McDonald's in Test Valley

food wasn't very heated to eat... was later than expected and my double cheeseburger didn't come as customised

Missing items again. It's happening more and more often.

Good was horrid and cold and hard won’t be ordering again rubbish service

Ordered £26 worth of food and it’s only came with hashbrowns, absolutely fuming.

No service at all (all automated machines) no atmosphere ("restaurant" does not invite atmosphere) food... well, you know what you're getting... Mediocre food for gourmet prices, no longer worth it.

Half of my drink arrived in a bag instead of a cup. Delivery guy was not bothered by this fact at all. He just put everything on the floor and left.

Placed an order at 1655,food labels say food was made at 1700.food turnt up at 18.25 stone cold.

sent our drinks and someone elses drinks and no food!

Once again items missing, only 3 meals out of 5 turned up costing me over £42 and no quick solution available when trying to feed my family!! Customer service is absolutely rubbish from this certain establishment!

It seems like the Just Eat clients have become the target for excellence leaving everyone else in the slow lane

a friendly man brought it was on time and enjoyed it

I am highly disappointed with big chain like Mcdonald. £24 breakfast food i order this morning with my family arrive VERY COLD, includes hot drinks? I raised the issue and I was offer £0.55 has compensation.

Missing chicken mayo and franks red hot sauce

Delivery time was fine but the food was all cold and tasted like it was cooked yesterday. All the fries were freezing, the nuggets tasted stale and we didn’t get any of the sauces we asked for

Food is cold and didn’t get straws or napkins

ORDERED TWO COKES, NO STRAWS. Ordered two happy meals, NO CHIPS IN EACH HAPPY MEAL. THIS MCDONALDS IS AWFUL, DO NOT GO HERE OR ORDER FROM HERE, NOT HAPPY.

No straw for Milkshake and a standard BBQ sauce supplied instead of the Sweet and Smokey.

whole meal missing again it been every time we've ordered now, I understand it's a big order £60+ but we are a family of 7 people please take extra precautions in our prder we stopped going to kfc for this reason

Missing items. 2 hash browns and a sausage and egg McMuffin. Plus no straws. Who’s checking it into the bags. It’s not hard to do.

very disappointed with the biscoff ice creams as there was hardly any biscuit bits in it it was mainly sauce

food was later and order was wrong. driver was rude and careless. food damaged.

The time got delayed and delayed. Also the person delivering the food was rude. Literally dropped the food on the door step and ran off to the end of the walkway and asked “what’s the code” told him the code and he just walked off Didn’t say if it was correct or wrong. I don’t really leave reviews but with the time being delayed a few times and the delivery of the food I had to say something.

Your experience changes as often as the staff turnover. The same as the rest of these international fast food chains.

Lovely staff and fantastic service

Possibly the Worst McDonald’s in the country left waiting in the drive thru yet 3 people came behind us and left before us not only that I think it’s more surprising now when my full order is there compared to when they miss items like it’s really not hard. All the food was cold and no sauces in the bag plus no apology for the wait was just like take the food and go. Would recommend find any other McDonalds in Andover and go there instead cause this one is just terrible.

completely the wrong order was given to me today

The drink was leaking and dripping everywhere and they didn’t put my barbecue dips in with the order

Order took 45 mins, ice cream is completely melted and all the food is cold. It was clearly dished up ages ago and waited on the side for a driver.

Terrible, ordered some jam rolls for my kids for breakfast and it was just 3 plain mcmuffin rolls no jam in any bag to even spread myself like... brilliant

The full order did not arrive at home, it was cold, there were shortcomings in the order!

when placed order was said order would be within half hour this turned into an hour which can be expected sometimes. but all the food was cold and the coffee ordered was also cold.

Everyone is friendly and it is always clean.

oh man I love qn oreo mcflurry andthis place knows how to do them rigght😎 but guys messy stinky teenagers [ bog horn soun] just ruing the atmosphere right that's it get out of here thrown into the bin or oncomjng trafic🤪 but like I get to rule the kids zone with mates not that bad ,you can throw like kids out the second flor window assert domnance thats cool man😎 the staff were nice by the way until I got in the deep frier for a free bath 🤷‍♂️ 4/5 stars smelly teens sometimes they there sometimes not deep frier baths alrighty tighty. drinkl was spilt in the bag and delivery driver suggested i complained to mcdonalds. Then I ordered a meal and the same thing happened. hink it is the lack of care with the drivers.

the staff at this store have yet to prove themselves competent . whether its 4 straws . a promotional toy or a whole meal something is always done wrong, I'm glad I don't have allergies as I'm sure they probably fail to meet requirements here

Ordered the minecraft large big mac meal, which is more expensive that the normal large big mac meal, I am guessing due to the fact you are meant to get a figure with the meal, sadly I didn't get the figure

The deliverer didn't knock and just left the food on the door step and the bag was crushed
