Great welcome at the door 🚪 great food & now the Turkish menu as well! Service is great, food, especially the lamb, was all great! Nothing was too much trouble.

First half chicken bought. Yummy

We had best experience in Andover as a Turkish. Food is incredible. Can’t recommend enough this place. Everyone should try this restaurant.

Ate here as the fish and chip shop didnt want to serve us 25 mins prior to closing lol. Had an absolutely great meal here, chicken was super tasty, nice fries, bottomless drinks, 5 adults for 75 quid, result.

First visit to Frango Grill and we came away full and very happy. Our group had some of their Turkish dishes which were very well received. The chicken dishes were well cooked and the staff very friendly. We hope to visit again when next in the area.

I had the lamb beyti from their newly expanded menu and it was so delicious. The turkish bread, bulghur wheat and salad was so tasty. The lamb itself was moreish and the team were super friendly. Food collection was swift and food was properly packed.

Great food, fast service and reasonably priced. The new addition to the menu is great, would recommend the Lamb shish.

Came here to eat after going to see a movie. Wasn't too busy and there was a nice atmosphere. Staff were very welcoming. Food was good (great fries). When we'd finished, someone took our plates, reminded us we had refillable drinks and told us to take our time and not feel wet had to rush away. If only other places looked after you like this.

Had a small issue but frangos ,except there was an issue and discounted me on my next order as a sorry , well done that's how you treat customers

This place is awesome! If you’re in the market for some decent chicken, then this is the place. In my opinion, much better than Nando’s - and the flavours are on point. Always go for the hot 1/2 chicken and wings 🤤 Pricing is well positioned too - between £10-£20 per person. Refill on drinks and free reign on the delicious sauces.

Molly was superb looking after us in Frangos. Will deffo be back. Great food also.

Our first visit and hopefully not our last. Tried items from their Turkish and regular chicken menus and everything was delicious. A particular favourite was the Beetroot Tarator which was perfect. Great staff with a very warm welcome, the Manager was very friendly too.

Only the second time I've been here, it's very nice, clean and tidy, friendly service and the food is lovely, i had the cheese burger with piri piri fries and garlic bread, very enjoyable. Coleslaw is very nice. The guys make you feel very welcome.

Quick and tasty lunch. Very reminiscent of Nando’s. The chicken was well seasoned, we had the spicy and the herb. Loved the peas and side salad. The coleslaw was much too heavy on the mayo.

I do not recommend, I ordered chicken burger and garlic bread, the "burger" was a panini roll get dry chicken one piece of dead lettuce and 3 slices of tomato. Garlic bread was as well panini roll, generally joke, if u want eat decent food go to nandos.

Second time we’ve ordered and the notes we’ve left asking for mayo to be kept off the burgers have been ignored, resulting in two meals being binned. Shame because when we’ve received the food correctly made it has been really nice but it has put us off ordering.

Lovely food, staff were friendly, welcoming, and the right level of attentive. I had the chicken thighs which were delicious, and ended up with enough to take some home!

Good for that peri-peri kick without having to spend a fortune! Menu is reasonably priced and it hits all the marks of the usual chicken place without the price tag. Garlic bread is decent and the boneless platter is a feast for 2!

Visited with the family after a long day out. Every dish was well cooked, generous portions and nicely presented. Would definitely recommend and visit again if we are in the area

We come in here once a month or so to treat ourselves, the staff are fantastic and food is great! Prices are spot on, and portion sizes are slightly large for me, but who doesn't like leftovers? Highly recommend!

this is like nandos, but 100% better. if you like nandos come here, you will be pleasantly surprised at how good it is. albay and molly made the experience especially pleasant, 5* all day long

If you’ve ever had nandos - this place is trying to do what nandos does but (sorry to say) isn’t the greatest at it. My parents absolutely love it but personally I’m not a fan. The sauce selection is very limited, food doesn’t have great deal of flavour & its not cooked great. We’ve given this place a go 3 times and for the price you pay it’s definitely not worth it & personally I wouldn’t come back.

Staying in Andover and decided to try this place. Service, welcome and food were first class. The food is reasonably priced and arrives at your table quickly. Lots of choice and all cooked to perfection. Loved it I really did. If you haven’t been then go as soon as you can.

Food is delicious and fresh as usual! Arrived in about 15 mins, just fabulous as we were soooo hungry.

First time going to Frango's wasn't too bad. Food was decent, good atmosphere and the team there was really good as well. Good sized portions as I had the double chicken wrap and it was HUGE! Would definitely recommend this place, would recommend going with friends as well.

I travel round the UK for work and usually my biggest issue is FOOD. But since I found this joint, I haven't been worried of what I am eating. The place is extremely clean and tidy. The ambience and the vibes are just really first class. CUSTOMER SERVICE is 💯/💯. Three days in row I have come here for dinner and all three times the food has been absolutely banging. I wish they had branches across the country. They even play Afrobeatz frequently. Lol.chai. I gabdun this place oloun.

Genuinely don't think I've ever been anywhere as welcoming and friendly as this place. An absolute joy. Super accommodating of kids, great food and most of all the lovely staff. It feels like they're happy to have you there and nothing is too much trouble.

My wife is very picky with UK restaurants. She found this place to be very clean, with an excellent service, full of flavour with fresh ingredients, and a very clean establishment. A rare combination in her opinion. As a bonus, most meats were halal. We recommend for a quick grub!

Had to reserve table, however charge £20 instead of £10 which was agreed upon earleir, anyway had a heated argument with the manager named Mustafa over the phone, his english and verbal skills are really poor. Need to learn how to speak with customers. however, turned up on the day whilst ordering food, as the bill was less than £20, he replied we do not refund money so I was forced to order extra food which I didn't need to be honest, as I was with colleagues hence didn't wanted a drama. Might be a nice place for others but no more visit from my end. Avoid it like a pleague. Better options out there. I wish I can give no star......

First time in Andover. I was surprised how quiet it is. The restaurant had very similar menu/price as Nandos however the taste was quite different in a positive way.

Similar to nandos in terms of premise but the food is better! Edited 08/08/23: was visiting family in Andover and thought we would visit Frango's again to see how things have changed. Luckily for us, nothing has changed! The food is still very, very tasty and served promptly and with courtesy. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the restaurant itself is clean, well decorated and is really comfortable. Each time we visit family in Andover, we make sure we come here and long may that tradition continue!

We have just visited for the first time and are thrilled with our experience. A clean, spacious and comfortable place. Super welcoming staff, especially the manager, who leads his staff from the front and clearly takes pride in making sure the customers are well taken care of. Exceptionally tasty food arrived in no more than 10 minutes from ordering and at very reasonable cost. We would definitely recommend and will be back!

Unbelievable,ordered peri burger with chips and drink ,they made it in less than 3 minutes which was super fast but when I went to my van and opened it ,it was disgusting half cook cold pink chicken with greasy chips ,i mean when you pay £12.60 for a burger meal and get uncooked chicken in return,absolutely disgusting,

Don't think that 3 stars is low. It's ok. Its an amount of spicy chicken in return for some money. Its nice. It won't blow you away but if you need something to eat before going out this is more than ok. Better and easier than cooking for yourself - which is sort of the point sometimes.

Our first time. So they do chicken !! .. the ciabata chicken roll was nice, even the medium hot sauce was boardering on too how for me, but mayo soon sorted that !! .. Chicken could have been flash cooked on a grill, as it was in itself, a bit bland. Bottomless sodt dribks a nice touch, but disappointed with no bottomless full sugar drink. Not everyone likes sugar-free !! On for an afternoon bite to eat

Similar to Nandos but better tasting, tender chicken, service was good and the toilet was clean. Very good meal, would go again.
