McDonald's in Test Valley

We got a takeaway for 2 adults & 2 children. Good price, fresh cooked. Had to wait a few minutes but no problem

The oil used to cook the chips was old. Why are so many mc donalds only giving you half full chips?

Multiple parts of order missing

delivery time kept getting put back. when it finally arrived saksa dionfir mozzarella sticks and Mr sweet curry were missing,!

Order was placed at 18:37 and delivery was made at 20:15. The food was cold and had to be reheated. Items that couldn't be heated had to be thrown away. Order was also incorrect.

absolutely disgusted with my order!! first of all i open my drinks and half my oasis is all in the bottom of the bag so my poor son was left with half a drink with his meal!!! i paid 80p for my extra bacon for there to be no bacon. i am fuming !!!!!

The buns on one side of the muffins had shrunk - curious to understand how when preparing them that the staff failed to even see them. Quality assurance is totally lacking. £17 for shoddy breakfast muffin meals isn’t cheap.

Fourth time this year at this McDonalds and same poor service (should have learnt my lesson first few times). Always extremely slow, even without other customers. Food is rarely ready and long waiting times required. Always running out of items such as napkins and sweeteners. Avoid.

All food arived cold and missing a compleat happy meal when i orderd it said delivery within 15/20 mins and arived an hour later now iv had to give one of my kids my dinner. Just eat is getting worse and worse and will be stopping useing them.

Ordered through the McDonald's app and the delivery arrived without the burger. Kind of the point to ensure you put the business model into the delivery bag.....

Despite leaving a note giving exact directions the delivery driver was 30 minutes late & phoned me saying he had to follow the map & he got lost, was rude to me at the door was about to take back the delivery & tell me to report to the app! I was angry because it’s past my child’s bedtime & she hasn’t eaten!!

Ordered bacon roll meal with their new grimace shake. Only recieved bacon roll, no hash brown. Note saying they don’t sell the shakes anymore and replaced with an orange juice??

I am just done with McDonalds thanks to this branch in Andover. They are so bad and seems to be worse every time. Dirty, takes ages to get the order and the quality of the food is the worst I ever experienced in a McDonalds. Apple pie is always past its time limit stamp. The last time it took thdm 15 minutes to serve our order. 15 minutes in a "fast food" restaurant...

It was good before and it gone down the hill. the manager was rude when I ask for extra topping on my McFlurry' which to fare as I am in there nearly every week all the time. they was doing it for a while and now they gone back on their word they said. "no sorry we cant do that anymore. because of cost of food” firstly how the said it was rude and and disrespectful. 2ndly handling in that way' with customers will put people off from coming there. I been going in there for more than over 2 years now, and had extra tops as normal. so now they are only recently gone back on their word, in the last few weeks. after all this time. So because of all this, there are going to loose a lot of money as I sometimes spend £20.00 to £30.00 per time in there. as I now decided today and slept on it overnight and said to myself and my staff “no they can jog on, I will go elsewhere. I will not be going in there again anymore, as they was very rude towards a disability person. I also let Mencap {purple oak support} about this concern and told couple of the client about it. so they are aware with the rudeness coming from them. Sorry but this has to be said. After my visit today I can state it definitely was not Fast, and being barely warm it was just barely food. This is the worst experience in terms of service I have ever experienced in a McDonald's (I would even say the worst experience in a fast food restaurant). After waiting for 20 minutes, I asked what happened to my food, and explained I had waited for 20 minutes. The lady in the white shirt was very short and just stated it's being done now, no apology was offered by any member of staff. The gentleman who gave out the food was not helpful and very abrupt. Some of the food was barely warm, but due to my children being very hungry at this stage I did not have the option of returning their food as I should. But as I am sure all parents have decided, which battles you need to fight. I will have no wish to reuse this store, I understand that mistakes and problems can happen, but there was no customer service given to make up for the abnormal delay.

Ordered two meals at the drive through, had a bit of a wait maybe three/four cars in front. Got the meals then drove home, about three minutes. The milk shakes were like water, they must have got them ready as soon as the order was made.. when I was waiting I did see maybe twenty or so drinks just sitting there. Not good….

I’m a bit annoyed that you missed out some of my order, £2.19 it costs to buy a cookie and it wasn’t packed in with the stuff that i ordered. I want a refund or someone to drop me one. Because I won’t end up doing just eat again.

This is probably one of the best McDonald's in the area. Always good, always fresh unlike other McDonald's that you can come across which are not the same

When we received our drinks, they were half full. And there were no spillages, so this was down to the staff preparing the food. The driver was super polite and friendly. It’s Macdonalds that’s the issue.
