Worst burger I've ever eaten. Never had a meal ruin my day before.

Delivery didn't arrive, waited half an hour before calling only to be told they had delivered ages ago. Checked outside and said it wasn't there only for them to hang up on me. After calling back they acted faster, tried calling the driver and couldn't get hold of him so they sent a speedy replacement. The food was nice, but there's really no need to hang up on a paying customer.

Worst takeaway I’ve ever received in my whole life, the chicken wrap was stone cold and chewy like it had been sat there for over an hour, the chips were stone cold, and the beans were like equivalent to actual dog food, the beans were served in a plastic bowel full of ketchup water. Would not recommend going here unless you want food poisoning, the place needs closing down as soon as possible!

We always get the delivery piping hot! I don't have any faults with them! Late delivery is an advantage! Never had a cold meal delivered! Always my go to place for the munchies!

Ordered a chicken wrap with chips and 2 pieces of chicken. They sent 4 onion rights and 1 piece of dry chicken that must have been sat for hours. Tried to call but no answer. If they was closing they should have just called to refund, not just send out what ever food was left over.

Went in 7 on a Friday told cash only to buy a regular kebab he said do me a small £6.50 wasn’t as filling as normal expect other places says cards excepted so think just had warmed up meat from day before was only person in there won’t be going back seamed to me more bothered doing there own dinners and this is the one bottom town winchester street

The chicken nuggets were awful, had to throw them in the bin, made from some processed meat, no chicken involved. The wings were not really hot wings, rather very oily wings. The burger was good. Got there at collection time, it was faaaar from busy, but they just started cooking the food. The guy was pretty bored, like he didn't want to be there. Needless to say we won't go back!

Took over an hour to arrive and was colder than the peck of a penguin. Bread was stale too, drier than Gandhi’s flip flop. Not good.

They got our order wrong twice & for the second time they came to deliver and he was raising his voice saying we didn’t order properly when in fact they, are the ones that can’t do the maths. Don’t know how to speak to people always speak to customers like we owe them something. Ofsted should definitely pay them a visit because it’s shocking! We tried about 3 times today for us was a big nooo they don’t apologise at all or let you speak super rude. Chick o land is not what it used to be.

Absolutely awful. Service is terrible, Food was delivered to the wrong address but they just shout at you down the phone, refusing to send another order. I couldn't understand what they were saying, probably because their English is so bad. They were so rude. I'd steer well cleat of this hole if I were you.

Ordered chicken burger and chips. The chips were fine but the burger was incredibly dry as though it had been sat around all night and came with no salad and no dressing - just a bun and the equivalent of a beer mat for chicken and without even the offer of salad or dressing. Absolutely vile, and a taste I can't get out of my mouth. Avoid!!! Will not be returning.

How rude can u be.... you delivered the food to wrong house, we called you to say it was at the wrong address.. all we got, was take it to ..... and you shouting... wasn't our fault you driver duped and ran off,,,, next time we won't bother... My usual go to for a lamb doner was closed for refurbishment. Tried a Doner from here, I have no idea what their signature chicken is like, but there was loads of it in the Warmer. Not a great sign esp as no customers in the shop. Kebab. Delicious. Very flavoursome meat with “that” Turkish flavour you would expect. And it was cut fresh for me from the spit, not pulled out from a bay Marie keeping the meat warm. Pitta was toasted as it should be on the grill. (Other kebab outlets in Andover take note) salad and sauce to order and respectively priced at £5.80 (other kebab outlets take note). Fresh salad to order and a chilli sauce to die for. Chicken? Don’t ask me but their Lamb Doner…….,, gets my vote. Only gripe, they don’t give a pickled chill on top. Please fix and I’ll be back.

i made an order via just eat and of course they cheated me out of my gravy.cheapskates.also the chocolate eclers were frozen. i will never recommend them.no wonder they have 2 out of 5.i cant rate them negative or i would have.

Don't bother if your hungry! Customer service 🤣🤣 They give you a delivery time then get arsey with you if you phone up and chase your order when it's 15mins late, then ignor your calls, then it turns up an hour later luke-warm. Will not bother again.

Yet again items missing on delivery. Chickens is so dry it unedible never using again. We seem to always use them because the delivery is quick but the food is getting worse and items are always missing

BEWARE! The website information on the delivery service is a SCAM. We're very frustrated by Chick-O-Land with their horrible customer service. We ordered on their website for delivery. Our home is within 5 miles of their store and their website said there was no fee for delivery to our home. After we placed our order, the store called us and said there would be a £5 delivery charge based upon our location. We tried to tell them we were within 5 miles based upon GoogleMaps and Apple Maps. They refused to listen to us and said they wouldn't deliver unless we paid the extra £5. Needless to say (but I'll say it anyway) this is extortion! Do not order from them and expect they will honor the information on their website.

Good food but was delivered onto the top of a public post box in my village, they couldn't find my house so they dumped it and didn't bother trying to call me and I had to call them and they said it was on the post box

I have food poisoning really badly after eating there chicken strips.

grabbed a quick bit of food while driving around and i parked up a mile away and had 2 bits of xhicken and chips. The grease was already on fhe car seat and the chicken was vulgar. Went back for a refund and bloke was surprised, but after reading reviews on trip adsor i got my cash back . Never again

I’ve used Chick o Land many times over the years. My partner went in today to order chicken wrap, Doner kebab and chicken wings. He wishes he’d walked out before buying but thought he’d give them the benefit of the doubt. Food was disgusting. The wrap fell apart and the chicken was awful. Just not up to standard. Sorry but will never go back. Used to be so good there but they have gone so far downhill. No pride in themselves anymore it would seem. Avoid!!!!

Wow, after reading not one positive comment on Spotted in Andover page, and so many people being ill after eating the food on the reviews here, I will never ever go there!

No delivery and when I rang they said it should of arrived and then hung phone up on me. Rang back they said they would sort out my order as driver delivered to wrong address. Received inedible food dry/half raw chicken, chips soggy and even the drinks were incorrect. Wasn't even what I ordered but after waiting 2 hours I just couldn't be bothered to wait no more. Will never use them again, disgusting service. Originally asked for a refund but they said food was already on way to me so had no choice but to accept as paid by card.

Not well done with no ketchup. Wrap not many mushrooms lots of onions and no lettuce. Wasn't busyas turned up in 10 mins after ordering

Rubbish! Very overpriced and really not very good at all!£10.70 for a large chicken shish kebab and attitude!! A stale pita bread with chicken on top of it with a tiny salad on the side a salad that consisted of lettuce and onion. No tomatoes, no cabbage and no pickled pepper. I asked for chilli sauce and garlic sauce, only got chilli. I have had kebabs from establishments at half the price and so much better. And some of those were in London!! Avoid this place and save your money.

Orderd food and waited 2 hours tryed phoning shop 5 times and again off my wifes phone and no ancer so orderd from keskins and the delivery driver turned up 5 mins later and got funny with me caus i sent him away allways had good experience with them untill now the delivery driver has now lost them a regular customer

We Ordered through Justeat, the driver called as he tried to deliver and his English was not so good, i managed to understand the shop name and address so i confirmed our address. The driver delivered it to the wrong address so we called the shop and they said we will call you straight back. 10 mins later I called back and they said 5 mins another lot will be with you, half an hour later we cancelled through Justeat who were very helpful. The shop still tried to deliver to us and we turned it away as we now had food in the oven, the shop refused a refund and hung up on me lol. Hope you have more luck than us!

Casual Thursday night, didn't fancy cooking so thought we'd get takeaway. After nearly 2 hours of waiting, a tirade of abuse down the phone by the poor paid employee, we finally got our food. Stone cold.... Wraps felt like they'd just come out of the fridge. Chips tasted like yesterday's reheated, and the customer service represented the food... Utterly disgusting. Paid on card so couldn't even cancel. We used to be good regular customer's. Not now, after the crap that got served and the fantastic customer abuse we received. CHICKOLAND you can stick it, right up ya. Absolutely disgustingly vile service, run by no other than cowardly cretins.(I use cowardly because the imbeciles refused to pick the phone up to me after the 3rd time of asking where the hell out food was. 30-45 mins turned into an hour plus). We'll happily give our money to somewhere else, with dignified and well mannered people over the phone. Even if it's later than they predict, I guarantee an apology from whoever I give our money too.

Ordered earlier from just eat with confirmation email, 40 mins after delivery time still no food, called chicoland to be told they had no order for our address and rudely told he was to busy to discuss it, not his problem phone just eat..... Called just eat who confirmed chicoland accepted the order and even extended the expected delivery time. Cancelled the order and will never use this shower of #$*@ again. Disgraceful customer service. Should be ashamed.

Really poor Kebabs. Chilli sauce is some acidic disgusting mess squeezed out of a bottle. It’s not that hard to make fresh chilli sauce.

Really nice staff, and you know what your getting. Plenty of food for reasonable prices. Great if you wanna grab a bite to eat and it too fill you up. Also cracking when you have had a few!!

After a day of meeting family and friends my wife and I felt a little hungry so decided to stop and get something here I ordered a chicken wrap and chips and my wife had a cheese burger and chips. I think I took two bites of the wrap before it went into the bin the chips just about the same. Horrible. My wife ate her burger at a push and the chips joined mine in the bin. Disgusting. I would not have fed any of that food to my dog.

Had to wait an hour & ten minutes for a delivery that i got told would be half hour to forty five minutes, but rang up & they were very polite and sent a fresh hot order out within 15 minutes. The food was delicious & will definitely order from there again

Actually really good value, always more packed in then you order and the guys in there are a great laugh! Food always Cooked to a great standard and one the house offers given if your waiting a little longer then normal.

Ordered a £20 meal!!! What i got was a 8 pieces hot chicken wings ,all bloody at the bone. A six pieces of chicken ,dry like it had been cooking all afternoon. Chips cold and a wrap of mixed kebah that was cooked the same time as the chicken. Was not a good night for the cooks, as i would not call them chefs.

We don't exactly live close as we live in the sticks, but they always manage to get the order right and with good time. Food is really good, especially their chicken wrap. Defo try them out, friendly guys and good food

Nos estábamos muriendo después de un día entero de viaje y sólo tenía un pequeño desayuno ese día. El restaurante del hotel estaba cerrado, así que salimos a las calles y encontramos Chick-o-tierra. Para comida rápida, este era muy bueno y los empleados eran muy agradables. Estuvimos muy agradecidos de encontrar este lugar, y si vivimos en la zona, probablemente visite aquí cuando nos antojaba comida rápida.

A stop over in Salisbury so we could visit the Tank Museum ... 2 x Brits ... and our guests 3 x Germans and 2 x Dutch.One of our NL friends decided he needed something to eat on the way back to the hotel ... so we went into Chick-O-Land.We all looked at the menu and only he ordered."2 x pieces of crispy fried chiccken + chips with cheese"Result ?The chicken was not very crispy at all and tasted only of stale fryer fat.The chips were dry ... with a mound of tasteless synthetic cheese (not melted) chucked on top.This kind of "food" might POSSIBLY satisfy somebody who, after a tonne of beer craves nothing but cheap carbs ... but for me as a a 50 year old hosting visitors from Europe it was nothing short of embarrassing.

Since the owner changed two or three years ago the quality of the food it's not the same. The chicken is dry and hard and the oil to fry is probably not changed as often as previously. The chips are very hard too now. I came back three times since the new management and I was disappointed every single time.

Does anyone go here sober? Fills you up in the early hours and tastes great - I think. Close to the taxis and police station depending on where you plan to spend the night....

The vegetarian burger was of cheap make & the chips were overcooked. Cost me £5.20 & I didn't eat it all as it wasn't that great. Maybe there was a reason it was empty.
