if you need a crash diet or need to lose weight quickly.

Been there after a day out with family and friends and had great service and food. The staff is very helpful, gladly offered table service. Place is cleaner than foss park and wigston mc Donald's. All the laptops are working and the kids got the balloons at the end as well. Definitely go there instead of wigston or foss park.

Typical McDonald food, used the drive thru. Was quick, place looked clean, no queue when I visited. No problems

Place is ok if your hungry for a quick snack and want to feel full for at least 15 minutes then this is your place.Food is ok but not the best.When you visit your guaranteed a car park full of Travellers from the local Travellers site all sitting in there vans on there phones using the free wifi and maybe the odd one shouting abuse at you from the window. If this is an issue, you can always use the drive thru.

We've have been to many McDonalds restaurants in England and Wales. This McDonalds has by far the best food for taste and quality. Some restaurants seem to give you food that isn't that fresh but this McDonalds always does. Brilliant service as well :)

They really do not try or care at this McDonalds, you would better off in Marks & Spencers which is onsight and carries hot food too.

Can't really go wrong, you drive through, order food, it tastes exactly how you expect it to, doesn't cost the earth. Jobs a good'n. I'd imagine McDonalds attracts people from all walks of life, which can be challenging at the best of times. With that in mind, I always find the staff at the Harb one, friendly, pleasant and always cleaning or tidying when ever I pop in.

In a Mc Donalds you get a McDonalds, you buy convenience and value and remove you hunger pangs. Great for a Sausage and Egg McMuffin on the move

It's OK but a lot of the times you go the fries are cold and soggy, to be honest I have stop going any more for this reason as I love hot crisp chips.

I drop in here fairly often when I am out for a ride on my motorbike, always fast and friendly service, never had a problem with the food, usual Mcdonald's fare, great latte! Restaurant is always clean with a nice atmosphere

I went there this Sunday and the chips were pre cooked and my big Mac was cold,this isn't the first time this as happened,the first time I thought well they must be busy,but this time they wasn't,so I won't be going there again,at least into they cook there food fresh!!!!!

Went to the drive through. Requested extras on my big Mac and no salt on fries. Did it without question. Good service. No issues and quick queue. Excellent

Only go here if desperate for a quick dinner(not very often) but when we do it's always slow and the food never seems to be hot, bordering cold. Today my basic hamburger looked like the meat had a bite out of it, how could they have even put it in a bun, I don't know ? ! Worst McDonald's !

It is a very good fast food restaurant and I think it deserves 4 stars. Some small things to improve on would be: Better food quality (But then again it is McDonald's) and better staff. I always find that when I go there they are always a bit bored, having a rule that you aren't allowed to go on your phone if nobody is there doesn't help though. They also cater for Gluten Free people. Over all I think McDonald's Market Harborough is a good little fast food shop.

This is the slowest fast food place to visit! Every time we go we either have to sit in and wait or a drive through we have to park up! A bit laid back really, food nice when you get it!! Kk!!

What is there to say about Mcdonald's that not already been said?! It's the most hemoginised eatory in the world. This particualr Mcdonald's has decent parking and is located at the axis of the approach to Market Harborough, Foxton and King's Langley. The drive through is rapid, one lane. The food is, as the food is. I shouldn't eat here so much though. I spend a king's ransom at the drive through.

The food is OK but the service always seems to be on a go slow! We have been to quite a few but this service is always the slowest. Food is OK! K+k...

We like to indulge our golden arches fix every once in a while ordering our usual favourite choices but used to hate visiting this out of town branch of the franchise. Service inside the restaurant if you walk in is awful!!!!!!!! I began to think that they were being incompetent on purpose because we always order to take away. They ask 'are you eating in or taking out?' so why 5 seconds after being told 'taking out' do they insist on laying everything out on a tray as if your eating in, then have an attitude when you say ' excuse me, its to go please'? Most of the time they make you wait for some part of the meal and tell you to sit down and they'll bring it over, but if you've order an ice cream to go as well, expect that to melt as they won't have the forethought to do that after making you wait for the hot stuff so a lot of it will be cream by the time you go!We were almost at the point of giving up on them completely but the drive thru often seemed popular, so as a last ditch attempt for a difference in service I suggested we try it (thinking they were being difficult on purpose because we were going in when we wanted to take out, and I suspect I may have been right!) because what a difference!This place should just be a drive thru with parking availability as they provide a much superior service to drive thru customers; even better depending on how long the queue is!I suggest even if you want to eat your meal there, go through the drive thru then park up and eat it in the car or on the green areas or picnic benches outside.Just check before you leave that you have been given what you ordered!

If your looking for fast food you'll be disappointed, food is the usual stuff but some of the staff clearly need training in customer management.Sit down and I'll bring it over...............after 10 patient minutes I went back to find he'd left his shift and no one picked up the order. have no intention of a further visit.

This is an average McDonalds. I have eaten here on a number of occasions. The food is as you would expect for a McDonald's. The staff are usually reasonably friendly. The service usually takes a reasonable length of time for fast food.Most recently I had breakfast here. I opted for a double sausage and egg McMuffin meal with an extra hash brown (orange juice to drink). The orange juice is Tropicana (no bits) which, in my humble opinion, washes down the greasy breakfast perfectly. It is served, very conveniently, in a 250ml plastic bottle.There was a short wait while they cooked our breakfast. The young man who served me said that he would bring it to our table- I let him know we would be outside (as it was a nice sunny August morning). I don't mind waiting at McDonald's as it means it will be nice and fresh when it comes out to me.After a short number of minutes spent enjoying the views of the A6 and its lock-laden roundabout, our breakfast came out. As is typical with a McDonald's breakfast, I was not disappointed. The McMuffin was nice and fresh and the hash browns were nice and hot. I had already stocked up on tomato sauce/bbq sauce from the self-service area, so was raring to go.The meal satisfied my hunger and fuelled a decent day out at Wistow Maze. Another slap up breakfast for two for under £10.

The service was so slow, I waited for the big Mac meal 15 minutes. It wasn't busy, only 2 more customers.

Food tastes like cardboard, the only good thing's are the way out, coffee.Do not understand how people can enjoy the food

We visited on Sunday 13th July at around 8.30pm after a visit to the cinema in Leicester. There were only three or four other customers and, despite there being at least seven staff (including a manager) on duty, the floors and tabels were filthy. The place had obviously not been cleaned in some time. When we left there were two staff members in uniform propped up against the wall having a fag - not a good site. This McDonalds is usually spotless but not that night. We won't be rushing back!

Despite advertising themselves as "open 24 hours", arriving at 2257hrs to walk in to the restaurant, I was met by a guy mopping the entrance porch who simply grunted "closed" followed by "drive thru only".As, in addition to food and drink, I also required use of the toilet I asked if I coils just pop to the loo before driving through for food service. Again, the chap gave a robotic "closed" "11 o'clock closed"I pointed out that it wasn't yet 11 o'clock and asked if he was seriously refusing to allow me access to the toilets. Again, just the grunt of "closed".I returned to my car and went elsewhere.The lack of any personality or flexibility from this staff member means I will avoid a return visit to this outlet.

As usual a good service and fast food on the plate.Plenty of parking space for those in cars; Also very busy in the evening
