Normally a Good McDonalds but today was the worst ever. Firstly the app didn't work. Then I went to a machine and that didn't work, tried to get help and she just walked away. Finally got the machine working then notice it got my order wrong. Tried to get help again, no one at the counter. Finally ordered and sat down. 10min later still no meal. Needed to leave soon so ordered my kids deserts, hoping they would come after our lunch. Once ordered I went to the counter to chase my order and my deserts passed me. They lost my order! I waited by the counter for my order, which was cold and wrong. Didn't have the time to challenge. By the time we finished the food, the deserts were melted!

Dropped by for 3 family meals. Twice, I confirmed my own order without ketchup as I am highly allergic to ketchup. Even when paying, I checked again. Got home after 19 mile trip and my burger has ketchup added but minus everything else. I rarely eat at these places due to having allergic reaction and only did so as was meeting family to watch the football. Unfortunately, I cannot just scrape the ketchup off. Mcdonalds you need to train your staff!!!

If you're thinking of booking a party here for your child's birthday, I'd ask you to think again. There's a 90 minute parking limit, but upon speaking to staff on shift, we were told to provide our registration so they could notify the private car parking company so we wouldn't receive a parking fine. We provided our reg, but this clearly wasn't done as less than 2 weeks later, we've received a parking fine in the post. £50 if paid within 14 days, £100 thereafter. The party room was a mess. Sticky floors, which you'd have thought would've been cleaned as it was booked well in advance. There's rubbish in the corner of the room, literally, there's a McDonald's bin/station, staff uniform, paperwork, and other miscellaneous junk. There were office chairs in there for the children to sit on as there wasn't enough kids chairs/stools. Upon arrival, there was a staff members bike in the room. The aircon is pathetic, so if you're looking to have a party in summer, good luck in a hot cramped room. The assisted door to access the building was broken, so if you rely on this to enter/exit the premises, you're going to struggle. Having contacted McDonald's, they basically say you're SOL in regards to the parking fine, despite it being staff's failure to provide your reg that you received one. AVOID.

Awful from start to finish. Long wait in drive thru queue. Eventually had to drive to window to place order as no acknowledgement. Wait to collect order and at no point did the employee look at or even acknowledge us. No apology for long wait, no greeting, no thank you or goodbye. I said thank you when my drinks were handed to me and just got a funny look for my trouble. This is by far and away the worst McDonald’s of all time.

My husband went through the drive-through. I Ordered 2 Big Mac meal deals and was asked which drinks we wanted. told that there was no cappuccino and no latte !!! He chose flat white. That came in a small cup as opposed to the larger ones of cappuccino and latte . When he arrived home, and we only live just under five minutes away, the food was cold and I mean cold!!! One of the containers of fries was only half full!!! Disgusting!!

Honestly, absolutely genuinely, every other order is wrong or missing something. 3 out of the last 4

Do not eat here always food missing when u get home.. you ring up and complain they pick the phone up then put it down. When u finally get answer and they tell u to come in the next day you turn up and nobody knows about it and it's a waste of time... Who wants a burger the next day... No refund or a sorry from the staff. Can't they train the staff to read each order and then they would be no problems.

Me and my partner used the drive through last night and were kept waiting for 30 minutes in the queue. It wasn’t peak time either, it was 11.30 at night. We could see people at the back of the queue giving up and driving off (which we were close to doing ourselves). Members of staff were walking around slowly and chatting amongst themselves - there seemed to be no urgency whatsoever. When we finally got to the window to collect our food, there was no apology and we were barely even acknowledged. I looked online for a way to complain but I could only find a customer service page for delivery, not in store. Absolutely awful service!!

Very clean store. Staff are friendly and hard working. There is the soft play area to our kids to enjoy. Lovely atmosphere. Only asking to extend the parking limit from 1.30h to 2h. And PLEASE PLEASE Resume children birthday parties!!! I was lucky once when we had there our little daughter's birthday before covid. Thanks to staff Rebecca and Janet. Definitely recommend this branch to everyone.

Parking scam I met up with an old army friend here who I never seen in 20 years We had our food and sat talking about old times . We let our food go down then ordered another coffee and apple pie for dessert. We waited a long time for our food as it was busy but as we were there for a catch up it wasn’t so bad . We decided to have another coffee and when finished we said our goodbyes and went our separate ways . Days later I got letters from the parking company demanding to pay a fine and then another final warning to pay £100 . As I work away from home I wasn’t able to act on the first letter . I rang the restaurant to discuss this with the manager and didn’t get very far and she seemed not interested I know they have the power to cancel these tickets but she had no interest in helping me . I rang McDonald’s customer service who weren’t very helpful either I have lodged an appeal but to be honest I won’t hold my breath . I am in Coventry at least once a month and I will never go here again . I understand that some people take the Mickey and try to blag some free parking but this certainly wasn’t the case . I went there with the soul intention of using the restaurant.I wouldn’t recommend going here if unless it’s a take away or you can eat on the move

Ordered a Uber eats McDonald’s The food was great and on time and hot ( paid for priority deliverly) delivery driver was also great As for the hot chocolate WOW it was light brown water . I haven’t even opened the lip and took a drink from this . I am now feeling very sick as well as vomiting. Will not be ordering from there again . I also called the store 6 times and no answer !!

Beware they now have parking cameras, only allowed for 1 hour 30mins. I did not notice any signs, would not expect them in a McDonald’s. Stayed 1 hour 40 mins and have a £100 fine! Disgusted. Will not be returning.

Ordered via my app and went to the drive thru , the agent took the code and i olaced an additional order as well . Drove thru to the collection window only to find out that i was only given the additional ordered item and not the one that was ordered via my app , making me come round the queue all over again and i was really disappointed buy the terrible customer service, i asked to see the manager , who said she cant be bothered to investigate the issue . She was rude , racial and absolutely disrespectful in the way she spoke to me . She just handed me the order and left . Shame on Mcdonalds to hire such staff

Ordered off Uber eats spent over 40 on food to only receive my drinks I got in touch with Macdonalds wingston road Coventry as I couldn’t get hold of Uber driver, they were so very helpful and had me a bee order made within 10 mins! The staff was thoughtful and totally understanding as I was feeding 5 children who did not receive there food and I had spent so much money! Managerment and staff was so apologetic and so helpful! I am so grateful for there help and couldn’t thank them enough and food was hot and fresh 🥰

Parking was easy, visible signs warning about the parking stay. Machine-ordering was easy, no bugs or problems, order processed and cooked speedily, food arrived at the table within 3 minutes. Friendly staff and easy-to-use rubbish bins, would recommend if looking for a speedy meal that you'll enjoy...

Ordered a double BBQ quarter pounder burger meal and discovered that they had not even put BBQ sauce on the burger when I got it home. It tasted like a large cheeseburger. Fries where hot though for a change but burger not as described on the menu.

£50 fine for staying 1hour 40mins. I hadn't noticed the signs, but the limit is 1hour 30mins. I will not be back. Shame on you.

Typical McDonalds for food and drink. Not our favourite chain but the granddaughter loves it. The place was clean and service was pleasant.

Had the pleasure of visiting McDonald’s during a recent trip to Coventry.Having only recently been allowed to dine out, following the COVID-19 pandemic, and subsequent lock down, it was with tremendous excitement and anticipation, that I joined the drive thru queueThe queue was long, actually snaking all the way to the main road, but it moved fairly quickly, and we were soon at the display board, perusing Ronald’s extensive menu.My wife and I had been slightly worried that the choice of dishes on offer, might have been slightly limited, due to the knock on effect of the coronavirus pandemic, and the much publicised fact that McDonald’s had removed certain items from their menu.We need not have worried though, as our personal favourites (1/4 pounder and fries) had survived the cull, though to be fair, there was still a good choice for everyone. Young, old, meat eater or veggie, McDonald’s has it all covered.I decided, that as I hadn’t eaten out for a while, that I would push the boat out and avail myself of a desert too. I chose to have a McFlurry (small size, as I don’t want to get fat!), and was flabbergasted when I was offered a choice of different toppings.I was tempted by the smarties (a throwback to my childhood) but in the end I plumped for the Oreo one, as I’m a big fan of Oreo snacks.We both had orange juice too, so overall, a well balanced diet I think (McDonald’s certainly are embracing a more healthy lifestyle these days).When we got to the first window (to pay) we were met by a charming young lady, with a mask, who processed our order and took our card payment, without a fuss. The second window (the one where you are served dinner), worked just as well as the first, and in no time at all, we were parked up in the car park, troughing out like there was no tomorrow.A truly memorable meal, not to be forgotten.Thanks to everyone involved

Found that Mcdonald’s tend to deliver a reliably hot and strong black coffee on each visit. This was no exception but the wait for just a drink was longer than necessary. Can’t grumble at 1.30 GBP though.

Maybe when employing staff you should make sure they have some costumer service..... some of the younger girls are rude and have no manners, i would be appalled if my children acted in this way. When making 'RYAN' the store manager aware of one his members of staff attitude he was just as rude, midway through my conversation with him he walked away, absolutely shocking and disgraceful behaviour.Will certainly NEVER be going to this restaurant ever again!!

Food only warm. No milkshakes. Flies around the sauce area,no bbq sauce. Pretty grubby,toilets not clean.

We often visit this restaurant is always just OK, this time was terrible, very young children confused by looking at this individual in the restaurant BARE TORSO, making a spectacle. I asked the Manageress MICK if there was a DRESS CODE she was very NEGATIVE, and almost to the NON CARING attitude, She simply said: We don’t have a rule for dress code: So children and adult alike must endure and eat a meal with this off putting show.Ok then next time I will go and enjoy my meal in there in my underpants, I will then challenge the manager of the incident of today.Also I had to report an unattended backpack left by a customer sitting next to us, just vanishing in the crowd, no member of staff cared for the incident.Are they training their staff over issues of safety and security?This restaurant at any time on weekends is heaving with children and NO ONE CARES?So 2 incidents in the space of 20 minutes.We just left.TOTALLY DISGUSTED!

Limited time only so had to try the double quarter pounder with cheese. Very tasty. My daughter had one too and the grandchildren had happy meals. Lady was doing balloons so they got one each. Place was nice and clean, quite busy and service excellent

The food was good, hot enough, accurate to what I ordered. So why did it appear to be anxious to fall apart? Contents of the bun lay in the box, as many fries were in the bottom of the bag as in the carton. And to say the service was slow is being generous, and it was not because they were busy there was at least one member of staff for every two customers inside and at the drive through. And the conversation when ordering, just seemed as if I was interrupting whatever they were doing before they eventually appeared. None of the ritualised welcome, can I help you, enjoy your meal gibberish even - not so much as a please or thank you.

Order chicken wrap through the drive through... what I got was a wrap with a handful of lettuce and cucumber and a bucket of mayonnaise.Very poor, I wasn’t given a napkin and no option of how the chicken was served or crispy or grilled.Overall extremely poor.I wish I had taken a photo..!!

Popped in to have some porridge and a drink. The porridge and hot chocolate were standard McD’s but the place was empty and it took 10 mins to get my order. It was also very disappointing not to be able to use the wi-fi connected. It just didn’t appear in the wi-fi options... it has every other time I’ve visited here and other McD’s.

We called in for a coffee, but it was on a Sunday afternoon. The coffee itself was nice, but there was a children's play area inside, and kept hearing a lot of screaming from noisy kids.The best time to go is during the week when they are at school. lol

During Christmas, kids everywhere & I wish I hadn't picked this McDonald's for a bite to eat with my 3 month old.

I wish there is another mcdonalds convenient to my location. This one need to train there staff more. They always miss one or two items in the order. It’s always a frequent scenario.

I was so dissapointed to see not much vegetarian options for breakfast in mc donalds. They also dont keep non dairy milk.

De haber sido entregado el recibo con la comida, nos explicó que habíamos pedido dos porciones o patatas, que no había sido entregado o cargados. Nos dijeron que si queríamos que nos las patatas fritas que tendríamos que conducir ida y unir la cola ya que no pudimos hacer ningún pago más en esta ventana.

Was staying next door in the cheap hotel which offered breakfast for more than a wrap so came here instead

filthy, dirty place with piled high rubbish bins that had fluids leaking from them onto puddles on the floor, staff walking around and past the overflowing bins without batting an eyelid, order was extremely slow, wrong and took ages to get the correct food items, one of the tomato sauces was brown in colour and tasted revolting to which my young daughter was heaving and refused to eat the rest of her meal. the only soap dispenser in the ladies toilets was broken leaving no other option for washing hands

Like many of the McDonalds, this one is all fine, nice meal, tidy, modern, ordering screens, also I opted to have them deliver the meal to the table a waiter service was provided. All quite average but I will return was all fine.

The one I use most is up for refurb and I was reluctant to return here after previous visits but it has been refurbished so thought why not, ordered coffee and snack wrap, couldn't believe I had to park up for an every day item then couldn't cos there must have been 10 cars plus parked up and couldn't park !!! Drove round twice then left without food!!! Absolutely shocking!!! People must have too much time on their hands if they eat here!!!!

We usually have quick meal in McDonalds if we are on the road, this time it wasn't exception. This was our first time in this McDonalds, I find place to be good for this type of fast food restaurants. We were served fast, we didn't wait long for the food. Staff were polite and friendly. Food was freshly made. Fantastic service.

Luke warm food. The coffee was luke warm, waited way too long for food. Big chicken wrap tasted awful. Won't be coming again, very disappointed! Only good thing about it was Ryan the manager was very friendly and helpful

been to this branch so many times over the years. always been good. near to the cinema and motorway. great burgers, thick shakes, fries.......you know the McDonalds menu, don't you? If not, try it.......now.

You can't beat a McDonalds meal when you feel in need of a quick & tasty meal. You also have the advantage of knowing it's going to be the same where ever you go. I've eaten in McDonalds in France, Spain, London & more places than I can remember & nothing beats a cheeseburger & fries with a delicious shake to follow! However, on my visit the staff did seem rather sullen & although I enjoyed my meal, I felt rushed as the atmosphere was rather depressing. I appreciate they get very busy, but a smile costs nothing does it?

Used the drive thru and wasn't disappointed. Staff friendly, got the order right. Burgers were the flavour of a normal McDonalds - nothing new there. All the order present and correct.

Tends to be a favourite franchise - recently been refurbished and the staff are great. Normally busy so food is often freshly prepped and hot.Great pit stop on the way to the office for a cheeky McD's breakfast

I came with my family today for a coffee. We we greeted with miserable faces and lacklustre service. There seemed to be lots of people working, but no one willing to serve. Usually McDonald's is associated with good efficient service. This restaurant lacked both.

Unlike some places the service is remarkably quick and they nearly always get the order right first time

Awful and slow , had a chicken select 5 piece meal ... Got 4 and 1 small dip rather then the two normal size ones . My work partner had big Mc meal . Looked like they had been playing five aside with it and both potions of chips were cold and soggy . The drink of coke was ok tho suppose you will struggle to get that wrong tho

Popped in after visiting ASDA across the way, for a quick bite to eat. The thing I like about McD's is that they all serve the same items, so if you like it then you know what you're getting, so no disappointments!!! I like this outlet as it always seems busy but the staff are always friendly & the place is always clean. That's how it should be at a food outlet & this one doesn't disappoint. It has a drive through, so one way or another it suits everyone. Give it a try.

Stopped for breakfast at macdonalds Walsgrave Coventry place was spotlessly clean . Had a sausage and egg mac muffin breakfast meal . Meal was fine but the latte coffee with the meal was awful . It didn't taste or look anything like one .. Oh well it's only a macdonalds so no problem .

I use this restaurant for convenience before I hit the road. I've had poor experiences before but today the service was exceptionally poor and the seating area was filthy. With food on the floors, tables with crumbs and who knows what else it's a disgrace to the name McDonald's. This restaurant is supposed to be clean, prepared and ready for customers when it opens, it's as though they don't care about the customers and the conditions they need to sit in to eat a meal. No napkins, had to ask, had to clean the seat and table before I sat down, just terrible. The worst was a member of staff in a white shirt working in the kitchen, food stains all over the shirt, looked like he just wiped his hands on it. Shocking! It just didn't seem to bother him or the management. There also looked like there was a manager there and he was too interested in showing the staff something on his phone than making sure this restaurant was fit for customers.McDonald's need to review their working practices; I think they have have forgotten its the customers who keep them in business.If this is a measure of hygiene, it needs to be addressed at the highest level.

Popped in here with my daughter before going to the pictures as didn't have time to go to a pub for dinner before the movie started. Was well pleased with the fit out as hadn't been in this McDonalds for couple of years. Only go in every now & again. Had one of the special burgers very tasty really enjoyed it

Came through the drive thru as was passing. Staff members very polite, food was gorgeous and freshly cooked. Was impressed by the waiting time and they do have a small playcentre inside which is ideal if kiddies need to stretch their legs after or during a journey.

My kids loved this place and we have always had a pleasant time. However we had the most shocking experience. One weekend we took ours kids, nephew and nieces there. There were 8 kids in total ageing between 5-11. Once the kids had finished eating I allowed the kids to go to the play area, I went in the room and stayed there with them. Within 5 minutes my nephew (6yrs) came down to me crying then my niece (5yrs) telling me there's a kid biting them. In a panic I called all the kids down and informed a member staff. A couple who were sat next to me had their son crying because of this boy. The member of staff did absolutely nothing. Just stood beside me, I was annoyed. So when this kid decided to go to his parents I followed him and told his parents of his behaviour. The member of staff told another member of staff and just stared at me. So the boy's father apologised and I told him he was scaring and biting all the kids. The kids still wanted to play so I let them back in and told them another 5minutes and we are leaving. My son just went in and came down the slide wet. That's right someone had peed on the slide. I was fuming, told a member of staff, she just walked away to inform the manager. I took my son to the toilets to sort him out. Then told my husband we should leave, the plays area was still open and no one had been in to clean it. Shocking and disgusted. I spoke to 2 different members of staff and they did nothing to assure us or apologise about it.

A while since my last visit. Food is fine but no longer do the big breakfast. However, if you're looking for peace and quiet first thing in the morning, forget it! Radio is literally BLARING to the point you couldn't talk to one another. Asked staff to turn it down a bit - this was over a matter of weeks as we thought it was a one off at first - and on each occasion an unnecessary discussion then ensued between them as to who had put the radio on and whether it would be turned down! Anyway it wasn't turned down and haven't been back since.

The restaurant was acceptably clean when we visited (4.30pm) although a number of customers had not cleared their own tables. Food was up to normal McD standards

29 April 2016, arrived a 5:15 pm after picking up my son from a long day at school, I would normally take him home and prepare food before setting off for another sport filled evening, did NOT have much time and my 9 year old agreed to have a Macdonald snack.The restaurant was very busy and DIRTY, after a VERY LONG WAIT around 30 minutes in the queue, we were eventually asked to have the order taken: A 1/4 pounder meal (Large) without pickles (just plain cheese burger really), 6 nuggets, milk and a coffee for daddy. Not difficult really to get an order like that, one might think, you couldn't be more wrong. £ 11. and ?? pence, did not think about it although I thought it was rather steep! when the order eventually arrived 10 minutes later I noticed on the tray there were two 1/4 pounders with nuggets I ordered, The trainee at the till asked the Manageress to rectify the situation as I advised that I did NOT order the 2nd burger which was taken from the tray, she was rather annoyed and took £ 3.00 from the till and handed it to me without an apology and I received a rather stern look back instead.I questioned why £ 3.00 and the reply was is £ 2.99 but gave me £ 3.00 that's taking profits away from a very IMPOVERISHED CHAIN! Sadly I did NOT have the penny to return, but I SOLEMNLY PROMISE TO RETURN IT!We sat at an available table which was very dirty and looked up to a lone and stressed waitress (JANET) who tried her hardest to cope with the enormity of the situation and with a gracious smile she came and prepared the table clean for us! following that I looked for sugar in the station and there was none! Janet AGAIN came to our rescue and tended to us, and she proceeded with her tasks.When my son opened the 1/4 pounder discovered that the pickles I did NOT order were in the burger, my son cannot eat acid or strong food such as ONIONS, GARLIC, etc.. So I got up and went to the counter, Again the Manageress asked me what was wrong and I made her aware that the burger order was wrong, I asked for another one to be made, and was brought to my table by the Manageress within a few minutes, at that point I presented the Manageress with the containers of fries and I was greeted with a rather angry look and question what's wrong with the fries.I replied that they were COLD, SOGGY and tasteless, I could have another portion for my son please!The fries arrived HOT and BLAND FLAVOURED, I thanked her anyway!As for CLEANLINESS! MCLEAN? NOT VERY CLEAN! to compare the restaurant (ON THE DAY) A PIG STY would be insulting the residents of one!AS for the restaurant being very busy is always a good sign of a booming business, one must however NOT forget that there are HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUES at hand when the capacity of the restaurant has been met.The Manager should take control of the situation, there were children running bare foot in the restaurant lying on the floor before the entrance causing disruption and certainly causing HAZARDS to other diners, the dirt was visible and awful.The only person who was trying very hard was JANET, she showed good character and pose under severe pressure, (SLAVE DRIVING?) the only one present on a very busy shift! there should have been a minimum of two! to ensure a decent keep of the restaurant.JANET showed that she has excellent customer care and she genuinely does it naturally, as for the Manageress the company should be ashamed of her, she showed NO LEADERSHIP AT ALL, all she was doing was shouting, and busy filling the tills, without any care for all the issues I raised, in particular to the Health and Safety of the guests, I could not help nopticing that there were several other customers complaining.So Well done Janet and hang your head in shame Managers and Company.MAYBE YOU SHOULD TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT THIS! and question yourself on the morality of coffers filling at the expense of your customers who are the lifeline of your business.

I like the fact you can go into any McDonalds anywhere in the world & get the same, familiar items. this outlet scores as one of the 'good guys' for service & cleanliness. You know what you're getting & aren't disappointed. If you've never tried McD's I suggest you start with this one & im sure you'll be a convert!

Well i say staff but calling most of those people in there staff is an insult to those of us who actully put effort into our work.The duty manager was lovely but her crew was a joke.I feel so sorry for her because not one member of staff in that kitchen area would take her seriously, all of her instruction was ignored, the crew in there would lark about acting like complete fools and it was an utter disgrace!These people do not deserve jobs if they act like that at workIt was like watching a group of children.I understand that everyone likes to have a joke and a laugh at work but never in my life would i dare to do that in clear view of customers and to not take a shift manager's instruction is completely dysfunctional and is conplete insubordination!

Yet again I have visited my local Mc Donalds and queued up to order only to be told when reaching the pay window that unfortunately there is no ice cream or nor any milkshakes either. Too many times I have been to this establishment and driven home to find that my order is wrong, either items missing or wrong items given. How many times have I had to ask for a simple paper napkin, far too many times.I wont be wasting my time here again. Burger King is just down the road.

Wouldnt bother going here if you want hot food. Which is a shame as the restaurant is lovely and kept very clean. Toilets need some attention

5 cars before me at the drive through but went through quickly took 2 mins to get home but food was Luke warm not good for chicken nuggets for kids and one lot of chips hot the others cold I'm sure If I had gone back to the restaurant they would have changed it but I had only ten mins before leaving for work so food put in bin a waste of 16 pounds Daughter and kids had to have beans on toast Shame really as this McDonald's is normally pretty good

Oh, that familiar old line... "We're waiting on your *insert order here*, could you wait in parking bay whichever please"? We don't visit McD's much these days, but today's experience was exactly the same. Again. I'm sure at some point back in the day, there was a company policy that entitled the customer to a free order of it could not be prepared in the allotted time. This guarantee has been sadly long abandoned as I'm sure they would be giving away truckloads of free grub every day. We all know what McDonalds food is like in terms of nutrition and quality but I always assumed the drive-thru was intended as a prompt option to collect food. Rarely the case at this branch. Still disappointing.

Tonights visit to Walsgrave McD's has been the worst to date. 22 mins and we didn't even get to pay for the food as we had an appointment and had to leave the queue to be late for our appointment. Then return an hour later to be told for the 3rd visit on the run that they have no ice cream!

Breakfast time (06.30 ish) is a really good time to go there, extremely quiet so plenty of seating and the staff are able to cope with the orders, so the food is served quickly and it's hot. Though the portion of scrambled eggs can be stingy in relation to the 'big breakfast' and vary with each meal - each of my colleagues had varying amounts of it, so have had to complain (more than once) - which is dealt with very well, shame it just that it keeps happening.

Visited here this morning before I started work nearby. Found 5 customers inside but the door locked after continued knocking to gain attention the door was unlocked by a sullen member of staff who mumbled something and walked off. I asked for an orange juice 4 times and was still not given one with my order; sausage and bacon sandwich and coffee had to ask for it again. When I started to eat the sandwich I found it had tomato sauce not the brown I asked for. I returned it to the 'floor manager' who said "oh right" before changing it. A sorry would have been nice. If they can't even get the simple things right when its quiet I can't imagine what the service is like when they are busy.

I use this as it's on the way to work, must say I normally have to wait for food and the times the order is wrong is incredible. Not been impressed with attitude of staff when you question the order, otherwise a typical McDonald's but not the best around!!

Best McDonald's in Coventry always good fresh food and pleasant service, Play area for children. Light and airy building so space between tables.

I honestly don't rate fast food restaurants, however I was was staying at the Holiday Inn near McDonalds so I ate there twice. on my second day to Mcdonalds I was about to get onto the road for 3and half hours drive back to London and I asked for my water bottles to be filled I had already purchased a meal but some places can be funny about this. Lee the manager helped me greatly and I was well prepared for my journey. it seems like a small thing , but I value customer service no matter who delivers it and the staff here went above and beyond for me on both visits. Thanx Lee

visted today for a bday party wasnt impressed by the mess within the play area very dirty and obviously not looked after. could do with 2 people hosting the party as the person who did today was not really able to cope and lack of fun felt sorry for her the party area needs a bit more fun and thought put to it then would of rated better

This place would benefit from a third window so we can exchange the incorrect order that we got a the second window. Often items are forgotten or made wrong.

McDonald's is always gonna be just ok food. Burgers aren't as good as they could be, chips are always either scolding hot or cold. I usually have the salad which is ok, better than the burgers! Lol! Kids always have a happy meal and are very happy with the toy. I do enjoy the mcflurrys but I don't know why they don't whizz them on the machine anymore :( The restaurant is usually clean and tidy can't fault that. Toilets are hit and miss. Loo seat almost came off why my little girl was sat on it? My kids enjoy the play area. It's basic and ok, it's usually boiling hot in summer and freezing in winter? It is in desperate need of repair and possibly a revamp? Parts are strapped together with rope, which isn't safe and hurts when you crawl through it. The interactive game is almost never working! Please sort this out McDonalds!! I get a ear full off my kids every time! :( you must make enough money to sort this! Staff are usually ok and helpful, few times I've been I've heard moaning going on behind the tills about drive they customers, or managers shouting at the grill staff (not about orders) I don't need to hear this if I'm honest. Save it for your break!

Did not like worse experience than a greasy spoon ,always feel ill after.have taken grandkids in for party etc but they really would prefer a sandwich from Greggs

Not sure if there was a staff shortage but visited twice in two days. Dinner was ok around 8 in the evening service was slowish but acceptable fries could have been warmer. Breakfast following morning was a lot worse. 10 people in the queue when we arrived and cars around the building for drive through. Took around 20 minutes to get served, another 10 to get our food,this is not my definition of fast food. Toilets also not the cleanest.

This restuarant has sadly gone down hill at such an alarming rate! The reason the manager tells me is alot of there qualified staff left . Not acceptable, my main dig at this restaurant is there continual mistakes on orders. How hard can it be to check the bag before u send it out. Breakfast no hash browns put in, no knives and forks no butter its endless.

Popped to drive thru for a quick meal after a trip to the football and what awful food, it's not the brand that shouts quality dining but if the burger I received had been lying out waiting for a customer any less than 20 minutes I would be surprised, incredibly dry and stale.

same food as you'd expect. same quality. i think what makes a difference at these restaurants is customer service by staff. on average staff are pleasant and helpful but it does annoy me when i see the tables being wiped down with a smelly damp cloth and no anti-bacterial spray like their supposed to.

Great service and always a clean restaurant. Food was spot on.Great location, just off jct 2 of M6.
