The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

Order 2 burritos and they were terrible! Specifically said no beans and add sour cream Got beans absolutely loaded with them and no sour cream!!! Won't be ordering from there again

Ordered a small coke waited over 15 minutes with a child in a wheelchair, asked twice for my order was told "someone will be with you soon " , manager was too busy making an elderly employee call him SIR before she could get past with a bag full of rubbish ♿️

Really bad service and the food was discusting even my dog refused to eat the meat, don’t know how this shop is still open!!! The food tasted water down and not fresh,

Took money and didn't deliver. App said it would be delivered the day after, so I called in to clarify. Guy on the phone reassured me that it would be "30-45 minutes". 1hr 1/2 later, nothing. Phone calls are ignored. Had to seek refund via app vendor. Was then too late to order other food, so absolutely screwed me.

Burger King your Burgers are really king in whole burger restaurants's taste I mean to say it is awesome , delicious, But the service I got I wish I could say the same, First of all when I was waiting for my order at the Burger king counter I saw the lady behind one of the staff of burger king in black shirt and pant there is namebadge on her shirt but I am unable to read that from that distance she was making burgers behind and I saw her packing fries for a while without wearing cap on her head no any hairnet. she is serving or making food without taking care of food hygiene. Dear Burger king If you want evidence of this situation please check cameras of that time I had ordered my food on Date 02/06/2025 Time 7:41 pm. and one more thing I came again from eating area on counter for ketchup I asked one of the female staff serving on front she saw me she asked me. I said her ketchup please, she said ketchup, I replied Yes ketchup please , She ignored and turned and started packing fries in boxes I saw , she came on front but did not given me ketchup, she again turned back to area where the burgers are kept after preparation, she picked those burger which are ready there she kept in bag and called the customer and handed it to customer I was still there waiting for only two ketchups. Now she came to me asked 'sorry' I replied to her two ketchups please. Then she given me two ketchups by covering it in one tissue paper. After having that ketchups I left the counter after saying her thanks for ketchups. I find her behavior with me is rude . Please Have look on this matter Dear Burger king . I not felt good I do not want to post review like this for my favorite Burger king . but I want you to know about this situation. I will delete this review soon . Thankyou for your delicious food I got served each and every time the same taste thankyou very much ..

I ordered the food at 6 minutes past 9 before realising the restaurant was apparently closed, the time kept going up so I ordered from elsewhere assuming it wouldn’t turn up. When it did finally arrive 1 hour and 40 minutes later, it was very cold.

If there was a no star option, i wouldve picked that. I recently went in with my family to get a nice meal for all of us as a nice Surprise treat, But turns out that we are in for a surprise. The shop itself is disgusting And not clean, The Staff are lazy And doesnt help with anything and are very rude. The food Dont even get me started with the horrendous food That they serve The woman there is so rude that she doesnt even clean her hands and just picks her nose and Doesnt wash her hands. If this shop isnt dealt with then i will be filing a report for this shop to be closed as others Are getting fed up with this disgusting nonsense.

Stopped here for a takeaway as was staying nearby. Very nice fish and chips great curry sauce and very nice mushy peas. Fish was tasty and well cooked

The chips and the battered sausage were disgusting! They obviously think it is acceptable to serve food that looks like this! The customer cannot see behind the counter when serving as I would never have accepted this. Also ordered a portion of fish which was also horrible do not use we will not be using this fish and chip shop again avoid unless you want chips that are served from lunchtime in the evening and sausages that look burnt and chard disgraceful , a way of ripping customers off! 😡

Went on 29th Sunday really busy staff were really working hard and they all had nice happy attitude despite the pressure they were under. Highly recommend to family and friends. Great way to top up for the afternoon shopping.

Absolutely useless, staff clearly incompetent- how hard is it to fry chicken selects and put them in a box.. how do you mistake them for cheese bites? Took 25 minutes to give me the wrong order at that point I couldn’t be bothered to wait any longer.
