McDonald's in Test Valley

ordered at 5.23pm and food did not get delivered till gone 7pm!! I only ordered 2 happy meals and a burger and chips and milkshake, this was dinner for my children and they also have to be up for school!! ridiculous.

We waited over an hour for the food, unable to cancel and when it arrived it was cold and missing items on our order.

Orderd food it said 15/20 mins. 90 mins later it arrived all cold all burgers were made over 30 mins before it was deliverd

Everything was there except chips which were missing

This is by far the best order as in.qiality the bag was sealed never had that unless new. Thenquality ifnthe beuger was much better than ive had before so well done Mcdonalds

My husband had to go and pick this order up because it took just under 2 hours and we still had no food. This was a treat for my daughter! When my husband got there he said there were loads of just eat orders sat on the counter!!! The manager was amazing but we ordered delivery but had to go collect. That’s not acceptable and no way to contact customer service to complain! Very very disappointed!! Always use just eat… May need to try another delivery service instead.

A have ordered a salad and dip for each sandwich, haven’t received them. A slice of cucumber was found!I can send you all the pictures,just tel me how! So ,no salads,no sauces comes ,despite they had been ordered!

Absolutely shocking got my order complete wrong and couldn’t eat what was sent in replacement so wasted money and now you are refusing to give me a refund.

Says drive through is open 24 hours what a load of rubbish went at 11 all closed !

Ordered at 6.25pm didn’t turn up till 7.43pm

Driver given wrong order, completely incorrect items and not the first time they’ve messed up orders both on here and in person. Always check before you leave their drive-thru or the courier leaves!

There was a massive leak in the bag and was left with no Diet Coke, I am not happy with this

Fantastic delivery, food average as always

Found a hair in my Big Mac I then I got another one made to which I found another hair I asked for a full refund. I had a cheese burger which I checked throughly and found a hair in the rapper, l which I also got refunded. Wasn’t a good experience definitely won’t be returning.

your service as ever is exceptional but the retailers let you down and especially McDonald's! they need to up there game as it tarnishes your name to as you bring it to us . your firm should converse with them and ask them to do there job? it's not hard

Ordered through the drive through and parts on my order were missing and I was too far away to return for it

The order wasn’t delivered at all. at 9:30 it still said “driver at the restaurant”. I ordered at 7:15.

My delivery time was changed 3 times & eventually got our food about an hour & 20 minutes after ordering, box with chicken nuggets looked like it had been punched & the double quarter pounder looked like it had been thrown in the box and shaken vigor

Orders always leter than advertised turned up with missing nuggets out happy meal and 2 lots of medeum fries missing and all food cooked over 40 mins before delivered. Gets worse every time we order

Chips were under cooked and cold and the milkshake was like water and only half full

Food was ok but they get a low score for forgetting a McFlurry and all the dips. Again. The fact that these restaurants continue to forget items is the reason I don’t tip.

Food was cold and chips were a medium size not large like I Ordered,delivery driver was great and on time

No drinks delivered with the meal at all. Driver was aware and advised to leave feedback which has been done. Driver was excellent but McDonald’s mistake again and it’s happens more often that getting correct food. Absolute shambles.

I am not happy I ordered a birthday cake doughnut my favourite but when opened order I got a muffin I was looking forward to it not a muffin on my bill it says birthday doughnut cake might not get McDonald's in future as this is second time I have not got what I ordered

No issues with my delivery, but this is the second time, my drink has been left out, im not sure if you can suggest to the staff to check the stuff that is going out so it has all its parts and they always forget the dips too!

Very nice. My 6 month old daughter sits on their chair for the first time. Very comfortable and we enjoyed it.

I placed an order at 5.40pm. It arrived at 7.15pm. The initial delivery time was 25-35 mins. I would not have ordered if I knew it would take 1 hr and 35 mins to receive it. The delivery time kept changing. The courier was at the restaurant, waiting for the order, for about 30 mins. It was my daughter's bed time before we received the order! I've never had to wait this long for delivery before. Once we finally received the order, the food was practically cold. I should've received a full refund

Whole order was completely wrong and I was given someone else’s order, to which was not eaten and was thrown away due to allergies.. extremely disappointed, and have lost all my money due to it. Unimpressed and won’t be using this service again as problem was not solved

About as much use as a chocolate fireguard!! Not overly a challenging task, Putting food in bag!!? But yet half the food is missing Sweet thanks Guys

This was my first time using just eat, the app was easy to use and the delivery guy was very polite, the food arrived hot and in great condition!

States the drive through is open 24 hrs. However, was blocked off and closed. When we knocked on the window, the young man who was on his phone told us that they were closed.

when originally ordered, expected delivery time was 12:05pm. Food was continually delayed. eventually arrived at 13:10pm, too late for us to eat it. tried to cancel order but chat kicked me off whilst talking to someone about it then would not let me back on chat. Very disappointed and would like a full refund as food delivered over an hour late and not eaten as my nephew had to leave for work.

Get your wifi sorted out! The phone signal is rubbish but you can’t do anything about that. A crew member said the staff WiFi works so it is obviously not a router issue. It’s been like this for ages and we can’t use the app in store…

Forgot the apple pie. Chips were soggy rest of food was luke warm. Diet Coke had lid agar so leaked in bag.

Waiting over an hour for 20 nuggets and fries just isn’t acceptable!! The restaurant is only 7 minutes drive away!! Cold food so obviously driver had other deliveries or if not it was sitting at the restaurant. Extremely poor.

My order took an hour to be delivered. The food was all cold and I could not eat it. The label on the bag my food was delivered on said 10.48am and im assuming this was the time my food was packed up. I didn't receive my food until 11.30am.
