I went there because its meant ti be fast food,,left empty handed because I couldn't wait any longer.

This place is absolutely disgusting. When I went to the toilet there was no toilet roll, asked the staff behind the desk and the 3 of them looked at me like I have 2 heads. The one man who served me was helpful seemed to be the other one actually doing anything apart from the cook. Went back into the bathroom the toilet was FILTHY! no lock on the door?!! So I check the main door and there was no lock on there either!! This place is honestly the worst bk iv ever been too.

Me and my partner finished work late and thought we would have something to eat on the way back, pulled up to the drive thru, went down hill from there! The assistant was so quick to take my order nothing was correct! Meals wrong, sides wrong! Nothing was right! When I got to the window, I was charged for my food and then given something totally different!! Had to tell them the order again (which wasn’t that much being 2 people!) I was waiting for over 10 min to get the order right. The 3 members of staff were running round like headless chickens to try n get it together! After the wait I checked my order round the corner. I was I sat in the car a member of staff coming round with my side order in his hands saying we forgot this!! When I got back home the food was cold, my burger was wrong! Coke was flat and had no ice and I wasn’t given any straws!!! What I wanted to be a quick n easy meal, was nothing of the sort! Ended up mostly in the bin!! I would never use BK again! Back to the Golden Arches next time!!!

Following a visit yesterday evening me and my friends witnessed a member of staff in the kitchen area washing her feet in the sink, she saw us looking and continued without a concern. We should of stopped there and asked for our money back as today, all 3 of us are poorly with sickness (food poisoning) symptoms. If they’re washing dirty feet in the sink next to a food preparation area what else are they doing?!!! Safe to say none of us will be going back and wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone!!!

My fiancee is a Vegetarian, she doesn't want to eat meat!They have their 99p saver menu, and sometimes have deals - All for MEAT eaters.They have vegetarian equivalents but refuse to put them on the same deals.They have a vegetarian burger equivalent to the 99p Cheeseburger, but it's like 3-4x the price!Burger and Fries deals... don't include the vegetarian equivalent!This is against equal rights, surely a vegetarian has an equal right to enjoy the same deals as a meat eater?It's about time your company catered properly for Vegetarians, while you don't we eat elsewhere it's as simple as that!

We visited King Burger just to have a feel of the tasty burger that comes with fries and a soda. Convenient quick eating with great value for money.

Our first visit to this branch inside The Merry Hill Shopping Centre. We found the service speedy and the staff very professional. Makes a change to go to a Burger King where the staff are so attentive and the service so fast. The food was delivered piping hot to our table. There is plenty of seating to choose from in the food court area.

Went tonight at 20.40 only 2 people on and a young girl on her break on lobby them the manager asked the young lad to ask the girl to come back off her break which she did !Waited for 25 mins for food The manger was picking up nuggets with her fingers and then putting buns in the machine !!! I would say some one needs to be retrained cause I’m sure you are supposed to pick things up with tongs and not fingers Was giving our cups for our drinks and the drinks was warm and yet again no milkshakes Have this place 2 stars for the food was warm and the young girl when she came off her break she washes her hands so well done to her In future I will use the wensbury one

Popped in here for breakfast with my two children, the service was awful and extremely slow. (Especially considering we were they're only customers) the food was not to the quality of burger kings I have previously been to and I was unable to get sugar for my coffee as there was none accessible and couldn't find the staff to ask. I wont be returning or advising others to attend.

Took a bit of time to be served and when we were server the order was incorrect, it was rectified but apparently there was loud music in the kitchen and the girl couldn’t hear properly ! Would have been quicker to go inside

I ordered a chicken royale. Came with brown lettuce and the chicken was soggy not crispy. It looked like it had been there ages. Poor poor poor.

This review concerns the Burger King that is on the upper floor in the Intu shopping mall in Brierley Hill. From the restaurant's website, there doesn't seem to be another one in the local area. As it is on the upper level there is no drive-thru service, though they do prepare 'just eat' deliveries.

I live local to this branch and on every visit I have had there the service has been worse than terrible they are either to busy smoking out side to serve drive thru/ inside counter or don't understand you( drive thru) half the menu always seems to be missing no matter what time of the day usual excuses are sold out we haven't got that or wasn't delivered yet drinks machine never seems to be working properly no gas or they have not got it in yet e.g. lemonade serum and once had a cup of ice cubes with just water in it flat water to boot the only good thing is the fries at least for now the staff have no get up and go be that poor management or an entire staff don't give a s...t attitude the final straw was tonight (22/01/2019) 2230 went there to get a burger after work and was told buy the lad there that they didn't have any whopper Jr or any other burgers Bering in mined that they don't close till 2300 asked for the manager none on site to take the complaint just this lad on his own with a mop and not a clue about any thing Burger Kings head office needs to look in to this site and do something about it !!!!

Guy taking orders for the drive through had less brains than a rotten cheese cake, had to explain multiple times... Took ages to get our food and when it came, my mates order was wrong and some of mine was missing... Plus soft drinks machine was not working so no soft drinks. Staff working slow with less brains than a dead wasp... We had to get drinks from the jet petrol station over the road...

Popped in Sunday about 1545. Ordered a king box. Took 10 minutes to take my money and about the same for the food. Chips were nice and fresh but texas burger was floppy and damp. I asked for a cola but I got some kind of flat, warm thing I couldn't even identify. Won't be going back to this place..

Went to burger king for a quick snack had chicken royal and fries delicous cobs a nice size chips also a nice size not french fries reasonably priced and quite filling

After ordering and paying for food I watched the staff in the back preparing food . Not one had gloves on ! I asked to speak to a manager and he said they didn't have to by law . I asked for my money back .

The food here is always amazing, Always hot. I love it, staff are brilliant and very welcoming. Always happy to help. Fries are never cold either. All round great And not too expensive

I had always thought burger King was a fast food restaurant? Wrong 30 mins sat in a drive thru, with lots of other cars waiting behind me... One person serving, bluntly said "whadda ya want" no drinks apart from apple juice and milk? Complete joke, I love burger King, but decided to drive off and go to macdonalds instead, they need to pick up their game!

Waited over 13minutes in the drive thru just be served waited another 7 minutes for food overall waiting time 20 minutes for fast food What a joke

Left standing in front of counter waiting to make order whilst staff had a shout at each other then one walked out on break good 5 minutes before anyone even spoke to me - I was the only person waiting. Eternity for the food to be cooked. Stale bun on a very expensive chicken burger.

Went to burger king at the waterfront for a quick bite never been before decided on the big box meal as you got chicken burger chicken nuggets chips that tasted lovely as they have a crispy texture and a refillable drink that you refill yourself for £4.99 service was quite quick and there is a small eating area inside

Thought we'd grab food while out what a waste of time.Sales person couldn't understand English order repeated at least 4 times.If that wasn't enough when we got round to pay for food had to wait while it was cooked rechecked order again then pay.Great hot fresh food how wrong could you be chicken fillet meal 2 strips weren't cooked enough burger looked like it had been sat on don't think I need to go on.

Local but terrible customer service, every time I visit the drinks machines are never working, employees need to learn some manners and have a bit more respect to customers, I was waiting for 20 minutes in the drive thru and the headset was on and I could hear the whole conversation between another member of staff, I drove round to the window and was told to drive back through the drive thru which I declined as I'd been sat there for abit to start with and a member of staff told me that I couldn't place an order as I'm not following the rules which I found very rude.

I have been to a few BK’s in my time and have always had a positive experience. Then when I saw a BK opening up within 4 miles of my house I was happy about it.

Extremely bad and unprofessional customer service. I went to get my order and the first thing the women says was, "what do you want", loud and rude. The manager was also there just watching her, and did not do anything but laugh.

Called in here for a drive through, Typical run of the mill burger joint nothing special, Slow service, Decent enough burger.

Omg! The worst service and wait out of anywhere weve been for food, cheese bites obviously rewarmed burnt in dirty oil and dried up cheese we left them, chilli cheese burger no chilli sauce no shakes or icecreams "so good its gone" i think not. 20 min que at the drive thru 3 CARS! chips cold and half full. Employees cant find their own backsides useless, i have to leave 1 star or it would be zero, discusting. I myself have worked for a more popular better known fast food chain, and we never served up such muck! Letter on way to head office supposed to be a new store its a joke, if staff got no job satisfaction or pride in their work get a proper job!

Ate here while visiting Merry Hill. Had to wait 5 mins or so for the food, we were not offered napkins or teaspoon for our Sundae or a tray to carry the food on, it is a food court after all. Lack of attention given to customers waiting more interested in the next one coming up to the counter. Not impressed.

waterfront BK. visited yesterday, dirty tables, did not like mixed toilets, no toilet paper,poo on seat, dirty floor, slow service. Food was good. Because of overall dirty and disgusting toilets would NEVER return, really would rather go very hungry.

The Long Texas BBQ burger is a whopper of a burger and very tasty too. There is even more good news recently as Burger king have halved the price to £1.99 and thrown in free fries as well. Even at its original price of £3.99 this burger is well worth it.

Embarrassing on every metric possible. Shoddy service, dirty tables, food is always a 15 min wait away, drinks machine is permanently broken.

Walking past the 'new' drive though top of brierley hill with my daughter we decided to pop in and get an ice cream. I had heard and read all the negative reviews but thought as it had been open a while it would of made changes! This was the first time we had visited and will certainly be the last!

Would thoroughly recommend the new restaurant in Brierley Hill near the Waterfront.

Went to Burger King Hilton park services southbound and got the veggie burger meal, utter rubbish...the burger is worth about 50p only!

Probably my slowest drive through experience ever. Usually a fan of their competitor I fancied a change, to save a drive I opted for the double whopper meal, sadly only Sprite drink option available as the delivery hadn't arrived. Tasty convenient food let down by a lengthy drive through wait.

Went through drive through took an absolute age to get through to the other end, staff seem very young and are impolite got home 5 minutes after I collected food and my Burger was stone cold, clearly cold when they bagged it up, it wasn't even Luke warm, McDonald's next time

Having been in the burger king today the bad language of the staff behind the counter 11.30 today was absolutely disgusting i was absolutely shocked. Then on my second visit i asked for plain cheese burger with only cheese and burger on the bun to be given burger with all the relish etc on was very disappointing poor service and a smile from staff would be good poor customer service the place needs a good clean

i'm Infuriated with the service and the attitude of the staff. I'm annoyed that they never have the right ingredients. (example: Only had kids whopper when we went on one occasion) But they didn't have any Coca cola today and it was Very annoying as we mostly have coca cola. We had to wait for our undercooked food for 20 minutes in the drive thru. Burger king you need to book your ideas up.

Food here great and staff really friendly, service has gotten loads better since I first went there, all staff polite and helpful, I needed help and they offered me assistant with no argument

Been here twice and twice I been kept waiting.......and waiting! Staff don't seem bothered. I have tried inside and drive thru. Drive thru was the worst as I wasn't acknowledged for 20 mins!!!!! I was on a 30 minute lunch break and couldn't move due to other cars! The staff give you attitude if you dare to say anything. Won't bother. Can see this place closing as customers won't put up with being spoken to like dirt.

Thought we would give Burger King a try and had the £2.99 cheese burger meal , we had to pay extra on top of the meal cause it was only small fries and drinks , we also had 20 nuggets , the nuggets where like processed meat , wasn't impressed at all

The food here is pretty good, but one member of staff stands out. Charlotte is the most helpful and friendly person in the entire food court. Her service alone is a good enough reason to eat here.

We popped in on a Sunday with 2 children. The resturant was untidy with messy unoccupied tables. Lots of rowdy youngsters passing their time there taking up many tables and not eating, with no staff asking them to pipe down. So we decided on drive through instead as the language being used by the youngsters was upsetting our eldest. We ordered 2 kids meals but there were no toys, we were offered a pudding instead though our boys had thought they would have a toy (though in the end they enjoyed their pancakes). They had no mozzarella sticks which we wanted, and no bbq sauce - it's a good job we had some at home. Service was pleasant enough but the place appears to be very poorly managed. As a new restaurant, I'd have thought they'd take greater care to make it a success.

I've only ever been here twice. The first time was just after they opened and they got my order wrong, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and said I'd try again in a few months. I went on my lunch break today and can I tell you, it was disgusting. My coke was flat and had the worst after taste. And my chicken king tasted like fish. I decided to go back up and ask for a refund. As I only had 20 minster left on my break, I decided to go through the drive thru as the store was busy, the lady on the tannoy said go round to the window, which I waited another 5 minutes. By the time I got to the window the lady told me I would have to go in and talk to the manager. I said I have to go back up to work and I would come back later for my refund. The staff were rude and abrupt, customer service is non existent. I will NEVER be using this restaurant again. Absolute joke!!!!!!!!

I took the kids her aged 4 and 6 for their lunch while we were birthday present shopping. The double cheeseburger is huge my 4yr old just about managed to eat it and the chips were lovely, not laden with salt or fatty. I had the single whopper - all the salad was fresh and could taste the beef, not fat dripping from it and the bread was lovely and soft. Daughter had chicken nuggets, they were crisp but the chicken was still soft inside. Just a great all rounder.

Staff was really polite and helpful, really enjoyed the food. Sometimes it's hard to get good quality in fast food places but this restaurant has got it all

Had a big order and the staff told us it may take some time so parked us up and came out to us once it was done.

Went through drivethru yesterday. Food slow to come but they told me that's cus its cooked fresh. Had a large meal for the family. Everyone enjoyed it. Burgers tasted great, not greasy like Maccys. Will defo go again.

Our meal was not worth the money at all from the drive through on our first visit, the food was cold when we got it home, we live about 5 minutes drive away. The burgers had no flavour and the buns tasted really odd. The onion rings and fries were fine.

Terrible place. Floors, tables, toilets and chairs filthy and strewn with rubbish. Half an hour wait for food. No fries, no mozzarella sticks and ice cream machine not working, as on my previous two visits. Have complained to head office. Surely they should be picking up on how badly this place is performing by now??!!

Went to Burger King after a day out.. Ordered 2 children's meals.. After waiting about 15 minutes in the drive through.. Finally got them.. I had a feeling they forgot.. As they asked if I had paid.. Which I had.. Looked in the first bag.. There was about 10 chips.. I asked if that was normal she said yes.. So I opened up the other bag and there was considerably more.. So I asked well what about this one then.. Is this normal and she said.. She would top it up for us.. Which she did.. But it kinda makes me think I won't be going there again..

Been to this burger king a few times now through the drive thru and into the restaurant and every time my order has been wrong the place is filthy the staff don't take ur order I was stood there for 20 mins and ignored then had to wait a further 20 mins for my food ..the drive through experience was just as bad waited so long that we ended up driving off ..staff are rude an no one seems to know what is going on ..be suprised if this place stays open

Nothing fast about this food!!!! Terrible service on the drive thru. Just waited TWENTY minutes with only one person in front of us, they kept getting their order wrong!!!! That wait could have been much longer but we decided enough was enough and didn't want to give them our custom so went somewhere else. Visited previously and went inside... Staff are unprofessional and the drinks machine had ran out of almost every drink and food was cold!!! Avoid at all costs.

The food was served fast. Nice and friendly staff. Very clean. Hardworking staff as they were busy good service

pulled up to place order at intercom and could'nt hear a thing it sounded like someone was whispering down a entry to us , ordered 2 double whopper meals and 2 chicken royal meals but was told they had run out of coke so we had dr peppers instead .It took 40 mins to get round to collection window and when we got there we we told that we could'nt have any fizzy drinks because the machine had broke so ended up having fresh orange juice . To top a bad experience off we got back home and opened up the food and the 4 bags of fries had about 10 fries in each bag and tasted like rubber as if they had been re-warmed . Total waste of £24 will never go there again.

Drive through on sat night at 8.50 ish, ordered food ( if that's what you call it) had to wait for a dessert to be made .

We tried the new drive threw, the woman on the microphone at 3.02pm told us they didnt sell a blt bbq chicken even though there was a massive picture in the window. Screamed repeatedly what did you want and still got our order wrong. Ended up driving off. The que was huge and we had to wait 15 mins to get out the staff are rude and have no idea what they are doing. All need the sack

Service a little slow but not too bad. Just yr normal Burger King food, only criticism would be the lettuce on the chicken royale could have been a bit fresher.

We visited the new Burger King in brierley hill on Friday July 1st for our tea we decided to go through the drive in as we thought this would be quicker unfortunately we were in a que of two cars in front of us and probably 20 cars behind us can somebody please explain to me why it took us 35 minutes before we placed our order and then to receive cold chicken royals meals and milkshake that tasted like chemicals and no receipt the drive through is far too small so once your in a que your stuck as you can't reverse out I felt so sorry for the young girl that served us as she was getting all the flack it isn't her fault Burger King you need to step up and put more staff on and learn them properly how to prepare the food all in all the worst food ever will never eat there again Sandra

Had to wait 20 mins + ordered 2 chilli cheese burger meals. Wasn't chilli at all.. and meal & burger were small like a kids meal. Also ordered 2 kids chicken nugget meals and the nuggets were hard like they had been sat there since yesterday... no ice in drinks. overall disgusting food & service all too busy chatting. Waste of money won't bother again will stick with mcdonalds.

Came and ate 8 whoppers in 1 go followed by 3 large fries. Food was amazing and will come again very soon

On the evening of 27.6.2016 I visited the new drive through in Brierley hill, I now it opened on 25th June but it was the worst experience of my life in a fast food restaurant! I waited 15 min in a drive through placed my order then had to wait 10 minutes for my food which I found it very unexceptible!!!! The drive through was dirty food and litter all over the place....I taken my sons meal back home consider it was a king chicken burger it was very small like a child's meal...think I will stick to McDonald's or kfc from now on unless they can surprise me with a change

The kids love it. Its everything I hate about food. We're raising new generations on this stuff, and I doubt any of them will be astronauts of the future.

I like Burger King, more than McDonalds, they just taste better. However, I do not expect to queue for half an hour to get one!! Yes half an hour!! There were four tills and four queues, two cash only (?) and two card only(?). Unfortunately many people in the queues hadn't seen the small paper signs advising this which caused further confusion. There seemed to be plenty of staff and when I eventually got served the food arrived quickly. I could not term this as fast food though. I'd have been served in a seated restaurant quicker and had a drink whilst I was waiting!! Plus when I sat down to eat my food; which was delicious, it dawned on me how dirty the place actually was. I won't go there again and will stick with the Eat Central Food Court in future!!!!

One line of 15 people, one person serving, many people left before they got served. I waited over 12 minutes in line, then another 4/5 minutes after I had ordered. It took me sometime to find a clean table, rubbish everywhere....yet there were very few people in there dining. Later I walked passed McDonalds, it was packed, funny ah?
